석탄화력발전소 보일러 연료제어 알고리즘과 분산제어시스템의 개발 (The Development of Boiler Fuel Control Algorithm and Distributed Control System for Coal-Fired Power Plant)

  • This paper is written for the development and application of boiler fuel control algorithm and distributed control system of coal-fired power plant by the steps of design, coding, simulation test, site installation and site commissioning test. Fuel control algorithm has the upper algorithm and it is boiler master control algorithm that controls the fuel, feed water, air by generation output demand. Generation output demand by power load influences fuel control. Because fuel can not be supplied fast to the furnace of boiler, fuel control algorithm was designed adequately to control the steam temperature and to prevent the explosion of boiler. This control algorithms were coded to the control programs of distributed control systems which were developed domestically for the first time. Simulator for coal-fired power plant was used in the test step. After all of distributed control systems were connected to the simulator, the tests of the actual power plant were performed successfully. The reliability was obtained enough to be installed at the actual power plant and all of distributed control systems had been installed at power plant and all signals were connected mutually. Tests for reliability and safety of plant operation were completed successfully and power plant is being operated commercially. It is expected that the project result will contribute to the safe operation of domestic new and retrofit power plants, the self-reliance of coal-fired power plant control technique and overseas business for power plant.

  • This paper is written for the development and application of boiler furnace pressure control algorithm and distributed control system of coal-fired power plant by the steps of design, coding, simulation test, site installation and site commissioning test. The control algorithms were designed in the shape of cascade control for two parts of furnace pressure control and induced draft fan pitch blade by standard function blocks. This control algorithms were coded to the control programs of distributed control systems. The simulator for coal-fired power plant was used in the test step and automatic control, sequence control and emergency stop tests were performed successfully like the tests of the actual power plant. The reliability was obtained enough to be installed at the actual power plant and all of distributed control systems had been installed at power plant and all signals were connected mutually.   • Unlike traditional lightings, LED lighting is one of objects that sends user an emotional segments through brightness control from various color temperature and dimming control. Also, within present interior lighting environment, emotional researches about traditional fluorescent lamp and newly implemented LED lighting environment are in active progress. Despite the fact adjectives describing emotions and scale modeling have been repeatedly used in many cases for a long time, there seems to be a lack of results in reliability, and there is a limitation for applying into actual lighting design. The purpose of this study is to construct an actual sized test-bed, which is used to draw out one's emotional words of behavior patterns from inner emotional experiences about lighting environment in an office space. Also, having fluorescent lamp and LED lighting as the main test subjects, we have tested emotional parts according to the changes of color temperature and adjective vocabularies chosen from user's action, and we have compared and analyzed the drawn out data.   • 실제 FCM 교량에 적용되는 고강도 콘크리트의 시간의 다양한 양생 환경에서의 시간 의존적 거동을 평가하기 위해, 기건 및 도포, 습윤 환경에서의 100${\times}$100${\times}$400mm 각주형 공시체의 수축량을 측정하였다. 또한 상수와 10% CaCl$_2$ 수용액에 노출된 콘크리트의 3일 및 28일 재령에서의 압축크리프를 측정하였고, 일반적인 기건 및 도포 공시체의 실험 결과와 비교하였다. 도포와 습윤 양생 환경에 노출된 콘크리트의 시간 의존적 거동은 건조수축과 크리프 모두 상당한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기존의 크리프 실험 방법으로 실제 콘크리트 구조물의 크리프와 건조수축을 측정하는 것에 대한 재고가 필요하다고 판단된다.

고속철도차량 현가요소 운동변위에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Displacement of Suspension Element for High Speed Rolling-stock)

  • The suspension elements like primary coil spring, yaw damper, body to body damper are core parts of high speed railway bogie and the faults relating to these elements are reported recently. Thus, this study is started to analyze the displacements characteristics of suspension elements of high speed railway rolling-stock for the purpose of preventing the faults and developing the maintenance technology for suspension elements like spring and dampers. For this purpose, we made a plan to measure the displacements of the primary coil spring, yaw damper and body to body damper in actual running condition. We developed the measurement device to measure the longitudinal displacement and angular displacement of suspension elements and installed this device to test suspension elements. Test to measure displacements of suspension elements is conducted in service line of high speed railway. The displacement data which is acquired from the test with actual vehicles was analyzed for its maximum displacement depending on the track sections. As a result of analysis, we obtained the displacement trends occurring with the sections and valuable results like maximum values and the displacement distribution.

