다문화가족 청소년의 국민정체성에 관한 연구 -Heater의 이론을 적용하여- (A Study on National Identity of Adolescents of Multi-cultural Family -An Application of Heater's Theory-)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년 212명을 대상으로 Heater의 이론을 적용하여 그들의 차별경험과 문화변용스트레스 수준을 측정하였고, 이것이 국민정체성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자들의 차별경험을 측정한 결과 2.63(SD=.72)으로 나타나 보통수준보다 다소 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 그들의 문화변용스트레스는 2.48(SD=.65)로 나타나 보통수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 국민정체성 수준은 2.16(SD=.57)로 조사되어 보통수준보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 학업수준, 동거부모 형태, 모 한국어능력에 따라 집단별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 차별경험(${\beta}$=-.305), 동거부모 형태(${\beta}$=.286), 문화변용스트레스(${\beta}$=-.225), 학업수준(${\beta}$=.186), 모 한국어 능력(${\beta}$=.173) 등의 순서로 국민정체성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 다문화가족 청소년의 국민정체성을 향상할 수 있는 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.

대학생의 의식구조가 자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향 (The Study on the Impact of Identity of College Students on the Participation of the Voluntary Social Activity -Focusing on Self-Esteem, Morality and Social Welfare Ideology-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social voluntary activity on the identity of women's college students. universities are functionally constituted by teaching, researching and social service. Data for analysis are collected 439 students at K women's college in other to examine research questions, t-test and regression test. The results of this analysis are as follows : First, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the college students who had ever experienced social voluntary activity and who had not. Second, The personal characteristics did not give an impact, but their satisfaction was under the influence of institutional support for supervision and altitude of themselves for social service, which were part of the institution characteristics. Third, The social service effectiveness was not affected by the personal characteristics, except influenced by the instituitional characteristits such as degree of compensation an influence on self-esteem. also social welfare and morality were not affected. Fourth, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the impact of service satisfaction on service effectiveness.

군 복무 후 복학한 남자 간호학생의 학교생활 적응 경험 (School Life Experience of Male Nursing Students Reinstated at School after Military Service)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore and describe the school life experience of male nursing students reinstated at school after military service. Methods: The participants in the current study were 20 male nursing students from three universities. The data were collected in focus group interviews, and an inductive content analysis was performed on the data obtained from six focus groups. Results: The content relating to the school experience of the participants was categorized into four themes: making a new start, facing challenges, trying to find one's place, and confusion about one's professional identity. Conclusion: Nursing education in Korea needs to be reconsidered, as it adheres to a gender-stereotyped identity. This study provides implications for improving the content and quality of nursing education.

방문간호서비스의 직무특성이 방문보건인력의 심리적 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Characteristics on Emotional Empowerment in Visiting Health Personnel)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of job characteristics on emotional empowerment in visiting health personnel. Methods: Subjects were recruited in ten community health care centers in one directorial area. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel were measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Hackman & Oldham (1975). Emotional empowerment was measured using the questionnaire developed by Kang (2006), based on Spreitzer (1995). Results: First, the score of job characteristics was revealed to be 3.51 points the task significance was high, and the feedback was low. Second, the level of emotional empowerment was revealed to be 3.78 points the meaning was high, and the impact was low. Third, the prediction power of job characteristics on emotional empowerment was 34% autonomy, task identity, and task significance were identified as statistically significant predictive factors. Conclusion: The job characteristics of visiting healthcare personnel are highly correlated with emotional empowerment. Autonomy, task identity, and task significance are predictive factors of emotional empowerment. These results can be used to develop more effective job planning for increasing organizational effectiveness in visiting healthcare personnel.

간호대학생이 실습지에서 경험한 폭력에 관한 문헌 분석 (Nursing students' experiences of violence during a clinical practicum: A literature analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends related to nursing students' experiences of violence and to propose a method to build a practice environment safe from violence in nursing students' practicums. Methods: Using three databases, data on the experiences of violence in nursing student practice recorded in domestic studies from 2011 to 2022 were collected and analyzed. Results: In this study, 23 studies were analyzed, of which 19 were quantitative, four were qualitative study. In a survey conducted on the experiences of violence among nursing students during practice, verbal and physical violence, sexual harassment, and physical threats were found, and the perpetrators of the violence were patients, guardians, nurses, doctors, and hospital staffs. It was also found that the experiences of violence in nursing students' practice were negatively related to occupational identity, depression, burnout, and stress. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an intervention program to reduce depression and increase self-esteem in order to better establish a student's career identity and to prepare a plan to build safe practices for nursing students.

