Agile 방법론은 시간적 제약하에서도 효율적인 개발 프로세스로 빠르게 제품을 완성할 수 있는 방법으로 알려져 있다. 하지만 scrum, XP, DSDM 등과 같은 여타 Agile 방법들처럼 기능주도개발 (FDD) Agile 방법도 보안요소의 불가용성으로 인해 비판을 받고 있다. 이러한 이슈를 보다 자세히 살펴보기 위해 본 연구는 2001년부터 2012년사이에 나타난 연구들에 대한 체계적인 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 현재 FDD 방법은 안전한 소프트웨어 개발을 부분적으로 지원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 안전한 소프트웨어 사용에 관한 상세한 정보가 문헌에 거의 나타나고 있지 않은 것으로 보아 이 분야에 대한 연구 노력은 거의 없어 보인다. 따라서 현재의 5단계 FDD 방법은 안전한 소프트웨어 개발에 충분하지 않음을 알 수 있고 결국, 본 연구는 FDD 방법에서 보안에 기반을 둔 새로운 수행 단계와 프랙티스가 제안될 필요가 있음을 보여준다.

오늘날 경영환경은 변화에 대한 신속한 대응을 요구한다. 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 방식에도 큰 변화가 요구된다. 짧은 반복 개발을 통해 변화에 보다 민첩하게 대응할 수 있는 Agile(애자일) 방법론이 대안의 하나로 떠오르고 있다. 최근 제법 많은 연구가 이 애자일 방법의 특징 및 장단점을 소개하고있다. 그러나 이들 연구가 애자일 방법의 표면적 특징에만 기초하다 보니 이들 연구결과가 애자일을 도입하려는 조직에게 많은 혼돈을 초래하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구체적 측정 기준에 입각해 애자일 방법론 중에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있는 스크럼(Scrum) 방법을 분석하고 적용시 고려해야 할 방안들을 제시하였다 아울러 스크럼이 실제 기업에 적용되는 구체적 사례를 제공하였다. 여기서 나온 연구결과는 애자일에 대한 정확한 이해를 촉진시키며 성공적인 애자일 방법론의 도입 및 적용을 확산시키는데 기여 할 것이다.

Viewed in the rate of change in the web environment, it is very difficult to remain the initial planning at the time until the time of launch, and there is a need for a method to accommodate changes and satisfy market demands during the development process. Unlike the traditional waterfall approach of maintaining initial planning, scrum is one of the agile methodologies that enables flexibility to respond to changes in the market and customers' needs and drive customer satisfaction and business success. However, to apply the scrum to a project in actual, the practice method itself is relatively simple but not easy to apply. The reason is that the members of the organization need to understand and participate in scrum's philosophy and principles and the continuous observation and change management should be carried out. Therefore, in this paper, we presented the feature dashboard and customized scrum methodology to enable continuous observation and change management using visibility, and we shared the case that periodically reflected inspection and adaptation with the explanation of the main points. Also, based on the experience with participants, the strengths and weakness of the feature dashboard and the customized scrum methodology are summarized.

Successful implementations of DevOps practices significantly improvise software efficiency, collaboration and security. Most of the organizations are adopting DevOps for faster and quality software delivery. DevOps brings development and operation teams together to overcome all kind of communication gaps responsible for software failures. It relies on different sets of alternative tools to automate the tasks of continuous integration, testing, delivery, deployment and monitoring. Although DevOps is followed for being very reliable and responsible environment for quality software delivery yet it lacks many quantifiable aspects to prove it on the top of other traditional and agile development methods. This research evaluates quantitative performance of DevOps and traditional/ agile development methods based on software metrics. This research includes three sample projects or code repositories to quantify the results and for DevOps integrated selective tool chain; current research considers our earlier proposed and implemented DevOps hybrid model of integrated automation tools. For result discussion and validation, tabular and graphical comparisons have also been included to retrieve best performer model. This comparative and evaluative research will be of much advantage to our young researchers/ students to get well versed with automotive environment of DevOps, latest emerging buzzword of development industries.

