Iriai an Indigenous forest management system in Japan from the viewpoint of "common pool resources" was a success resilient institution and resulted with sustainable production system and environmental conservation. This study was conducted in Osawa of the Nagano prefecture through group discussions, field observations and an in-depth field survey. Osawa Property Ward Forest is managed under the concept very much similarly to traditional "Iriai". This study firstly examined the changes of collective forest management system in terms of awareness and interest in forest management; forest management activities; role of forest; and collection of forest products. Then it analyzed the current threats for collective forest management have been identified as: land abandonment due to loss of benefits and lack of active community participation; deterioration of forest environment particularly the micro-climate and aesthetic values; conflict with local government authorities restraining the use of money in property ward forest and conflict with outsiders on damping of the garbage. Community cantered forestry management rules; livelihood contribution; protection of environment; local initiatives for protection and economic activities are the prevailing opportunities for collective forest management. The main requirements for revitalization of collective forest management are explained as local reciprocity; imposition of community based forest rules; encouraging local innovations; and building partnerships with stakeholders. Collective forest management system addresses the limitations of conventional forestry models, which had invalidated traditional 'iriai' institutions, and key to restoring sustainable use of forest and environmental resources. Cross-institutional collaborations together with responsibilities of local communities would ensure the revitalization of forest resources.

This study examined the effects of media exposure and involvement on objectified body consciousness and appearance management behaviors. The subjects were 325 female university students in Daejeon and Chungnam Province. The research method was a survey, and the questionnaire was composed of media exposure and involvement, objectified body consciousness, appearance management behaviors, and subjects' demographic characteristics. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS program. The results were as follows. First, female university students used mass media for about 3.76 hours a day and showed a high level of media involvement. Second, three factors (body surveillance, body shame, and appearance control belief) emerged regarding objectified body consciousness with female university students showing a high level of objectified body consciousness. Third, six factors (make-up, plastic surgery, weight control, fashion, hair, and skin care) emerged regarding appearance management behaviors with female university students showing high intention to perform various appearance management behaviors. Fourth, media exposure and involvement had important effects on objectified body consciousness and appearance management behaviors, and media involvement was a more important variable than media exposure. Fifth, objectified body consciousness had important effects on appearance management behaviors. Body shame had more important effects on skin care, weight control, and plastic surgery behaviors, while body surveillance had more important effects on fashion, make-up, and hair management behaviors than other objectified consciousness factors. The implication of this study was that media involvement is a more important variable affecting objectified body consciousness and appearance management behaviors than media exposure, and among objectified body consciousness dimensions, body shame has important effects on more active appearance management behaviors like weight control and plastic surgery behaviors.
It will not be able to guarantee the secure operation for the information and communication systems with only technical security. So, ISMS(Information Security Management System) research and standardization are active going on. Korea published "The national cyber security management regulation" and "The national cyber security manual" in 2005. According to the regulation and manual, the government organ and public institution must accomplish the security management assessment to itself for systematic management of an information security. We studied related standards and security management systems of the Australia and the USA, and analyzed the security management evaluation system in "The national cyber security manual" in efficient security management focus. We presented the improvement direction of national security evaluation system through the research. We propose the additional control, selective control set and improvement of the evaluation process for efficient security management. Proposed system possible composition of suitable to each organ and flexible adaptation of rapidly changed information environment.
This research examined the effects of Narcissism as socio-psychological factor and physical features such as BMI on the selfie behavior. The participants of the study were SNS users aged 20-29 years recruited in Daegu and surrounding areas. Statistical analysis including factor analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis and regression was done using SPSS 23.0 to analyze the results. Two groups with high other-dependent Narcissism showed higher levels of Cosmetic surgery management and clothing management compared to other groups. Among 4 clusters divided by BMI, the lower the BMI, the higher the level of appearance management behavior except for body management. Other-dependent Narcissism and BMI have been shown to have a significant effect on selfie behavior in the relationship of Narcissism, BMI and selfie behavior. In the relationship between appearance management behavior and selfie behavior, only beauty treatment management influenced selfie improvement behavior, and all appearance management behaviors affected selfie complement behavior. Fashion brands should use the relationship between Narcissism, appearance management behavior and selfie behavior in planning selfie related events on SNS as well as consider active collaboration with cosmetics brands. It is necessary to investigate selfie behavior from a more diverse perspective by expanding future research targets and diversify related variables.
This study organized various perspectives on the scope of arts management in terms of business management based on bibliographical speculations and statistical data. Management of arts such as performance art involves organizational management, human resources management, marketing and financial management. However arts management needs a new perspective in terms of access to specific academic area of arts while it can be approached in a derivative perspective of management theories. For arts include professional areas that need aesthetic perspective and interpretation of aesthetic history. As art market were opened where active international exchanges have been made over the past ten years, a new strategic approach in management is needed for major international arts markets such as the U.S.A., Europe and China. Such international arts markets involve international auctions markets, international Biennale, international art fair and overseas advance of galleries. First, we need strategic approaches such as nurturing star artists. Second, large-scale exhibition planning of artistic works from world-famous museums or art museums should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of reading activity of employees in public libraries on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment which was suggested by previous studies proving the relationship among the variables in the business area. The results from the survey indicate that there were significant differences in job satisfaction, satisfaction with human relationship, satisfaction of self-realization, affective commitment, and continuance commitment in terms of the frequency of participation in a book club. Additionally, the number of employees' reading books and hours spent for reading significantly influenced their job satisfaction and the hours spent for reading significantly influenced affective commitment. It was also found that participation continuity for a book club influenced on satisfaction level of social recognition, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Job satisfaction level had a complete mediation effect between reading hours and affective commitment, and satisfaction from social recognition had a complete mediation effect between participation continuity in a reading meeting, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Based on these results, this study suggests a plan for constructing a good environment for employees to read through introducing a reading management as follows. Firstly, managers of public libraries need to take an active interest in reading management and various programs to encourage employees to read need to be provided. Secondly, public libraries are required to encourage their employees' participation in book clubs and support them, so that the employees are able to participate in the book club consistently. Finally, institution-level consistent motivation is needed for an active reading activity.
In this paper, we propose a new active queue management (AQM) scheme by utilizing the predictability of the Internet traffic. The proposed scheme predicts future traffic input rate by using the auto-regressive (AR) time series model and determines the future congestion level by comparing the predicted input rate with the service rate. If the congestion is expected, the packet drop probability is dynamically adjusted to avoid the anticipated congestion level. Unlike the previous AQM schemes which use the queue length variation as the congestion measure, the proposed scheme uses the variation of the traffic input rate as the congestion measure. By predicting the network congestion level, the proposed scheme can adapt more rapidly to the changing network condition and stabilize the average queue length and its variation even if the traffic input level varies widely. Through ns-2 simulation study in varying network environments, we compare the performance among RED, Adaptive RED (ARED), REM, Predicted AQM (PAQM) and the proposed scheme in terms of average queue length and packet drop rate, and show that the proposed scheme is more adaptive to the varying network conditions and has shorter response time.

