지속가능한 웹 기술 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 친사회적 행동 관점 (Factors Affecting Sustainable Web Technology Adoption : Pro-social Behavior Perspectives)

  • 오늘날 지속가능성을 위한 사업 기회 창출을 위해 지속가능한 정보기술에 대한 수용이 사회적으로 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 절실함에도 불구하고, 환경적 영향 요인 외의 여러 사회적 영향 요인들에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 웹 기술 환경에서 소비자의 친사회적 행동이 지속가능한 정보기술 수용에 미치는 요인들을 탐구한다. 그리고 지속가능한 정보기술 개념에 대한 이론적 근거는 사회적 교환 이론에 두었다. 이론적 근거를 토대로 지속가능한 웹 서비스 신기술에 대한 소비자들의 사용 의도를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증적 연구 결과, 소비자들은 자신들이 웹 기술 서비스의 사회적 책임성과 사회적 유용성을 고려하여 수용 선택을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 지속가능한 정보 기술의 수용에 있어서 해당 기술이 가진 사회적 특성과 영향력을 처음으로 실증적으로 검증한 연구이다. 아울러 지속가능한 정보기술의 초기 도입 단계 수용에서 기술의 사회 책임적 특성과 유용성을 인식하는데 있어 소비자의 친사회적 성향이 중요한 선행 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 밝혔다.

초등학교 수학 교과용 도서 선정과 관련한 교사들의 의사결정 탐색 (Elementary textbook adoption process and teacher decisions)

  • 이 연구는 검정 도서로 전환된 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과용 도서를 선정하는 교사들의 의사결정을 조사하였다. 개별 학교에서 수학 교과용 도서 선정에 참여한 296명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, Shavelson과 Stern (1981)의 의사결정 모델에 따라 수학 교과용 도서와 관련한 이들의 신념, 도서를 평가하는 판단 기준으로서 도서 내·외적 요인, 최종적인 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 결과를 토대로 (1) 평소 신념과 실제 교과서 선정 의사결정 요소가 상충하는 현상, (2) 다교과 수업 업무에서 기인하는 의사결정 요소, (3) 교과서의 다양성을 추구하는 이상적인 정책과 차별성 없는 교과서에 안주하는 학교 현장 간의 괴리 현상 등 새로운 교과서 발행제도에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

IPTV서비스 수용의 영향요인에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of IPTV Service Adoption)

  • The purpose of this study is to elicit influential factors on accepting IPTV services and define the casual relationship between the factors, and "user satisfaction", "re-use intention", "stranger recommendation intention", in an attempt to provide useful guidelines to IPTV carriers, contents providers and equipment makers for their forming IPTV service models and marketing strategies. For this end, the theoretical background of this study has been brought from relevant literature, and theoretical study models have been established by logical reasoning of the interrelation among diverse components. Then, the established models have been analyzed by using statistical packages "SPSS(12.0), LISREL(8.72)". Finally theoretical and practical significance and future study direction have been suggested. To make sure of effective validity of IPTV service adoption models above, empirical studies should be made continuously. And then vertical and horizontal studies at a specific point would show ever-changing causal relationship, helping to promote financial outcome of relevant companies and organizations.

  • The purpose of this study, based on domestic sample businesses using EDI systems, is to identify success factors, which affect adoption of EDI systems by domestic business entities. And this paper also intends to provide guideline important in the establishment and management of EDI systems based factors identified. The major contents of this research are as follow. This paper, first, tries to develop conceptual framework based on previous research to identify factors which affect successful adoption of EDI systems. Second, it intends to develop new version of survey questionnaire by referring to various survey questionnaires previously used by similar studies. Third, it also intends to the extent of each factor on the successful adoption and implementation of EDI systems, and examines proposed hypotheses.

Unveiling the Effects of ICT Adoption in the Apparel Sector of Bangladesh Based on Technology-Organization-Environment Framework

  • The study is based on the technology-organization-environment (TOE) model which, attempted to determine the factors that are going to influence ICT adoption. The proposed research model evaluates the interplay among technological context (IT infrastructure, system security, and user capacity), organizational context (top management commitment, and innovations strategies), environmental context (quick response to the external agencies, interactive network infrastructure, and competitive pressure) and ICT adoption (productivity growth, organizational change, and competitiveness). Data were collected from 243 senior executives of full member firms of the Bangladesh Garments and Manufacturers Association (BGMEA) of examining the relationships among the constructs in the proposed framework utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis of TOE factors revealed that environmental, organizational, and technological factors have a significant impact on the successful implementation of ICT tools. The study also discusses implications for management practitioners.