극한 프로그래밍은 빠르게 변화되는 사업 환경에 기민하게 대응하는 애자일 소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중에서 가장 대표적인 방법론이다. 소프트웨어 산업이 성숙됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질 요소중 사용성이 점차 강조되고 있으나, 극한 프로그래밍에서 사용성을 확보하기 위한 노력이 부족한 실정이다. 극한 프로그래밍의 사용성 향상을 위하여 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 생명주기를 조사, 계획, 릴리즈 반복, 제품화, 유지보수, 사망의 6단계로 정의한다. 사용성 평가를 위한 통합시험과 인수시험을 포함한 11개의 활동을 정의하여 사용성을 향상시킬수 있는 극한 프로그래밍 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안한 프로세서의 타당성을 4가지 측면에서 확인하였다. 제안한 프로세스는 극한 프로그래밍 프로세스가 인수시험 활동을 지원하도록 개선하였으며, 극한 프로그래밍 프로세스가 CMM 레벨4를 지원하도록 하며, CMM 품질보증 실무를 지원하도록 하였다.

모바일 웹 애플리케이션들이 다양한 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 형태로 변화하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 애플리케이션을 디바이스 별로 구현하는 등의 이유로 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 프레임워크기반의 모바일 웹 개발을 수행하는 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준 준수를 지원한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모바일 웹 개발 프레임워크를 통한 사례연구를 수행하여 제안한 프레임워크를 검증한다. 이를 통해 개발 수행 시 애자일 개발방법론을 도입하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다. 향후 연구로 제안한 MWeb-프레임워크의 다양한 사례연구를 통해 잠재적인 문제를 개선하고 이를 바탕으로 표준화를 제안한다.

극한 프로그래밍은 빠르게 변화되는 사업 환경에 기민하게 대응하는 애자일 소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중에서 가장 대표적인 방법론이다. 소프트웨어 산업이 성숙됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질 요소 중 사용성이 점차 강조되고 있으나, 극한 프로그래밍에서의 사용성을 확보하기 위한 노력이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 극한 프로그래밍에 부족한 3가지 사항을 보강한다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자의 역할을 정의 및 제시하구 사용성 평가 방법 도입 방안 제시하고, 개발 프로세스 및 산출물을 제안한다. 제안 방안의 타당성 분석을 위해 4가지 방법을 사용하였다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 지원 여부 분석, 둘째, CMM 핵심 프로세스 영역 만족도 분석, 셋째, CMM 규정 실무 만족도 향상 분석, 넷째, 녹차 쇼핑들을 개발하는 사례를 분석하였다. 녹차 쇼핑몰은 사용성 평가 방법의 도입으로 예측된 실행시간이 23％, 학습용이성이 21％ 향상되었다. 또한, 휴리스틱 평가 점수가 18글 설문지 평가 점수는 16％ 향상되었다.

The easily use of WWW and Web browser of INTERNET makes the world our stage. But when we search for the information and resource that we want, the information supplied by search engine (e.g., Yahoo, Lycos, WebCrawler, Alta Vista) is inadequate to acquire the necessary and related information of research issues. This paper surveys AMT(Advanced Manufacturing Technology) which is the research topics recently on the WWW(WorLd Wide Web) and provides searching methods and information for academic research, technical report, proceedings, software, etc. It also briefly surveys WWW-VL(Virtual Library) and reviews the major three technology, CALS (Commerce At Light Speed), AMS(Agile Manufacturing System), CE(Concurrent Engineering), that is recently the focus of the research issue of Industrial Engineer.

This paper is structured into three main parts and a conclusion. The main section provide definitions of efficiency, effectiveness and performance in terms of the distribution channel, followed by a review of related performance measurement, before discussing difficulties of measurement. According to the theoretical approach, it appears that key theroretical issues are centered around customer service, logistics excellence, time compression, the use of IT, and a move towards integrated logistics. The empirical approach shows that in the past, various financial performance indicators were regarded as relevant management information. However, today, management needs additional performance indicators. Therefore, external assessments of effectiveness must be performed to measure customers' satisfaction with the physical flow of product through the distribution channel network. So, what is needed is to take previous normative and explorative research and progress through a framework by developing valid measures of distribution channel's effectiveness and efficiency, and identifying research methodologies suited to the data collection requirements.
