선박충돌사고 AIS 데이터 기반 선박 충돌위험도 추정 알고리즘 검증에 관한 연구 (Validation on the algorithm of estimation of collision risk among ships based on AIS data of actual ships' collision accident)

  • 선박에서 항해사의 안전운항을 효과적으로 지원하고 충돌사고를 방지하기 위해 다중선박의 충돌 위험도를 추정하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 선박 충돌위험도 추정 알고리즘은 선박들의 항행정보로서, AIS 정보를 사용하고, 퍼지 이론을 이용하여 충돌위험도를 계산한다. 지난 연구에서는, 고안된 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하기 위해 울산항 해상교통관제(VTS) 센터로부터 수집된, 실제 울산항에서 운행된 선박들의 AIS데이터를 기반으로 검증 시뮬레이션을 수행한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 선박 충돌위험도 추정 알고리즘을 좀 더 정밀하게 검증하기 위해, 실제 해상충돌사고 데이터에 적용해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 2009년 부산항에서 발생한 석유제품 운반선과 화물선간의 충돌사고에 대한 AIS 데이터를 수집하였고, 이를 이용하여 선박운항 시뮬레이터 기반, 재생 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 선박 충돌위험도 추정 알고리즘의 특징과, 실제 선박 충돌사고의 AIS 데이터에 대한 재생 시뮬레이션 결과에 대해 소개하였다.

  • Developed countries are operating an in-depth database in motor vehicle crashes nationwide. They do not rely solely on the police investigation reports that are responsible for motor vehicle crashes in each country but are developing into a useful database by expanding the categories of data through more indicators addition. In Korea, after implementing comprehensive measures to reduce traffic accident deaths in 2013, the medical centers participated in establishing the actual accident investigation system, which was called as the Korean In-Depth Accident Study (hereinafter KIDAS). This KIDAS database included more in-depth indicators as the types of accidents, types of vehicles, the injury severity, adequacy of safety devices, seating position of passengers. Although there are difficulties in establishing an actual accident investigation system including data collection due to various restrictions, if the system can cooperate with each other such as medical centers, insurance companies, police, fire and rescue services, towing companies, and car repair shops in the future, It would be expected to contribute to the development of safer vehicle, treatment system and traffic safety policy that lower the injury severity of occupant in the event of a motor vehicle crashes.

한국형 보행자 사고재현 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Korean Pedestrian Accident Reconstruction Model)

  • 교통사고 중 차대보행자 사고의 원인분석은 차대차 사고에 비해 관련 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 국내에서도 차대차 사고의 경우에는 실차충돌실험을 통해 많은 자료를 축척하고 이를 체계화하여 다각적인 방법으로 실제 교통사고에 적용하려는 노력이 있으나 차대보행자 사고의 경우에는 아직 시작단계라고 볼 수 있다. 선진국에서는 차대보행자 사고에 대하여 더미를 이용한 실차충돌실험을 통해 많은 모형을 개발하였고, 이를 보행자사고의 정확한 원인분석을 위해 활용하고 있다. 국내에서는 차대보행자 사고의 해석과 관련된 모형이 개발되지 않아 외국의 모형을 그대로 활용하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 외국의 모형을 이용하게 되면 차량과 보행자의 체위특성이 다른 경우 왜곡된 결과가 도출될 가능성이 많게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 그 동안 수집된 보행자 사고자료를 이용하여 국내 실정에 적합한 차대보행자 충돌모형을 개발하였다. 그 결과 차량의 속도에 따라 외국의 모형과는 다소 상이한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 외국의 모형 중에서는 차량 및 보행자의 체위 특성이 유사한 일본의 모형과 가장 흡사한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 수십개의 자료를 이용한 것으로 장래에 보다 폭넓은 자료를 통하여 모형의 신뢰성을 높이는 노력이 필요하다고 판단된다.

고속도로 사고잦은 지점 분석방법 연구 (An Analysis of the Hazardous Highway Segments Using Continuous Risk Profile Method)

  • We have to develop more correct and systematic way to choose Hazardous Highway Segments. In this research, we applied CRP(Continuous Risk Profile) technique which developed by UC Berkeley Traffic Safety Center in year of 2007, and can analyze yearly dangerous level tendency of continuity in the route of main road that is under California Department of Transportation(Caltrans). We changed standard of CRP to suit in Korean circumstance with consideration in radius of curve and traffic volume. For the verification by actual accident data, we embodiment the CRP by using the data from total of 587 case of accident in latest 10 years in Gyeong-Bu Highways, the amount of 56km. Finally, the effectiveness of technique in this research has been verified by obtained same result with current method for Hazardous Highway Segments. In addition, when calculating the Hazardous Highway Segments with technique that presented in this research we obtained following statements. First, identified dangerous level of continuity in the route by using CRP. Second, Accurate of Actual Hazardous Highway Segments selection has been developed by using last 10 year's data and profile making which provide simplicity analyze of Tendency. Third, after reforming the way of selection, effective range has been wider than former selection and it gives advantage for the policy side.

