中國眞實事件改編電影特性與社會互動關係硏究 - 以電影《盲山》爲例 -

  • By analyzing the film context and taking the film "Blind Mountain", which adapted from a real event in China, as a template, this article aims to analyze the relationship between this type of film and the society from the characteristics of the film adapted from the real event and the relationship with the society after being adapted to films. From the perspective of characteristics, the author also analyzed that firstly, the interactive relationship of presentation is the film's exposure of the real "ugliness" and the perception of "beauty" in the real society. Secondly, the supporting interactive relationship not only enriches the social experience of film creators, but also enhances the film's ability to re-news. Thirdly, the pressure-type interaction is not only to regulate the power of social behavior, but also to promote the intangibility of social thought.

  • Cultures often adopt the good versus evil dichotomy within their narratives of religious texts, aural anecdotes, and cultural mythologies. The Ramayana narrates a divine story that transcends time of the battle between the forces of good and evil, between Prince Rama and Ravana. Numerously adapted through time, the Ramayana is today told through moving visuals and has been adapted by Mani Ratnam through Raavanan (2010). Raavanan is adapted to the premise of hero versus villain using the good versus evil premise as Dev Prakash (Rama) searches to rescue his wife Raagini (Sita), who is abducted by Veeraiya (Ravana). The film, however, departs from the Ramayana as Raavanan is told through the perspective of Veeraiya. In the film, Veeraiya is portrayed as a flawed anti-hero who battles against injustice instead of being the antagonist. He seeks revenge for his sister and stands up against the oppression of his tribe. In this battle, he questions ideological understandings of justice and morality that have been conventionally interpellated within society. This paper discusses how Mani Ratnam, through the film Raavanan, contests hegemony, ideology, and class differences within modern cinema and society alongside the more significant question surrounding India's sociocultural conditions.

  • In this study, we developed new process for doping poly-Si film. Sb(antimony) thin film was used as doping source. Sb was evaporated on poly-Si film deposited by LPCVD fallowed by annealing. We investigate sheet resistance variation with annealing temperature and time. Finally we adapted this process to poly-Si TFT fabrication.

  • We applied the Atmospheric Pressure Plasma (AP-plasma) to the MgO film to try to control the Aging-time on the PDP production-line. The MgO film surface and the discharge characteristics of AC-PDPs were investigated, using the plasma-treated MgO film. The Aging-time change can be achieved by treating the MgO film with plasma. This method can be adapted to the mass production-line.

높은 비저항을 갖는 RF 소자용 CoPdAlO 박막의 자기적 특성 (Magnetic Properties of High Electrical Resistive CoPdAlO Film for RF Device)

  • Presently, an inductor adapted at MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) which is used for cellular phone or PHS operates at quasi-microwave range over 800 MHz. However, a W-CDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) will use about 2 GHz range. Therefore magnetic film device should be compatible up to 2 GHz. We have deposited Co-Pd-Al-O system film using rf sputtering method which is expected up to 2 GHz, and investigated the effect of Pd content and magnetic field annealing. When Pd composition is 19%, Hk was 118 Oe, and ${\mu}$′showed flat frequency characteristics up to 1.5 GHz. The Q factor (=${\mu}$′/${\mu}$") was 23.3 at 1 GHz, 6.7 at 1.5 GHz and 1.5 at 2 GHz, respectively. Resonance frequency was 2 GHz. Therefore Co-Pd-Al-O thin film could be used at over 1 GHz, and also expected as an inductor material for wide band CDMA type cellular phone.

만화의 영화화 흐름에 관한 연구 (A Study on Comics Content into the Film Trend)

  • 만화가 가지는 원작산업으로서의 특징과 영화산업의 발전에 따라 만화원작의 영화화가 최근 늘고 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 역사적으로 소설과 연극에서 차용되었던 영화원작 소스가 만화적 감성시대로 접어들면서 만화로 상당부분 이동했음을 보여주는 것이다. 또한 2차원의 만화를 영상작업으로 전환한다는 의미 이외에도 장르 간, 매체 간 호환성에 주목할 필요가 있다. 앞으로 만화가 가지는 풍부한 소재와 매력적인 캐릭터, 그리고 배경과 인물 이미지들은 영화자체의 외연확장 추세와 더불어 앞으로도 두 매체 간 상호작용을 가속화 시킬 것이다.

