대규모 망의 안전한 관리를 위한 관리 정보베이스의 접근 제어 모형화 (An MIB Access Control Modeling for the Secure Management of Large Networks)

  • 망 관리 시스템의 핵심적인 구성 요소 중의 하나인 관리 정보베이스는 망 관리에 필요한 모든 정보를 저장하고 있는 개념적인 정보 저장소이다. 망이 안전하게 운용되 기 위해서는 관리 정보 베이스에 저장된 관리 객체들에 대한 접근을 효율적으로 통제 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 관리자들을 3단계계층 구조로 분할하여 거대한 망 의 관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, 강제적 접근 제어와 역 할기반 접근 제어 정책을 이용하여 관리 객체에 대한 접근 제어 및 관리 객체에서 발 생하는 통지들에 대한 접근 제어를 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 이러한 접근 제어 모델을 능동 객체지향 데이타 모델을 사용하여 모형화하므로써 능동 객체지 향 데이타베이스로의 사상을 용이하게 하였다.

3-Tier 구조를 이용한 케이터링 시스템 개발 (Development of catering system using 3-Tier architectures)

  • 3-Tier 구조는 비즈니스 로직을 공유할 수 있으므로 기존의 코드의 재사용성이 보장되며, 사용자 인터페이스만 담당하는 작고 가벼운 클라이언트 어풀리케이션을 만들 수 있기 때문에 클라이언트의 많은 메모리와 계산능력을 필요로 하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스, 언어 그리고 ADO(ActiveX Data Object) 엔진을 이용하여 3-Tier 구조의 기술을 접목한 식자재 코드관리, 식자재 소요량 자동산출, 식자재 매입/출하 관리, 식단관리, 결산처리 등을 할 수 있는 케이터링 시스템을 개발한다. 이 시스템은 급식 분야에 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 비용 절감을 얻을 수 있다 급식 서비스 업무 환경에 적합한 시스템으로써 많은 활용이 기대 된다.

안티 사이트에서의 소비자 신뢰, 소비자만족 및 재방문의사에 대한 분석 (An analysis of consumers자 reliability and satisfaction for anti-site and willingness to revisit it)

  • This study examines factors to influence consumers’reliability, and satisfactions for consumer anti-site, and willingness to visit that site again among consumers utilizing anti-sites. According to the results of this study, first, male, consumers utilizing electronic commerce were more likely to visit anti-site. Consumers were more likely to write their own message and reply other consumers’message in anti-site when they have purpose to complain about their dissatisfaction regarding the process of purchase behavior. Second, consumer's satisfaction is higher in cases of consumers having higher recognition of necessity of anti-site, visiting not required to affiliate the members of anti-site, and being reliable sites. Third, consumers were more likely to use anti-site again when they had higher recognition in the necessity of anti-site and were more satisfied. Finally, in order to facilitate the utilization of anti-sites, those solutions include systematic classification and management of writings listed in the site, active management of the site managers, solutions for criticisms on the writings listed and lack of objectivity of information provided, and active searches for solutions rather than listing of writings on discontents and resistance.

스마트폰에서의 디지털 신용카드 관리 방법 (A Method of Digital Credit Cards Management in Smart-Phone)

  • As credit cards are more convenient than cash of heavy and volume, they are used widely in on_line (internet) and off_line in nowadays. A head of the economically active population had 4.8 credit cards in the third quarter 2011. The economically active population in their 20's and 30's may have more than 10 credit cards. If the membership card and point card are included, the count rise to 20 cards in a man. Therefore, the their purse become thick by several cards. Nowadays, the smart-phone is widely used. Therefore, a lot of credit cards are come in smarty-phone from analog form to digital form. In this paper, we study a method of digital credit cards management in smart-phone. For the method, the hardware need in small and existing system have a few change. All kinds of credit cards are used in smarty-phone. We compare the method with Moneta card and NFC of smarty-phone. The digital credit cards feature a light, safety and convenience of mobile users in several ways.

A Study on Strategic Ways to Increase Eco-friendly Food Sales Using IPA

  • Purpose: This study measured the consumer-perceived importance and satisfaction of eco-friendly food selection factors and performed the IPA to derive the factors that need to be maintained, reinforced, improved and selectively improved or where investment need to be minimized, and thus provide some clues for eco-friendly food companies' sales growth. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, efficient questionnaires of a total of 312 respondents who answered the questions about the importance of and the satisfaction with 20 selection attribute factors of eco-friendly foods were returned, and then, paired-samples t-test and IPA by all respondents, gender, age and incomes were conducted. Results: The analysis showed that a maintenance/reinforcement strategies planned by companies are required for some factors including 'safety' and 'product quality' at the first quadrant, while active improvement strategies are required for others including 'price' and 'flavor' at the second quadrant. Conclusions: The findings show that different marketing strategies should be established for each consumer who often purchase eco-friendly foods, and that more effective and efficient performance of eco-friendly food companies may be acquired by establishing and operating active improvement strategies.

