Via-Filling 공정시 발생하는 첨가제 분해에 관한 연구 (A study on the Additive Decomposition Generated during the Via-Filling Process)

  • The defect like the void or seam is frequently generated in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Via-Filling plating inside via hole. The organic additives including the accelerating agent, inhibitor, leveler, and etc. are needed for the copper Via-Filling plating without this defect for the plating bath. However, the decomposition of the organic additive reduces the lifetime of the plating bath during the plating process, or it becomes the factor reducing the reliability of the Via-Filling. In this paper, the interaction of each organic additives and the decomposition of additive were discussed. As to the accelerating agent, the bis (3-sulfopropyl) disulfide (SPS) and leveler the Janus Green B (JGB) and inhibitor used the polyethlylene glycol 8000 (PEG). The research on the interaction of the organic additives and decomposition implemented in the galvanostat method. The additive decomposition time was confirmed in the plating process from 0 Ah/l (AmpereHour/ liter) to 100 Ah/l with the potential change.

  • Superconducting multi-spoke cavities are outstanding alternative choice for acceleration of heavy ions in medium velocity regimes. Based on the scheme of China ADS, several researches on the superconducting double-spoke cavities were done and two prototype cavities have been developed. In this paper, the RF design, the mechanical design and fabrication considerations of the bare cavity will be described in detail. After Buffered Chemical Polishing and High Pressure Rinsing, one of the prototype cavities was installed into the Vertical Test Stand for high gradient RF testing at 4.2 K. The measurement results of the quality factor as a function of the accelerating field and the maximum surface field will be presented. An accelerating gradient of more than 15 MV/m is achieved during the test, with maximum surface electric field of 58 MV/m, and maximum surface magnetic field of 117 mT.

  • 저자(著者) 등(等)은 Arthorbacter luteus로부터 분리(分離)된 $zymolyase(endo-{\beta}-1,\;3-glucanase)$에 관(關)한 일련의 연구과정(硏究過程)에서 조(粗) zymolyase의 표품중(標品中)에 zymolyase의 $Saccharomyces\;sak{\acute{e}}$ 세포벽(細胞壁)에 대한 용해(溶解) 활성(活性)을 촉진(促進)시키는 인자(因子)의 존재(存在)를 발견(發見)하였다. 따라서 조(粗)zymolyase중(中)의 그 촉진(促進) 인자(因子)를 분리(分離)함과 동시(同時)에 촉진(促進) 인자(因子)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)를 진행(進行)함에 있어서 불가흠(不可欠)한 zymolyase의 정제(精製)도 아울러 시도(試圖)하였다. 그 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 조(粗) zymolyase는 Biogel CM-30 이온 교환(交換) 크로마토그래피에 의해서 column을 그대로 통과(通過)한 세 개의 피크를 포함(包含)한 다섯 개의 피크$(A{\sim}E)$로 분획(分劃)되었다. 2. 다섯 개의 피크 중에서 pH 7. 5, 0. 025M 인산(燐酸)완충액으로 용출(溶出)된 피크 E(protease fraction)만이 zymolyase fraction의 용해(溶解) 활성(活性)을 약(約) 10배(倍)까지 상승(上昇)시키는 용해(溶解) 촉진(促進) 효과(酵果)가 인정(認定)되었다. 따라서 검색(檢索)코져하는 용해(溶解) 촉진(促進) 인자(因子)는 protease fraction 중에 존재(存在)함이 확인(確認)되었다. 3. Sephadex G-75 gel를 사용(使用)한 affinity adsorption chromatograph에 의해서 zymolyase fraction(peak D)으로부터 비용해성(非溶解性) ${\beta}-1$, 3-glucanase, protease 및 불활성(不活性) 단백질(蛋白質)이 배제(排除)된 L-c fraction이 얻어졌다. Polyacrylamide gel disc 전기(電氣) 영동(泳動)에서 L-c fraction은 pH 4. 3 gel에서는 명확(明確)한 단일(單一)의 단백질(蛋白質) 밴드를 보여주었으나, pH 8.3 gel에서는 아직도 두 개의 이상(以上)의 밴드가 검출(檢出)되었다. 4. 그러나 L-c fraction은 효모(酵母) 세포벽(細胞壁)의 다당류(多糖類) 성분중(成分中)에서 오직 glucan에 대한 ${\beta}-1$, 3-glucanase의 기질(基質) 특이성(特異性)만을 나타내었다. 따라서 L-c fraction을 zymolyase의 부분(部分) 정제(精製) 표품(標品)으로써 용해(溶解) 촉진(促進) 인자(因子)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)에 제공(提供)하고져 동결(凍結) 건조(乾燥)하였다.

