In the domestic data exchanging market, unreasonable pricing of purchase data is consistently mentioned as a major obstacle in data trading. This is a problem caused by the inability to properly evaluate the value of data products due to lack of product information and experience in using them. In order to activate trading, the data exchanges need to provide information that allows consumers to comprehensively judge the value of data products in addition to prices. The cost-based, income-based, and market-based methods, which are mainly applied to data valuation, are insufficient as data valuation methods to stimulate trading and distribution because only price information, a result of valuation from a supplier's point of view, can be shared with consumers. This study aims to develop a measurable valuation method that allows data trading stakeholders (exchanges, suppliers, and consumers) to judge and share the value of data products from a common perspective. To this end, we identified the value drivers of data products, which are considered important in overseas data exchanges and related research, and derived an evaluation method that can quantitatively measure each value driver. In addition, evaluation criteria in the form of a rating table were developed using data products for transactions, and a value evaluation index was developed through stratification analysis (AHP) to enable relative value comparison. As a result of applying the evaluation criteria to actual data products, it was found that the evaluation values were differentiated according to the characteristics of individual data products, so it could be used as a relative value comparison tool.

Recently, 3D printer technology has been attracting attention in various industrial fields, and research papers are being conducted to utilize 3D printers in the construction industry. Actual structures such as bridges and buildings are being printed to 3D printers, and various applications such as mock-up structures using 3D printers are being proposed. In order to utilize 3D printer technology in the construction field, a 3D model is required, and the 3D BIM data produced at the design stage can be printed by a 3D printers, saving the cost and time of 3D model generation. However, 3D BIM data often does not satisfy the conditions for 3D printer output, causing many errors on output. In this paper, authors propose a problem analysis for 3D BIM model output to 3D printer and a method for reducing errors in 3D printing process of 3D BIM model. In addition, this paper presents a practical application of 3D model output from 3D printer.

The set-net fishing is involved in the trap fishing method that intercepts the fishes migrating along the coast and induces them to be in the bag net stretched in advance. And this fishing also corresponds to the licensed fishing in fisheries law. Though its annual total production of around 50,000 to 70,000 M/T is less than in other fishery section, its price becomes higher because the fishes are sold in the live fish condition. Until recently, the set-net fishing is one of the preferred fisheries on account of its less operation expense and stably operating condition in a long term. In the meantime, the industrialization in Korea having been prospered along coastal area and the over fishing in terms of the powered and larger size fishing boat make the fishing ground environment worse yearly. In addition, its difficulty becomes more worse with issuing fishery product free import in July 1997; accordingly, the strategy for the set-net fishing through business rationalization should be considered. From the discussion of the sort of set-net, general present situation and operating actual state of set-net fishing, the improved methods for business rationalization in the present paper is proposed as follows: 1. to increase the fisheries resource through prevention of the marine contamination and purification of coastal area environment. 2. to save the labour cost through the improved the fishing gear. 3. to improve the fish quality through development of the process technology. 4. to increase the income of fishers through improvement of the distribution channels.
It is known that damages to the subsea cables used for electric power transmission between islands and countries, including renewable energy from offshore wind power, current, tides, etc., cost much to restore, which causes social and economic losses. Various types of fishing rigs and anchors have been reported to be the greatest hazards to subsea cables. It is possible to design and construct a suitable protection facility for a subsea cable by precisely estimating the underwater behavior of such hazardous apparatuses. In this study, numerical simulations of the underwater behaviors of various hazardous apparatuses were carried out using fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analysis as a basic study to simulate the actual behavior phenomena of hazardous apparatuses in relation to a subsea cable. In addition, the underwater drop characteristics according to the types of hazardous apparatuses were compared. In order to verify the accuracy of the FSI analysis method used in this study, we compared the test results for underwater drops of a steel ball bearing. Stock anchors, stockless anchors, and rocket piles, which were actually reported to be the cases of damage to subsea cables along the southwest coast of Korea, were considered as the hazardous apparatuses for the numerical simulations. Each hazardous apparatus was generated by a Lagrangian model and coupled with the fluid domain idealized by the Eulerian equation to construct the three-dimensional FSI analysis model. The accuracy of the numerical simulation results was verified by comparing them with the analytical solutions, and the underwater drop characteristics according to the types of hazard apparatuses were compared.
The rapid growth of virtual reality technology in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution has accelerated scientification of combat training systems in addition to ICT(information and communications technology) in military field. Recently, research and development of simulators based on virtual reality have been actively conducted in order to solve sensitive issues such as increase of civil complaints due to the noise of a shooting range, prevention of shooting accident, and reduction of training cost. In this paper, we propose two key solutions: spatial synchronization method and modified point mass trajectory model with small angle approximation to overcome technical limitations of a current training simulator. A trainee who wears a haptic vest in a mixed reality environment built in MARS(medium-range assault rifle shooting simulator) is able to conduct not only precision shooting but also two-way engagement with virtual opponents. It is possible for trainee to receive more reliable evaluations in the MARS than an existing rifle simulator based on laser.
This paper designed and manufactured a chip mounter based on 3D printer technology that can be used for educational research or sample production to disseminate chip mounter, a core technology of SMT line. A stepper motor with open loop control is used for low cost drive design. The shortcomings of the motor's vibration and disassembly caused by the use of the step motor were compensated by the Micro-Step control method. In the chip mounter experiment, the gerber file was generated on the small chip mounter, printed at the actual size, and the solder cream was printed on the HASL-treated PCB in the same manner as the sample board fabrication. As a result of the experiment, unlike the 2012 micro components, parts such as SOIC and TQFP that require correction are twice as long as the component mounting time, but it can be confirmed that they are mounted relatively accurately. In addition, as a result of repeatedly measuring the error of the initial position 10 times, it was confirmed that a relatively small error of about 0.110mm occurs.

