초임 특수교사의 교직생활 적응을 위한 임파워먼트 강화 효능성 탐색 (An Efficacy Exploration on Enforcing Empowerment for the Beginner Teachers' Adaptation in Special Education)

  • This paper explores the efficacy on enforcing empowerment for the beginner special education teachers' adaptation of teaching life. Empowerment is widespread public concern regarding the role of the teacher in decision made in the operation of schools. Therefore what is discussed to be definition, a central component and strategies of empowerment based upon the through literature review. Empowerment is defined in terms of teachers power to participate in decision making about teaching and learning condition, especially is related to disabilities. And Empowerment has six components, decision making, professional growth, status, self-efficacy, autonomy, and impact. When novice teachers in special education utilize self-empowerment strategy, they have the opportunities for greater status and increasing power.Finally, empowerment is at the heart of special education teachers' adaptation of teaching life. It is suggested that follow-up studies should be conducted to develop indicator for assessing what teachers in special education perceived their empowerment in overall work. Also higher education program must address this issue in pre-service training of administrators and teachers in special education.

가족 기능과 융합형 심리적응 보호요인의 관한 연구 (A study of family function and convergent adaptation hearing protection factor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가족의 기능적 결손이라는 위험상황에서 위험요인, 보호요인, 심리적응 간의 관계를 검증하고, 심리적응 수준이 높은 청소년을 보호해주는 보호요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국국청소년정책연구원(2008)에서 조사한 한국청소년패널조사 중2 패널 5차년도 자료를 가지고 기술통계 분석과 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 청소년의 보호요인인 자아존중감과 학교친구애착에 따라 기능적 결손을 경험한 청소년의 심리적응 수준이 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지실천 현장에서 청소년의 위험요인에 초점을 맞추기보다는 위험요인을 완화시키는 과정이나 보호요인에 초점을 맞춤으로써 위험요인에 노출된 청소년을 바라보는 시각을 전환시킬 수 있으며 이들에 대한 개입도 달라질 것으로 판단된다.

상급종합병원 남자간호사의 일반병동 적응 경험 (An Adaptation Experience of Male Nurses at General Nursing Unit)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the adaptation experience of male nurses working in general wards. Methods: Experiential data was collected from 16 general ward nurses through in-depth interviews. Participants were selected from male nurses working in the general wards with over one year of clinical experience at a tertiary university hospital. The main question was "Can you describe your adaptation experience in the general ward as a nurse?" All interviews were recorded and transcribed, then analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: Four categories were derived from the analysis: 'difficulties from task adaptation by characteristics', 'limited nursing situation and circumstance as a male nurse', 'efforts to adapt at general nursing unit', and 'self-worth, and worry about something as a male nurse'. Conclusion: Male nurses had a difficulty adapting to work in wards due to lack of multi-tasking skills, as well as some social prejudice or negative views on male nurses. Establishing reasonable guidelines for male nurses in practice, promoting their responsibilities to patients, developing mentoring programs, and reassessing the policy of assigning male nurses to general wards are recommended to help in better adaptation.

현역 병사들의 자아존중감, 대인관계불안, 우울과 군생활적응의 관계 (Relationship of Active Duty Soldiers' Military Life Adaptation, Self-esteem, Anxiety of Interpersonal Relationships, and Depression)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현역 병사들의 군생활적응을 돕기 위한 기초 자료를 마련하고자 자아존중감, 대인관계불안, 우울이 군생활적응과 어떤 직 간접 관계를 가지고 있는지를 파악하였다. 연구대상은 현역병사 127명이며, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 자아존중감이 높을수록 대인관계불안의 정도가 낮아지고, 우울의 정도도 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자아존중감이 높을수록 군생활적응의 정도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 대인관계불안이 클수록 군생활적응 정도가 낮아지고, 대인관계불안이 클수록 우울이 심해지는 것으로 나타났다. 자아존중감이 군생활적응에 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있었는데, 그 사이를 매개하고 있는 변수가 대인관계불안임을 확인하였다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 관련된 변수들의 직 간접 관계를 중심으로 군생활적응을 돕기 위한 논의와 제언을 하였다.