This paper examines the effect of star-entertainer imitation on female high school students in terms of their appearance management activities such as school uniform modification behaviors, hair style care behaviors, and make-up behaviors. For this research, data of 379 female high school students living in Jeollabuk-do was analyzed through reliability analysis, factorial analysis, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and cross-tabulation analysis. In the research, based on the type of star-entertainer imitation, the female high school students were divided into three categories: active followers, psychological followers, and passive followers. The research showed that active followers, who exhibited imitation behavior most frequently and had the highest imitation desire, were most frequently involved in school uniform modification. Inclined to imitate the school uniform styles of star-entertainers in soap operas, they modified their school uniforms. The active followers were also enthusiastic about hair care, were well aware of trendy hair styles, and demonstrated a fondness for star-entertainer hair styles. In addition, they were actively involved in make-up activities. They put on basic make-up everyday and exhibited a desire to learn about make-up styles. However, passive followers, who showed the least frequent imitation behavior and the lowest imitation desire, were not as keenly involved in school uniform modification behaviors, hair style care behaviors, or make-up behaviors. The study concludes that by providing teenagers with systematic education on desirable mass media and educating them on proper behavior, an effective educational tool for guidance on clothing habits can be derived.
Today, the civil society plays a key role not only in criticizing and monitoring the functions of the state and the market, but also as an active producer of public services by complementing the government and the public sector. Public records management is also becoming more and more popular. In the case of appraisal and selection, which is the core area of record management, discussions about citizen participation are becoming more serious than any other areas. The concept of 'proactive appraisal', which has emerged as a paradigm of citizens' participation in appraisal, reminds us that citizens themselves are the subjects of public records and are no longer alienated from the appraisal system. The problem is, while the growth of the Korean civil society about institutional participation is spreading rapidly, but citizen participation is hard to find in the field of public records. The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of citizen participation in the process of appraisal of public records, and to debunk the role of citizen participation in the appraisal processes by exploring the examples in the UK, Canada, and Australia. This paper emphasizes that the appraisal system of the national public records in crisis today could be largely restored through the domestic application of this active citizen participation cases. First of all, this study presents a conceptual appraisal model that could reflect citizen participation in the field of record management along with the analyses of the advanced cases in some western countries. Specifically, this paper focuses on presenting the models of 'appraisal documentation' and 'governance-based appraisal', reflecting the active citizen participation. This study suggests that these citizens' participatory evaluation models should be settled in Korea in the future and we should urgently discuss 'citizen participation appraisal'.

Unlike any other measure taken to date to prevent speculations, the MCTF Management System can eradicate problems related to coupons offered for free in the AWP Game Industry. This strategic system consists of Merchandise Coupon Management, Central Management, Tripartite Guarantee Management, and Fund Management System. Finally, this system is expected to help root out the problems related to gift coupons.
