간호대학생의 인성, 대인관계, 대학생활 적응과의 관계 (The relationship between the character, interpersonal relations, and adjustment to a college life of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 인성, 대인관계, 대학생활 적응간의 관계를 알아보고 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. W시에 소재한 간호대학생 180명을 대상으로 2016년 5월 30일부터 6월 9일까지 자가보고식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Mann-whitney U-test, Kruskal-wallis test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 인성 수준은 평균 4.42점(범위 1-6점), 대인 관계는 평균 3.70점(범위 1-5점), 대학생활 적응은 평균 3.33점(범위 1-5)으로 중간수준 이상이었다. 간호대학생의 인성, 대인 관계, 대학생활 적응간의 관계는 대학생활 적응과 인성(r=.506, p<.001), 대학생활 적응과 대인관계(r=.585, p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 중정도의 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 대인관계가 좋을수록, 인성의 행동 영역 수준이 높을수록 대학생활 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났으며 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 46%로 나타났다(F=75.28, p<.001). 본 연구결과에 의하면, 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 증진시키기 위해서는 간호교육과정 개발 시 간호대학생의 인성 특성을 고려할 것과 간호대학생의 대인관계를 증진시킬 수 있는 실천프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

5차원 전면교육 프로그램의 적용 및 효과 -간호대학 신입생을 대상으로- (Application and Effect of the Five Dimensional Education -Focusing on Freshmen Student of College of Nursing-)

  • 본 연구는 간호 대학생의 대학생활 적응과 학업 스트레스 감소, 인성 함양을 돕기 위해 5차원 전면교육 프로그램을 적용하고, 전인지수(DQ), 자아존중감, 자기효능감에 대한 효과를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 연구는 단일군 사전사후 실험설계로 진행되었으며, 프로그램은 심력, 체력, 지력, 자기관리, 인간관계 5가지 차원의 내면을 골고루 향상시키기 위한 내용으로 구성하고, 지침서를 제작하여 1주일에 2회씩 총 56회 운영하였다. 프로그램은 2014년 3월부터 12월까지 적용하여 운영하였고, 자료수집은 프로그램 시작 전 1회, 프로그램 종료 후 1회 이루어졌으며, 대상자는 K시에 소재한 간호대학 신입생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 288명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 자아존중감, 자기효능감이 유의하게 상승하였으며, 전인지수(DQ)중 지력이 유의하게 상승하였다. 따라서 자아존중감과 자기효능감의 증진을 통해 간호대학생들의 대학생활 적응을 돕고 학업 스트레스를 감소시키는데 5차원 전면교육 프로그램은 효과가 있다고 여겨지며, 인성 함양을 위한 5차원 전인지수 향상을 위해서는 시행 횟수 증가 및 참여 유도를 위한 운영방법의 보완이 필요하다.

입학전형별 대학생활 인식차이 및 학업역량 수준분석 (A Study on the Different Perception of University life and the Level of Academic Competency by the Entrance Type)

  • 본 연구는 입학전형별 입학생들의 대학생활에 대한 생각을 분석하고, 그에 따른 학업역량 수준을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2012~2017학번 동국대학 대학생들을 대상으로 대학생활에 대한 만족도를 분석하고, 대학생활에 대한 중요도와 집중도의 차이가 발생하는지 비교하였다. 마지막으로 입학전형별로 학업역량 중 GPA를 중심으로 차이가 발생하는지 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 대학생활에 대한 만족도를 분석한 결과 수시전형 학생들이 정시전형 학생들에 비해 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학생활 중 교육에 대한 만족도는 높으나, 생활과 밀접한 장학금에 대한 것은 불만족으로 나타났다. 그리고 대학생활에 대한 중요도와 집중도의 차이에서는 졸업 후 취업에 대한 고민이 가장 높았으나 현실적으로는 집중하지 못하고 현재 상황인 학점 및 팀플 과제에만 집중하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막 입학전형 GPA도 수시전형 학생들이 정시전형 학생들보다 높은 것으로 나타났는데 수시전형 학생들이 학교생활에 빠르게 적응하고 만족도가 높은 것에도 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 대학생활에 대한 전반적인 생각들을 파악하고 이를 보완해 줄 수 있는 교육정책 및 프로그램 마련이 필요하다는 것을 제안한다.

