본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 디지털정보화역량, 디지털정보화활용 수준, 일상생활만족도 간 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 지각된 사회적 지지망 수준에 따라 구조적 관계에 차이가 있는지 확인하는 것이다. 2017년도 디지털정보격차 실태조사의 장애인 표본 데이터의 1,639명이 분석 대상이며, 구조방정식 모형 분석 방법과 다집단 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 디지털정보화역량은 디지털정보화활용 수준(β=.65), 일상생활만족도(β=.08)에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 디지털정보화활용 수준 또한 일상생활만족도(β=.44)에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애인의 디지털정보화역량이 디지털정보화활용 수준을 매개로 일상생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 간접효과(β=.29)가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며, 직접효과보다 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 지각된 사회적 지지망 수준에 관계없이 디지털정보화역량, 디지털정보화활용 수준은 일상생활만족도에 유사한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 장애인의 일상생활만족도를 높이기 위해서는 디지털정보화역량 향상을 위한 교육도 중요하지만, 장애인이 디지털 기기를 활용하여 여가생활, 문화생활, 사회적 상호작용, 사회참여 등이 가능한 접근성과 활용성이 높은 디지털 및 온라인 환경을 조성해 주는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to check the current status of accessability to rehabilitation therapy in local areas and to review how to improve the accessability. In fact, first, it is very hard for patients to find out a local medical center with rehabilitation therapy capability. Moreover they needs to wait long time to get a treatment they need, because of lack of nearby rehabilitation centers. The best way to enhance the accessability to the rehabilitation therapy service is to allow therapists to set up rehabilitation centers in local areas on their own, physically independent from medical doctors. Basically, the current law does not prohibit therapists' own sole practice. However, it needs to be amended by inserting an explicit legal basis on the setting-up process. If it is legally permissible for the therapists to set up rehabilitation centers to perform a rehabilitation treatment with referrals from of medical doctors (though physically independent from the doctors), it would result in the increase of profits for the doctors and at the same time raise therapists' freedom of occupation, a constitutional right. Furthermore, with their own places to practice, therapists will have to compete with other therapists, that would raise the quality of their treatments, which will in turn benefit patients ultimately. A proposed bill of amendments to the Act on Medical Technicians and etc. is pending for review at the National Assembly. I look forward to vigorous discussion on the bill based on this article, and resulting in revision of the law for the benefits of patients.

This paper is to investigate the degree of impact of social media use on buyer's value. Buyers of innovative digital devise are classified into three groups based on adopting behaviors. This study focuses on the degree of changes in information accessability and trust, and their associations with increased value perceived in resulting quality life. The result shows the gap in information accessability has disappeared while the one in trust remained. This implies that the gap among adopters in diffusion curve, so-called the chasm notion is very likely to be lessened or disappeared due to social network openness. Also, shown are the relationship of these variables with the degree of purchase value more stable with information accessability than with trust, all in varying patterns though. It implies that information sharing through social media be accompanied with source credibility in order to be of more value not only to buyers but also to sellers especially for new interactive devices.

This study carried out evaluation of vulnerability in accessability and functionality using road network that was extracted from Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) and digital map. It was built in order to figure out accessability that locational data which include community center, public facilities, medical facilities and highway IC. The method for grasping functionality are Digital Elevation Model(DEM) and land slide hazard map provided by Korea Forest Service. The evaluation criteria for figure out accessability was set to related comparison of average time in urban area. Functionality value was calculated by the possibility of backing the vehicle possibility of snowfall and landslides. At last, this research computed weighting value through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), calculated a vulnerable score. As the result, the accessability of rural village came out that would spend more time by 1.4 to 3.2 times in comparison with urban area. Even though, vulnerability of the road by a snowfall was estimated that more than 50% satisfies the first class, however, it show up that the road were still vulnerable due snowing because over the 14% of the road being evaluated the fifth class. The functionality has been satisfied most of the road, however, It was vulnerable around Lake Daechung and Piban-ryung, Yumti-jae, Suriti-jae where on the way Boeun. Also, the fifth class road are about 35 km away from the city hall on distance, take an hour to an hour and a half. The fourth class road are about 25 km away from the city hall on distance, take 25 min to an hour. The other class of the road take in 30 min from the city hall or aren't affected of weather and have been analyzed that a density of road is high. In A result that compare between distribution and a housing density came out different the southern and the eastern area, so this result could be suggested quantitative data for possibility of development.

