We suggest a Business Performance Information System with Knowledge Discovery in Databases(KDD) as a key component of integrated information and knowledge management system. The proposed system measures business performance by considering both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. In modeling of Business Performance Information System, we apply the following KDD processes : Data Warehouse for consistent management of a performance data, On-Line Analytic Processing(OLAP) for multidimensional analysis, Genetic Algorithms for exploring and finding dominant managing factors and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for applying expert's knowledge and experience. To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data of Korean automobile industry over 16 years from 1981 to 1996, which is taken from database of KISFAS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

본 논문에서는 국회 FM라디오의 신규 재정 투입에 따른 경제적 효과 분석을 하고자 한다. 최근 4차 산업혁명과 뉴미디어 패러다임 변화로 모바일, 인터넷, OTT 등 다매체 다채널로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화하는 대내외적 여건을 반영하여 국회방송에서도 시청자가 공간과 시간적 제약 없이 공공서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 FM라디오 방송의 도입이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국회 FM 라디오의 신규 정부 재정 투입 소요 예산을 추계하여 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 주요 분석결과는 생산유발계수는 1.661이며, 부가가치 계수는 1.141, 고용유발계수는 7.1로 도출되었다. 수도권권역기준으로 생산유발효과 69.28억원, 부가가치유발효과 47.58억원, 고용유발효과 28.4명으로 분석되었다. 또한, 전국권역기준으로 생산유발효과는 132.57억원, 부가가치유발효과는 91.06억원 고용유발효과는 49.7명으로 추정되었다.

쌀된장의 식품소재로서의 이용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 쌀된장 첨가량을 달리하여 쿠키를 제조한 후 품질특성을 조사하였다. 쿠키의 명도는 74.14에서 62.83로 감소하였으며 적색도는 6.30에서 11.14로 증가하였고 쿠키의 경도는 쌀된장 분말 0%에서 7%로 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 426.29에서 829.29 g로 증가하였다. 관능검사 결과 색, 향, 텍스쳐, 전제적인 품질은 쌀된장 분말 5% 첨가시 가장 우수하였다. 쌀된장 분말 쿠키의 일반성분 분석결과 수분함량은 2.4~2.7%, 조단백질 함량은 6.8~7.5%, 조지방 함량은 22.6~27.3%, 조섬유 함량은 0.8~5.5%, 조회분 함량은 0.5~1.1%의 범위를 나타내었다.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

기존 전화망에서의 음성 서비스를 인터넷 망에서 제공하고자 하는 VoIP 기술이 음성 관련 부가가치 서비스에 쉽게 적용될 수 있어 현재 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VOIP 서비스를 위한 다양한 프로토콜 중 차세대 VoIP 프로토콜로 대두되고 있는 SIP을 기반으로 한 인터넷 전화 단말에 포함되는 User Agent를 개발하는 데 있어 고려된 시스템 구조에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Location-based services or LBS refer to value-added service by processing information utilizing mobile user location. With the rapidly increasing wireless Internet subscribers and world LBS market, the various location based applications are introduced such as buddy finder, proximity and security services. As the killer application of the wireless Internet, the LBS have reconsidered technology about location determination technology, LBS middleware server for various application, and diverse contents processing technology. However, there are fears that this new wealth of personal location information will lead to new security risks, to the invasion of the privacy of people and organizations. This paper describes a novel security approach on open LBS service to validate certificate based on current LBS platform environment using XKMS (XML Key Management Specification) and SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), XACML (extensible Access Control Markup Language) in XML security mechanism.

Due to the explosive growth of smartphone use, new type and format of business opportunity is being created. Despite the creation of added value using smartphone is very important, the past study on smart phone has been mainly focused on its functions and specifications. This study is intended to identify the factors that influence continuance usage intention of smartphone and to analyze the relationship between such factors and the expected confirmation. satisfaction, and usage intention. The result of this empirical study indicates that the perceived enjoyfulness and quality significantly affect users' expected confirmation and satisfaction, and social influence also affects users' continuance usage intention. Thus, it implies users place a high value on enjoyfulness and quality in using smartphone application and on social influence in choosing specific application. Finally this paper provides a detailed account of how customers accept smartphone application and their perceived characteristics affect the usage intention.

Globalization of the industry induces the internationalization of any given manufacturing company's supply chain. Development of e-Commerce and Information Technology (IT) changes the logistics structure, making logistics information systems essential. Web-based connectivity and supply chains based on new technologies are becoming essential in the logistics industry. Customers are driving the implementation of systems to ensure timely, thorough, and accurate information, often with immediate access; in response, the Internet has propagated tracking and tracing systems. Value-added services are the key to successful intermediary activities. The nationwide Integrated Logistics Information System (ILIS) aimed to utilize existing and future information infrastructure and knowledge bases to build an integrated logistics information network that would provide comprehensive logistics information services for shippers and carriers in order to improve the efficiency of both inventory and information flows in their supply chains. The ILIS, as one of the seven national information networks, has provided various services, particularly services related to import/export and clearance. Though a survey concerning logistics information services shows rather positive results, shippers and carriers still require better services and reductions in EDI prices. Therefore, the role of the ILIS needs to be re-defined. Short-term plans for the ILIS contain ICD services and XML/EDI services, which are described in detail.

With the development of cloud computing, more and more Web services are deployed on geo-distributed datacenters and are offered to cloud users all over the world. Through service composition technologies, these independent fine-grain services can be integrated to value-added coarse-grain services. During the composition, a number of Web services may provide the same function but differ in performance. In addition, the distribution of cloud datacenters presents a geographically dispersive manner, which elevates the impact of the network on the QoS of composite services. So it is important to select an optimal composition path in terms of QoS when many functionally equivalent services are available. To achieve this objective, we first present a graph model that takes both QoS of Web services and QoS of network into consideration. Then, a novel approach aiming at selecting the optimal composition path that fulfills the user's end-to-end QoS requirements is provided. We evaluate our approach through simulation and compare our method with existing solutions. Results show that our approach significantly outperforms existing solutions in terms of optimality and scalability.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics of mozzarella cheese added wine concentrate. Mozzarella cheese was produced with different additives of wine concentrate which were 0~5%. The pH and the total acidity of the Cheese were analyzed. We also examined the radical scavenging activities for the antioxidant effect of samples and evaluated for their total polyphenol, and total flavonoid contents. The pH of Meoru wine cheese (6.28~6.37) was significantly higher and total acidity tended to decrease compared to that of the control. L^* (lightness) of the wine cheese decreased with increasing amounts of wine concentrates whereas a^* (redness) tended to increase. In the texture profile analysis, Meoru wine cheese showed higher values of hardness, gumminess, and chewiness. The ABTS radical scavenging activity of Meoru wine cheese showed the highest value when wine concentrate amounts were 2%. The DPPH radical scavenging activity was significantly increased in cheese added with wine concentrate. Total polyphenol contents and total flavonoid contents of Meoru wine cheese tended to increase with increasing amounts of wine concentrate. This research result highlights the positive influence of wine concentrate addition in cheese. Also, these results are expected to impact the experience programs in farm wineries.
