본 논문에서는 스팸메일을 차단하기 위해 전자우편 발송서버가 발신자가 소속된 도메인에 등록된 서버인지 또는 그 도메인에 속한 서버인지 판단하는 IP 주소간 거리 측정 알고리즘을 이용하는 전자우편 발송서버 권한확인 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 전자우편을 발송한 서버의 IP 주소와 전자우편의 발신자 도메인의 DNS에 등록된 IP 주소들과의 거리를 이용해 전자우편을 발송한 서버가 전자우편의 발신자 도메인의 네트워크에 존재하는지 확인하여 스팸메일을 차단한다. 일정기간 동안 수집한 전자우편에 대해 제안 알고리즘을 적용하여 IP 주소간 거리를 측정한 결과 정상메일의 경우 $88\%$, 스팸메일의 경우 $10\%$ 정도가 발신자가 소속된 도메인에 속한 전자우편 서버에서 발송되었고, 나머지는 발신자 주소를 도용하였거나 또는 제3의 장소에 존재하는 서버에서 발송하였음을 확인하였다. 제안 알고리즘은 발신자 도메인이 전자우편 발송 권한을 부여하지 않은 서버로부터 수신된 전자우편을 모두 스팸메일로 간주하여 스팸메일을 차단하는데 독립적으로 사용될 수 있으며, 또한 현재 표준화가 진행 중인 전자우편 발송서버 권한확인 프로토콜들이 보편화되어 사용되기 전까지 이들 프로토콜의 보완책으로도 사용될 수 있다.

This study addresses the analytic models for estimating the capacity and performance of the multi-carrierCDMA system where several carriers would be assigned to a single cell to accommodate the required trafficdemand. Two key features of the multi-carrier CDMA system, carrier selections of new calls and inter-camerhard handoffs, are accommodated in the models, Computation experiments are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

This paper addresses dynamic modeling and task-space trajectory following issues for nonholonomic mobile manipulators moving on a slope. An integrated dynamic modeling method is proposed considering nonholonomic constraints and interactive motions. An adaptive neural-fuzzy controller is presented for end-effector trajectory following, which does not rely on precise apriori knowledge of dynamic parameters and can suppress bounded external disturbances. Effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified through simulations.

This paper addresses the critical factors of customer satisfaction between department store which is characterized as a good service quality and discount store which has a competitive advantage on price dimension. The result showed that overall satisfaction of department store was slightly higher than that of discount store. Also, it was found that only service quality was a good indicator as a customer satisfaction of department store. However, overall satisfaction of discount store was significantly affected by both price and service quality. The study contributes to our understanding of how department store and discount store develop KSFs(key success factors) of customer satisfaction.

This paper addresses a novel algorithm for variable rate channel coding with interleaver punctured convolutional code for wireless communication. In other to increase the coding performance and achieve the variable channel coding rate, serially concatenated convolutional coding scheme will be applied. In this paper, we characterize the effect of interleaver puncturing on the effectiveness of the proposed scheme some simulation results are presented, in which the channel model of additive Gaussian noise is assumed.

Use of wireless portable devices, like mobile phones, PDAs and Laptops is explosively increasing. Used in the aircraft, these PEDs can introduce EMI problem to aircraft Com/Nav systems. This paper addresses some foreign research result on interference caused by PEDs which are used onboard and policy of Japan and USA to limit use of PED on board.

This paper addresses a problem of machining route selection and determination of input quantity with yield in multi-stage flexible flow system. The problem is formulated as nonlinear programing and the proposed model is solved by genetic algorithm(GA) approach. The effectiveness of the proposed GA approach is evaluated through comparisons with the optimal solution obtained from the branch and bound for the same problem.

Alexandrov topologies are the topologies induced by relations. This paper addresses the properties of Alexandrov topologies as the extensions of strong topologies and strong cotopologies in complete residuated lattices. With the concepts of Zhang's completeness, the notions are discussed as extensions of interior and closure operators in a sense as Pawlak's the rough set theory. It is shown that interior operators are meet preserving maps and closure operators are join preserving maps in the perspective of Zhang's definition.

This paper addresses to the emerging issues for regional/global welfare issues, with special focus on the potentials and influences of the transnational advocacy activism for human and welfare rights. Part One of the paper outlines the emergence of transnational (cyber-)activism for global welfare. It is followed by a discussion of the incompatibility between economic globalization and regional/local deprivation, as well as the potentials for welfare promotion and empowerment. Part Four critically examines the contours and complexity of informational society. The last two parts delineate, respectively, the barriers against and prospects of global welfare activism.

This article addresses the problem of measuring a joint agreement between multiple raters and a standard set of responses. A new agreement measure based on Um's approach is proposed. The proposed agreement measure is used for multivariate interval responses. Comparison is made between the proposed measure and other corresponding agreement measures using hypothetical data set.
