Hemodynamic Impact of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Tinnitus Patients through Acceleration Photoplethysmogram Analysis (침과 뜸의 이명 치료에서의 혈류역학적 영향-가속도맥파를 중심으로)

  • Objectives : 본 연구는 후향적 차트 리뷰를 통해 이명 환자에서 침술과 뜸 치료의 혈류역학적 효과를 분석하고자 Acceleration Photoplethysmogram (APG) 지표의 변화를 조사하였다. Methods : 2024년 4월부터 7월까지 동국대학교일산한방병원을 방문한 이명 환자들의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 매 외래 방문 시 침술과 뜸 치료를 시행하였으며, 치료 전후 APG를 측정하였다. 연구 대상자는 주관적 이명을 호소하며 APG 데이터를 이용할 수 있는 환자로 한정하였다. Results : 침술 및 침술과 뜸의 복합치료 후 c/a 비율이 유의미하게 증가하여 동맥 경직도가 감소했음을 시사하였다 (각각 P= 0.002, P= 0.020). 반면, b/a, d/a, e/a 비율에서는 유의미한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 개별 환자 분석에서는 특정 환자들(Subject 3, 4, 8)에서 b/a, c/a, d/a 비율에 유의한 변화가 관찰되었다. Conclusion : 이명 환자에서 침술이나 침술과 뜸의 복합치료가 혈류역학적 변화를 유도할 수 있으며, 특히 동맥 경직도 감소와 관련된 c/a 비율의 유의미한 변화를 확인하였다. 또한, 개별 환자 분석에서는 일부 환자에서 특정 APG 지표에 유의한 변화가 나타났다.

  • The development of modern civilization result from the abundance of material. Yet modern people live with chronic mild stress. Excessive chronic mild stress leads to various diseases. From the risk of the disease in order to protect our bodies need to manage chronic mild stress. The purpose of this study is to inspection the effectiveness of detecting in chronic mild stress using the Multi-sensor system. The Multi-sensor system is designed that can be measure three kinds of vital signals of chronic mild stress for the detection. First Photoplethysmogram(PPG), second Electro Dermal Activity(EDA), third Skin Temperature(SKT). The ages and occupations exposed to chronic mild stress, people often use out of this system was applied to dairy products(Pen). In addition, vital signals that occur when the variety of noise was used to remove the accelerometer. Chronic mild stress by the analysis of measured vital signals from Multi-sensor system to the measurement information to a PC to a wireless transmission(Bluetooth). In this study, using Multi-sensor system writing conditions and a variety of situations in the movement to measure vital signals and measurement results verified the accuracy and reliability. Through this measure chronic mild stress in everyday life and managing to maintain will help more healthy lifestyle.

A Real Time Heartbeat Rate Estimation Algorithm Using PPG Signals (광용적맥파를 이용한 실시간 맥박 검출 알고리듬)

  • The photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal is one of the mainly considered bio signals along with the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. PPG signals can be used to estimate the speed of flow of blood in vein, saturation of peripheral oxygen and etc. The heartbeat rate is a common feature in order to evaluate those checkup lists. To estimate the correct heartbeat rate, dynamic noises must be removed in the PPG signal. Conventionally, the acceleration signal is used to remove dynamic noises. This method, however, increases the computational complexity. In this paper, we proposes a solution that uses only PPG signals to calculate the heartbeat rate, and which can be used as a basement in real-time healthcare solution.

  • Photoplethysmogram(PPG) is the method to obtain the biomedical signal using the linear relationships between the blood volume for changing the cardiac contraction and relaxation and the amount of light for absorbing the hemoglobin in the blood. In this paper, we proposed the analyzed results which show the heart rate variability and the distribution of heart rate for before and after using PPG. Moreover, this paper designed and implemented the system based on personal computer to predict cardiovascular disease in advance using the analyzed results for the autonomic balance from taking the spectral analysis of heart rate and the state of the blood vessel for analyzing APG(acceleration plethysmogram).
