  • Nowadays most web rages provide various services by downloading the applications program such as ActiveX Control or Java Applet. To provide code integrity and publisher authentication of downloaded software in internet, we need code signing technology. In this paper, Authenticode technology of Microsoft is lust analyzed. Based on the analysis, we propose code signing certificate profile and applying method for National Public Key Infrastructure.

  • An investigation of flare-producing magnetic structure is important for studying an initiation of eruptive events. In this study we select two different eruptive events, M5.3 and X1.2 flares in active region (AR) 11283. Both events occur in the same AR, but brightenings of flare ribbons, seen in EUV images, are different shapes. In order to understand triggering process of eruptive flares, we reconstruct coronal magnetic fields using two observation-based models: a nonlinear force-free field (NLFFF) extrapolation model and a magnetohydodynamic (MHD) one. The NLFFFs show that sheared arcades and overlying fan-spine configurations are found in both cases, but the distributions of magnetic twist are weaker before the M5.3 flare than before the X1.2 flare. The MHD model is to explore the temporal evolution of coronal magnetic structures by considering the NLFFF with an anomalous resistivity as an initial condition. We discuss possible processes of two eruptive events using the MHD as well as the NLFFF model results.

  • We present a novel method aimed at refining ground truth data through regularization and modification, particularly applicable when working with the original ground truth set. Enhancing the performance of deep neural networks is achieved by applying regularization techniques to the existing ground truth data. In many machine learning tasks requiring pixel-level segmentation sets, accurately delineating objects is vital. However, it proves challenging for thin and elongated objects such as blood vessels in X-ray coronary angiography, often resulting in inconsistent generation of ground truth data. This method involves an analysis of the quality of training set pairs - comprising images and ground truth data - to automatically regulate and modify the boundaries of ground truth segmentation. Employing the active contour model and a recursive ground truth generation approach results in stable and precisely defined boundary contours. Following the regularization and adjustment of the ground truth set, there is a substantial improvement in the performance of deep neural networks.

  • The study of the automotive noise reduction has been concentrated on the reduction of the automotive engine noise because the engine noise is the major cause of automotive noise. However, many studies of automotive engine noise led to the interest of the noise reduction of the exhaust and intake system. Recently, the active control method is used to reduce the noise of an automotive exhaust and intake system. It is mostly used the LMS(Least-Mean-Square) algorithm as an algorithm of active control because the LMS algorithm can easily obtain the complex transfer function in real-time. Especially, Filtered-X LMS (FXLMS) algorithm is applied to an Active Noise Control system. However, the convergence performance of LMS algorithm went bad when the FXLMS algorithm was applied to an active control of the induction noise under rapidly accelerated driving conditions. So, in order to solve this problem, the modified FXLMS algorithm is proposed. In this study, the improvement of the control performance using the modified FXLMS algorithm under rapidly and suddenly accelerated driving conditions was identified. Also, the performance of an active control using the LMS algorithm under rapidly accelerated driving conditions was evaluated through the theoretical derivation using a chirp signal to have similar characteristics with the induction noise signal.

  • LiMn$_2$O$_4$ is prepared by reacting stoichiometric mixture of LiOH . $H_2O$ and MnO$_2$ (mole ratio 1 ; 1) and heating at 80$0^{\circ}C$, $700^{\circ}C$ for 24h, 36h, 48h, 60h and 72h. We obtained through X-ray diffraction that lattice parameter varied as function of calcined temperature and time. Cathode active materials calcined at 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 36h, (111)/(311) peak ratio was 0.37. It showed good charge/discharge characteristics. When (111)/(311) peak ratio was 0.37, it was that crystal structure is formed very well. In the result of charge/discharge test, when heated at 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 36h, charge/discharge characteristics of LiMn$_2$O$_4$ is the best.

  • In this paper, we propose a new method for the design and implementation of Cloth Simulation System for 3D fashion shopping mall based on Web. Web 3D shopping mall is implemented by using a Web3D authoring tool, ISB, which provides easy mouse operation. 3D human models and cloth item model are designed by low polygon modeling method of 3D MAX. The designed 3D human models and cloth item model are exported to XML file. Finally, 3D human models and cloth item model are displayed and animated on the Web by using ActiveX control based on DirectX. We also implemented textile palette and mapped it to clothes model by using alpha blending during simulation.

  • In the present work, the aerodynamic characteristics of elliptic airfoils which have a 12% thickness ratio are numerically investigated based on Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and a transition SST model at a Reynolds number 8.0$\times$105. The numerical simulation of a synthetic jet actuator which is a well-known zero-net-mass active flow control actuator located at x/c = 0.00025, was performed to control massive flow separation around the leading edge of the elliptic airfoils. Four cases of non-dimensional frequencies were simulated at an angle of attack of 12 degree. It is found that the size of the vortex induced by synthetic jets was getting smaller as the jet frequency becomes higher. Comparison of the location of synthetic jets between x/c = 0.00025 (around the leading edge) and x/c = 0.9 (near the separation) shows that the control near the leading edge induces closed recirculation flow regions caused by the interaction of the synthetic jet with the external flow, but the control applied at 0.9c (near the trailing edge) induces a very small and weak vortex which quickly decays due to weak intensity.

  • In this paper, a Ka-band high-output active phased array antenna device applicable to small radars and seekers was designed, and the improved performance was studied. The radiation device assembly consists of 1x8 arrangements, and the step flared notch antenna type. It shows low active reflection loss characteristics in broadband, and low loss characteristics by applying the air-strip feeding structure, and is designed to enable beam steering up to 45 degrees. The TRM(transmit receive module) output power is more than 2.0W per channel using GaN HPA in the transmitting path, and satisfies more than 25.0 dB gain and less than 6.0 dB noise figure in the receiving path. Accordingly, the Effective Isotropically Radiated Power(EIRP) of the antenna unit shows the performance of 0.00 dB or more and the receive gain-to-noise temperature ratio(G/T) of 0.00 dB/k or more. For demonstration, we have designed aforementioned planar array antenna which consists of 64 radiating elements having a size within 130 mm x 130 mm x 300 mm and weight of less than 4.9 kg..

  • Many of the active noise control system utilize a form of the least mean square(LMS) algorithm. This paper discusses the dependence of the convergence rate on the acoustic error path in the popular algorithm which is conventional "filtered-x LMS" and introduces new algorithm "constrained filtered-x LMS". The proposed method increase the convergence region regardless of the time-delay in the acoustic error path. In the algorithms, coefficients of the controller are adapted using the residuals of constrained structure which are defined in such a way that the control process become stationary. Advantages of constrained filtered-x LMS algorithm is illustrated by convergence analysis in the mean sense.
