With the rapid increase of tourists for sport participation, sporting resort is becoming popular and a related industry is improving. However, sporting resorts have been faced managerial challenges to survive in the competitive sport tourism markets. One of the key issues is to develop an effective marketing mix for resorts to be suitable for sporting tourists. Hence, the current study analyzed a marketing mix of sporting resort, identified its strategies for segmentation, targeting, and positioning, and finally suggested the effective methods for STP. For the study, PyeongChang Alpensia Resort is selected as a case. The study reviewed the documents and online journals that have covered Alpensia Resort. Via literature review, current marketing mix of Alpensia Resort was identified and its current strategies of STP further were analyzed. For the validity of the results, three experts reviewed the results. Given the decent procedures, firstly, the study suggested that Alpensia Resort needs to seek to develop products that can appeal to MICE industry. Second, Alpensia needs to build all-in-one image by providing products and accommodations including lodging, shopping, ski and related sport programs. Third, Alpensia can seek to enhance marketing mix for inbound sport tourists. Conclusions and implications are further discussed.

While the field of mathematics education strives to promote equitable mathematics learning and identifies it as a core instructional practice, less is known about its effective enactment. As teachers' teaching practices are dependent on their views and beliefs, this study investigated 133 elementary pre-service teachers' (PSTs') interpretations of diverse learners' learning experiences and proposed accommodations for them as reflected in their lesson planning process. Findings showed that PSTs came up with some strategies that are often suggested in teacher education literature, such as using multiple modes of representation and various grouping strategies. However, their responses were generic in nature rather than specific to diverse learners. Also, it was noted that many PSTs' interchangeably referred to the English Language Learners (ELLs), struggling learners, and culturally diverse learners, inferring that they thought that culturally diverse students must have been ELLs and that ELLs or culturally diverse students must have been weaker students in math. We found that the PSTs used their own frames while filtering and discarding information about diverse student populations to develop instructional plans, rather than based on the results of assessments of learning. We suggest that it is the critical first step to unwrap PSTs' unproven assumptions to better equip them for working with all of their future students.

The "sharing economy" describes a type of business built on the sharing of resources - allowing customers to access goods when needed. While sharing goods has always been a common practice among friends, family, and neighbors, in recent years, the concept of sharing has moved from a community practice into a profitable business model. This study explores gaps between customers' actual usages and current policies on accommodation sharing by analyzing what needs to be done for the better establishment of sharing economy in society. The purpose of this study is to investigate perceptions of accommodation sharing by analyzing reviews and negative aspects that help resolve complaints and improve better services through policy establishment. This study investigates key attributes that influence business performance to improve citizens' decision-making for the usage of accommodation sharing. This study applies qualitative research by collecting demand- and supply-side reviews from selected registered accommodations using a random sampling procedure. This study finds that guests prefer entire house sharing with instrumental attributes related to properties. Entire house sharing of multiple dwellings shows business impacts in terms of high occupancy rate on the platform, while there are policy concerns with entire house sharing. The results provide policy and managerial implications by suggesting proper policies and considering relationships with citizens.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect overall attitudes on accommodations sharing platform businesses and effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry with the perspectives of millennials and generation Z. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey. This study applied factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results: The results found that factors including economic, trust, environment, local market facilitation, and the quality of residents' life affect overall attitudes toward accommodation sharing, while social and experience aspects do now show significance on overall attitudes. Effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of the accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry showed significance. Conclusions: The results provide managerial and policy implications. The results implied how millennials and generation Z perceive significant factors such as local market facilitation for economic benefits and environment aspects with usage of accommodation sharing support characteristics of millennials and generation Z. How to foster social aspects to interact with millennials and generation Z and experience aspects to enhance values of the accommodation sharing that shares experiences remained future issues for better development of sharing platform businesses.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of positive online reviews, negative online reviews, the usefulness of online reviews, reviewers' expertise, timeliness of online reviews, the volume of online reviews, and comprehensiveness of online reviews on accommodation booking intentions and also the indirect effect of positive online reviews on the intention of booking accommodations through trust as mediation. Research respondents are users of the accommodation booking application in Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Partial Least Square). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Usefulness of Online Reviews, Volume of Online Reviews, and Comprehensiveness of Online Reviews have a direct positive and significant influence on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. The variables of Negative Online Reviews and Timeliness of Online Reviews have negative and significant influences on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. Positive Online Reviews and Reviewer Expertise variables are not significant in this study. At the same time, the Trust variable has a full mediation relationship in an indirect relationship between the Positive Online Reviews variables and the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta.