Hep3B 간암세포에서 개똥쑥 추출물에 의한 Cell Cycle Arrest 효과 (Cell Cycle Arrest Effects by Artemisia annua Linné in Hep3B Liver Cancer Cell)

  • Cells proliferate via repeating process that growth and division. This process is G1, S, G2 and M four phases consists. Monitoring the progression of the cell cycle is a specific step that to be a continuous process is repeated to adjust the start of the next step. At this time, this process is called a Checkpoint. Currently, there are three known checkpoints that G1-S phase, G2-M phase, and the M phase. In this study, we confirmed that cell cycle arrest effects by ethanol extracts of Artemisia annua Linne (AAE) in Hep3B liver cancer cells. AAE was regulated proteins which involved in cell cycle such as pAkt, pMDM2, p53, p21, pCDK2 (T14/Y15). AAE induced cell cycle arrest in G1 checkpoint through phosphorylation of CDK2. Akt and p53 upstream is inhibited by AAE and p53 activated by non-activated pMDM2, p53 inhibitor. Thereby, activated p53 is transcript to p21 and activated p21 protein is combined with Cyclin E-pCDK2 complex. Therefore, we confirmed that AAE-induced cell cycle arrest was occurred by p21-Cyclin E-pCDK2 complex by inhibition of pAkt signal. Because of this cell cycle can't pass to S phase from G1 phase.

진단 직후 유방암환자의 디스트레스 관리를 위한 심리교육프로그램의 효과 (Psychoeducational Approach to Distress Management of Newly Diagnosed Patients with Breast Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of integrated psychoeducational program for distress management of newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer. Methods: A quasi-experimental trial was conducted. The participants consisted of 47 female patients with breast cancer assigned to an intervention group (n=25) and control group (n=22). The intervention group participated in integrated psychoeducational program, consisting of individual face-to-face education and telephone-delivered health-coaching sessions. Data were collected at three time points: pre-intervention (T1), post-intervention (T2), and 6-month follow-up (T3). Study instruments were Distress thermometer, Supportive Care Needs Survey Short Form 34 and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast. Results: Compared with the control group, breast cancer patients in the intervention group reported lower distress and supportive care needs than the control group. The intervention group reported higher quality of life (QOL) overall and higher emotional well-being than the control group. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the integrated psychoeducational program is an effective intervention for reducing distress and supportive care needs and increasing QOL of newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer. Oncology nurses need to provide psychoeducational intervention to support patients with breast cancer in managing their distress and helping them adjust to their life.

지방직화이후 새로운 농촌지사업의 추진방향 (Directions for the Implementation of Agricultural Extension Services in an Age of Localization)

  • Agricultural extension services in Korea has experienced various system changes and accomplishments. The biggest achievement of extension was rice self-suffiency in the 1970s and abundant vegetable and animal production in the 1980s. The emerging challenges of international competition and localization are contributing to significant changes such as the decentralization of activities and shared responsibilities between the central government and local governments. Change, while it threatens the status quo, is a challenge and an opportunity to review and revamp ensconced and often rigid structures. In this sense, it is time to start a new era in agricultural extension. The development of agricultural extension requires keen appraisals and cogent analysis based on the realities of each specific regional situation. In order to develop agricultural extension services, the various aspects, the synthetic identification of its environments, the clarification of the client, the program development, and the effective mechanisms between research and extension must be considered. Especially, agricultural extension systems should be flexible and adjust to changing environments and the farmers' needs.

아버지의 부모효능감이 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 가정에서 교육지원활동의 매개효과 (Effects of Father's Parental Efficacy on Children's School Life: Mediating Role of Father's Educational Support at Home)

  • Father participation in child rearing is gaining its importance in the field of child development. Previous literature consistently suggests the importance of parental efficacy and educational support on children's school life. However, studies which that focus exclusively on the role of the father's role are highly limited. Based on previous literature, we hypothesized that parental efficacy would directly and indirectly affect children's school life via parental educational support at home. We aimed to expand on the previous literature by exploring the relations within fathers. Participants were 662 fathers whose children attended elementary, middle, and high school. We measured parental efficacy, educational support at home, and their children's school life were measured. Descriptive statistics were first conducted to investigate the general features of participants as well as the correlations between study variables. The research model was analyzed using structural equation modeling in AMOS 20.0. Results proved the direct effect of father's parental efficacy on father's educational support at home as well as children's school life. Fathers' educational support at home mediated the effect of parental efficacy on children's school life. Our results suggests that fathers who perceive themselves as efficient parents provides a higher level of educational support at home for their children; consequently, children of those fathers in turn adjust better in school and achieve higher grades. Also, the father's parental efficacy also indirectly exerts positive effects on children's school life via heightened educational support at home. An importance of paternal participation and support in child rearing and education was highly suggested. Relevant policy issues regarding paternal educational support were discussed.