Factors Influencing Resistance to the Metaverse: Focusing on Propagation Mechanisms

  • This study examines factors influencing nonusers' resistance to the adoption of the metaverse, focusing on propagation mechanisms. It elucidates the role of innovation resistance within the metaverse adoption process. We applied the Innovation Resistance Model in the context of the metaverse and considers three major groups of factors influencing resistance to the metaverse: innovation characteristics (perceived usefulness, compatibility, perceived risk, and complexity), consumer characteristics (personal innovativeness), and propagation mechanisms (mass media, online media, and personal communication). An online survey of college students who do not use the metaverse revealed that perceived usefulness, compatibility, personal innovativeness, and online media were negative predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Conversely, perceived risk, mass media, and personal communication were positive predictors of resistance to the metaverse. Furthermore, innovation resistance was found to play a mediating role in the metaverse adoption process. Drawing upon the findings, we suggested marketing strategies to decrease resistance to the metaverse.

The Adoption of Risk Based Audit Approach in the Independent Audit Firms: A Study of Case of Vietnam

  • This study was conducted to examine how independent audit firms in Vietnam understand and use risk based audit approach (RBAA) in audit practice. To answer the research questions, the researchers used primary and secondary data collected from 2018 to 2019. The results from the interview survey showed that audit firms were aware of the advantages of adopting RBAA. However, RBAA is practiced to a moderate extent by audit firms in Vietnam. Big 4 audit firms use RBAA more popularly than Non-Big 4 audit firms. The causes of the difference are the disadvantages of adopting RBAA and client's characteristics such as relevant guideline, audit fees, auditors' knowledge and experience. Besides, the study investigated factors impacting on the RBAA adoption by distributing a questionnaire to 246 auditors of 126 audit firms in Vietnam. A set of statistical appropriate methods where used through SPSS software version 22.0. The results indicated that there were six factors influencing RBAA adoption including: Auditor's ability, Technological development, Audit fees, auditors' motivation, Audit time and client's risk. Of which, auditor's ability and technological development are factors that have the most significant and positive impacts on the adoption of RBAA. Additional implications were argued in the final section of this study.

로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용한 핀테크 결제 서비스 수용 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Factors Affecting Fintech Payment Service Acceptance Using Logistic Regression)

  • 본 연구는 혁신확산이론과 관련 선행연구를 기반으로 사용자의 핀테크 결제 서비스 사용 영향요인을 서비스와 사용자 측면으로 분류하여 파악하고 인과관계를 실증 검증하였다. 사용자 수용에 영향을 미치는 서비스 특성으로 복잡성, 혜택, 서비스 제공자 신뢰와 인지된 위험을 서비스 특성으로, 개인 혁신성과 보안사고 경험을 사용자 특성으로 분류하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 인지된 위험과 사용의 복잡성, 보안사고 경험은 사용자의 핀테크 수용에 부정적인 영향을 미치며 개인혁신성은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가로 인지된 위험이 핀테크 서비스 수용에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 강화하는 보안사고 경험의 조절효과 역시 유의미하게 나타났다.

공공서비스 IT수용에 대한 사용자 저항요인 : 고속도로 하이패스시스템 사례 (Why Do Laggards Resist the IT Adoption in Public Service? : A Case of Expressway Hi-Pass System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is (1) to empirically examine why laggards resist IT adoption in public service and (2) to investigate the relationship between resistance and negative behavioral intention. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted on expressway users who do not use High-pass system. The collected 232 samples were analyzed using structure equation model method with AMOS 22.0. Results: Resistance is found to be a statistically significant factor affecting intention to reject. Also, incompatibility, privacy concern, status quo inertia and relative advantage are found to be statistically significant factors affecting resistance. Conclusion: Laggards have a tendency to intend to reject IT adoption rather than to postpone. They are affected not by monetary, procedural aspect associated with purchasing or registering OBU(On Board Unit). Incompatibility and relative advantage which are inherent attributes of Hi-pass system are more influential factors than privacy concern and status quo inertia. They make ethical and emotional decision partially affected by public-social factors.

Factors Influencing Post-Adoption Resistance to Self-Order Kiosks at Fast-Food Restaurants: A Focus on the New-Silver Generation

  • Due to the phenomenon of aging, a new consumer segment known as the "new-silver generation" is emerging. Unlike the previous silver generation, this generation possesses significant economic power and consuming willingness, attracting attention from consumer goods companies. However, both the new-silver generation and the elderly face challenges in adopting contactless or self-service technologies such as self-order kiosks, resulting in negative reactions. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the attitude and response of the newsilver generation towards kiosks, as well as the factors influencing their resistance to such technology. By applying theoretical perspectives from the innovation resistance model, technostress theory, and the value-based model, this study identifies influencing factors for innovation resistance among the new-silver generation when using contactless technologies implemented in fast-food restaurants. The findings indicate that a lower awareness of new technologies and services corresponds to decreased adoption resistance, while a higher perceived value leads to more positive behaviors and attitudes among the new-silver generation utilizing kiosks at fast-food restaurants.