This research presents an innovative integrated ethanol solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) system designed for applications in marine vessels. The system incorporates an exhaust gas heat recovery mechanism. The high-temperature exhaust gas produced by the SOFC is efficiently recovered through a sequential process involving a gas turbine (GT), a regenerative system, steam Rankine cycles, and a waste heat boiler (WHB). A comprehensive thermodynamic analysis of this integrated SOFC-GT-SRC-WHB system was performed. A simulation of this proposed system was conducted using Aspen Hysys V12.1, and a genetic algorithm was employed to optimize the system parameters. Thermodynamic equations based on the first and second laws of thermodynamics were utilized to assess the system's performance. Additionally, the exergy destruction within the crucial system components was examined. The system is projected to achieve an energy efficiency of 58.44% and an exergy efficiency of 29.43%. Notably, the integrated high-temperature exhaust gas recovery systems contribute significantly, generating 1129.1 kW, which accounts for 22.9% of the total power generated. Furthermore, the waste heat boiler was designed to produce 900.8 kg/h of superheated vapor at 170 ℃ and 405 kP a, serving various onboard ship purposes, such as heating fuel oil and accommodations for seafarers and equipment.

이 연구는 A 중소병원의 입원환자와 외래환자를 대상으로 환자만족도에 영향을 미치는 의료서비스 품질요인이 입원 외래 환자 간 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석한다. 설문은 2011년 8월 20일부터 총 4주간 진행되었으며, 조사대상으로는 입원환자 96명, 외래환자 315명 총 411명이었다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 입원환자의 경우 병원의 인지도가 환자만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 외래환자는 의료진의 우수성, 병원 편의시설과 환경의 우수성, 친절한 직원, 병원의 인지도, 편리한 진료 및 행정절차 등 다양한 요인이 유의한 관계를 보였다. 이 연구는 중소병원이 의료 서비스를 개선하고 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서 입원 및 외래 환자를 구분하여 각 환자군 별로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 차별화 하여 서비스 개선에 반영하는 것이 효과적일 수 있음을 제시해 주고 있다.

본 연구는 정당한 편의가 장애인의 취업 확률 및 직업유지에 영향이 있는 지를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 분석에는 장애인 고용차별 실태조사 자료가 이용되었다. 분석방법은 취업확률은 로지스틱 회귀분석, 직업유지는 다중 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 취업 확률의 경우 채용 시험 이후 단계의 정당한 편의는 장애인의 취업 확률에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나는 반면, 채용시험 이전 단계의 정당한 편의는 장애인의 취업 확률에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 직업 유지 영향의 경우, 모집채용 편의, 사업장 접근성 편의는 고용유지에 영향이 없는 반면, 회사 방침 변경 및 직무조정은 직업유지에 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 장애인의 취업 가능성을 높이고 직업유지를 증가시키는 방향으로 정당한 편의를 제공할 필요가 있으며, 정책적으로는 정당한 편의에 대한 사업주 지원을 확대할 필요가 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국을 방문한 중국과 러시아 국적 관광객을 대상으로 한국관광에 대한 전반적 관광만족도와 이의 선행요인, 그리고 여행 후 한국에 대한 이미지 변화간 영향관계를 분석하고 그 함의를 제시하였다. T-test 결과, 모든 영역에서 러시아 국적 관광객들의 만족도가 중국 관광객들의 만족도보다 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 구조방정식분석 결과, 중국 관광객의 경우 관광지 매력도, 치안, 쇼핑, 음식, 숙박이 전반적 관광만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 특히 한국의 치안과 쇼핑 등이 상대적으로 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 비해 러시아 관광객의 경우 관광지 매력도, 치안, 음식 등만이 전반적 관광만족도에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 중국 관광객들과는 다소 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 한국관광에 대한 전반적인 관광만족도와 여행후 한국에 대한 이미지 변화간의 관계에 대해서는 중국과 러시아 관광객 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

농촌의 공동이용건축물은 시대에 따라 그 수요가 변화해왔고, 그에 따라 기능과 규모 등도 바뀌고 있지만, 농촌지역에 반드시 필요한 시설이라는 점에서 중요하다. 하지만, 주로 농업생산기반시설에 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 도시지역에 비해 의료, 보건, 문화, 교육 등의 건축물은 턱없이 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌주거지역 내의 다양한 공동이용건축물을 조사하여 현황을 파악하였으며, 추가 검토를 통해 문제점을 구체화하였다. 그리고 건축물 별 상황에 따라 재생방안을 제시하였다.