  • Vitamin C의 변화는 식품의 가치를 판단하는데 중요한 인자가 된다. 이의 변화는 산소의 존재하에서 일차반응 속도로 분해된다고 알려져 있다. 그러나 제한된 량의 산소 속에서는 이차반응 내지 일차반응으로 설명되기도 한다. 이에 제한된 산소속에서 철, 구리 이온의 존재하에서 관찰한 바 용존산소와는 크게 관계없이 일차 반응속도로 분해되었고 이때 빛의 조사는 촉진적인 인자였었다.

의료용 할로겐램프의 가속수명시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Accelerated Life Test of Halogen Lamps for Medical Device)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to estimate life time of halogen lamps and acceleration factors using accelerated life test. Methods: Voltage was selected as an accelerating variable through the technical review about failure mechanism. The test was performed at 14.5V, 15.5V and 16.5 for 4,471 hours. It was assumed that the lifetime of Halogen lamps follow Weibull distribution and the inverse power life-stress relationship models. Results: Mean lifetimes of pin and screw types were 19,477 hours and 6,056 hours, respectively. In addition, acceleration factor of two items are calculated as 4.8 and 2.2 based on 15.5V, respectively. Conclusion: The life-stress relationship, acceleration factor, and MTTF at design condition are estimated by analyzing the accelerated life test data. These results suggest that voltage was very important factor to accelerate life time in the case of halogen lamps and the life time of pin type is three times longer than screw type lamps.

전자 패키징 소재의 수착 특성화를 통한 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability Evaluation Through Moisture Sorption Characterization of Electronic Packaging Materials)

  • 습기 수착 물성은 전자 패키징 장치의 신뢰성에 있어서 층간의 수증기 압력에 의해 공정과정 동안 발생되는 박리 불량의 고장 분석 및 최적의 재료 개발에 있어서 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 온습도 모델에 따른 전자 패키징 재료의 온도 의존적인 흡습 및 탈습 물성을 변수화 하였고 이에 대한 온도 및 습도의 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 변수화된 확산성에서 얻어진 확산 활성화 에너지는 등가의 습기 수착 수준을 위한 가속 수명 비율을 결정하고 신뢰 수명 평가에 요구되는 등가의 소요 시험 시간에 미치는 습기 확산성의 영향을 예측할 수 있게 한다. 신뢰성 시험 표준에서 평가된 유연 전자 모듈의 가속 수명비율을 예시하였다.

  • In this study, the HAPs(Harzard Air Pollutants) emission factor level of Starex and Grand Carnival was tested using PEMS (Portable Emissions Measurement System) on real road driving. As a result of RDE (Real Driving Emission test), the overall vehicle speed pattern showed similar characteristics. The real-road driving test at constant speed revealed emission factor is inversely proportional relationship to constant speed. Results of accelerating with speed limit on the real-road were shown as followings; Uran (less than 45 km/h)>Rural (<45 km/h, less than 80 km/h)>Motorway (>80 km/h). Moreover, the sudden acceleration and deceleration in driving at high speed was the increasing factor to the HAPs emission factor. This tendency is considered to be influenced by the operating environment on real roads.