Drone images are being used more and more actively in the fields of surveying and spatial information, and are rapidly replacing existing aerial and satellite images. The technology of quickly acquiring real-time data at low cost and processing it is now being applied to actual industries beyond research. However, there are also problems encountered as this progresses. When high-resolution spatial information is acquired using a general 2D flight plan for a terrain with sever undulations, problems arise due to the difference in resolution of the data. In particular, when a low-altitude high-resolution image is taken using a drone in a mountainous or steep terrain, there may be a problem in image matching due to a resolution difference caused by terrain undulations. This problem occurs because a drone acquires data while flying on a 2D plane at a fixed altitude, just like conventional aerial photography. In order to acquire high-quality 3D data using a drone, the scale difference for the shooting distance should be considered. In addition, in order to obtain facade images of large structures, it is necessary to take images in 3D space. In this study, in order to improve the disadvantages of the 2D flight method, a 3D flight plan was established for the study area, and it was confirmed that high-quality 3D spatial information could be obtained in this way.
From early 2000, many researchers in the groundwater and soil environment remediation project tried to calculate the pollution level and pollution remediation cost and reflect it in the design. In addition, by identifying the movement characteristics of oil pollutants in the underground environment, many researchers tried to derive design factors necessary for pollution purification. However, although the test should be conducted in an area contaminated with oil, the toxicity and risk are too great for testing by deliberately leaking pollutants that are harmful to the human body. And as oil-contaminated areas are promoted by military units such as returned US military bases, there is a limit to access by the general public. In addition, since the indoor simulation test and the field application test have been carried out separately from each other, it was difficult to compare and review various simulation tests Therefore, in this study, PITT (Partitioning Interwell Tracer Test) and analysis methods were specifically presented through actual tests so that field workers could easily use them with the help of the military base and the Korea Rural Community Corporation Soil Environment Restoration Team. However, in order to directly reflect the distribution tracer test results in the pollution remediation design, it is necessary to reduce the analysis errors by comparing the analysis results of the existing soil pollution survey, physical exploration, and numerical modeling. In addition, it is judged to be cautious in the analysis because errors can easily occur due to various factors such as the type of oil at the polluted site, the hydraulic conductivity of the aquifer, and the skill of the researcher.
Recently, the researches to explain Switching Behavior through Theory of Planned Behavior have been discovered. Many researches say that System factors of mobile telecommunication service(MTS) is positively associated with Switching Intention. But There is no difference of system factors between mobile telecommunication services because of IT technique Development. Thus, this study investigated whether switching cost and alternative's attractiveness influence switching intention concerning mobile telecommunication service by adopting Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as an underlying theoretical premise. The study also attempted to determine the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. For these purposes the author has developed several hypotheses as follows: H-1. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-2. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-3. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-4. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-5. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-6. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-7. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-8. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-9. The attitude of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-10. The subjective norm of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-11. Data has been collected from 403 respondents for this study using a questionnaire method. The survey for the actual analysis of the research was done and analyzed with the customers who have an experience of using Mobile telecommunication service and the samples were selected among the middle and high school students who live in Seoul area, the university students who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheng Provinces, and the ordinary workers who are working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The survey was done for 23 days from March 28, 2008 through April 12, 2008. The positive analysis was done with SPSS 12.0K statistics package and visual PLS program using the analysis techniques of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis. In addition, structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 5.0. The data was analyzed by frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0 and structural equation modeling using AMOS 5.0. The result of the overall model analysis is as follows: Chi-Square=378.306, d.f.=107, p-value=0.0, GFI=.904, AGFI= 0.863, IFI= 0.939, NFI= 0.917, RMSEA= 0.079, TLI= 0.922. The results of the overall model analysis were coherent. The following study results were revealed: First, switching cost was related positively to attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control, three components of TPB. Second, alternative's attractiveness was related negatively to subjective norm but positively to perceived behavior control. Third, switching cost and attitude was related negatively to switching intention, while perceived behavior control was related positively to switching intention. Finally, the study found the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. Based on the results, the study offers marketing strategic implications for mobile telecommunication service industry.

Digital twin technology is used in various fields as a method of creating a virtual world to minimize the cost of solving problems in the real world, and is also actively used in the maritime field, such as large-scale systems such as ships and offshore plants. In this paper, we tried to build a digital twin of coastal waters using a ship-handling simulator. The digital twin of the coastal waters developed in this way can be used to safely manage Korea's coastal waters, where maritime traffic is complicated, by providing a actual maritime traffic data. It can be usefully used to develop and advance technologies related to maritime autonomous surface ships and intelligent maritime traffic information services in coastal waters. In addition, it can be used as a 3D-based monitoring equipment for areas where physical monitoring is difficult but real-time maritime traffic monitoring is necessary, and can provide functions to safely manage maritime traffic situations such as aerial views of ports/control areas, bridge views/blind sector views of ships in operation.
