군산 비응항 개발사업에 대한 지역주민의 인식 및 활성화 방안 (A Proposed Vitalization Plan based on Residents' Perception for Gunsan Bi-eung Port Development Plan)

  • 본격적인 새만금시대를 맞이하여 군산 비응항은 복합관광어항으로 발돋움하기 위한 개발사업을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 관광개발을 시행함에 있어 지역주민의 인식과 태도가 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 본 연구에서는 비응항 개발사업에 대한 지역주민들의 인식 및 태도를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 활성화방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과 비응항의 여건과 문제점에 대한 인식에서는 다소 부정적인 견해를 갖고 있었고, 개발사업의 효과 역시 긍정적이지 않은 것으로 평가하고 있다. 또한 활성화 방안에 대해서는 숙박시설의 고급화와 해양레포츠시설의 개발을 선호하고 있었으며, 비응해수욕장의 활용 방안에 대해서는 해안 데크 조성을 희망하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비응항 활성화를 위해 종합리조트 조성과 해양레저 스포츠시설을 조성하여 관광객들의 수요에 대응하고, 비응항 홍보를 강화하는 등의 행정적 노력과 상인들의 건전한 상가문화 조성 등 자체적인 노력이 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • Availability of economic and efficient energy resources is crucial to a nation's development. Because of their low cost and advancement in drilling and exploration technologies, oil and gas based energy systems are the most widely used energy source throughout the world. The inexpensive oil and gas based energy systems are used for everything, i.e., from transportation of goods and people to the harvesting of crops for food. As the energy demand continues to rise, there is strong need for inexpensive energy solutions. An offshore platform is a large structure that is used to house workers and machinery needed to drill wells in the ocean bed, extract oil and/or natural gas, process the produced fluids, and ship or pipe them to shore. Depending on the circumstances, the offshore platform can be fixed (to the ocean floor) or can consist of an artificial island or can float. Semi-submersibles are used for various purposes in offshore and marine engineering, e.g. crane vessels, drilling vessels, tourist vessels, production platforms and accommodation facilities, etc. The challenges of deepwater drilling have further motivated the researchers to design optimum choices for semi-submersibles for a chosen operating depth. In our series of eight papers, we discuss the design and production aspects of all the types of offshore platforms. In the present part I, we present an introduction and critical analysis of semi-submersibles.

어린이 놀이학습공간 실내디자인의 감성적 특성 (Emotional Characteristics of Interior Design for Children's Rec-Education Space)

  • This study is to analyze and determine the emotional design on domestic rec-education space, in order to propose a way to design children rec-education space. A study is on reviewing needs and verify categories of emotional design through interior design of rec-education space, A study procedure will begin with theoretical proofing of children rec-education and move on to needs of emotional design in interior design and types of analysis for it. With this procedure, we will project adequate way for emotional characteristics in rec-education space and will analyze types of it from interior design of rec-education space in nine different domestic brands. With this background, we like to present methods and reveal characteristics of it. The conclusion on this study is described as followed. First, children rec-education space has positively carried types of emotional characteristics: experimental, continuity, and symbolism. Second, Some precondition; application through types of pattern, experimentation on light in space, continuity on linear interior space composition, symbolism in abstract implementation, and physical control over designed subject, has low effectiveness on creating emotional space by applying such scale matters. Third, the actual interior design subject matters and supporting facilities' textural accommodation is inadequately built for their majority, children, whether it is direct or indirect for contact. Forth, Even though to carry emotional space needs some kinds of story telling and prerequisite sequential space composition, there are lack of applicable space compositions. For this reason, it needs on going study in emotional space for children rec-education space. Last, there are needs for researching a depth understanding and presenting different characteristics of emotional interior design by brands.

국내·외 쉐어하우스 사례 비교를 통한 개발특성 분석 (Comparative Case Analysis for Development Characteristics of Foreign and Domestic Share-Houses)

  • 현재 우리나라의 1인가구는 전체가구의 20%를 상회하고 있으며 매년 증가하여 2030년에는 전체인구의 24%를 차지할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이런 1인가구를 위한 소형 주택으로 유럽과 일본에서는 '쉐어하우스'라는 새로운 형태의 1인주거시스템이 발전하고 자리 잡았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 외 쉐어하우스 사례분석을 통하여 각 사례별 개발특성을 개발대상 및 규모, 평면구성, 시설 및 부속기능, 운영방법 및 입주대상의 항목으로 구분하여 비교분석하여 그 차이점과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국내 사례의 경우 주로 주택을 리모델링 하여 소규모로 개발되고, 거실을 중심으로 하는 일반주택의 평면특성을 가지고 있으며, 테마가 뚜렷하여 특정 개인 및 계층을 대상으로 운영되는 것으로 분석되었다. 국외 사례의 경우 호텔, 여관 등의 다양한 시설을 리모델링하여 개발되어 중 대규모의 복도형 평면구성을 가지고 있고 다양한 편의시설이 제공되며, 지역적 특성을 반영하여 다양한 운영프로그램을 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

친환경건축물 인증제도 활성화를 위한 정보시스템 개선 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Green Building Certification Information System)

  • This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

Evaluation of Rainwater Utilization for Miscellaneous Water Demands in Different Types of Buildings Using Geographic Information System

