웹 접근성을 고려한 전통의학정보포털 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of OASIS Considering Web Accessibility)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내에서 유일하게 한의학 학술논문 및 한의학 연구정보를 제공하는 오아시스(Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System)를 대상으로 국가에서 정한 [웹 접근성 국가표준]을 어느 정도 반영하고 있는지 평가해 보고, 웹 접근 취약성을 분석하여 해결방법을 모색하였다. 웹 접근성 평가항목으로는 웹 콘텐츠를 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 정도를 평가하는 인식의 용이성(Perceivable), 웹 콘텐츠를 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있는지를 평가하는 운용의 용이성(Operable), 콘텐츠 구성에 대해 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 제어하고 있는지를 평가요소로 하는 이해의 용이성(Understandable), 웹브라우저의 종류나 버전에 관계없이 정상적으로 동작하는지를 평가하는 기술의 진보성(Robust)으로 구분하여 평가하였다. 평가된 결과를 기준으로 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 장애인의 웹 접근성을 고려한 오아시스를 설계하고 구현하였다. 웹 취약성을 수정하여 재구축한 오아시스는 한의학 연구를 하는 청각, 시각 장애인들에게 일반인들과 동등한 웹 접근 기회를 부여해 줌으로써 장애인들의 한의학 지식습득에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence-based conversation agent developed by OpenAI using natural language processing technology. In this study, an empirical study was conducted on incumbent teachers on the intention to use the newly emerged Chat GPT. First, we studied how accuracy, entertainment, system accessibility, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use affect ChatGPT's acceptance intention. In addition, we analyzed whether perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use differ in the intention to accept depending on the digital technology of teachers. As a result of the study, the suitability of the structural equation model was generally good. Accuracy and entertainment were found to have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and system accessibility was found to have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. In the analysis of teachers' digital technology control effects, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a control effect between acceptance intentions. It was found that the group with high digital skills of teachers was strongly intended to accept the service regardless of perceived usefulness and ease of use. In the group with low digital skills of teachers, it is thought that ChatGPT's service shows the acceptance intention only when the perceived usefulness and ease of use are high. Therefore, in the group with low digital technology, it is necessary to seek teaching activities such as the development of instructional models using ChatGPT.

Cloud computing might refer as technology base on internet, having share, adaptable authority that might be utilized as organization by clients. Compositely cloud computing is software's and hardware's are conveying by internet as a service. It is a remarkable technology get well known because of minimal efforts, adaptability and versatility according to client's necessity. Regardless its prevalence large administration, propositions are reluctant to proceed onward cloud computing because of protection problems, particularly client's info protection. Management have communicated worries overs info protection as their classified and delicate info should be put away by specialist management at any areas all around. Several access models were accessible, yet those models do not satisfy the protection obligations as per services producers and cloud is always under assaults of hackers and data integrity, accessibility and protection were traded off. This research presented a model keep in aspect the requirement of services producers that upgrading the info protection in items of integrity, accessibility and security. The developed model helped the reluctant clients to effectively choosing to move on cloud while considerate the uncertainty related with cloud computing.

SNS 쇼핑정보의 레이아웃 프레이밍 연구: A-D 관점에서 (The Effect of Layout Framing on SNS Shopping Information: A-D Perspective)

  • 최근 SNS의 폭발적인 인기에 힘입어 SNS 마케팅의 활용이 중요해지고 있으며, 이 과정에서 SNS 레이아웃의 Image 와 Caption 순서의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 SNS 레이아웃의 이미지와 텍스트 순서가 사용자 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 대구·경북에 거주하는 일반인과 대학(원)생들 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 PROCESS, 회귀분석, t-test를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, Image First 레이아웃이 Caption First 레이아웃에 비해 접근성이 높은 것으로 확인되었으며, Caption First 레이아웃이 Image First 레이아웃에 비해 진단성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. SNS 레이아웃이 사용자 태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 3가지 경로의 매개효과를 검증하였다. SNS 레이아웃이 사용자 태도에 미치는 영향에 진단성과 유용성이 매개하는 경우와 접근성, 진단성 및 유용성이 매개하는 경우의 간접효과를 확인하였다. 두 경우 중 진단성과 유용성의 매개효과가 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 접근성이 진단성에 미치는 영향은 관여도가 낮은 경우보다 높은 경우 더 높게 나타났다.