신규 간호사의 역할적응에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Role Adaptation of Newly Employed Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing role adaptation in newly employed nurses and the consistency between role expectations before employment and after one year of employment. The results of this study may contribute to strategy development towards positive role adaptation in newly employed nurses. The data used in this study were collected from 111 nurses, the sample was drawn from all newly employed professional nurses working at Y Medical Center in 1987. The data were collected longitudinally in the 2nd - 3rd weeks, the 3rd month and the 12th month after employment. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The degree of change the importance of factors influencing role adaptation and the length of time after employment were investigated. the result showed that the degree of change was the greatest within the first 3 months after employment. Important factors related to role adaptation were working conditions, the environment of the assigned ward and the work load. These factors always displayed high scores without any great change over time. New employees put more importance on practical factors which were obtained through experience in their jobs rather than on ideal factors Which they had considered more important while in school. 2. Consistency between role expectation before employment and after 12 month of employment was investigated. The highest consintency item was the expectation about the variety of Patients, and the highest inconsistency was the expectation about their own welfare. An average score of 69.07 points was achieved from a maximum of 125 points for the 25 items. showing that expectations for role development before employment were not fully satisfied. In conclusion the administraor should assess the initial expectation at the time of employment of new nurses and she / he should make clear to the new nurses that these expectations may not be realistic. In this way the administrator can provide more satisfactory conditions towards the expectations of the new nurses and help them towards positive role adaptation and reduction of role conflict. Newly employed nurses have high and unrealistic expectations about socialization to the profession from their nursing educational program. It is suggested that a transitional training program should be planned and carried out for newly employed nurses.

지방자치단체 기후변화 적응 거버넌스 변화 연구 - 기후변화 적응대책 세부시행계획 수립 단계와 이후를 중심으로 - (A Study on Change in Climate Change Adaptation Governance of Korean Local Governments - Focusing on the Process of Developing the Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan and Its Implementation Stage -)

  • This study aims to analyze the features of adaptation governance of local governments by applying a multi-level governance framework, and to draw policy implications. We analyzed changes in governance of 17 metropolitan cities/provinces, and 33 municipalities in terms of horizontal and vertical cooperation in the process of developing 'The Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan' and its implementation stage. The result shows that the plan contributed to the higher level of vertical cooperation between the central and the local governments to a certain extent, however, during the implementation stage, the level of the partnership decreased due to the absence of governance mechanism. These trends were statistically significant at the level of municipalities. The role of Korea Adaptation Center for Climate Change (KACCC) was also diminished after establishing the plan. The horizontal partnership level among the relevant departments of the local governments showed no significant change as the level was low even in the planning stage. Though Public-Private Partnership (PPP) has increased a bit, it was statistically significant only in the municipalities. Moreover, there was no governance mechanism for PPP or it did not work properly. Based on the results above, it is recommended that the effectiveness of the plans should be increased and support for climate change partnerships or forums at a local level that promotes adaptive capacity is needed. The role of metropolitan cities and provinces should be strengthened through building a multi-level partnership structure. Governance institutionalizing for monitoring and evaluation is also needed.

딥러닝 기반의 도메인 적응 기술: 서베이 (Deep Learning based Domain Adaptation: A Survey)

  • 딥러닝 기반의 지도학습은 다양한 응용 분야에서 비약적인 발전을 이루었다. 그러나 많은 지도 학습 방법들은 학습 및 테스트 데이터가 동일한 분포에서 추출된다는 공통된 가정 하에 이루어진다. 이 제약 조건에서 벗어나는 경우, 학습 도메인에서 훈련된 딥러닝 네트워크는 도메인 간의 분포 차이로 인하여 테스트 도메인에서의 성능이 급격하게 저하될 가능성이 높다. 도메인 적응 기술은 레이블이 풍부한 학습 도메인 (소스 도메인)의 학습된 지식을 기반으로 레이블이 불충분한 테스트 도메인 (타겟 도메인) 에서 성공적인 추론을 할 수 있도록 딥러닝 네트워크를 훈련하는 전이 학습의 한 방법론이다. 특히 비지도 도메인 적응 기술은 타겟 도메인에 레이블이 전혀 없는 이미지 데이터에만 접근할 수 있는 상황을 가정하여 도메인 적응 문제를 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비지도 학습 기반의 도메인 적응 기술들에 대해 탐구한다.