The Application of a Genetic Algorithm with a Chromosome Limites Life for the Distribution System Loss Minimization Re-Configuration Problem

  • This paper presents a new approach to evaluate reliability indices of electric distribution systems using genetic Algorithm (GA). The use of reliability evaluation is an important aspect of distribution system planning and operation to adjust the reliability level of each area. In this paper, the reliability model is based on the optimal load transforming problem to minimize load generated load point outage in each sub-section. This approach is one of the most difficult procedures and become combination problems. A new approach using GA was developed for this problem. GA is a general purpose optimization technique based on principles inspired from the biological evolution using metaphors of mechanisms such as natural selection, genetic recombination and survival of the fittest. Test results for the model system with 24 nodes 29 branches are reported in the paper.

Adjustment of Lactation Number and Stage on Informal Linear Type Traits of Holstein Dairy Cattle

  • A total of 4,323,781 records for informal 16 primary linear descriptive traits of dairy cows in Holstein breed from 1988 to 2007 in USA were analyzed to estimate adjustment factors for lactation number and stage. While all factors in the model were highly significant (P < 0.01), major influences on linear type traits were due to lactation number and stage. The frequencies of lactation number 1 through 6 were 58.6, 22.0, 11.8, 4.8, 2.1, and 0.8%, respectively. Further, the frequencies of lactation stage were 0.7, 76.9, 15.3, 4.9, and 2.1%, respectively, for springing, early, medium, late, and dry. To adjust 16 linear traits (stature, dairy form, strength, body depth, rump width, rump angle, legs rear view, leg set, foot angle, fore udder, rear udder height, rear udder width, udder support, udder depth, and front teat placement), additive and multiplicative adjustment factors of lactation number (lactations 2 to 4) and stage (springing, medium, late and dry) were estimated with the solutions in the generalized linear model, assigning lactation 1 and stage early as base class. Additive adjustment factors of lactation number ranged from -1.23 to 2.908, while multiplicative factors ranged from 0.853 to 2.207. Further, additive and multiplicative adjustment factors for lactation stage ranged from -0.668 to 0.785, and from 0.891 to 1.154. Application of adjustment factors to 20 randomly sampled sub-data sets produced the results that additive adjustment factors for both lactation number and stage reduced more mean square of lactation number and stage over 16 linear traits than any combination of adjustments, and leaded additive adjustment factors for both lactation number and stage as a choice of methods for adjustment of informal 16 primary linear type traits collected by classifiers of AI studs.

척수장애인의 성적적응과 관련요인에 관한 모형구축 (Model Construction of Sexual Adjustment of Patients with Spinal Cord Injury)

  • The purpose of this study was to construct model of sexual adjustment in people with spinal cord injury and to determine factors that relate to sexual adjustment using methodological triangulation. A total of 134 persons who were registered members of spinal cord injury organization and admitted rehabilitation unit in the hospital were included in the study. Participants answered questionnaire concerning importance of life events, sexual concern, sexual adjustment. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured indepth interviews from 10 individuals with spinal cord injury who were previously included in the quantitative study. Constant compatative method was used to analyze the data. The results were as follows : 1) With respect to eleven other areas of life, sex life ranked the sixth and economic status ranked the highest in terms of importance. However social life ranked the lowest among the 11areas. 2) Among seven topics related to sexuality were methods and techniques to achieve sexual satisfaction, and helping a partner cope emotionally with limitation on sexual dysfunction was the second greastest. 3) The mean score for sexual adjustment was 19.47 which can be considered. 4) A process on how individuals with spinal cord injury adjust to their changed sexual life immerged from the qualitative data. It includs 4 stages: 'stage of loss' 'stage of endeavoring' 'stage of effort' and 'stage of adjustment'. Categories showing context for the action/interaction strategies were 'steadiness' and 'rediscovery as a sexual being'. There were three factors which may stimulate the adjustment process while the others may interrupt it. Those factors included personal matters, family matters and social matters. The individuals may follow each stage step by step but may go back to the previous step depending on the outcomes of their adjustment. 5) There were three factors which may stimulate the adjustment process while the others may interrupt it.