장애인 건강검진 접근성 저해요인과 개선방안 도출에 대한 질적 연구 (Accessibility Factors to Health Check-Ups for People with Disability: A Qualitative Study)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify factors inhibiting access of people with disability to health check-ups as well as identify pertinent solutions for improvement. Methods: Twenty-three people with disability older than the age of 19 who took respective health check-ups within the last 3 years were selected as participants. For the data collection, the 1:1 intensive interview was used. The data were analyzed by the grounded theory by Corbin and Strauss. Results: The results comprised nine categories, 23 subcategories, and 179 concepts. The central phenomenon was 'failure to obtain check-ups.' Causal conditions were observed as a 'lack of communication method,' 'physical difficulties,' and 'staff unfamiliar with people with disability,' Interventional conditions comprised 'physical accessibility,' 'staffs' competency,' and 'assistant manpower.' The active strategy was included 'to investigate the professional medical institution,' 'to find the medical institution of convenient traffic accessibility,' 'to overcome communication difficulties through equipment,' and 'to overcome linguistic barriers through sufficient communication.' Whereas, 'utilization of ancillary equipment,' 'the education of staffs on people with disability,' 'universal design manual,' and 'customized check-ups' were included in the passive strategy. Such processes arose in the contextual conditions of 'lack of expectations for daily lives' and 'lack of government support.' As a consequence, the subjects participated experienced the 'disadvantages,' 'discrimination,' and 'reduced reliability of the health check-ups.' Conclusion: The subjects who participated in this study emphasized 'staffs familiar with people with disability' and 'systems customized for people with disability' are mandatory to secure complete health check-ups for people with disability.

전맹인의 접근성 향상을 위한 모바일 음성 메모 파일 관리 서비스 (Mobile Voice Note File Management Service For Improving Accessibility of the Blind)

  • Recently, people with disabilities also search for and collect information from the web through smart devices, and save collected information on smart devices or take notes. For non-disabled people, various memo applications are provided on the market, so it is more convenient to choose according to their preference. However, existing memo services are limited for use by blind people due to the importance of visual information. The problem with blind people when using smart devices is that the screen is not recognized, so it is not possible to check in which location the menu of the application exists. In addition, it is difficult to input and manipulate text, and systematic file management and control are not possible. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the development of voice memo service that blind people can use only voice and hearing information and can operate menu with Bluetooth remote controller. We will develop a system that includes a comprehensive voice file management function for storing, searching, playing, and deleting files, rather than simply storing voice files.

노인요양병원 환자보호자의 병원 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도 차이 분석 및 재이용 의도에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of the Difference between Importance and Satisfaction of Selection Attributes and Reuse Intention in Long Term Care Hospital for Elderly Patient Caregivers)

  • Advances in healthcare technology and rapid economic growth lead to the increased life expectancy and consequently the size of elderly population. Korea is one of the countries that are rapidly aging. Thus, it is particularly important to prepare for the aging society. Recently, the number of healthcare institutions for the elderly citizens has increased. The purpose of selecting a hospital for the elderly is, in general, maintenance of health rather than improvement of health receiving proper treatment. Unlike choosing a hospital for treatment, customers of a long term care hospital have a different set of factors to consider. Especially, when choosing a long term care hospital, the influence of patient's family is greater than the patient. This study examines the factors they consider for long term care hospital. A total of 198 questionnaires were collected from the families of actual patients of long term care hospitals. Twelve questionnaires were found to be non-usable because of missing and unsatisfactory responses. Consequently, 186 questionnaires were used for the analyses. Findings of this study are as follows. First, seven factors have been identified to consider when choosing a long term care hospital for the elderly. They include convenience of facilities, costs variety of facility programs, service hours, reputation, accessibility, quality of medical staff, medical facilities, and facility size. Second, This study measured both importance and satisfaction with these attributes and analyzed the difference between them. Satisfaction was lower than importance in the categories of convenience of facilities, costs, and programs, and accessibility. On the other hand, satisfaction was higher in terms of service hours, reputation, and quality of medical staff. Finally, the current study found positive impact of accessibility and quality of medical staff on reuse intention of a long term care hospital.