  • This study is an attempt to quantify rainwater utilization and miscellaneous water demand in Tokyo's 23 special wards, the core of the urban area in Tokyo, Japan, in order to elucidate the potential of further rainwater utilization. The rainwater utilization for miscellaneous appropriate water demands, including toilet flushing, air conditioning, and garden irrigation, were calculated for six different types of building: residential house, office, department store, supermarket, restaurant, and accommodation. Miscellaneous water demands in these different types of building were expressed in terms of equivalent rainfall of 767, 1,133, 3,318, 1,887, 16,574, and 2,227 (mm/yr), respectively, compared with 1,528 mm of Tokyo's average annual precipitation. Building types, numbers and its height were considered in this study area using geographic information system data to quantify miscellaneous water demands and the amount of rainwater utilization in each ward. Area precipitation-demand ratio was used to measure rainwater utilization potential for miscellaneous water demands. Office and commercial areas, such as Chiyoda ward, showed rainwater utilization potentials of <0.3, which was relatively low compared to those wards where many residential houses are located. This is attributed to the relatively high miscellaneous water demand. In light of rainwater utilization based on building level, the introduction of rainwater storage mechanisms with a storage depth of 50 mm for six different types of buildings was considered, and calculated as rainfall of 573, 679, 819, 766, 930, and 787 (mm), respectively. Total rainwater utilization using such storage facilities in each building from 23 wards resulted in the retention of 102,760,000 $m^3$ of water for use in miscellaneous applications annually, and this volume corresponded to 26.3% of annual miscellaneous water demand.

  • 현재 독일 함부르크에서 공사 중에 있는 하펜시티는 수변공간 개발을 통한 도시재생 사업 중 모범적인 사례로 평가받고 있다. 본 발표는 하펜시티가 21세기형 도시를 지향하고 있음을 밝힐 것이다. 이는 도시인구의 교외이동으로 인한 도심의 공동화 현상을 치유하고 극복하는 방안으로서의 재도시화 현상과 맞물려 있다. 따라서 하펜시티 프로젝트의 현황과 특징을 살펴보기에 앞서 유럽의 해항도시에서 도시공동화를 불러일으킨 원인과 그 극복방안으로서의 재도시화 현상에 대해 먼저 살펴볼 것이다. 함부르크 하펜시티가 지향하는 새로운 도시성, 그리고 전통과 창조의 결합을 통한 문화적 가치들이 하펜시티 프로젝트에 어떻게 구체적으로 추구되고 있는지를 살펴보고 소개함으로써 북항 재개발 사업이 개선되어 올바른 방향으로 나아가길 바라기 때문이다.

의료복합시설 개발을 위한 시설용도별 이용자 선택기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Choice Criteria based on Facility Purpsoe for Multi-Mixed Complex Medical Care Facility Development)

  • 소득수준 향상 및 인구특성 변화에 따라 증가하는 복합의료서비스 수요에 대응하여 본 연구는 의료복합시설을 부동산개발을 위한 독립적인 대상으로 고려하여 의료복합시설 개발을 위한 시설용도별 이용자 선택기준에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 개발수요분석을 위한 기초자료로서 시설선택기준을 정의하고 AHP분석을 통해 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 의료복합시설을 구성하는 '의료관련시설', '지원시설', '보건 및 편의시설' 및 '기타시설'의 네 가지 시설용도에 따라 중요도를 비교 분석한 결과, '시설의 수준', '이용가격', '이용 편리성', '병원의 수준', '서비스', '인접성', '교통의 편리성' 등의 기준들이 서로 다른 차이를 보여 복합 시설 용도 별 이용객의 선택속성에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다. 연구결과를 통해 향후 의료복합시설 개발 시 타당성 분석 및 평가를 위한 기초적인 자료를 마련하고 용도 간의 최적의 조합을 통한 시설구성 대안을 도출하여 효율적인 개발을 위한 자료로 활용되고자 한다.

호주 멜버른 지역의 저소득층 노인주거 사례 연구 (A Case Study of the Housing for Low Income Elderly in Melbourne, Australia)

  • Housing is a central place fur elderly and it can be influenced to the quality of life for them. Most low income elderly has much problems on their housing. It needs to be developed for more various ones which considered in the way of their economic and physical conditions. This case study was aimed to supply (or a basic data for developing a housing for tow income elderly through the analysis of elderly housing of Melbourne in Australia. This study evaluated two types of government housing and five types of community housing available to elderly People on low income allowing them to live independently. Results of the research were as follows. 1) High rise apartment living was differentiated from other housing types. Such accommodation had drawbacks, for example it made the elderly difficult to get along with neighbours. 2) Community housing had more various types of housing than government housing and was aimed at encouraging community interaction between residents. Some community housing residents joined the management of the housing committee. As a result, it made the elderly very confident and promoted a good relationship between them and young generations. 3) The strength of community housing was that the elderly could choose the place to live within the community which was familiar to them. 4) The managers in broth government housing and community housing had many roles as adviser and mediator for residents as well as managing the complex. 5) A policy of housing for low income elderly is changing now from management by government appointees to one governed by the community 6) Most elderly prefer to live close to facilities such as medical and shopping centers and convenient transportation and wished to remain in their familiar community as long as possible.
