Recently, the amount of adult reading has been continuously decreasing, but the consumption of video content is increasing. Accordingly, there is no information on preferences and behavior patterns for new users, and user evaluation or purchase of new books are insufficient, causing cold start problems and data scarcity problems. In this paper, a hybrid book recommendation system based on video content was proposed. The proposed recommendation system can not only solve the cold start problem and data scarcity problem by utilizing the contents of the video, but also has improved performance compared to the traditional book recommendation system, and even high-quality recommendation results that reflect genre, plot, and rating information-based user taste information were confirmed.

This paper describes the design guideline, methodology and general specification of the developed 12 channel interpretive electrocardiograph. The developed 12 channel electrocardiograph consists of main module, patient module, DSP module, interface module, power/battery module, TFT color LCD and thermal recorder. The control panel of the system has full keyboard, rotate/push button, function key and unctional indicators. The graphic user interface program conveniently allows user to record, setup, store, manage ECGs. A variety of system configurations give it ability to make user favorable environment. This system also has a resting adult's ECG analysis program. The developed system and program will be continusely evolved using a database of clinically correlated ECGs.

The purpose of this study to compare the purchasing behaviour of men's business suits, among custom suits, system order, and ready-made suits, centering around the choice of information source, risk perception and benefits sought. The survey of this study was collected from 450 adult male in Seoul. The data was analyzed by factor analysis and ANOVA. The result of this study were as follows : 1. Custom suits, system order, and ready-made suits consumers have a significant difference in the choice of information source. The consumer attaching most importance to the impersonal information source is the system order users, custom suits users, and ready-made suits users respectively. However there was no significant difference in the personal source among 3 different purchasing behaviour of men's suits. 2. For the risk perception, 1) the group who perceived the highest in economic risk is the system order users, followed by custom suits users, and ready-made suits users. 2) the group who perceived performance risk as being the highest concern is the ready-made suits consumers, followed by system order user, and custom suits user. 3) the group who perceived the socio-psychological risk as the highest is the ready-made suits consumers, and followed by custom suits user and system order users. 4) there is no difference among the three groups with respect to the fashionability loss risk. 5) the group of the highest perceiving the useful loss risk is the ready-made suits consumers, and the next is system order users, custom suits users. 6) the group of the highest perceiving the time and convenience loss risk is ready-made suits users, and the next is system order users, custom suits users. 3. For the benefit sought, the group of the highest perceiving the aesthetics is custom suits consumers, and the next is system order users, ready-made suits users.

In the era of COVID-19 global pandemic, e-learning has become new standards and daily life in the name of 'new normal'. This study developed dialogue e-learning contents as opposed to monologue e-learning which is unidirectional and instructor centered and conducted qualitative user experience evaluation of dialogue e-learning contents. A total number of 20 adult students participated and were individually interviewed. Qualitative data analysis was performed. The findings include students' positive perceptions of dialogue e-learning contents such as empathy for various ideas and new format. With regard to personal preference, 55% of participants preferred dialogue e-learning contents because it enables them to focus and share real experiences. Meanwhile, in terms of learning effects, 60% participants selected monologue e-learning contents and mentioned adequate explanations of concepts and explicit information delivery. Based on the results, suggestions on the design and development of dialogue e-learning contents were presented.

정보화 사회가 도래하고 우편이나 통신체계도 물리적인 공간에서 인터넷(Internet)이라는 가상 공간으로 점차 옮겨져 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 전자우편의 중요성이 대두되면서 스팸 메일 (Spam-Mail)로 인한 여러 가지 피해들이 속출하고 있다 특히, 많은 사람들이 성인광고 스팸메일로 인해 상당히 곤혹스러운 경우를 경험을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)의 개념을 이용해서 사용자 인증(User Authentication) 기능을 수행하고, 인증되지 않는 사용자가 보낸 메일에 대해서는 텍스트 분석뿐만이 아니라 이미지와 동영상을 처리해서 성인광고 메일 여부를 판단하는 메일 시스템을 제안한다. 우리의 조사에 의하면, 성인광고메일을 차단하는 메일시스템에 관한 연구는 거의 발표되지 않고 있다.

