Due to the increasing demand for high data multimedia service, there has been progressing study of adaptive smart antenna to increase both the performance and capacity using limited wireless resource. IS-95 scheme in the origin of cdma2000 of IMT-2000 standard uses signals of spreading and Walsh-Orthogonal Modulation in reverse link. But, in the case of reverse lint there exists difficulty in synchronous of signals transmitted from users. Therefore, orthogonality between users is not satisfied. So, asynchronous MC-CDMA scheme may yield low performance. In this paper, MC/DS-CDMA scheme to reverse link transmission in adaptive array antenna environment is proposed for spreading the S/P-converted data streams using a given spreading code. Due to frequency diversity effect, simulation results show that the proposed system provides improved BER performance and narrow band interference supple psi on.

TCR subunits are members of membrane-bound receptors which allow the fast and efficient elimination of the specific fish pathogens have regulated function in adaptive immunity. Sequence structure of TCR subunits have been reported for various teleosts, but the information of each TCR subunit functional characterization through expression analysis in fish was unknown. In this study, we examined the gene expression of TCR subunits in the early developmental stages and observed transcript levels in various tissues from healthy adult olive flounder by RT-PCR. The mRNA expression of alpha subunit was already detected in the previous hatching step. But the transcripts of another TCR subunit were not observed during embryo development and increased after hatching and maintained until metamorphosis at the same level. It was found that all TCR subunits mRNAs are commonly expressed in the immune-related organ such as spleen, kidney and gill, also weak expressed in fin and eye. TCR alpha and beta subunit were expressed in brain, whereas gamma and delta were not expressed same tissue. The sequence alignment analysis shows that there are more than 80% sequence homology between TCR subunits. Because it has a high similarity of amino acid sequence to expect similar in function, but expression analysis show that will have may functional diversity due to different time and place of expression.
In this paper, we propose a high-speed adaptive PTS method which eliminates high PAR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) and we compare the proposed method with other conventional methods. In addition, we have designed a combined type SLM-PTS scheme to reduce PAR and evaluate the performance. The system used for evaluating PAR performance can be constructed as COFDM (Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) applying ETD(Enhabced Time Diversity)-Turbo coding scheme. All the analyses in this paper are focused on the system characteristics according to IFFT's point and modulation method and the performance evaluation are based on the PAR reduction rates. As a result, the SLM-PTS combination method reveals good PAR reduction rate and remarkable reduction in the amount of calculations. Especially, in the case of combine-3 scheme, we can achieve approximately $3.7\~3.9$ dB PAR reduction on a basis of 10-5 BER level. Moreover, we can eliminate the side information in COFDM system because of its adaptive characteristics in evaluating PAR reduction rate, so that the additional errors can be omitted.
Based on the super elastic properties of the shape memory alloy (SMA) and the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric (PZT) ceramics, a kind of hybrid semi-active control device was designed and made, its mechanical properties test was done under different frequency and different voltage. The local search ability of genetic algorithm is poor, which would fall into the defect of prematurity easily. A kind of adaptive immune memory cloning algorithm(AIMCA) was proposed based on the simulation of clone selection and immune memory process. It can adjust the mutation probability and clone scale adaptively through the way of introducing memory cell and antibody incentive degrees. And performance indicator based on the modal controllable degree was taken as antigen-antibody affinity function, the optimization analysis of damper layout in a space truss structure was done. The structural seismic response was analyzed by applying the neural network prediction model and T-S fuzzy logic. Results show that SMA and PZT friction composite damper has a good energy dissipation capacity and stable performance, the bigger voltage, the better energy dissipation ability. Compared with genetic algorithm, the adaptive immune memory clone algorithm overcomes the problem of prematurity effectively. Besides, it has stronger global searching ability, better population diversity and faster convergence speed, makes the damper has a better arrangement position in structural dampers optimization leading to the better damping effect.

Objective : The adaptive immune response following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is not well understood. We evaluated and compared the T cell receptor (TCR) immune repertoire of good-grade and poor-grade SAH patients to elucidate the T cell immunology after ictus. Methods : Peripheral blood from six SAH patients was collected at two different times, admission and at the 7-day follow-up. Composition and variation of the TCR β-chain (TCRB) complimentary determining regions (CDR) 3 repertoire was examined using high-throughput sequencing; the analysis was based on sampling time and disease severity (good vs. poor-grade SAH). Results : Clonality at admission and follow-up were 0.059 (0.037-0.038) and 0.027 (0.014-0.082) (median, 25th-75th percentile). Poor-grade SAH (0.025 [0.011-0.038]) was associated with significantly lower clonality than good-grade SAH (0.095 [0.079-0.101]). Poor-grade SAH patients had higher diversity scores than good-grade SAH patients. CDR length was shorter in good-grade SAH vs. poor-grade SAH. Differences in clonotype distribution were more prominent in TCRBV gene segments than TCRBJ segments. TCRBV19-01/TCRBJ02-04 and TCRBV28-01/TCRBJ02-04 were the most increased and the most decreased V-J pairs in the 7-day follow-up compared to admission in good-grade SAH. The most increased and decreased V-J pairs in poor-grade SAH patients were TCRBV28-01/TCRBJ02-06 and TCRBV30-01/TCRBJ02-04, respectively. Conclusion : The TCRB repertoire is dynamic in nature following SAH. TCRB repertoire may facilitate our understanding of adaptive immune response according to SAH severity.

