  • Market penetration of media capital and with domestic broadcasting and communication fusion affect from the contents competitive situation which is general, the digital conversion of ground group broadcasting which follows in like this change tried to point out the hereafter direction of broadcasting contents industry with Korean-American FTA compromises. Further with role of the program heightening of competitiveness plan for the ground group digital contents activation of local broadcasting and loca broadcasting accomplishes the funeral of succession development and area public opinion integration of politics, economy and culture of the community and being understood for a harmony, and proposed a politic alternative in the Broadcast Communications Commission which starts newly and Local Broadcasting Developmental Commission.

전자상거래 활성화를 위한 효율적 마케팅전략 (Effective Marketing Strategies for Electronic Commerce Activation)

  • The purpose of this study is explore the changes of environment in terms of diffusion of EC and to present effective marketing strategies for Electronic Commerce Activation. This paper focuses on the customer management, Real-Time Responding, and market strategies in Electronic Commerce. EC(Electronic Commerce) that out of the evolution of Internet technology gets a corporation changes to survive in 21st century. So the corporation must set the strategy to fit a Internet focused society. This paper is focusing the analysing the difference between the e-marketing and traditional marketing and proposing the new strategical marketing mix. On the Electronic Commerce, the 6Cs of marketing - Contents, Community, Commerce, Connection, Communication, Customizing - are being played out quite differently than they normally are off-line. In conclusion, the change in Electronic Commerce environment results in (1) redefinition of customer group, (2) different marketing strategies to fit in Electronic Commerce environment, and (3) changes in customer management, promotion strategy, advertizing appeal.

  • The idyllic housing is dreamed by citizens today. The government has promoted the rural activation and satisfied citizen's needs about idyllic housing through the advanced rural village development project. Jecheon city aims to develop idyllic housing area in Baegun. This study investigated the resident' consciousness and actual conditions of idyllic housing in Baegun by field study. The aim of this study is to suggest data of idyllic housing policy by analysis idyllic housing of actual condition and resident' consciousness of demands. The idyllic housing of resident is aged sixty five or more from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Second, they want to be maintenance of life convenience facilities, improvement of traffic, necessity of medical institution. Third, it is necessity of variety program to solve conflicts between residents and immigrants and to make community of residents.

전원마을조성사업의 성과와 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Results and Improvement Method of Advanced Rural Village Development Project)

  • The advanced rural village development project started in 2005, and this project of purpose is improvement of housing environment and promotion of region activation. Researcher investigated about the advanced rural village development project of nine complex through field survey. The aim of this study is to be offered data of idyllic housing policy by examination actual conditions of study subject. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows ; first, this project makes a great contributed to flow in population from urban to activate rural areas. Second, the project success depends on improvement an institution and planed, timely approach. Third, central government must plan network system with rural development project in political, and must support local government into political frame. The local government must consider a regional housing plan overall and must make an effort itself for the project success.

  • The new information service has been demanded due to the recent mobile internet activation, and the government is promoting the activation of the private use of the public data by putting up the Government 3.0. According to government policy, many public sectors provide public data, but the railway sector is inferior to other public sector. In the case of national railway corporation, urban railway is now operated by 14 corporations such as Seoul Metro through the nation and high-speed railway is now operated by Korea Railroad Corporation and Supreme Railways. It is very difficult to standardize and integrate data due to mutual interests of national railway corporation. This paper describes a way to standardize and integrate rail passengers information collected through research project.