소규모 사업장 근로자의 건강관리를 위한 진단적 연구 - PRECEDE 모형을 중심으로 - (A Diagnostic Study for Health Management on Workers in Small Scale Enterprises from the Perspective of the PRECEDE Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to make a systemic assessment on the level of self-efficacy, social support, and accessibility to medical services, health status, health promoting behaviors, and the quality of life of workers in small scale enterprises. RECEDE model developed by Green and Kreuter for the purpose of a comprehensive assessment research was used. Method: The number of subjects was 199 workers in small scale enterprises at Youngdeungpo-gu and Sungdonggu, Seoul. Data were collected between October and December, 200 through a self-reported questionnaire. And data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and F-test. Result: 1. The level of quality of life was 3.08, and general health status was 2.75. There was no significant difference by sex, age, marital status, job, and perceived health status. 2. The level of health promotion life style was 2.09. There was no significant difference by sex, age, marital status, and job. But there was significant difference by perceived health status. 3. The level of self-efficacy, social support and accessibility to medical services were 3.04, 2.85, and 1.45. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop the systematic health promotion programs that can strengthen self-efficacy and health status, and supplement social support and accessibility to medical services, and to encourage health promoting behavior in order to improve quality of life for workers in small scale enterprise.

중국 지역 간의 모바일 정보격차가 G2C전자정부서비스의 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of the Mobile Digital Divide between China Regions on the Intention to Use G2C e-Government Services)

  • Facing the era of intelligence, the demands for changes of e-Government system appears to be rising upon the development of AI, VR, IoT and other new technologies. However, it also comes with the increasing possibility of mobile digital divide among regions, ethnicities and social classes. As the e-Government Service is only available for specific groups, the national government should proactively build an information environment to promote the convenient access and use of e-Government Service comprehensively by all the people. In the light of the sociodemographic characteristics, this study tests whether the difference is statistically significant involving the mobile digital divide between different groups with the analysis of variance, while determining the relationship between the mobile digital divide and the usage intention of e-Government Service through multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, there are differences and statistical significance between groups of different ethnicities and regions on accessibility with electronic products and networks. Second, there are obvious differences and statistical significance between groups of different ages, educational levels and ethnicities on the competency and usability of electronic products and networks. Third, the accessibility to electronic products and networks has no effect on the usage intention of e-Government Service, while the competency and usability of electronic products and networks have a strong positive impact on the usage intention of e-Government Service. The author hopes that the research findings of this paper can provide reference suggestions and opinions for bridging the digital divide among regions in China and promoting the popularization of the e-Government Service.

베트남 A 병원의 의료서비스 품질이 추천의도에 미치는 영향 : 고객 만족도 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Healthcare Quality on Recommended Intention in Vietnam A Hospital : Focusing on Customer Satisfaction Mediated Effects)

  • This study aims to analyze the quality and satisfaction of healthcare perceived by patients using hospitals and to provide basic data necessary for expanding and settling Vietnamese healthcare services by analyzing the impact on recommendation intentions. The research method selected one hospital in Vietnam and collected data from patients using the hospital and used a total of 286 effective samples as data for hypothesis verification. The research model and hypothesis verification were analyzed with the statistical data from SPSS and AMOS. The findings show that, first, tangibility, accessibility, and reliability all have a positive effect on the quality of healthcare. Second, it has been shown that only accessibility among the quality of healthcare has a positive effect on recommendation intentions. Third, customer satisfaction has been shown to have a positive effect on recommendation intentions. Fourth, when looking at the mediating effect, reliability among the quality of healthcare was shown as a full-mediated effect, but accessibility was shown to have a partial mediating effect and tangibility to have no mediating effect. Contact management is important because customer satisfaction is highly regarded when customers feel positive emotions at the interface from the provision of convenience facilities that support medical services to the reduction of waiting time for patients, employees kindness, treatment, medication, and inspection. It is also confirmed that the demand for convenient and rapid use of hospitals is increasing in Vietnam. In addition, if customer satisfaction is increased through friendly medical staff's response, the intention of recommendation will be even greater.