Collaborative Filtering, a representative recommendation system methodology, consists of two approaches: neighbor methods and latent factor models. Among these, the latent factor model using matrix factorization decomposes the user-item interaction matrix into two lower-dimensional rectangular matrices, predicting the item's rating through the product of these matrices. Due to the factor vectors inferred from rating patterns capturing user and item characteristics, this method is superior in scalability, accuracy, and flexibility compared to neighbor-based methods. However, it has a fundamental drawback: the need to reflect the diversity of preferences of different individuals for items with no ratings. This limitation leads to repetitive and inaccurate recommendations. The Adaptive Deep Latent Factor Model (ADLFM) was developed to address this issue. This model adaptively learns the preferences for each item by using the item description, which provides a detailed summary and explanation of the item. ADLFM takes in item description as input, calculates latent vectors of the user and item, and presents a method that can reflect personal diversity using an attention score. However, due to the requirement of a dataset that includes item descriptions, the domain that can apply ADLFM is limited, resulting in generalization limitations. This study proposes a Generalized Adaptive Deep Latent Factor Recommendation Model, G-ADLFRM, to improve the limitations of ADLFM. Firstly, we use item ID, commonly used in recommendation systems, as input instead of the item description. Additionally, we apply improved deep learning model structures such as Self-Attention, Multi-head Attention, and Multi-Conv1D. We conducted experiments on various datasets with input and model structure changes. The results showed that when only the input was changed, MAE increased slightly compared to ADLFM due to accompanying information loss, resulting in decreased recommendation performance. However, the average learning speed per epoch significantly improved as the amount of information to be processed decreased. When both the input and the model structure were changed, the best-performing Multi-Conv1d structure showed similar performance to ADLFM, sufficiently counteracting the information loss caused by the input change. We conclude that G-ADLFRM is a new, lightweight, and generalizable model that maintains the performance of the existing ADLFM while enabling fast learning and inference.

In wireless access systems, there has been much interest in enhancing the performance of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing OFDM) in a frequency selective fading channel. If the channel is static and is perfectly known to both the transmitter and the receiver, the water-filling technique with adaptive modulation is known to be optimal. However, for OFDM systems, this requires intensive traffic overheads for reporting channel side information on all subcarriers to the transmitter In this paper, we propose an adaptive modulation and coding scheme for bit-interleaved coded OFDM (BIC-OFDM) for downlink packet transmissions with reduced feedback information. To minimize the feedback information, we employ a rate adaptation method based on the OFDM symbol rather than on each subcarrier. To illustrate the performance gap between the optimal water-filling and the proposed scheme, we will compare cutoff rates for both schemes. It is shown that the loss is less than 2dB while the proposed scheme significantly reduces the feedback payloads. Also, the OFDM system in multiuser environment with subcarrier grouping is considered. It is shown that by exploiting multiuser diversity the throughput of the proposed scheme approaches the channel outage capacity as the number of users and the number of subcarrier groups increase.

In this paper, the new beamforming is proposed for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) system with multi-input multi-output(MIMO). Through the proposed Pre-FFT beamforming technique for MIMO-OFDM, the multibeams are formed toward each multi-transmitter antenna of the desired user. The proposed beamforming for MIMO-OFDM can reduce cochannel interference and get diversity gain in the multi-user environment. Therefore, the performance of MIMO-OFDM system is very improved. BER performance improvement of the proposed approach is investigated through computer simulation by applying it to MIMO-OFDM system in the multi-user environment.

In this paper, we propose and analyze the AMC (Adaptive Modulation and Coding) system with efficient turbo coded V-BLAST (Vertical-Bell-lab Layered Space-Time) technique. The proposed algorithm adopts extrinsic information from a MAP (Maximum A Posteriori) decoder with iterative decoding as a priori probability in two decoding procedures of V-BLAST scheme; the ordering and the slicing. Also, we consider the AMC system using the conventional turbo coded V-BLAST technique that simply combines the V-BLAST scheme with the turbo coding scheme. And we compare the proposed decoding algorithm to a conventional V-BLAST decoding algorithm and a ML (Maximum Likelihood) decoding algorithm. In addition, we apply a STD (Selection Transmit Diversity) scheme to the systems for better performance improvement. Results indicate that the proposed systems achieve better throughput performance than the conventional systems over the entire SNR range. In terms of transmission rate performance, the suggested system is close in proximity to the conventional system using the ML decoding algorithm.

Service composition in the Inter-Cloud raises new challenges that are caused by the different Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of the users, which are served by different geo-distributed Cloud providers. This paper aims to explore how to select and compose such services while considering how to reach high efficiency on cost and response time, low network latency, and high reliability across multiple Cloud providers. A new hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm to perform the above task called LS-NSGA-II-DE is proposed, in which the differential evolution (DE) algorithm uses the adaptive mutation operator and crossover operator to replace the those of the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II (NSGA-II) to get the better convergence and diversity. At the same time, a Local Search (LS) method is performed for the Non-dominated solution set F{1} in each generation to improve the distribution of the F{1}. The simulation results show that our proposed algorithm performs well in terms of the solution distribution and convergence, and in addition, the optimality ability and scalability are better compared with those of the other algorithms.