As internet is wide spread, the number of internet service provider is increased. Internet service providers gather the personnel information with inhabitants registration identification number for the user management and the adult authentication. The personnel information is spreaded thorough the Internet by the system hacking, mismanagement and malicious resale. And the personnel information is used for spam email, phishing scams, etc. by malicious others. So the Ministry of Information and Communication Republic of Korea developments I-PIN system of the personnel identification. But, I-PIN has some problem the guideline for it and the method of 5 I-PIN services. In this paper, we analyze the problem about the guideline for I-PIN and the method of 5 I-PIN services. And we propose the countermeasure about the problem.

This study aims to research the influences of the discrimination of internet media and one-person media environment, especially, the one-person media creators leading the mobile media that could be accessed and viewed anywhere, on the user attitude and continuous subscription intention. Especially, this study aimed to understand the current situation of one-person media market represented as YouTube, to explore the relationship and ecology between each subject and elements composing the media market, and also to understand the mediating effects of the characteristics of YouTube creators on the relation between contents involvement and user attitude, and the relation between user attitude and subscription intention, and the mediating effects of contents involvement on the relation between characteristics of creators and user attitude. As research methods, first, for the theoretical establishment, this study collected, conducted, and organized the published domestic/foreign theses/journal papers. For the objective validity and verification of the established research model, a survey was conducted targeting adult men and women currently watching YouTube, and then the empirical analysis was performed through the final effective samples. And the results of this study are as follows. First, the playfulness and reliability on the relation between characteristics of creators and contents involvement were not significant while the professionalism was significant. Second, the professionalism on the relation between characteristics of creators and user attitude was not significant while the playfulness and reliability were significant. Third, the relation between contents involvement and user attitude was significant. Fourth, the relation between user attitude and subscription intention was also significant. Also, in the results of verifying the mediating effects of contents involvement, the contents involvement completely mediated the relation between characteristics(playfulness, reliability, and professionalism) of creators and user attitude. And in the conclusion, this study presented the implications and suggestions for further researches in the future.

The openness of the Web allows any user to access any type of information easily at any time and anywhere. However, with function of easy access for useful information, internet has dysfunctions of providing users with harmful contents indiscriminately. Some information, such as adult content, is not appropriate for children. To protect children from these harmful contents, many filtering softwares are developed. However, these softwares can not prevent harmful contents, perfectly, because of some limitations. In this paper, we analyze existing eleven filtering softwares and state the limitation of these softwares. Furthermore, we propose requirements for new filtering software which overcomes the limitations, and describe framework of the new software.

Nausea, vomiting and retching are universal symptoms that affect individuals' state of health and self-care activities of individuals. Accurate measurements of individual symptoms are required to gather more definitive data, and enhance understanding, planning, and implementation of self-care actions. Recently the Rhodes Index of Nausea, Vomiting, and Retching(INVR), a new format of the INV-2(the Rhodes Index of Nausea and Vomiting), was developed to measure the symptoms of nausea, vomiting and retching in an English speaking population. To determine the reliability and validity of the INVR, and the possibility of using the instrument in Korea, the Korean translation of the INVR and the INV-2 were administered to a convenient sample of 105 patients at two University Hospitals in Kwangju, Korea. The Cronbach's alpha to estimate the internal consistency of reliability for INVR was 0.844. Equivalent measures of reliability were conducted to determine the percentage of agreement and the Spearman rank correlation coefficients for responses on the two instruments. The percent agreement was 83% and the correlation coefficient was 0.906 over all. A significant differences between the INVR scores of the patients with and without nausea, vomiting, or retching were seen, which indicated a construct validity. The INVR was found to be more user friendly for the patient and the healthcare providers. As a result, it is suggested that the INVR can provide a scientific base for measuring the symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and retching for nurses to improve patients' care and quality of life.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current state and improvements of the public library services for older adult in Korea. According to the online survey of public libraries in urban areas across the country, a total of 172 libraries responded. Research shows that public libraries generally recognize the importance of elderly users, but there are limitations in active efforts. The priority area for library collection and space/facilities was to be strengthened by the expansion of large type and voice books/periodical books, as well as the need to ask librarians for help to find books in high bookshelves. In the case of library services/programs, the areas that need to be strengthened first were analyzed as social participation programs and humanities programs. The librarians in charge of information services expressed their opinions that more specialized services and programs should be planned and subdivided for the elderly generation in order to provide older adults' services unique to other older adults' service institutions.
