The phenomenon of money laundering through capital market instruments and various investment instruments in it is a challenge for law enforcement officials, particularly the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in investigating money laundering crimes originating from corruption. This study aims to analyze comprehensively about: (1) implementation of policies on prevention and eradication of money laundering at the KPK in the context of handling money laundering on the capital market; and (2) an effective model for implementing policies to prevent and eradicate money laundering in the KPK in the context of handling money laundering on the capital market. By using a qualitative approach and Interactive Model analysis from Miles and Huberman, it was concluded that the results of the implementation of the policy of preventing and eradicating money laundering at the Corruption Eradication Commission in the context of handling money laundering crimes in the capital market had a positive impact on society, individuals and groups. The theoretical implications of the results of this study are related to the content of policy that is still relevant but for the context of implementation it needs to be refined or reconstructed by adding three elements, namely: communication, monitoring, and evaluation and security.

The Federal Maritime Commission is issuing new regulations implementing the Administrative dispute Resolution Act. The new regulations expand the Commission's Alternative dispute resolution(“ADR”) services, addressing guidelines and procedures for arbitration and providing for mediation and other ADR services. This rule replaces current subpart U-(Conciliation Service), with a new subpart U-(Alternative Dispute Resolution), that contains a new Commission ADR policy and provisions for various means of ADR. The rule also revises certain other regulations to conform to the Commission's new ADR policy. So, this paper object was to study on the FMC's ADR in U.S. with the emphasis on the final rule analysis.

The Building Design Control Commission has various important roles as the final check point for the overall urban management. Although nobody can argue that the committee is useless, participants' assessments on the results of the introduction and operation of the Building Design Control Commission are diversified. The primary purpose of this thesis lies in the institutional examination of the contents related with Building Design Control Commission by using the literature inquiry. The second purpose is to provide a help for the improvement of discussion of the administrative structure and improvement of the urban aesthetic through the systematic analysis of Building Design Control System. The extent of space is selected according to the case of building planning deliberation of Jeju-Si as the axis of Free International City, the center of administration, education, and culture. The period of time of examination is from January, 2002 to December, 2002. The subject of study is apartment which is deeply related with our lives by analyzing 2,231 discussion cases.

The Personal Information Protection Commission shall be established under the direct jurisdiction of the President and shall independently perform affairs under its authority. It shall be comprised of total 15 members (5 members designated by the President, 5 members elected at the National Assembly and 5 members designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court), including one minister-level Chairperson and one vice-minister-level standing member. Main functions of the Personal Information Protection Commission include deliberation and resolution of major policies and improvement of ordinances and systems related to personal information protection, coordination of opinions among public institutions in regards to the management of personal information, recommendation of improvement such as suspension of infringement by a central administrative agency, a local government and a constitutional institution, and submission of annual reports on personal information protection to the National Assembly. The function and role of the Personal Information Protection Commission regulated by the current law are insufficient in terms of independence and authorities of protection agencies compared to the international standard or level of discussion. The Commission thus cannot play a sufficient role as an independent agency for efficient protection of personal information. Therefore, there is a need for law revision that revives the purpose of the establishment of the Personal Information Protection Commission.

The purpose of this study is about the installation process and managing system of Economic Development District installed in order to make economic and local development by introducing foreign investment, technology and managing methods after the reformation of China. The Economic Development District of China is being continuously enlarged in its quantity and form as the local opening is being enlarged, and so that it is leading the systematic change of open district and is being developed as a core part of local economic growth. The central and local governments used to mediate and control the fostering of Economic Development Districts in their initial stage. However, the economic and business activities in Economic Development Districts are controlled by the capitalistic market forces now, and the control of central and local governments are being reduced to the minimum and the autonomy of the administrative commission is being reinforced for the efficiency of Economic Development District.

The objective of this research is to seek a preservation method against the set of data. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the MIDAS RASIS RI/ RG of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission, and then followed it with the under analysis of the MIDAS RASIS, thus presenting the transfer process. This was conducted for the records management of the MIDAS RASIS-designed records management modules DB. For the records management of MADIS RASIS, the records management module DB was thus planned, which presented the transfers through the standard records management system.

The recent Internet environment demands a new approach to Internet content regulation. The need for regulation on the Internet has been recognized due to the rise of digital sex crimes, illegal information such as drugs and suicide, fake news, hate speech, false consumer reviews, and harmful content for young people. This article attempts to analyze the legislative, judicial, and administrative aspects of Internet content regulation in Korea. It covers the current status and characteristics of the Internet content regulation law, the judicial judgment on KCSC's communications deliberation and regulation, and the process and characteristics of KCSC's communications deliberation. Problems in Korea's communications deliberation system were addressed through legislative, judicial, and administrative approaches. This article concludes with policy suggestions for improving Internet content regulation in Korea.

전자정부의 고도화에 따라 정부부처나 공공기관의 인터넷 홈페이지를 통한 대국민 정보제공 및 민원 서비스는 필수적이며, 그 서비스의 비중은 점차 증가하고 있다. 아울러 정부 웹사이트에서의 민원서비스는 시간적 공간적 제약없이 One-Stop 서비스를 제공하여 국민편의를 지향하는 전자정부의 중요한 과제이다. 전자정부가 단일화된 통합서비스를 제공하고, 좀 더 질좋은 대국민서비스를 하기 위해서는 국민의 관심과 참여가 절실히 필요하다. 우리나라 행정기관 웹사이트가 그동안 국제적으로 높게 평가받고 있음에도 불구하고 표준화 미흡 등의 문제점이 지속적으로 나타나고 있는 바, 이에 공공의 대국민 민원 서비스를 제공하는 중앙행정기판의 민원처리절차를 기술적으로 분석하여 이 논문에서 제안된 대국민서비스의 효율적인 User Interface(UI)를 통해 안정적인 대국민서비스를 제공하고, 각 기관마다 중 반복적으로 제기된 동일 유사민원의 효과적이고 효율적인 관리적 측면을 얻을 수 있을 것이며 정부중앙행정기관의 웹사이트에서 효율적인 인터넷 민원 서비스 개선의 자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzed Korean Fair Trade Commission's judgemental cases of cartels in telecommunications and media industry and presented the following results. First, cartels were formed frequently in multi-channel broadcasting industry, telecommunications industry, movie industry, and newspaper industry. In addition, price-fixing were observed in almost all subfield of telecommunications and media industry. Second, administrative guidance facilitated more opportunities for collusion in the telecommunications industry than in the media industry. Third, the telecommunications and media industry, similar to overall domestic industries, had a high proportion of hard-core cartels. Fourth, the depth of judgemental case in evaluating agreements among competitors was generally low, even though detail evaluations were found in the cases of large fines. Fifth, the overall level of sanctions was relatively low.