This study investigates the characteristics of local arbitration committees in China based on arbitration institution evaluation model. Most of the literature on Chinese arbitration committees only focuses on CIETAC. However, the promulgation of 1994 Chinese arbitration act allows local arbitration committees to deal the arbitration cases related with foreign element. Before 1994, only CIETAC and CMAC handle the arbitration cases related with foreign element. For the evaluation of the local arbitration committees, this study establishes the arbitration institution evaluation model. This model has seven evaluation criteria: accessability, independence, neutrality, rapidity, economy, professionality, and extent of enforcement. Our findings are as follows. First, Chinese local arbitration committees have the strengths in the fields of accessability, economy and rapidity. However, they are deficient in the area of neutrality, professionality, and independence. Second, the spatial distribution of Chinese local arbitration committees is not equal in China. The number of local arbitration committees is big in the high growth region such as Shandong province. On the other hand, the number of local arbitration committees is small in the economically stagnant area. Third, the size and activity of local arbitration committees are various. Some of them are very active in dispute resolution through arbitration in China. For example, Beijing Arbitration Committee(BAC), Wuhan, Quangzou Arbitration Committee play the important role in dispute resolution through arbitration. However, the large part of local arbitration committees is financially weak and depend on the local government's financial support.

정보화 시대에 오히려 시각장애인의 정보격차 현상이 더욱 심화되고 있는 상황에서 LG상남도서관은 시각장애인의 정보 접근성 향상을 위해 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기술이 적용된 휴대폰을 활용하여 도서관 접속과정을 자동화하고 언제 어디서나 도서관 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 도서관을 구축하였다. 이용자는 웹 서비스 모바일 서비스, 전화도서관 서비스의 세 가지 접근경로를 통해 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 실시간으로 디지털 토킹북을 들을 수 있다. 본 연구 결과 유비쿼터스 도서관의 구축을 위해서는 이용자와의 접점을 다양화할 수 있는 여러 수단을 고려해야 하며, 동시에 이용자의 정보 이용 상황에 대한 심층적인 사용성 평가 및 분석이 병행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate factors of the Obstetrics & Gynecology healthcare consumers' selection of hospitals by lifestyle segmentation and to propose managerial suggestions in health care marketing. Out of total 400 Questionnaires, 351 were considered to be valid for final analysis. The Questionnaire consisted of 81 Questions. 11 demographic Questions, 15 factors for selecting hospitals, 55 lifestyle. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/pc+ Version 10.0. The subjects were divided into four groups in terms of their lifestyles: 'health active group', 'health conscious group', 'health indifferent group', 'health inactive group'. The analysis of factors related to the selection of hospitals shows that there were four factors: 'accessability', 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience', 'facilities'. Conclusion: As a results of this study, 4 types of healthcare consumers' lifestyle were defined. Each life style has specific characteristics. 'Health active group' pursue 'accessability', 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience' and Health conscious group' depended on 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience'. and 'facilities'. 'Health indifferent group' didn't show any special interest in the selection of hospitals and that 'Health inactive group' relied on 'medical trust', and 'facilities'.

대부분의 공공도서관들은 인터넷 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 웹을 통해 다양한 정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공공도서관 웹사이트를 보편적 서비스 관점에서 살펴본 뒤, 국내외 웹 접근성 기준을 선행 연구의 근거로 하여 공공도서관의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 서울시 공공도서관 5곳을 선정하여 기술적으로 평가 가능한 요소를 중심으로 분석하였다. 평가결과 대부분의 공공도서관들은 공공기관의 다양한 이용자 계층의 접근을 고려하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본고에서는 인터넷을 통한 공공도서관의 보편적 서비스 제공을 위해 전제되어야 하는 한 가지 방안으로서 웹 접근성 향상을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 레스토랑 이용자의 선택 속성, 브랜드 이미지, 구매 행동 간의 구조적 관계에 대해서 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 레스토랑 이용자의 선택 속성, 브랜드 이미지, 구매 행동간의 구조적 관계를 방정식 모델을 이용하였으며, 150명의 레스토랑 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 실증 분석을 수행한 결과, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 레스토랑 이용자의 접근성, 유형성, 친절성은 브랜드 이미지의 차별성과 구매 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 레스토랑 이용자의 접근성, 유형성은 브랜드 이미지의 친숙성과 구매 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 레스토랑 이용자의 유형성은 브랜드 이미지의 신뢰성과 구매 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

문화콘텐츠는 시간과 공간을 초월하여 사람과 사람을 연계하는 코드를 담고 있는 국가의 핵심 자원으로써 전 국민 누구나가 장애 없이 원하는 콘텐츠에 접근이 보장되도록 웹 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 본 연구는 문화관광부 지원으로 운영되고 있는 문화포털, 예술로, 한국의 문향, 독립예술영화관, e뮤지엄 등을 웹 접근성 평가대상으로 선정하여, 자동평가 총 11개 평가지표와 수동평가 3개 영역의 총 13개 평가항목, 26개 평가지표를 기준으로 웹 접근성 평가를 수행하였다. 평가결과 문화콘텐츠의 웹 접근성 준수 수준은 아직 초기 단계로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠의 웹 접근성 제고를 위해 실행 가능한 사례 제시를 통하여 문화콘텐츠의 접근성 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
