본 논문에서는 나카가미-m 확률밀도함수를 이용하여 페이딩 환경을 고려한 DS/CDMA시스템의 PN 부호 획득(acquisition)에 대한 성능을 분석하였다. 성능 분석은 PN 부호 획득 시간에 영향을 미치는 검출확률(detection Probability) $P_D$와 오경보확률(false alarm probability) $P_{FA}$에 대한 식을 유도하여 시뮬레이션으로 입증하였다. 그 결과 위상 에러를 보정하기 위하여 PLL의 이득을 높이고 레이크 수신기를 동시에 적용할 경우 PN 부호의 검출확률 $P_D$는 개선되었고, 오경보확률 $P_{FA}$는 감소하여 PN 부호의 동기 획득 성능을 개선시킬 수 있음을 입증하였다.

본 연구에서는 자원의존이론을 이용하여 사외이사 비중과 최고경영자의 이사회 의장직 겸임 효과가 하이테크 산업에 속해 있는 국내 상장기업의 인수합병 성과에 미치는 영향을 2004년부터 2012년까지 수행된 인수합병거래 246개를 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 사외이사 비중은 인수합병 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 최고경영자가 이사회 의장직을 겸임하는 경우 인수합병 성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사외이사의 비중과 최고경영자의 이사회 의장직 겸임이 지닌 상호작용의 효과를 살펴본 결과, 최고경영자가 이사회 의장직을 겸임하는 경우 사외이사의 비중이 인수합병 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이사회 의장이 독립적인 지위를 가지는 경우 사외이사의 비중이 인수합병 성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 연구결과의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 상호작용항을 통한 회귀분석 및 다양한 사건기간을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하여 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 최고경영자가 이사회 의장직을 겸임하는 경우 리더십 강화 및 조직 내 지휘체계 확립으로 인해 기업 외부의 이해관계자로부터 정당성을 확보하게 된다. 이를 통해 이사회의 자원의존 기능이 강화되며 인수합병 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석된다. 반대로 이사회 의장이 독립적인 지위를 가지는 경우 최고경영자의 최고책임자로서의 외부 정당성이 약화된다. 따라서 이사회의 자원의존 기능이 감소되고 인수합병 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 기존의 선행연구에서는 최고경영자의 이사회 의장직 분리의 긍정적인 효과에 대해서 주목하였다면, 본 연구에서는 최고경영자의 이사회 의장직 겸임의 긍정적인 효과를 실증적으로 보여주었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 생각한다.

A simple method for analysis of serial search burst-format direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DS-SS) code acquisition system had been recently proposed, and therein, the effect of the code autocorrelation sidelobes on the performance of DS-SS code acquisition system has been assessed [4],[5]. In this paper, a new hybrid scheme which combines the serial search with maximum likelihood search is proposed to eliminate the deleterious effect of code autocorrelation sidelobes, and the performance is analyzed for the additive withe Gaussian noise (AWGN) channels. To analyze the performance of this system, we have generalized the method used in [4],[5] to arbitrary burst-format DS-SS acquisition schemes. The results show that a new hybrid scheme has good immunity against the effect of code autocorrelation sidelobes. Thevalidity of the presented approach has been confirmed form the results of simulation.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of tie strength in the network of industrial clustering on the knowledge acquisition, integration and innovation performance of small and medium sized enterprises. We test the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition, strong tie and knowledge integration, and the interaction effect of two tie strengths on both processes of knowledge acquisition and integration. By identifying these relationships, we can better understand how to manage the attributes of social networks in terms of tie strength in order to improve the performance of innovation for the small and medium sized enterprises. Design/methodology/approach We collect 200 survey data from 2 industrial cluster respectively: Pankyo and Guroo. In Pankyo, the proportion of IT industry is the highest (35%) while the proportion of manufacturing is highest (35%) in Guroo. Pooling the data from two industrial cluster, we check the reliability and validity of our research model and test the hypotheses. Findings First, we find the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition from both industrial clustering. Weak tie is composed of heterogeneous organizations with various background and expertise. The communication and information sharing of organizations in the weak tie network helps the idea generation for organization's innovation, which is the knowledge acquisition process. Second, the relationship of strong tie and knowledge integration is insignificant. Typically the strong tie from long-lasting partnership is expected to be beneficial in the action stage of innovation, which is the knowledge integration process. However it is not identified in our industry cluster. Finally, the interaction effect of weak and strong tie is identified to be effective on both knowledge acquisition and integration processes.