교통사고발생 빈도와 생체리듬에 관한 고찰 (A study on the traffic accident occurrence applied biorhythm)

  • There has been a growing interest in the application of biorhythm theory to programmes of accident prevention and performance prediction. In order for biorhythm to be applie to practice its validity and reliability should be established. This paper reported the results of three different set of data, and these data were tabulated and analysed in various ways. The basic method of analysis consisted of stat- istical comparision of actual frequences of occurrence from the collected data with those frequencies which would be expected if biorhythm had no effect. The results of the occurrence data indicated that no definite evidence in support of the influence of the fundamentals could be detected. Actual frequencies of occurrence from the collected data were not significantly different them those expected assuming random occurrence.

  • There is a limit to preventing various types of safety accidents in advance at construction sites. Even for buildings of the same total floor area, it is expected that the more complex the building shape or the higher the number of floors, the higher the probability of a safety accident. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the effect of the shape of a building on safety accidents using safety accident data generated during actual construction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of building shape on safety accidents. As a result, the R2 value of shape factor and safety accident was 0.901, and the R2 value of construction difficulty and safety accident was 0.944. In the future, the results of this study will be used as basic data for improving safety management related systems.

경적음의 도플러 효과를 이용한 교통사고분석 (Traffic Accident Analysis using Doppler Effect of the Horn)

  • In this study, we estimate the vehicle speed by analyzing the acoustic data recorded in a single microphone of a surveillance camera. The frequency analysis of the acoustic data corrects the Doppler effect, which is a characteristic of the moving sound source, and reflects the geometric relationship according to the location of the sound source and the microphone on the two-dimensional plane. The acoustic data is selected from the horn sound that is mainly observed in an urgent situation among various sound sources that may occur in a traffic accident, and the characteristics of the monotone source are considered. We verified the reliability of the proposed method by time domain acoustic analysis and actual vehicle evaluation. This method is effective and can be used for traffic accident analysis in the blind spot of the camera using a single microphone built into the existing surveillance camera.

데이터 기반 경험적 모델의 원전 계측기 고장검출 민감도 평가 (Fault Detection Sensitivity of a Data-driven Empirical Model for the Nuclear Power Plant Instruments)

  • When an accident occurs in the nuclear power plant, the faulted information might mislead to the high possibility of aggravating the accident. At the Fukushima accident, the operators misunderstood that there was no core exposure despite in the processing of core damage, because the instrument information of the reactor water level was provided to the operators optimistically other than the actual situation. Thus, this misunderstanding actually caused to much confusions on the rapid countermeasure on the accident, and then resulted in multiplying the accident propagation. It is necessary to be equipped with the function that informs operators the status of instrument integrity in real time. If plant operators verify that the instruments are working properly during accident conditions, they are able to make a decision more safely. In this study, we have performed various tests for the fault detection sensitivity of an data-driven empirical model to review the usability of the model in the accident conditions. The test was performed by using simulation data from the compact nuclear simulator that is numerically simulated to PWR type nuclear power plant. As a result of the test, the proposed model has shown good performance for detecting the specified instrument faults during normal plant conditions. Although the instrument fault detection sensitivity during plant accident conditions is lower than that during normal condition, the data-drive empirical model can be detected an instrument fault during early stage of plant accidents.

주관적 과잉근로가 건강에 미치는 영향: 위험지각의 조절효과 (The Effect of Subjective Overwork on Health: Moderate Effect of Risk Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of subjective overwork on health and the moderating effect of risk perception in the relationship between subjective overwork and health. The data used in this study are the fourth Korean Working Condition Survey (KWCS) conducted by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) in 2014. The items related to actual working hours, subjective overwork, health, and risk perception were used. A total of 18,508 workers who are 1) waged workers, 2) work more than three days a week, 3) work more than 21 hours a week, 4) work longer than preferred work hours or work as longer as they desired were selected. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to identify the effect of actual work hours, subjective overwork, prevalence of risk, lethalness of accident damage on health and to determine the moderating effects of prevalence of risk and lethalness of accident damage. As a result, actual work hours, subjective overwork, prevalence of risk, lethalness of accident damage had an effect on worker's health problems. Second, lethalness of accident damage had a moderating effect in the relationship between subjective overwork and health. These results suggest that organizations should manage worker's environmental factors and other threats that could increase the lethalness of accident damage.