LMX, 임파워먼트 그리고 혁신행동 간의 상황적 인과모형: 내국인과 외국인 근로자의 비교분석을 중심으로 (Situational Causal Model Between LMX, Empowerment and Innovation Behavior)

  • The composition of human resources in industrial sites is becoming global. In Korea, too, the proportion of foreign members in all industrial fields and production sites is increasing. This is the reason why an approach that reflects this reality is needed in the basic unit of competitive sources. Competitiveness starts with value creation, and this progresses through field innovation. Through empirical analysis of this study, it was analyzed that South Korea members showed active actions and attitudes in developing, promoting, and realizing ideas when they strongly recognized the real meaning of empowerment given by leaders. On the other hand, it was found that foreign members do not know the meaning of empowerment itself, so they are often unable to play an active role in the development, promotion, and realization of ideas. In fact, it was analyzed that foreign members generally did not experience positive interactions with LMX and were exposed to simple tasks and controls. In other words, they are being discriminated against in terms of communication problems, compensation system, and work environment. In particular, this phenomenon is exacerbated in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Situational response to foreign workers through improvement of LMX and empowerment should be evaluated as a key management task in a situation where productivity improvement and job unit innovation are urgently needed.

APMDI-CF: An Effective and Efficient Recommendation Algorithm for Online Users

  • Recommendation systems provide personalized products or services to online users by mining their past preferences. Collaborative filtering is a popular recommendation technique because it is easy to implement. However, with the rapid growth of the number of users in recommendation systems, collaborative filtering suffers from serious scalability and sparsity problems. To address these problems, a novel collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm partitions the users using affinity propagation clustering, and searches for k nearest neighbors in the partition where active user belongs, which can reduce the range of searching and improve real-time performance. When predicting the ratings of active user's unrated items, mean deviation method is used to impute values for neighbors' missing ratings, thus the sparsity can be decreased and the recommendation quality can be ensured. Experiments based on two different datasets show that the proposed algorithm is excellent both in terms of real-time performance and recommendation quality.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 스트레스 대처능력이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-Leadership and Stress Coping on College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, stress coping skills, and college life adjustment in nursing students. The data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from November 4 to November 22. The subjects of the study were 335 nursing students in 1 nursing college located in K city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression test using the SPSS Win. 18.0 program. The results were as follows: the mean score of self-leadership was 3.38, the mean score of stress coping skills was 3.45, and the mean score of college life adjustment was 3.35. There was a significant difference in college life adjustment according to motivation of entrance. Goal-setting, self-reward, and constructive ideas about the self-leadership and active stress coping skills were influencing factors of college life adjustment. In conclusion, it is necessary to increase the level of self leadership and active stress coping skills in nursing students. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop diverse educational programs that can increase self-leadership and active coping skills.

구매행동유형에 따른 에너지절약 태도와 절약행동 분석 (An Analysis of Attitude and Behavior for Energy-Saving by the Purchase Style)

  • This study investigated the relationship between style of purchase behavior and search information, attitude, and behavior for energy saving. In addition, this paper classified several consumer groups based on their different styles of purchase behavior and investigated whether those groups differ in attitude and behavior for energy saving. The following is a summary of the main results. First, consumers were classified according to style of purchase behavior into a rational consumer group, a fashion- or brand-oriented group, a group uninterested in consumption, and a neutrally oriented group. Second, there were no significant differences among the four consumer groups in the amount of information search and the level of communication with other consumers related to energy-saving information; however, there were significant differences in terms of the information sources used. For example, the neutrally oriented group was more likely to use more objective information sources. Third, the level of attitude toward energy saving was more likely to be active when consumers were old and rational. Consumers with a high income, education and experience in energy saving, and an active attitude were more likely to be active in energy saving, especially in the disposal stage of purchase. Finally, attitude toward energy saving was the most influential factor in the level of energy-saving behavior.

  • 제안제도 활성화는 과학적이고 종업원들에게 보상만이 아닌 내적 동기부여가 가능한 제안방법을 찾아야 한다. 제안 활동을 열심히 하는데 제안에 성공하지 못하는 회사나 비용절감에서 많은 효과를 보는데 정작 중요한 고객만족이나 시장 점유율은 커지지 않는다면 제안 방향을 돌아볼 필요가 있다. 경영자가 비용절감을 강력히 추진하면 종업원들은 정작 다른 방향의 제안을 하지 못한다. 따라서 전사적 제안활동에서 주체는 일선 실무자라야 하며, 소수의 스텝 주도는 큰 효과를 볼 수 없다. 좋은 제안은 모든 부서 간, 기능 간 협력이 필요하다. 필요한 정보를 공유하고, 관련된 종업원들의 노력과 협조가 이루어질 때 진정한 제안제도가 확립될 것이다.