한계전단응력형태의 Bair & Winer 리올로지 모델을 사용한 선접촉 탄성유체윤활해석 (Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication of Line Contacts Incorporating Bair & Winer's Limiting Shear Stress Rheological Model)

  • The Bair & Winer's limiting shear stress rheological model is incorporated into the Reynolds equation to successfully predict the traction and film thickness for an isothermal line contact using the primary rheological properties. The modified WLF viscosity model and Barus viscosity model are also adapted for the realistic prediction of EHD tractional behavior. The influences of the limiting shear stress and slide-roll ratio on the pressure spike, film thickness, distribution of shear stress and nonlinear variation of traction are examined. A good agreement between the disc machine experiments and numerical traction prediction has been established. The film thickness due to non-Newtonian effects does not deviate significantly from the fdm thicknesss with Newtonian lubricant.

  • This paper presents the impact of partial shading on $CuIn_xGa_{(1-x)}Se_2(CIGS)$ photovoltaic(PV) modules with bypass diodes. When the CIGS PV modules were partially shaded, the modules were under conditions of partial reverse bias. We investigated the characterization of the bypass diode and solar cell properties of the CIGS PV modules when these was partially shaded, comparing the results with those for a crystalline silicon module. In crystalline silicon modules, the bypass diode was operated at a partial shade modules of 1.67 % shading. This protected the crystalline silicon module from hot spot damage. In CIGS thin film modules, on the other hand, the bypass diode was not operated before 20 % shading. This caused damage because of hotspots, which occurred as wormlike defects in the CIGS thin film module. Moreover, the bypass diode adapted to the CIGS thin film module was operated fully at 60% shading, while the CIGS thin film module was not operated under these conditions. It is known that the bypass diode adapted to the CIGS thin film module operated more slowly than that of the crystalline silicon module; this bypass diode also failed to protect the module from damage. This was because of the reverse saturation current of the CIGS thin film, $1.99{\times}10^{-5}A/cm^2$, which was higher than that of crystalline silicon, $8.11{\times}10^{-7}A/cm^2$.

  • B급영화는 A급영화에 대비되는 용어로 경제공황기에 탄생하였다. 할리우드는 관객유치를 위하여 A급영화와 B급영화의 동시상영을 기획했으며, A급영화는 수익창출을 위해, B급영화는 수지균형을 위해 제작되었다. B급영화는 저예산, 저기술영화임에도 불구하고 자신만의 스타일과 미학을 가지고 있었으며, 역설적으로 영화를 창의적이고 혁신적으로 만들었다. 역사적으로 B급 영화는 유럽과 미국의 전위영화와 연계되어있다. 초창기 B급영화 감독 중 주목할 만한 로버트 플로리는 전위영화의 전통과 주류영화의 관습을 결합했으며 B급영화감독이 누리는 자유를 선호하였다. 로버트 플로리는 실험영화의 성공으로 헐리우드에서 를 감독하게 된다. 는 호러영화 장르를 통해, 는 스릴러영화 장르를 통해 아방가르드의 독특한 스타일과 주제를 보여 주고 있다.

Present Status of Thin Film Solar Cells Using Textured Surfaces: A Brief Review

  • This is a brief review on light trapping in Si based thin film solar cells with textured surfaces and transparent conducting oxide front electrodes. The light trapping scheme appears to be essential in improving device efficiency over 10%. As light absorption in a thin film solar cells is not sufficient, light trapping becomes necessary to be effectively implemented with a textured surface. Surface texturing helps in the light trapping, and thereby raises short circuit current density and its efficiency. Such a scheme can be adapted to single junction as well as tandem solar cell, amorphous or micro-crystalline devices. A tandem cell is expected to have superior performance in comparison to a single junction cell and random surface textures appears to be preferable to a periodic structures.
