최근 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 힐링 개념으로 도시농업이 주목을 받고 있다. 2020년에는 1,848,000명이 도시농업 활동에 참여한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 도시농업 참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구의 이론적 토대는 Pine II and Gilmore의 체험경제이론과 Schmitt의 체험 이론이다. 독립변수는 Pine II and Gilmore의 체험경제이론 4가지 요소 즉 교육적, 오락적, 일탈적, 심미적 체험과 Schmitt의 이론을 활용하여 재분류한 관계적 체험으로 총 5개의 변인을 설정하였다. 이들 독립변수와 종속변수인 도시농업 참여 의도간에는 흥미를 매개 변인으로 설정하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료 중 유의한 314부를 바탕으로 통계분석을 통해 가설을 검정하였다. 먼저 독립변수와 종속변수 간 영향 관계 검정 결과 교육적, 오락적, 일탈적 체험은 도시농업 참여 의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 영향력의 크기는 오락적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 교육적 체험 순이었다. 심미적 체험과 관계적 체험은 유의한 영향 관계가 검정되지 않았다. 한편, 본 연구결과 매개변수로 도입된 흥미는 오락적, 일탈적, 심미적 체험과 도시농업 참여 의도 간 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육적 체험 및 관계적 체험과 도시농업 참여 의도 간에는 흥미의 매개 효과가 검정되지 않았다. 본 연구는 도시 농업 참여에 관해 힐링의 개념으로 접근하여 체험 이론의 대표적인 Pine II and Gilmore 이론과 Schmitt 이론을 결합하여 분석함으로써 도시농업 활동 참여에 미치는 요인을 이론적인 틀을 바탕으로 실증적으로 분석했다는 점에서 학술적인 의미가 있다. 또한 실무적으로 오락적 체험과 일탈적 체험이 도시농업 참여 의사결정에 중요 영향 변수임을 밝힘으로써 도시농업에 관하여 힐링 개념 접근이 방향적으로 맞다는 부분을 제시한 것은 의미가 있었다.

From traditional ceremony to science technology, origami was used as technique for artistic creativity and functionality based on formative characteristics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expressive characteristics of functionality in fashion design using origami technique. The method of this study was to analyze recent documentaries, fashion books, fashion magazines, internet web site and so forth. The results were as follows: In various fields of design, the category of the expressive characteristics was classified as efficient correspondence of space, compositive convergence of function, variable potentiality of form and human ergonomic optimum. In recent origami fashion based on functionality, the efficient correspondence of space was expressed constructive or decorative pocket design, using on clothing surface and varied design by lifestyle. The compositive convergence of function was expressed innovative connection of fashion items or non-fashion items and deconstructed classical clothing pattern. The variable potentiality of form was expressed control of form by irregular fold, dynamic metamorphosis by organic fold and creation of varied clothing silhouette. The human ergonomic optimum was expressed metamorphosis mechanism from two dimension to three dimension, suitable construction to physical ability and limit and organic form based on articular folding. The functional origami fashion means reflection of nomadic lifestyle, maximum of usability, pursuit of playful sensibility, creation of new body aesthetic and pursuit of technology and humanism. And the result of these study may be used for creative inspiration in fashion design because of unique characteristics.

Objective: To evaluate the psychosocial impact of malocclusion, determine its relationship with the severity of malocclusion, and assess the influence of gender and social class on this relationship in adolescents. Methods: A random sample of 627 Spanish adolescents aged 12 - 15 years underwent intraoral examinations by 3 calibrated examiners (intraexaminer and interexaminer kappa > 0.85) at their schools. Psychosocial impact was measured through a self-rated Psychosocial Impact of Dental Aesthetics Questionnaire (PIDAQ). The severity of malocclusion was measured by the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN). Gender and social class were also recorded. Results: The total PIDAQ score and those of its 4 subscales, social impact, psychological impact, aesthetic concern, and dental self-confidence, presented significant differences ($p{\leq}0.05$ by analysis of variance) and linear relationships with the IOTN grades ($p{\leq}0.05$ by linear regression). Stepwise linear regression models showed that the IOTN dental health component was a predictive variable of the total and subscale PIDAQ scores. Neither gender nor social class was an independent predictive variable of this relationship, except the linear model for psychological impact, where gender was a predictive variable. The occlusal conditions responsible for higher PIDAQ scores were increased overjet, impeded eruption, tooth displacement, and increased overbite. Conclusions: Malocclusion has a psychological impact in adolescents and this impact increases with the severity of malocclusion. Social class may not influence this association, but the psychological impact seems to be greater among girls.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information for the development of nursing brassieres which were suitable for the breast shape and the convenience of nursing mothers’breast-feeding in Korea. In order to find out the problems about design and production planning of nursing brassiere, chief designers of manufacturing and importing companies were questioned. 105 nursing mothers were also questioned to find out the problems about wearing nursing brassieres. The results were as follows: 1. The specific market of the nursing brassieres should be created. 2. The size intervals of the cup and under-bust girth should be shorter. 3. The variety of suitable fasteners for nursing should be developed to provide comfort and convenience for nursing. 4. The variable desi후s should be developed to satisfy nursing mother’s aesthetic desire and the functional aspect of nursing brassieres.