수술실 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting on Turnover Intentions among Operating Room Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 스트레스와 의료기관 인증관련 직무스트레스, 대응 및 이직의도와의 관련성을 확인하고, 이에 영향을 주는 변수들을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 서술적 상관관계 연구로 수술실 간호사 163명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2015년 6월 1일부터 7월 31일까지였다. 수술실 간호사의 스트레스는 연령(F=5.629, p=.004), 결혼상태(t=-2.907, p=.004), 자녀유무(t=-2.623, p=.010)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 인증관련 직무스트레스는 연령(F=11.924, p<.001), 결혼상태(t=-4.747, p<.001), 자녀유무(t=-4.434, p<.001), 수술실 근무경력(F=6.000, p=.003), 수술실 근무배경(t=-2.543, p=.012)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 이직의도는 연령(F=21.472, p<.001), 교육수준(F=4.997, p<.008), 종교유무(t=3.235, p=.001), 수술실 근무경력(F=13.599, p<.001), 직위(t=3.222, p=.002), 수술실 근무배경(t=-3.001, p=.003), 근무형태(t=-2.797, p=.006)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 이직의도는 스트레스, 인증관련 직무스트레스, 대응과 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며 이들 요인이 이직의도를 설명하는 정도는 32.6%였다. 수술실 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 스트레스, 인증관련 직무스트레스, 대응으로 나타났으므로 수술실 간호사의 이직을 예방하고 감소시키기 위해 스트레스와 인증관련 직무스트레스를 해소하고 대응 능력을 기를 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 중재가 필요하다.

국가 기후변화 적응 전략 수립 방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Plans for the Establishment of Strategy on Climate Change Adaptation in Korea)

  • The global mean surface temperature has already increased by $0.6{\pm}0.2^{\circ}C$ over the last century, and warming in Korea is approximately twice as large as the global average. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has concluded that the majority of warming over the past 50 years could be attributed to human activities (IPCC, 2001a). In addition, the global surface temperature is expected to increase by 1.4 to $5.8^{\circ}C$ depending on the greenhouse gas emission scenarios during the $21^{st}$ century.Climate change resulting from increased greenhouse gas concentrations has the potential to harm societies and ecosystems. Reductions in emissions of greenhouse gases and their concentration in the atmosphere will reduce the degree and likelihood of significant adverse conditions due to the anticipated climate change. Mitigation policy has generally been the primary focus of public attention and policy efforts on climate change. However, some degree of climate change is inevitable due to the combination of continued increases in emissions and the inertia of the global climate system. Adaptation actions and strategies are needed for a complementary approach to mitigation. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) currently addresses vulnerability and adaptation in the context of climate change negotiations and in future adaptation may be an important element of work under the Kyoto Protocol. There are several on-going programs to develop effective adaptation strategies and their implementation. But in general, many other countries are still on an initiating stage. The climate change science programs of the United States, Japan, England, and Germany are initiated to understand the current status of climate change science and adaptation researches in the developed countries. In this study, we propose the improvement on systems in policy and research aspects to effectively perform the necessary functions for development of nation-wide adaptation measures and their implementation. In policy aspect, the Korean Panel on Climate Change (KPCC) is introduced as a coordinating mechanism between government organizations related with climate change science, impact assessment and adaptation. Also in research aspect, there is a strong consensus on the need for construction of a national network on climate change research as trans-disciplinary research network.

간호대학 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감과 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Academic Self-Efficacy and Department Satisfaction on College Life Adaptation of Nursing Freshman)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활 적응, 학업적 자기효능감 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 각 변수들 간의 상관성 및 영향 요인을 파악하고자 하는 조사연구였다. 대상자는 일개 간호대학의 1학년 총 345명을 2015년 11월 30일부터 12월 4일까지 조사하였다. 대학생활 적응의 전체 평균평점은 $2.91({\pm}0.52)$점, 학업적 자기효능감은 $2.79({\pm}0.60)$점, 전공 만족도는 $3.55({\pm}0.47)$점이었다. 대학생활 적응은 남학생 군(p=.004), 입학동기가 높은 연봉 군(p=.027), 교우 관계에 매우 만족군(p<.001), 성적은 평점이 4.1이상 군(p=.005)에서, 학업적 자기효능감은 남학생 군(p=.040), 입학동기가 해외진출 군(p=.047), 향후 진로가 보건교사 군(p=.015), 교우 관계에 매우 만족 군(p=.014), 성적이 4.1이상 군(p<.001)에서, 전공만족도는 입학 동기가 높은 연봉 군(p=.004), 교우 관계에 매우 만족 군(p<.001), 성적이 4.1이상 군(p=.002)에서 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 대학생활 적응은 학업적 자기효능감(p<.001), 전공 만족도(p<.001)와 학업적 자기효능감은 전공 만족도(p<.001)와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 큰 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났고 이러한 설명력은 23.1%였다. 결론적으로, 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활 적응은 학업적 자기효능감, 전공 만족도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활 적응을 증진시키기 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감과 전공 만족도를 증진시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램과 제도적인 접근전략의 개발과 반복 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
