The author discusses the nature and scope of archival reference service through the debate to user studies in the 1980s and the 1990s. Until the 1990s, archivists paid little attention to studying their user population. A new approach to archival user service led to the development of various public services of archives and resulted in active interaction with the public. Based on the discussion, the article examines the implication of archival reference service in Korean society.

Network systems are of fundamental importance in programmable device in industrial automation, as they essential in order to active group management of integration and coordination. In this papers,MMS implemented on the basis ISO specification for industrial environment. In the MMS-MAP, MMS is situated in the application layer and on the datalink layer. This implemented software was operated with network interface unit which was designed in group objects and service primitives for group management network model system. This function of designed module showed possibility of operation through group state diagram transition in the Mini-MAP environment.

In Diffserv Network, RIO is the most effective active queue management algorithm. RIO, the enhanced queue management algorithm from RED, divides IN and OUT packets and manages them differently. one of the main problems for the implementation of RIO is the Bandwidth Skew problem for providing the Assured Service. In this paper, we will show the bandwidth skew problem in RIO and provide an enhanced RIO mechanism that will alleviate the bandwidth skew problem.

In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.

Healthcare optimization is mandatory to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic healthcare industry. Healthcare optimization aims to increase service quality, patient safety, and system efficiency. This paper reviews various healthcare optimization cases of developed countries, synopsizes the current status of domestic healthcare industry, points out several reasons why healthcare optimization is not active in Korea, and suggests some vitalization ways.

In this paper, we propose a system architecture of the AMI to be applied in the modern agricultural sector. Agricultural electricity costs in South Korea is very inexpensive compared with other industries. It is expected to increase oil prices to rise over the medium to long term so the facilities must to be installed for farmers in terms of energy savings and energy costs. The research and development of plant factory which can replace the ills of modern agriculture is very active. The technologies of smart grid and plat factory are good paradigm of next generation agricultural sector. Good use of smart grid technologies, the traditional energy consumption industries, agriculture sector can be self-sufficiency industry. In this article the AMI architecture is developed and it will be applicable for modern farmers plant factory.

In this paper, we investigate the performance of anomaly factors in Asia-Pacific Stock market and show the higher Sharpe ratio of the volatility managed smart beta portfolio. The smart beta portfolio combines the benefit of passive strategy and active strategy. However, the smart beta portfolios are seems to be exposed to the risk of anomaly factors from the perspective of traditional financial equilibrium model. Therefore, the smart beta strategy may generate negatively skewed returns unappealing to investors having lower risk tolerance. Our empirical investigations find that the return of the Asia-Pacific region stock market is more volatile than other regions with the lower efficiency ratio. However, the value factor and the momentum factor of Asia-Pacific region both show good performances. More interestingly, we also find that managing the volatility of the momentum factor in Asia-Pacific stock market almost doubles the efficiency ratio.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic oral mucosal disease affecting the buccal cheek, tongue, palate, lip, and gingival mucosa. Lesions in the gingiva make it difficult to control dental plaque due to pain. As a result, the disease is often accompanied by gingivitis or periodontitis. If OLP and dental plaque are not properly managed, the patient's periodontal condition will worsen. Thus, clinicians treating OLP should emphasize periodic visits and dental plaque control. Here, we report the management of a patient who struggled with OLP for 20 years and discuss the importance of periodic regular observations and active periodontal management.

Scheduling repetitive projects under limitations on the amounts of available resources (labor and equipment) has been an active subject because of its practical relevance. Traditionally, the limitation is specified as a deterministic (fixed) number, such as 1000 labor-hours. The limitation, however, is often exposed to uncertainty and variability, especially when the project is lengthy. This paper presents a stochastic optimization model to treat the situations where the limitations of resources are expressed as probability functions in lieu of deterministic numbers. The proposed model transfers each deterministic resource constraint into a corresponding stochastic one and then solves the problem by the use of a chance-constrained programming technique. The solution is validated by comparison with simulation results to show that it can satisfy the resource constraints with a probability beyond the desired confidence level.

This study aims to review the use of graph databases in construction research. Based on the diagnosis of the current research status, a future research direction is proposed. The use of graph databases in construction research has been increasing because of the efficiency in expressing complex relations between entities in construction big data. However, no study has been conducted to review systematically the status quo of graph databases. This study analyzes 42 papers in total that deployed a graph model and graph database in construction research, both quantitatively and qualitatively. A keyword analysis, topic modeling, and qualitative content analysis were conducted. The review identified the research topics, types of data sources that compose a graph, and the graph database application methods and algorithms. Although the current research is still in a nascent stage, the graph database research has great potential to develop into an advanced stage, fused with artificial intelligence (AI) in the future, based on the active usage trends this study revealed.