본 논문은 DS-SS/TDMA 패킷 통신에서 부호획득 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 프리앰블 구조와 부호획득 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 프리앰블의 각 구간마다 짧은 확산부호의 위치를 다르게 하교 구간 간의 짧은 확산부호의 위치 차이 및 각 구간의 짧은 확산부호 위치에서 데이터 시작점의 차이를 테이블로 저장함으로써 일부 구간의 수신 오류 시에도 데이터 시작점을 정확하게 판단할 수 있다. 모의실험 결과 제안된 방법은 같은 길이의 짧은 확산부호를 사용할 때 기존 방법에 비해 최소 5dB의 이득이 있으며, 기존보다 1/4 길이의 짧은 확산부호로도 기존방법과 동일한 부호획득 성능을 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 다양한 페이딩 채널을 모델화 할 수 있는 나카가미-m 확률밀도함수를 이용하여 이동통신 채널 환경에서 필연적으로 존재하는 페이딩 환경을 고려한 MC DS-CDMA시스템의 직 병렬 혼합 동기 획득 성능을 분석 하였다. 동기 획득 시스템은 검색모드(Search Mode)와 확인모드(Verification Mode)를 갖도록 설계하여 나카가미-m 확률밀도 함수를 이용하여 동기 획득에 필요한 신호검출확률(Probability of Detection), 탐지 실패 확률 (Probability of Miss), 및 오경보율(False Alarm Rate)을 이론적으로 유도하여 직 병렬 혼합 동기 획득 알고리즘의 평균 동기 획득 시간(MAT)를 유도하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

And this paper researches System engineering application of imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project based Systems Engineering Handbook ver.3.1 published by INCOSE, the lead of field. The Imaginary WIG(Wing-In-Ground Effect) ship acquisition project applied the four processes(technical project, Enterprise & Agreement, Enabling Systems), the basis of INCOSE Engineering Handbook ver.3.1, and the each process output compared with DAPA(Defense Acquisition Program Administration)'s warship acquisition procedure.

This paper presents a structure of the searcher using the space diversity in array antenna system operating in the DS/CDMA signal environments. The new technique exploits the fact that the In-phase and Quadrature components of interferers can respectively be viewed as independent Gaussian noise at each antenna element in most practical CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) signal environments. The proposed PN acquisition scheme is a single dwell serial PN acquisition system consisting of two stage, that is, the searching stage and the verification stage. The searching stage correlates the received signals with the local PN oscilator for obtaining the synchronous energy at the entire uncertainty region. The verification stage compares the searching energy with the optimal threshold, which is pre-designed in the Lock-Detector, and decides whether the acquisition is successful or fail. In this paper, we analyzed the relationship of both diversity order and the mean acquisition time. In general, It is known that the mean acquisition time decreases significantly as the number of antenna elements increases. But, the enhancement of the performance is saturated in terms of PN acquisition scheme. Therefore, to decrease the mean acquisition time, we must design the optimal array antenna system by considering the operating SNR range of the receiver, the detection probability, and the false alarm probability. The performance of the proposed acquisition scheme is analyzed in frequency-selective Rayleigh fading channels. In this paper, the effect of the number of antenna elements on acquisition scheme is considered in terms of the detection probability, false alarm probability. and the mean acquisition time.

본 본문에서는 Code division multiple access (CDMA) 사용자와 협대역 사용자가 동일 주파수 대역에 존재하는 곳에서 direct sequence/CDMA (DS/CDMA) 오버레이 시스템에 대해 pseudorandom noise (PN) 코드 획득 성능 상의 안테나 다이버시티의 효과가 분석되고 시뮬레이션 되었다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 안테나 다이버시티가 PN 획득 성능에 매우 효과적임을 보인다. 이 논문의 결과는 DS/CDMA 오버레이 환경에서 동기 구조의 설계에 적용될 수 있다.

본 논문은 직접대역확산 방식에서 PN 코드탐색의 동기성능에 관한 내용으로 코드탐색회로의 상관기 출력 값의 평균편차로부터 수신 채널환경을 추정하고 추정된 채널환경에서 목표로 하는 코드 획득성능을 만족할 수 있도록 상관기의 탭 길이를 적응적으로 변경함으로써 고정된 상관기 탭 길이를 이용하는 방법에 비하여 획득성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 PN 코드탐색 알고리즘을 제안하였다.
