수용자 집단별 혁신제품 확산 및 지속사용의도에 대한 영향 (Analysis on the Diffusion and the Intention to Use among Technology Adopter Categories)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting the diffusion and the intention to use, and how these factors differ among adopter categories. A survey was done to analyze the diffusion of smart-phone, the most popular and innovative product nowdays. We collected 197 survey questionnaires from smart-phone user and analyzed the data using SPSS 18.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis was implemented before multiple group-innovator, early adopter, eraly majority- analysis which is categoriezed by Innovation Diffusion Model of Rogers (1995). The results show that firstly, in innovator group (n=63), the functional and the safety value have significantly positive effect on user satisfaction. In addition, we found that user satisfaction and the brand loyalty are significatly associated with the intention of use. Secondly, in early adopter group (n = 67), the design value has significantly positive effect on user satisfaction and it has significantly positive effect on brand loyalty. Finally, in early majority group (n = 67), the design value has significantly positive effect on the user satisfaction and it has stronger effect on the intention of use and brand loyalty. We conclude this paper with the implication of this study to both academia, business practice, and policy making.

공학 도구 친화적 거꾸로 수업에서 예비교사의 인식 분석 (Analysis of pre-service teachers' cognition on a teacher education program in technology-friendly flipped classroom)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공학 도구 친화적 거꾸로 수업을 통한 교사교육 프로그램에서 예비교사들의 공학 도구 활용에 대한 인식의 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 예비교사 45명을 대상으로 공학 도구 사용 범주 지수(Technology Adopter Category Index), 공학 도구가 추가된 교수학적 내용 지식(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge), 공학 도구별(Geometer's Sketch Pad(이하 GSP), Geogebra, Cabri 3D) 반영적 검사지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 공학 도구 친화적 거꾸로 수업 교육과정은 예비교사들의 공학 도구 사용 범주 지수와 공학 도구가 추가된 교수학적 내용 지식에 대한 인식 변화에 영향을 미쳤고, 공학 도구 활동이 학생들의 수학 학습 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 인식하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 공학 도구 친화적 교사를 양성하는 교사교육 프로그램 개발에 구체적인 아이디어를 제공하였다고 볼 수 있다.

스마트폰 채택 및 지속사용에 있어 사용자 저항과 사회적 영향력의 역할에 대한 탐색연구 (Exploring the Roles of User Resistance and Social Influences on Smartphone Acceptance and Continuous Usage)

  • This study examines the roles of user resistance and social influences on the acceptance and continuous usage of smartphones at different stages of adoption. The respondents were classified into three groups according to their innovation adoption stage : non-user group, the potential user group and the trial user group. Theories relevant to user resistance, social influences including normative social influences and informational social influences, as well as user adoption and continuance behavior were reviewed and integrated into our research model. In order to verify the proposed structured equation model, we conducted an online survey by targeting mobile phone users and collected data to be analyzed through a partial least squares (PLS) test. This study tested whether there exists differences in the effects of user resistance and different types of social influence on user's adoption or continuance intetion among these three groups. The results showed that user resistance exists in all adopter groups and that it has significant negative influences on intention to use a smartphone. The findings also revealed that user resistance can be enhanced or resolved by two types of social influence; informational social influence resolves user resistance regardless of the adopter category, while normative social influence enhances the user resistance of potential users. Furthermore, the findings show that social influence regardless of the type positively affects user intention. Several theoretic and practical implications pertaining to the results are discussed.