Frontonasal dysplasia is an uncommon congenital anomaly with diverse clinical phenotypes and highly variable clinical characteristics, including hypertelorism, a broad nasal root, median facial cleft, a missing or underdeveloped nasal tip, and a widow's peak hairline. Frontonasal dysplasia is mostly inherited and caused by the ALX genes (ALX1, ALX3, and ALX4). We report a rare case of a frontonasal dysplasia patient with mild hypertelorism, a broad nasal root, an underdeveloped nasal tip, an accessory nasal tag, and a widow's peak. We used soft tissue re-draping to achieve aesthetic improvements.

The works of the Futurism were developed along with manifestos and statement in publishing " The Foundation and Manifestos of Futurism" Futurist aesthetic and ideological agenda on futurist fashion displayed in mani-festos on clothes. It was propagated in con-summate Futurist style through the written manifestos. The Futurists anticipated much of modern fashion phenomenon. In Futurist Men's Cloth-ing in 1914 they believed continual renual of our today's clothes. Today's clothes is much our today's clothes. Today's clothes is much more simple than yesterday's clothes. The oppositions of the type between yesterday's clothes and today's clothes are mournful=play-ful melancolic-cheerful grey-colorful tradi-tional-emphemeral. Futurist men's clothing is aggressive agile dynamic simple and confor-table hygienic gay luminous volatile asym-metric ephemeral and variable. In general the Futurist argued for clothes that promoted simple and functionality. They made dynamic patterns in textile design and asymmetric geometric cuts in pattern making. They suggested an unconventional matetials and strong bright colors and modificanti. These elements pointed the way to a shim-mering exuberant future.

Free-form shapes which were once considered as an aesthetic feature are now an important functional requirement. CNC industries are looking for a compact solution for reproducing free-form shapes as conventional interpolation models are inadequate, The parametric curve interpolator developed in the last decade has clearly emerged as favorite among its contemporaries in recent years, At present intense research has been done on parametric curve interpolators and interesting developments are reported. Out of the various parametric representations for curves and surfaces, NURBS has been standardized and widely used in free-form shape design. This paper presents a review of various methods of parametric interpolation for NURBS and discusses the salient features, problems and solutions. Recent approaches on variable feedrate interpolation, parameter compensation are also reviewed and research trends are addressed finally.

The space in today's digital era is developing in a new direction with the changing paradigm, which is different from that in the analog era. The space that appeals to the advanced technology mobilizes all the five senses of the space user with the technical elements of the more variable fields and aesthetic productions, and creates an interactive environment by motivating the user's active participation through the digital media. The environmental device called digital media connects the function pace with living performance. Unlike in the analog space, the different sides of the digital media space create a human consciousness that corresponds to the realistic ambience, further contributing to the lively condition. For the main production technique in the digital medias performance-active space, there are electronic image production, changeable production, impromptu-active production, light and sound production, and total artistic production that lead to the progressive interaction between man and space.

Background Even with satisfactory anastomosis technique and adequate experience of the surgeon, flap loss due to thrombosis can still occur due to the patient's underlying condition. Patients with hypercoagulability due to etiologies such as malignancy, hereditary conditions, and acquired thrombophilia are among those who could benefit from free flap procedures. This review aimed to evaluate the risk of free flap thrombosis in patients with hypercoagulability and to identify the most effective thromboprophylaxis regimen. Methods This review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guideline. The PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were explored. Types of free flaps, types of hypercoagulable states, thrombosis prevention protocols, thrombosis complication rates, and flap vitality outcomes were reviewed. Samples from the included studies were pooled to calculate the relative risk of free flap thrombosis complications in patients with hypercoagulability compared to those without hypercoagulability. Results In total, 885 articles underwent title, abstract, and full-text screening. Six articles met the inclusion criteria. The etiologies of hypercoagulability varied. The overall incidence of thrombosis and flap loss in hypercoagulable patients was 13% and 10.3%, respectively. The thrombosis risk was two times higher in hypercoagulable patients (P=0.074) than in controls. Thromboprophylaxis regimens were variable. Heparin was the most commonly used regimen. Conclusions Hypercoagulability did not significantly increase the risk of free flap thrombosis. The most effective thromboprophylaxis regimen could not be determined due to variation in the regimens. Further well-designed studies should be conducted to confirm this finding.

This study focused on similarities between modern philosophical Nomadism and the thoughts of Korean people as well as analyzed the correlation between modern Nomad fashion and Korean traditional costumes. This study aims are as follows. First, to establish aesthetic characteristics by examining modern Nomadism and Korean thoughts. Second, draw the principles of design expressions of modern Nomad fashion and Korean traditional costumes. Third, analyze correlations between them. The method of this study was a literature review and an analysis of related photos. The study results are as follows. First, Nomadic aesthetics are characterized by the formation of complex diversity with the variability of fusion and separation through liquidity in an ambiguous boundary; in addition, various possibilities and harmony are the characteristics of Korean aesthetics, held by a holistic thought based on the vision of the universe of Qi (氣). Second, Nomad fashion appeared as variable designs through repetition and the overlapping of forms, and irregular designs were noticed through repetition and the overlapping of circles, quadrangles, and angles in Korean traditional costumes. Third, similarities in the creation of liquidity, variability, and de-territoriality based on modules can be found; in addition, common principles can also be drawn from the appearing design expressions.