  • Purpose - Research on the ability of domestic public institutions to conduct business is being conducted. Research on government support policy for public technology projects, emphasizes technology creation. Public agencies are encouraging evolutionary barriers at the stage of realistic business. This paper presents the policy possibilities by presenting policies and strategies based on corporate public policy. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, we surveyed the actual state of public technology commercialization based on the data on state of technology commercialization of public institutions. We collected and analyzed the literature data to enhance the competitiveness of technology commercialization by identifying success cases of public technology commercialization. In Korea, there are not many research papers that provide policy alternatives for technical commercialization of public research institutes. Therefore, in this paper, we review various government policies and check the status of technology commercialization to increase its value. Results - As a result of this study, it is suggested that various policy development is necessary for the commercialization of public technology, because it is important to increase the value of technology users, suppliers, investors and customers through various network activation. In particular, it is necessary to establish differentiated Korean public technology commercialization model for the proliferation of public technology commercialization by presenting methodical model of technical commercialization. Conclusions - Through this study, it is important to raise the competitiveness of domestic public technology commercialization, to create economic value, and to improve the performance of technology commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary to contribute to the creation of research achievement, research method of excellent technology, and method of commercializing technology, and to create achievement of technical commercialization in the future. In addition, from the viewpoint of commercialization of technology, strategies for creating value through utilization of public technology should be prepared, and a plan for mutual prosperity among domestic companies should be prepared. Policy alternatives of various public technology commercialization to build national competitiveness have been developed, and various examples of performance for the performance of public technology commercialization should be derived.

  • 최근 정부는 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발의 대가 기준에 대한 조사를 기반으로 명확한 대가 기준을 수립하고 이러닝 산업의 특성을 반영한 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발 대가 산정 가이드라인(기준)을 공개하였다. 그러나 제도적인 뒷받침이 없으면 제도가 취지와 목적을 달성하지 못하고 사문서화될 소지를 안고 있어 정책적 기반 마련이 필요하다 이에 본 연구는 대가기준 활용 활성화를 위해 이론적 배경 정리와 분석을 통해 대가기준의 단계적 적용 활성화, 대가기준의 제정 고시 및 정기적 조정, 대가기준운영위원회 운영, 이러닝산업 실태조사와의 연계성, 저작권 공동 소유 문화 확산, 개발과정의 체계적인 모니터링, 대가기준 적용 활성화 정책 연구, 표준계약서와 연동을 통한 정책 실효성 제고 등의 정책을 제언하게 되었다.

국내 창업교육센터 운영현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operating Status of Entrepreneurship Education Center in Korea)

  • 현 정부는 벤처 및 창업 활성화를 통한'창조경제'실현을 주요 정책과제로 발표하였으며. 이러한 창조경제의 구현을 통한 새로운 일자리 창출 및 창업정책 활성화를 위해서 창업교육은 무엇보다 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 교육과학기술부(현, 교육부)는 2012년부터 중장기적인 발전과제로 전국 61개 대학에 창업교육센터를 설치하여 창업문화 확산 및 창업교육 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 산학협력선도대학(LINC) 지원사업 초기 61개 대학에 설치된 창업교육센터 운영현황 및 실태조사를 통해 창업 관련 분야의 정책 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 해외 선진국의 창업교육센터 현황에 대한 선행연구를 통해 창업교육센터 운영현황 및 실태조사에 대한 설문지를 개발하였으며, 국내 창업교육센터를 대상으로 한 조사를 통해 창업교육센터의 조직구성 및 운영 현황, 창업교육 강좌현황, 학생창업 지원 및 창업문화 확산 등에 대한 실태를 분석하였다. 이러한 사례분석을 통해 향후 국내 대학 창업교육센터의 효과적인 운영 및 창의적인 창업교육프로그램 개발에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 최근 정부가 추진하고 있는 신재생에너지 보급 및 확대 정책으로 스마트그리드의 핵심인 ESS에 관한 투자 및 연구가 선진국을 중심으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 미국을 비롯한 유럽 선진국들은 다양한 ESS관련 제도정비 및 개선을 통해 ESS 산업의 활성화를 유도하고 있는 반면, 우리나라의 경우, ESS 도입 및 활성화를 위한 법제도적 기반이 마련되어 있지 않다. 또한, ESS도입에 대한 경제적 효과성에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없어, ESS의 보급 및 활성화가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, ESS의 보급과 활성화를 위해 한국의 전기요금 체계를 기반으로 ESS의 경제성을 효과적으로 분석하기 위한 기법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 ESS의 운영 모형을 정의하고 각 운영 모형별 분석기법을 비교하여 최적의 경제성 분석방법을 제시한다.
