정형 및 비정형 데이터 수집을 위한 웹 크롤러 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Web Crawler System for Collection of Structured and Unstructured Data)

  • Recently, services provided to consumers are increasingly being combined with big data such as low-priced shopping, customized advertisement, and product recommendation. With the increasing importance of big data, the web crawler that collects data from the web has also become important. However, there are two problems with existing web crawlers. First, if the URL is hidden from the link, it can not be accessed by the URL. The second is the inefficiency of fetching more data than the user wants. Therefore, in this paper, through the Casper.js which can control the DOM in the headless brwoser, DOM event is generated by accessing the URL to the hidden link. We also propose an intelligent web crawler system that allows users to make steps to fine-tune both Structured and unstructured data to bring only the data they want. Finally, we show the superiority of the proposed crawler system through the performance evaluation results of the existing web crawler and the proposed web crawler.

  • 초고속 인터넷망의 확산에 따른 인터넷 이용과 전자상거래의 급격한 성장과 함께 저 비용 고 효율적 특성의 전자우편 광고가 마케팅 수단으로 각광을 받고 있다. 반면 스팸메일의 빠른 속도의 증가로 인하여 메일서비스업체와 메일사용자에게 정신적 경제적 피해를 주고 있는 것이 현실이다 이 논문에서는 대학을 중심으로 효율적인 스팸메일 차단을 위해 참여자-사용자, 관리자 그리고 ISP들이 상호 협력하는 계층적 스팸메일 차단정책을 설계하고 그 정책을 기반으로 스팸메일에 효율적으로 대응하는 스팸메일 제어모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안모델에 대한 분석평가를 통하여 모델의 효율성을 보인다.

중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 백화점 의류점포속성 평가 (Evaluation of the Clothing Store Attributes in the Department Using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to take the gauge of the importance-performance of the clothing store attribute in the department store. The survey was administered to customers of department stores in Deajeon city and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and importance-performance analysis were used to analyze the data of 37 clothing store attributes. The findings of this study were as bellows: 1. 8 factors were distracted from 37 clothing store attributes by factor analysis (Factor 1: goods, Factor 2; store's facility and environment, Factor 3; salesman and service, Factor 4; brand, Factor 5; price, Factor 6; store's atmosphere, Factor 7; convenience of the transportation and access, Factor 8; promotion and advertisement) 2. as results of importance-performance analysis, 10 attributes were shown in area I (high importance and high performance) which needed a strategy of Keep Up the Good Work, 6 attributes in area II (low importance but high performance) fitted a strategy of Possible Overkill, 12 attributes in area III (high importance but low performance) corresponded to a strategy of Concentrate Here, and finally a strategy of Low Priority was needed to 9 attributes in area IV (low importance and low performance).

모바일 애플리케이션 광고 이용자의 지각된 인식과 서비스 회복에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mobile Application Advertising Users' Perceived Perception and Service Recovery)

  • In general, service failure occurs inevitably and the customers who experienced the greater dissatisfaction have the higher expectations of service recovery. However, most of the previous studies have focused on the evaluation and risk factors of pre-service quality. Thus, this study is contrary to the numerous previous studies and focus on the effectiveness of mobile application advertisement users' perceived perception on service recovery after service fails. A research model presented in this study is based on the Equity Theory and deeply evaluated the effectiveness of Distributive Justice, Interactional Justice, and Authenticity Relevance on Service Recovery. The survey of this study was conducted among 286 users who have experienced a services recovery of mobile application advertising. As a result, among all the factors of users of mobile application advertising, Distributive Justice, Interactive Justice, and Relevance have a positive impact to Satisfaction. In addition, Distributive Justice, Authenticity and Satisfaction also have a positive impact to Trust. Ultimately, Satisfaction and Trust have a positive impact to Service Recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model for mobile application advertising industry, reducing business risk and enriching the related researches.

  • Since the ending of the IMF period, the Korean health industry has experienced a number of changes in its environment such as hospital bankruptcy, enforcement of SDF(Separation of Dispensing and Prescription), opening of the medical market by WHO, evaluation of medical institutions with more than 100 sick beds, and limited approval for medical service advertisement. Furthermore, the concept of medical service has changed from a beneficent and vortical one to a hi lateral and righteous one. These changes in medical service have required medical institutions to provide customers with medical service options and adopt market principles actively, while considering customer satisfaction. Thus, this paper aims to investigate the service quality and service value of medical institutions, to understand the mutual relationship between customer satisfaction and repeat visits, and to suggest better solutions for the improvement of service quality. For future studies, It will be necessary to overcome the limitations of this research and develop proper measurement tools on service quality in the Korean medical system.

