본 연구는 B 광역시와 K시에 소재하는 요양병원 종사자들의 호스피스 완화의료 서비스에 대한 인식 및 활성화 방안의 조사에 목적이 있다. 13개 요양병원의 종사자들 183명 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 2016년 7월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 한 달 동안 연구자들이 기관을 방문하여 관련 자료를 직접 조사하였고 조사대상자들의 인식 및 활성화 방안은 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 기초적인 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 조사기관 13개 중 호스피스 완화의료 교육은 9개 기관에서 실시하고 있었으며 한 해 1회 실시되고 있었다. 183명 대상으로 조사한바 호스피스 완화의료 교육 이수자는 저조하였으며(20.9%) 주로 병원프로그램의 한 유형으로 시행하였다고 응답하였다. 대부분의 종사자들은 호스피스 완화의료의 개념은 인지하고 있었고 좋은 프로그램이라 생각하며 시행되기를 바란다고(81.9%) 응답하였다. 그러나 호스피스 완화의료가 시행되지 못하는 이유는 '수행할 인력이 부족하다(50.8%)', '호스피스 완화의료 프로그램을 잘 몰라서(25.4%)' 등으로 나타났고 이에 개선방안 및 활성화로 '보험수가 도입(15.8%)', '서비스 교육(15%)' 그리고 '정부의 재정적 지원(14%)'의 순으로 나타났다.

BIM (Building Information Model/Modeling) is attracting attention not only as a unit technology, but also as a factor that can promote the transformation of the entire construction industry process. This study aims to investigate the status and cases of policy introduction and legalization of BIM in foreign countries for the advancement of their own construction industry, and to discover policy implications that can be applied to Korea. The first survey uncovered policy elements, and based on this, the second survey conducted an in-depth survey of experts in actual BIM service and research activities. Looking at each priority, BIM standardization, mandating BIM in projects, payment standard establishment, and PQ additional points were given the highest level of importance.

본 연구는 '청년 창의인력 취 창업지원사업' 분석을 통해 디자이너-메이커스 비즈니스 생태계 조성에 있어 정부 디자인 지원정책의 핵심 내용과 시사점을 고찰하고 있다. 메이커 기술에 기반한 디자인 브랜드 육성과 청년 주도형 지역 일자리 창출을 목적으로 하는 이 사례는 디자이너-메이커스가 보다 자유롭고 창의적인 분위기에서 창작활동이 가능하도록 창의문화 조성자로서 정부의 역할을 제시한다. 나아가 각 정부 부처에서 시행 중인 유사 메이커 지원정책들의 효율적인 통합 및 재편과 이를 실리적으로 추진할 로드맵의 필요성, 질적 내실화 지원의 중요성을 강조한다. 결과적으로, 디자이너-메이커스 비즈니스 활성화를 위한 정부의 디자인 지원정책은 신규 일자리를 창출하는 경제적 수치적 목표를 넘어 성숙한 공유문화를 토대로 한 지식재산의 질적 발전, 개방형 메이커 무브먼트에 기반 한 제조업의 신(新)생산 패러다임 모델 발굴이라는 진화된 지향점으로 발전해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 용인시의 채무제로화 정책과정을 Kingdon의 다중흐름모형을 통해 분석하여 지방정부의 재정역량 강화 및 경쟁력 제고에 기여하고자 하였다. 용인시는 2012년 기준 약 8,000억원의 지방채무를 가지고 있었으나 2017년 초 채무상환을 완료하였다는 점에서 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 정책문제의 흐름은 용인시의 채무지표에 대한 인식, 경전철사업의 실패 및 역북지구의 택지분양 실패이다. 둘째, 정치의 흐름은 새로운 지방자치단체장의 당선과 공무원 예산 삭감 등의 행정부 협조, 주민들의 협조로 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 정책대안의 흐름은 대규모 투자사업 축소, 유휴공유 재산 매각을 통한 세입확대 및 세수증대, 경전철 활성화 정책이다. 이러한 정책문제의 흐름, 정치흐름, 정책대안의 흐름이 독립적으로 흐르다가 부동산경기 활성화와 역북지구 매각이라는 정책의 창이 열리면서 경전철 활성화 등의 기타 정책적 요소와 결합하였다. 이 과정에서 긴축재정을 위한 관계기관 협상과 설득 등의 정책선도가의 역할이 크게 작용하였다. 이러한 정책의 산출물로써 용인시는 채무제로를 달성하게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 지방재정 역량 제고를 위해서 정책선도가의 역할의 중요성 뿐만 아니라 행정부와 시민의 협조, 대형 투자사업 추진 검토체계 등의 제도적 보완이 필요함을 밝혔다.