  • The scale up production test for the hydrothermal synthesis of clay mineral from the anorthite, which is distributed in San Chung-District of Korea and called as the ground rock for halloysite-kaolin, has been investigated by using the gaitator type reactor. The automatic control system has been developed and applied for the more effective producibility and the reduction in the defect of this intermittent batch processing property, and finally for the feasibility of this system in actual use. It was observed that this agitator type reactor can reduce the synthesis reaction tme from 5 days to 3 days, only with the condition of 20rpm. The automatic control system could regulate the vessel temperature and pressure precisely at an optimum condition during the treatment. Therefore, from these test results the application-possibility for this system was found to be feasible in actual use.

  • Maintaining the integrity of the major equipment in nuclear power plants is critical to the safety of the structures. In particular, the soundness of the piping is a critical matter that is directly linked to the safety of nuclear power plants. Currently, the limit state of the piping design standard is plastic collapse, and the actual pipe failure is leakage due to a penetration crack. Actual pipe failure, however, cannot be applied to the analysis of seismic fragility because it is difficult to quantify. This paper proposes methods of measuring the failure strain and deformation angle, which are necessary for evaluating the quantitative failure criteria of the steel pipe elbow using an image measurement system. Furthermore, the failure strain and deformation angle, which cannot be measured using the conventional sensors, were efficiently measured using the proposed methods.

몽골인의 성병에 대한 지식과 성병 실태 (Knowledge and Actual Condition of Sexually-Transmitted Disease in Mongolian)

  • Purpose: The study investigated the knowledge and actual condition of sexuallytransmitted diseases(STD) in Mongoloian. Method: Data from 210 Mongolians were collected for 6days from August 10-15, 2008 using a questionnaire translated by Mongolians to identify the knowledge of STD and with permission, analysis of blood and human immuno deficiency virus(HIV) by SD Bioline Syphilis 3.2 test and SD Bioline HIV-1/2 3.0 test respectively. The data was scored by mean ${\pm}$ standard deviation. Differences were evaluated according to the subjects' general characteristics by t-test and the ANOVA. Results: The average knowledge score concerning STD 48.99(${\pm}.19$) indicated a low level of knowledge. STD was detected in six(2.9%) and HIV was four(1.9%) of the 210 subjects. General characteristics significantly different knowledge level were gender(t=-3.098, p=.002), education(F=6.090, p=.003), type of employment(F=2.443, p=.049), and sexual education experience(F=5.604, p=.004). Conclusion: Education programs to increase STD awareness and its prevention must be developed and regular health evaluations for those already have sexual transmitted disease is needed.

  • Load testing is one of the important tests to determine if the structural elements can be used at the intended locations for which they have been designed. It is nothing but gradually applying the loads and measuring the deflections and other parameters. It is usually carried out to determine the behaviour of the system under service/ultimate loads. It helps to identify the maximum load that the structural element can withstand without much deflection/deformation. It will also help find out which part of the element causes failure first. The load-deflection behaviour of the road bridge girder has been studied by carrying out the load test after simulating the field conditions to the extent possible. The actual vertical displacement of the beam at mid span due to the imposed load was compared with the theoretical deflection of the beam. Further, the recovery of deflection at mid span was also observed on removal of the test load. Finally, the beam was checked for any cracks to assert if the beam was capable of carrying the intended live loads and that it could be used with confidence.

황토미장재 성능개선을 위한 실험적 연구 (A fundamental Study on the Performance Improvement of Hwangto plaster)

  • Recently the Volatile Organic Compound, HCHO, a harmful object spout from the construction materials is made an issue of social problem. Also the appearance of the building where the confidentiality is high was interior air pollution and it was brought about a huge problem. The government research facility and a relation industry sector conducts a many effort to improves like this actual condition. The Diverse ability building material which contains the natural material of the jade, the charcoal and the hwangto instead of the finish material which contains the harmful chemical material, is becoming development and utility. Hereupon the study have carried out research on hwangto plaster that was composed of hwangto and rice straw. The result of test that is deduced by basic proportion is properly appeared with suitable ratio of the hwangto and the sand to 4:6~5:5 by the compressive strength and crack control, workability. The result of test, that adds the rice straw to basic blending for a crack control, appeared with the fact that it is most suitable 3%to add the rice straw that has a length of 0.5cm~2cm. The result of test that plaster over the large size to compare a cement plaster with a hwangto plaster show a similar efficiency by workability. Also it controlled the crack and peeling off actual condition which is discovered from the hwangto plaster of existing perfectly.