사람 치은섬유모세포에서 잎꼬시래기 에탄올 추출물의 항염증 및 항산화 효과 (Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidative Effects of Gracilaria textorii Ethanol Extract in LPS-PG-Stimulated Human Gingival Fibroblast-1 Cells)

  • Purpose : Human gingival fibroblast cell is one of the the main cell types in periodontal tissue, which they can show anti-inflammatory activity through the production of numerous lines of inflammatory mediators such as inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and interleukins. Porphyromonas gingivalis, one of the oral pathogens, has reported to play a critical role in the development of periodontal diseases. This study aimed to investigate anti-inflammatory and antioxidative activities of Gracilaria textorii ethanol extract (GTEE) in P. gingivalis derived lipopolysaccharide (LPS-PG) stimulated human gingival fibroblast (HGF)-1 cell line. Methods : In order to analyze anti-inflammatory and antioxidative activities of GTEE in HGF-1 cell line, NOS enzyme activity, expression levels of iNOS, COX-2, NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase (NQO)1 and their transcription factors were estimated by Griess reaction and western hybridization. Results : LPS-PG induced overexpression of iNOS and COX-2, which was significantly attenuated by GTEE treatment in a dose-dependent manner without any cytotoxicity. In addition, intracellular NOS activity was in accordance with the result of iNOS expression. Due to important role in the regulation of inflammatory responses, phosphorylated status of p65 and c-jun, each subunit of nuclear factor (NF)-κB and activator protein (AP)-1, was also dose-dependently ameliorated by GTEE treatment. One of phase II enzymes, NQO1, and its transcription factor, nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), were analyzed since elevated phase II enzyme expression inhibited inflammatory response, which was significantly elevated by GTEE treatment in HGF-1 cell line. Conclusion : In conclusion, GTEE mitigated LPS-PG-stimulated inflammatory responses by attenuating NF-κB and AP-1 activation as well as accelerating NQO1 and Nrf2 expression in HGF-1 cell line. These results indicate that GTEE might be utilized a promising strategy for potential anti-inflammatory agent in periodontal diseases.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this pilot study was to investigate a potential of platelet concentrate obtained from blood bank(PCBB) in accelerating wound healing and to determine an effective treatment protocol by quantifying levels of platelet derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB in PCBB in vitro. Methods: The first study was designed to investigate quantity of PDGF-BB over stored time of the PCBB. The stored times for each PCBB were 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 days. The second study was designed to determine efficacy of adding thrombin to stimulate release of PDGF-BB from the platelets of PCBB. The platelets were suspended and incubated in either with or without thrombin. On 30 minutes and days 1, 3, 5, 7 after incubation, the levels of PDGF-BB were measured. Results: PDGF-BB level showed a linear decrease over stored time of PCBB from the first day to the 13th day. Addition of thrombin increased PDGF-BB release from 30 minute through the 5th day. Conclusion: The results indicate that PCBB can provide sufficient amount of growth factors to stimulate wound healing and adding thrombin accelerate it.

치료용 광자선의 전자오염에 대한 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 (Monte Carlo Simulation for Electron Contamination of Photon Beam)

  • We calculated the energy distribution and the percentage depth-dose at 10 cm in a $10{\times}10\;cm^2$ with a photon beam at SSD of 100 cm by using a Monte Carlo Simulation. PDD is used as a beam-quality specifier for radiotherapy beams. It is better than the commonly used values of TPR or nominal accelerating potential. The presence of electron contamination affects the measurement of PDD, but can be removed by the use of a 0.1 cm lead filter. It reduces surface dose from contaminant electrons from the accelerator by more than 90% for radiotherapy beams. The filter performs best when it is placed immediately below the head. An electron-contamination correction factor is introduced to correct for electron contamination from the filter and air. It converts PDD which includes the electron contamination with the filter in place into PDD for the photons in the filtered beam. The correction factor can be used to determine stopping-power ratio. Calculations show that the values of water-to-air slopping power ratio in the unfiltered beam are related to PDD.