In order to have the highest level of a certain society's technology be evaluated as digital contents technology the value concept of such technology's social utilization must be established while active investment on the technology takes place and makes it the subject of social capitalization. This study wishes to discuss the strategies and methods of establishing and managing IP holding company which requires business activation with digital contents technology at its base, research ways of vitalizing IP holding company to expand social utility values of contents technology, suggest necessary systemic improvements and investment activation methods, management structure, and governance structure by investigating ways to stimulate the industrialization of contents technology through the establishment and management of this IP holding company, and finally come up with a realistic measure to establish and manage a IP holding company. Strategies on commercialization of digital contents technology and acceleration of technology development, as well as activation of venture business set-ups will be analyzed and suggested based on such suggestions while IP holding company's digital contents technology investment activation model will be established to produce means to realize discovering superior contents companies and activation of investment, and activating high quality contents production for the global market.

Since 2000, family tour has increased a lot by effect of five-day workweek in South Korea. So, it became much needed road station. however road station's facilities are lacking. Recently, there is a growing emphasis on rural regional activation. So the government is concentrating in rural policy. In Japan case study, Road Station(RS, Michinoeki) make regional activation by Road station service. Rs is rest area for motor driver in rural area. In general, it is construct at rural roads, not a highway. In this paper, we hope to take a lesson from the RS case study. 2015, 2016, in japan, we visited to 7 case study and interviewed to a staff. As a result, In Japan's Rs was offering convenient services to motor driver and raising farmers's profits by selling local produce. The aim of that this paper is to suggest to Korean Type's Rs. There are five results from this paper as follows : First, Japan Rs, it works well to improve in regional activation in rural area. Two, Also Rs has to community facilities attached to the culture, welfare, library etc. Three, 5 Korean Type Rs can sort out. There are Community type, Joint tourism type, 6th industrialization type, Urban-Rural Interchange type, Shopping center type. This RS is introduced to Korea hopes to contribute to the regional activation in rural area.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the problems and limitations of the Commercial Area Activation System, which was created by a special law for promoting traditional markets and shopping districts to revitalize and efficiently manage the central commercial area in different regions. We also suggest different options for its improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - We also look into the problems of which is being promoted as a demonstration project, from the aspects of legal text and guidelines. Results - The current commercial area activation system has several problems. First, the establishment of a comprehensive basic plan on the commercial area activation is not a requirement. Second, the benefit principle should be established to prevent the moral laxity of merchants who serve important roles in the main components of the commercial area activation business when they conduct their business. Third, the current special law constrains the commercial management organization, as under the civil law yields a limitation on finding a profitable business model. Fourth, to efficiently, constructing a system that links the other central government businesses and is needed. into a regional development budget or a budget for funding small businesses that the central government can control, which is effective. Further, we offer some suggestions for medium- and long-term policies. First, an integrated coordination mechanism at the central office level should be installed while setting the basic policy to revitalize the Based on this policy, local governments need a system that exclusively based on the after establishing a comprehensive plan for urban regeneration and getting approval from the integration organization. Second, a system that enables an understanding of the problems with business promotion by monitoring the procedure of supporting projects and regularly assessing business achievements is needed. Third, a plan is needed for resolving conflicts between various interested parties that adopts the commercial area activation system for carrying out a total redevelopment of the commercial area where small shops are densely located. A market maintenance project has been conducted as a means to recover our traditional market, which was economically depressed, and to revive the local economy, but it is mostly conducted in the form of reconstruction or redevelopment and represents the interests of landowners and merchants. Thus, it is most likely to lead to a gradual disappearance of traditional markets. Conclusions - This study looks primarily into the problems that appeared in the legal text or the guidelines regarding the direction of improvement of the commercial area activation business that has been going on as a demonstration project since 2011 and suggests some solutions.
