Among various export contracts, the contents of contracts are very important. Various companies make use of this method. [Which method are you talking about?] However, the Korean law system has an insufficient understanding of the international legal system. This paper looks into the conditions related to contracts in relation to the legal system. This paper analyzes not only the Korean civil law system about illegality of contracts but also makes a comparison with other international systems, such as the UNIDROIT Principles. Especially, the Korean civil law system about the illegality of contracts is comparable with the UNIDROIT Principles system about illegality of contracts. The purpose of this paper is to examine the revitalization of Illegality of Contract. This paper also deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation. Thus, this paper will offer directions to International Trade Practitioners. There is disagreement regarding methods of action related to international trade practice. Especially, this study is good for commercial parties, especially overseas sales people.

Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discrimiated. Though signed on the bill of FTA with Chile, Korea is actually alienated from major stream of the blocs. Therefore, Korea government makes efforts to contract more FTAs with countries such as Singapore and Japan, others. FTA is believed to be an important method to secure export and national competitiveness. Therefore, we need to exactly understand critical issues and the long-run effort of FTA. This paper tries to find out important issues and potential strategies relating to electronic commerce in Korea's FTA with other countries. In these means, relationship between FTA and e-Trade are closely related to global business chance. In these means, we should use FTA potentials for encouraging global commerce by e-Trade and develop e-FTA in the foreseeable future.

In this study, we use promoter analysis to show that interaction between Jab1 and p53 induces suppression of p53 activation in U2OS and H1299 cells. Interaction between p53 and Jab1 was further confirmed by immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescent analyses. In particular, Jab1 was able to induce nuclear export of p53 as previously reported. When Jab1 was overexpressed in U2OS cells followed by etoposide or hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$), cell death induced by such stresses was protected against. On the contrary, when the level of Jab1 was suppressed in U2OS cells, cytotoxicity imposed by etoposide and $H_2O_2$ was dramatically increased, suggesting a cell protective role for Jab1. These results indicate that Jab1 is a negative regulator of p53 and a plausible oncogene.

Industry-University cooperation for pioneering overseas market contributes to improve the quality of manpower and the export performance. However, performance is showing that without exporting experience, exploring overseas market is not promising. Without systematic training and preparation, pioneering overseas market can be a waste of time and budget. I have conducted interviews with 30 participants in Industry-University cooperation for pioneering overseas market. As a result, I have derived a model for each phase of Industry-University cooperation. 8 stages of this model are student selection, cooperation company networking, student education, overseas market research, selection of trade fair, preparation of trade fair, dispatch of trade fair and follow-up management. Opinions of experts have been reflected and compiled to each suggested stage. Specific details can be applied directly to those affiliated who want to start the first or foremost pioneering overseas markets.

Among various export financing, Assignment of Receivables is very important. Various countries make use of this method. But Korean law system had shortage of International legal system. This paper looks into Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables relation to legal system. And this paper analyze not only detail Korean civil law system about Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables but also comparative other International system. There are UNIDROIT Principles and United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade. Especially, Korean civil law system of Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables compares UNIDROIT Principles system of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables or United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables. In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about Assignment of Receivables with International standard rule about Assignment of Receivables. This is good for the commercial practice party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will make direction to International Trade Practicer. There are argument on method of having an action or manual about international trade practice. The purposes of this are to examine revitalizing on Assignment of Receivables. With starting of the WTO system, the environments of international trade and commerce met new aspects of affairs such as lowering of trade barriers among nations and bittering of competition among companies that transcend nation's border. In these changing environments of international trade and commerce, to accomplish high rates of export growth, it is necessary that the government and private companies have to establish new international trade and commerce policies and effective counter plans. In relation to these situations, to cultivate international trade and commerce specialist constantly who can be adapted to the situation of the times, the persons concerned with international trade and commerce education of the university must be considering the change of environments, and analyze the problems and pursue the change constantly to fulfill the needs of the society. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the changing features of the educational environments for international trade and commerce in Korea, and suggested improvement direction of education of international trade and commerce of university. We suggest that following; firstly, development of the link major, secondly, development of standardized curriculum, thirdly, enlargement of cooperation with foreign countrie's universities, and fourthly, activation of the trade incubator project.

With the increased economic profit in China, people tend to give more attention to the nurturing of children. The change in the food markets directly connected to the infants' health seem to have brought various consumption patterns different than before. Based on the actual condition survey operated by this research, the expansion in the scale of consumption and preference to the imported food for infants appeared in the Chinese food markets for infants. The rapidly increased amount of the online purchases of the food for Chinese infants was checked through the condition survey. Based on the analysis results, with the purpose of increasing the purchase opportunities of the Korean food for infants to the Chinese consumers, it should not only perform the promotion activities such as the promotion for the product's superiority and various promotional event, but also establish the pricing strategy for each entry step to the Chinese market. Because the purchase experience of the Korean food for infant plays the important role for the additional payments decision, it is estimated that there is a need to expand the opportunities for the Chinese consumers to approach the Korean food for infants both directly and indirectly.

In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about bond with International standard rule about bond. For example, It is UN convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade and Principles of International Commercial Contract(PICC). This is good for the commercial party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will establish Korean legal system direction. There are argument on method of making article and modifing article. The purposes of this paper is to examine revitalizing of Receivable Assignment. Purpose - To active the Korea kimchi distribution, this study aims to investigate the effect of Korea national image and kimchi image on kimchi purchase intention. this study suggest the strategies for kimchi export to China by examining how the Chinese perceptions of Korean kimchi. Research design, data, and methodology - For this study, empirical analysis was conducted based on survey results. A questionnaire was distributed to a total of 400 Chinese consumers. Of these, 280 were collected and 278 were used for statistical processing, excluding 2 that were found to be unsuitable for analysis. This study was performed by the regression analysis using the spss24 statistical program. Results - As a results, It was not significant that the Chinese consumers' familiarity on the Korea image will have a positive effect on their kimchi purchase intention. On the other hand, the kimchi/Korean food image of Chinese consumers' will increase their kimchi consumption experience. Conclusions - The Chinese consumers' positive image on kimchi/Korean food in terms of the unique characteristics of kimchi, health aspects and preference of kimchi is positively influenced when they have higher image on Korea related to its national characteristics, and that of the higher image for Korea has a positive effect on kimchi purchase intention.