광고홍보활동 문제의 다항시간 알고리즘 (Polynomial Time Algorithm for Advertising and Publicity Campaign Problem)

  • 본 논문은 주어진 예산과 광고를 접하는 최소 인원수를 초과하는 제약조건을 만족시키면서 신제품에 대한 인지도를 극대화시키기 위해 다수의 광고매체들 중에서 어느 광고매체를 몇 회 광고해야 하는지를 결정하는 최적화 문제를 다룬다. 본 문제에 대해 지금까지는 선형계획법 (LP) 소프트웨어 패키지를 활용하는 수학적 접근법만이 활용되고 있으며, 다항시간 알고리즘은 제안되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 문제에 대해 O(nlog n) 수행 복잡도의 다항시간으로 최적 해를 얻을 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 광고매체를 가장 경제적으로 선정하는 평가기준을 제안하였으며, 이 평가기준을 적용하여 광고매체 선정과 광고횟수를 결정하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 Excel을 활용하였음에도 불구하고, 실험 데이터에 적용한 결과 LP와 동일한 결과를 얻었다.

경로식당 이용 노인의 급식 만족도 조사 (Satisfaction of the Elderly toward Free Congregated Meal Service)

  • This study was designed to determine the attitude and degree of satisfaction of recipients toward the meal service program for elderly people. Nine hundred and eight elderly people(male: 301, female: 607) were interviewed by trained personnel. The results were as follows. Forty two percent of them had no income and 43.8% of the respondents were supported economically by the government. Their main reasons for attending the free congregated meal program was economic hardship(37.9%) The channels of becoming aware of the free meal program were through their friends(33.4%) and the meal service centers were located in the respondents residence area(36.0%) Thus any other advertisement from local government of official channels about the free meal program were not effective for the elderly 26.9% of the respondents felt inconvenience in visiting the meal service centers because they had some difficulty in walking, 53.5% of them however answered that they didn t have any complains and were quite satisfied with the meal service. The average satisfaction score for the free meal service was 63.4(maximum score 75) As for each evaluation item respondents were highly satisfied with volunteers attitude in meal serving(4.58$\pm$0.65: maximum 5 point) The evaluation score of females was generally lower than that of males(p<0.05) Oncemore, respondents who were in lowere socio-economic classes were marked by having significantly lower satisfaction scores for the meal service compared with higher scocio-economic classes. For the welfare of elderly people, meal service programs should be extended to more elderly persons and developed considering the elderlys ecological factors.

작업흐름도 기반 휴대전화 메시지 기능 사용성 평가 (Workflow-based Usability Evaluation of Mobile Phone Messaging Functions)

  • This study evaluated the short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) usability of mobile phones and wireless internet services by performance failure rates and flowcharts that adopted the concept of state diagrams. Forty-eight participants who had an experience of using mobile phones were recruited by posting an advertisement on websites for the experiment. They carried out both SMS and MMS tasks with the mobile phones of LG Cyon and Samsung Anycall as well as the wireless internet services of LGT ez-i, KTF magicN, and SKT NATE. In general, Cyon had the lower performance failure rate than Anycall for SMS, and ez-i had the lowest performance failure rate than the other services for MMS. More specifically through the workflow analysis, most participants used hot keys to take 7-8 steps to send a SMS including a symbol and had a difficulty in typing the symbol. They also took 10-11 steps to send a MMS after taking and attaching two pictures. Anycall, magicN, and NATE had significantly large error and failure rates due to the limited option of the menu paths that users could take and poor compatibilities of menu names and between menu and navigation keys. This study showed the possibility of use of flowcharts for systematic and specific usability evaluation methods and found the causes of performance errors and failures with mobile phones and wireless internet services to provide insight into their design.

모바일 광고 수용행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 성별 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Acceptance Behavior for mobile advertising : Focusing on the difference between genders)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 광고에 대한 태도, 이용의도 그리고 행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들이 무엇인지를 파악하고 성별에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구들에서 입증된 변인들 외에 모바일 광고의 독특한 특성인 개인화, 사전동의, 보상을 새로운 변인으로 채택하였다. 연구결과 오락성, 정보성 신뢰성, 개인화, 사전동의는 모바일 광고에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 성가심은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 모바일 광고 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모바일 광고에 대한 태도는 이용의도에 이용의도는 행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 성별에 따른 차이를 살펴본 결과 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 모바일 광고의 속성에 대한 인식과 태도, 행동에 미치는 영향변인의 영향력에 대한 평가를 통해 모바일 광고 집행 시 고려해야 할 점을 제공함과 동시에 남녀 소비자집단의 근본적인 차이를 설명할 수 있다는 점에서 이론적 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 대표적인 영상 공유 사이트인 유튜브와 비메오를 사용자 관점에서 비교 분석하고 이를 통해 인터페이스 디자인에 따른 사용자 경험의 개선 방향을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 1차로 문헌연구를 통하여 현재 제공되고 있는 서비스 현황과 이론적 배경을 고찰하고, 앞으로의 서비스 전망에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 2차로 스티븐 앤더슨(Stephen Anderson)의 Creating Pleasurable Interfaces 6가지 원칙을 바탕으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 유튜브의 경우 기능에 대한 접근성 저하와 광고량 과다로 편의성 개선이 필요하였다. 비메오의 경우 대중적 콘텐츠 부족으로 인한 대중성 향상과 개인 방송 시스템, 커뮤니티 등과 같은 관계성 서비스가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 영상 공유 사이트의 사용자 경험 개선 방안을 위한 참고 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것을 기대하며, 이후 진행될 다른 분야의 사용자 경험 연구에도 도움이 되길 바란다.
