Purpose: This study was done to develop evidence-based nursing practice guidelines to prevent complications related to indwelling urinary catheterization (IUC) in patients in Korea. Methods: A guideline adaptation process was conducted according to the guideline adaptation manual which consists of three main phases, and 9 modules with a total of 24 steps. Results: The newly developed IUC guideline consisted of an introduction, urinary catheterization, summary of recommendations, recommendations, references, and appendices. There were 110 recommendations in 8 sections including assessment, equipment, catheter insertion, catheter maintenance, catheter change, catheter removal, management of complications, and education/consultation. For the grade of recommendations, there were 6.4% for A, 22.7% for B, 67.3% for C. Conclusion: The IUC guideline was developed based on evidence and therefore it is recommended that this guideline be disseminated and utilized by nurses nationwide to improve the quality of care for patients with IUC and decrease complications related to IUC and that it be revised regularly.

우리나라는 인구구조 측면에서 군사력이 심각한 위험 구간에 진입하였으며, 또한, 저 출산은 단순히 국가 경제활동 인구의 감소뿐만 아니라, 우리나라 최후의 안보 보루인 군 조직에서의 병력자원 감소로 이어져 문제의 심각성은 더해가며 곧, '다문화 가정 출신 자녀'의 군(軍) 입대 추세는 2025년부터 2031년 사이에 연 평균 8천여 명이 입대할 것으로 예측 됨으로서, 대한민국 국군의 병력자원은 '다문화 군대'로 변모하는 것은 불가피한 상항이 될 것이다. 결국, 우리나라 최후의 안보 보루인 군 조직에서의 병력자원 감소와 다문화 군대라는 문제의 심각성은 더해갈 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 다문화 병사가 군(軍) 복무 적응과정을 어떻게 적응해 가고 있는가를 밝히고, 군(軍) 생활 적응에 대한 일련의 과정을 범주화시켜 심층적으로 분석하는 연구이다.

이 연구에서는 신규 보건교사들의 코로나-19 시기에 교직적응 과정에서 경험한 어려움, 해결과정, 그리고 그것이 시사하는 바를 알아보기 위해 J도에 발령받은 3명의 신규 보건교사들을 대상으로 FGI 연구방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 코로나-19 업무처리 과정에서 수많은 전화와 매일의 학교 현황보고 과정에서 특히 학부모들과 관계의 어려움이 있었다. 코로나-19 업무가 어느 정도 익숙해진 이후에는 보건실 업무를 혼자서 고민해야 한다는 부담감, 다양한 학생을 대상으로 한 보건 수업의 어려움, 응급상황에서 유일한 의료인으로서 전문성을 발휘해야 한다는 부담감을 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 신규 보건교사들은 교직 적응과정에서 느낀 어려움을 해결하기 위해 온라인을 통한 보건교사 소모임, 유튜브 등을 통해 계속해서 관련 정보를 공유하며 소통하고 있었다. 셋째, 이러한 교직 적응 과정이 시사하는 바는 교육청 차원에서 신규 보건교사에게 실질적인 도움을 주는 구체적인 연수가 필요하고, 보건수업과 관련한 수업 콘텐츠 등의 인프라를 지원하는 것이 필요하다는 것이다.

An Adaptation algorithm is presented and a convergence criterion is derived for parallel model reference adaptive bilinear systems. The output error converges asymptotically to zero, and the parameter estimates are bounded for stable reference models. The convergence criterion depends only upon the input sequence and a priori estimates of the maximum parameter values.

은퇴 후 연소노인들이 어떻게 노인이 되어 가고 있으며, 앞으로의 노년기는 어떻게 조망하고 있는지에 대해서 살펴보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 10명의 연소노인을 대상으로 이들의 삶의 모습을 살펴보았다. 은퇴 후에도 연소노인들은 계속적으로 일을 하기를 원하였지만, 사회적으로 이들의 일에 대한 지향은 이루어지기 힘든 상황이었다. 이 글은 일을 중심으로 그들의 기대를 낮추는 과정이 어떻게 일어나고 있는지, 이러한 과정 속에서 앞으로의 노년기를 어떻게 조망하고 있는지를 중심으로 기술하였다. 연구 결과, 연소노인들은 끊임없이 자신의 야심 달성에 실패하면서, 그때마다 기대를 낮추도록 요구받고 있었다. 외면적으로 이들의 포부는 점점 사라지는 것처럼 보였다. 그러나 사회적 배제의 과정은 단순히 이들에게 일에 대한 포부뿐만 아니라, 자신의 미래에 대한 계획까지 빼앗고 있었다. 결과적으로, '젊어지려는' 개인과 '조로(早老)시키려는' 사회 사이의 커다란 괴리는 연소노인의 삶의 만족도를 떨어뜨리고 있었다.

This paper describes a study on the expert system based process planning of the block division process in shipbuilding. The prototype system developed deterines the block division line of the midship of crude-oil tanker. Case-based reasoning (CBR) approach relying on previous similar cases to solve the problem is applied instead of rule-based reasoning (RBR). Similar cases are retrieved from case base according to the similarity metrics between input problem and cases. The retrieved case with the highest priority is then adapted to fit to the input problem buy adaptation rules. The adapted solution is proposed as the division line for the input problem.

This paper deals with the robust controller design of robotic manipulator to track a desired trajectory in spite of the presence of unmodelled dynamics in cause of nonlinearity and parameter uncertainty. The approach followed in this paper is based on model reference adaptive control technique and convergence on hyperstability theory but it does away with assumption that process is characterized by a linear model remaining time invariant during adaptation process. A computer simulation has been performed to demonstrate the performance of the designed control system in task coordinates for stanford manipulator with payload and disturbances.

This paper presents a fuzzy adaptive controller which can improve the control policy automatically. Adaptation is achieved by the addition of on-line identification of the fuzzy inverse model using input-output data pairs of the process. Starting with an initial crude control rule, the adaptive controller matches the model to the process to self-tune the controller. The control algorithm needs much less memory of computer than other SOC algorithms.

This paper Introduces a method to automate process design using Case Based Reasoning technique. A case is represented hierarchically through functional requirement, behavioral model, and process mechanism model Specifically, a case retrieval algorithm to use function and behavior, case adaptation method to use hierarchical case representation, and a machine selection method are presented.

A robust nonlinear predictive control strategy using a disturbance estimator is presented. The disturbance estimator is comprised of two parts: one is the disturbance model parameter adaptation and the other is future disturbance prediction. RLSM(recurrsive least square method) with a forgetting factor is used to de the uncertain distance model parameters and for the future disturbance prediction, future process outputs and inputs projected by the process model are used. The simulation results for chemical reactors indicate that a substantial improvement in nonlinear predictive control performance is possible using the disturbance estimator.
