본 논문에서는 ILS (instrument landing system) 로컬라이저 전력증폭기의 변조도, 출력, 그리고 위상 변화량 규격의 요구성능을 도출하기 위하여, 시스템의 주요 성능 중에서 course structure와 course width를 연구하였다. Course structure의 편차 규격(± 5 uA)을 만족하기 위한 CSB (carrier with sideband) 증폭기의 변조신호 DDM (difference in depth of modulation) 편차 규격을 ± 1 uA(0.001 DDM)로 규격화하였다. CSB 30 W 전력증폭기를 설계하였고, 변조도 보상회로를 통하여 동작운용 출력범위(45 dBm ~ 35 dBm)에서 SDM (sum in depth of modulation)은 40% ± 0.1%, DDM은 ± 0.0005 DDM의 특성을 얻었다. 그리고 course width와 displacement sensitivity 규격에 대하여 시뮬레이션으로 분석하고, 가장 엄격한 규격인 운용개시 점검시에 적용되는 ± 0.1 ° 변화량을 적용하여, SBO (suppressed with sideband only) 증폭기의 출력변동은 ± 2 mW, 위상은 ± 3 ° 로 규격화하고 특성을 만족하였다. 출력과 온도에 따른 보상회로를 적용하여, 안정적인 변조지수, 출력, 그리고 위상 특성을 얻었다.

Purpose: Although the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course is now taught internationally, it has not been implemented in Korea. In recent years, interest has increased in simulation as a teaching tool in the ATLS course. We therefore hypothesized that simulation training would be a useful adjunct to the ATLS course. Methods: We designed a 1-day curriculum that included skill development workstations, expert lectures, trauma patient simulations, and group discussion for general surgery residents. We conducted a survey to evaluate participants' level of understanding of the initial evaluation and treatment of trauma patients, their degree of knowledge and technical improvement, their satisfaction with the learning goals, and their overall satisfaction with the curriculum. We then analyzed the effects before and after the training. Results: Nine residents attended this course. None of the residents initially reported that they could perform a primary survey of trauma patients. The analysis revealed significant improvements after training in the questionnaire areas of "assembly of the team and preparation for resuscitation of a trauma patient" (p=0.008), "performance of a primary survey for trauma patients" (p=0.007), "resuscitative procedures for trauma patients" (p=0.008), "importance of re-evaluation" (p=0.007), "identifying the pitfalls associated with the initial assessment and management" (p=0.007), and "importance of teamwork" (p=0.007). Conclusions: After the ATLS simulation training, all participants showed significant improvements in their understanding of how to manage multiple trauma patients. Therefore, ATLS simulation training for residents will help in the management of trauma patients.

본 논문은 융합적 사고와 창의적 문제해결력을 지닌 인재 양성을 목표로 시작된 STEAM 교육의 현장확산을 위한 교사연수 중 심화과정 교사연수 프로그램의 개발과정 및 운영 결과를 바탕으로 STEAM 교사연수에 대한 시사점을 고찰하고자 한다. STEAM 심화과정 교사연수 프로그램은 교사들의 STEAM 역량 강화를 위하여 개발되었다. 총 60시간(4학점)의 직무연수로, 집합연수 38시간, 온라인 12시간, 현장적용 5시간, 성과발표 5시간으로 구성(3차년도 기준)하였다. 집합연수는 강의, 멘토교사수업, 실험실습 및 랩탐방, STEAM 수업자료 개발을 위한 조별활동, 포스터발표회로 구성되었다. 온라인 연수는 추가 강의 이수와 지속적인 교사 커뮤니티 활동을 이어갈 수 있도록 구성되었다. 또한 집합연수와 온라인 연수를 통해 개발된 STEAM 수업자료의 현장적용을 의무화하였다. 마지막으로 성과발표는 우수수업 사례 발표를 통해 교사들이 STEAM 교수 경험을 공유할 수 있도록 하였다. 2012-2014 동안 서울, 경기, 인천, 강원, 제주 지역의 초중등교사 약 700명이 본 연수를 이수하였다. 설문 조사 결과를 바탕으로 지속적으로 프로그램의 세부 내용 및 구성을 개선해나가면서 연수참여자들의 연수에 대한 만족도를 향상시켰다. 또한 본 연수 프로그램은 교사들의 STEAM에 대한 이해를 높이고, 자료개발과 현장적용을 통해 교사들의 STEAM 역량을 높이는데 효과적이었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연수는 앞으로 이와 유사한 STEAM 교사연수 프로그램의 개발 및 운영에 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

We present a case of unresectable cancer of the base of tongue treated with hypofractionated 3D conformal radiotherapy and concomitant chemotherapy. Based on the excellent tumour response in this radiotherapy regimen and international experience in short course treatments we shortly reviewed, we propose that this therapeutic approach could be considered in a curative setting for patients unsuitable for the a standard long course radiochemotherapy schedule.

본 연구는 서로 다른 형식(format)으로 작성된 무선인터넷 문서들간의 상호 변환(reformatting)을 다루고 있다. 무선인터넷에 접속하는 단말기는 보통 하나의 형식만을 지원하는데 비해서, 무선인터넷 문서를 작성하는데 필요한 마크업 언어(markup language)로는 WML, HDML, mHTML 등 다양한 형식들이 존재하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서 지식 기반 시스템(knowledge based system)과 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용하는 문서 형식 변환 기술을 제공하여, 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 구축시 특정 형식에 구애받지 않도록 하였다.

본 연구는 교육중심의 애니메이션을 강화하기 위하여 영상예술의 기초를 바탕으로 산업적 전문성을 갖춘 교육과정을 연구하고자한다. 연구대상은 실무 제작중심교육, 예술중심교육, 연구와 제작의 혼합형교육 등의 교육을 지향하는 국내외의 대학사례를 바탕으로 하였다. 연구내용은 교육과정을 학년별로는 기초에서 심화과정단계, 제작과정은 기획-제작-후반단계로, 기초이론은 기초감성영역에서 관련영역 등의 세 가지 분야로 분류하여 연구하였다. 이를 통해 분석된 국내외대학의 교과내용과 교육과정구성방법의 특징을 기초로 교육중심에 적합한 4년제 교육과정을 제시해보고자 하였다. 교육과정의 구성에 필요한 교과목의 연구는 사례대학에서 개설된 교과목 중 일치되는 교과를 중심으로 전공교과의 특성에 따라 기초 공통교과, 전공필수교과, 전공 선택교과 등으로 분류하여 개설하였다. 교육중심의 교육과정연구에 있어 각 대학의 교육목표와 학제 간 개별특성이 서로 달라 교육내용의 공통점을 이끌어 내는데 어려움이 있었다.

In this paper, the elemental components and improving purpose in advanced safety management system are reviewed to cope with a railway fire accident. And a considering procedure(V-cycle) of long-term plan for railway fire safety improvement is proposed. For the purpose of preventing recurrence of accident, items which have to be considered in the course of accident investigation and cause analysis are presented according to the stage of investigation activity.

Although it has been known that organometallic $\beta$-lactam compounds improve the resistance to $\beta$-lactamases as well as their pharmacological activities, only a few results on organometallic $\beta$-lactam antibiotics were reported. In the course of our extensive study on the development of new cephalosporins, we were interested in organotin compounds since they show some biological activities.