한국언론정보학회 20년, 비판적 학술운동의 고민과 한계 (A History of the Korean Association for Communication & Information Studies (KACIS) for 20 Years)

  • 한국언론정보학회가 창립된지 20년이 지났다. 이 글은 비판적 학술운동이라는 창립정신으로 출발했던 학회의 20년을 되돌아보면서 그 정체성을 점검하고자 했다. 논문은 크게 세 영역으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째는 1980년대 후반에 태동되었던 비판적 학술운동이 한국사회의 변화와 맞물려 어떻게 변화되었는지를 살펴본다. 둘째는 비판언론학 진영의 학술운동을 표방하며 출발했던 '한국사회언론연구회'의 활동을 되돌아본다. 구체적으로 학회의 창립배경과 창립정신에 기반한 학술연대 운동, 언론연대 운동, 현안 대응 연대 운동 등의 활동을 점검한다. 셋째는 한국언론정보학회로 전환한 이후 학회의 활동 사항에 대한 점검이다. 학회의 20년을 되돌아볼 때, 무엇보다도 가장 큰 성과는 비판언론학의 학문적 영역을 확장시켰다는 것이다. 이에 따라 학회의 외연 역시 성장하였다. 하지만 학회의 초기 정신과 정체성이 제대로 지켜지고 있는가에 대해서는 여러 논란이 존재한다. 이에 본 글에서는 결론적으로 학회의 정체성 강화를 위해 사회적 현안에 대한 유기적 학술회의의 조직, 학보 정체성 강화, 학문후속세대에 대한 지원, 분과활동의 활성화를 강조하고 있다.

Academic Procrastination As A Challenge For Students' Mental Health In The Context Of Distance Learning And The Virtual World During The Covid-19 Pandemic

  • The research aims to study the dynamics of academic procrastination and its impact on the mental health of students during the transition to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was identified a declining tendency of overall rates of academic procrastination and at the same time increase in the number of carriers of mid and high levels of academic procrastination. The decline in the general rates of academic procrastination at the beginning of 2021 testifies to the adaptation processes experienced by students to the conditions of distance learning. It was documented that students' academic procrastination is accompanied by a steady negative emotional tension. During the transition to distance learning, the intensity of students' learning activity has increased, which altogether causes stress as one of the main reasons for the academic procrastination among future psychologists. The study identified a risk of academic procrastination manifestation among students for their mental health, which provides a basis for developing and testing a program to prevent the phenomenon of academic procrastination among degree-seeking students.

창업학의 정의와 연구과제에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Reflection on the Definitions and Research Tasks for the Startup Studies)

  • 창업학은 다양한 학문의 종합적 결정체이자 학제적(學際的; Interdisciplinary) 연구영역을 갖는다. 경영학, 교육학, 심리학, 사회학, 경제학, 공학 등의 이질적 학문으로부터 이론적 체계나 실천적인 방법론 등을 흡수하면서도 전혀 새로운 학문생태계를 형성해오고 있다. 그리고 창업에 대한 사회적 중요성과 활용규모에 비해 이를 논리적으로 뒷받침해야할 창업학의 현실은 너무도 척박하다. 아직도 창업학의 정의가 공론화되어있지 못하고 있으며 창업학의 정체성에 대한 학문적 합의 역시 요원한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 창업학의 발전을 위한 논리적 기틀을 마련하기 위하여 창업(創業)은 개인적 인생을 통해 선택하게 되는 다양한 업(業)중의 하나이며 사회 및 경제활동의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조직을 구성하고 운영하는 활동"으로 그리고 창업학을 창업을 대상으로 하는 학문(學問)으로 새롭게 정의하면서 창업학의 정체성을 뒷받침하는 핵심 연구 및 교육분야를 제시하였다.

간호대학생의 임상실습 중 폭력경험과 임상학습환경이 직업정체성에 미치는 영향 (The influence of experienced violence and the clinical learning environment on vocational identity in nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the learning environment on nursing students' clinical practice education and the violence experienced during clinical practice on vocational identity. Methods: The design of the study was a descriptive survey, and data were collected from November 15 to November 27, 2019. The data of the study were obtained from 515 nursing students attending three universities using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: For the experience of violence, verbal violence (98.3%) was the type most commonly experienced, and patients (97.7%) were the most frequent perpetrators. The clinical learning environment was perceived differently according to gender, personality, interpersonal relationship, satisfaction with nursing, clinical practice satisfaction, violence prevention education, the need for violence prevention education, sexual violence experiences, and violent perpetrators. The most influential factor on vocational identity was satisfaction with the nursing major (β=0.24, p<.001), followed by extroverted personality (β=0.18, p<.001), clinical learning environment (β=0.15, p=.001), satisfaction with clinical practice (β=0.15, p=.002), and the experience of violence by patients (β=-0.10, p=.016), which together explained 24.1% of the variance in the model. Conclusion: It is necessary to make efforts to ensure that students do not experience violence during clinical practice, to maintain a close cooperative relationship between university and clinical institutions to improve the learning environment for clinical practice, and to make the clinical field an educational learning environment.

국내 브레이킹 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of Breaking Research Trends in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국내 브레이킹 연구의 동향을 파악하여 특징과 시사점을 도출하고 나아가 향후 연구 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단(KCI) 등재 학술지에 출판된 브레이킹 관련 50개 논문의 문헌 분석(논문발행시기, 연구방법, 연구주제)과 키워드 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 논문발행시기별 경향은 2006년 처음 게재되어 이후 2012년 약간의 증가세를 보이다가 2021년 급증하였다. 둘째, 국내 브레이킹 관련 연구는 주로 질적연구(60%) 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 셋째, 연구주제를 살펴보면 정체성확립, 문화예술분야, 스포츠 분야의 3가지로 구분되며, 이 중 정체성 확립 관련 연구가 60% 이상을 차지했다. 마지막으로 브레이킹 논문에서 자주 사용된 키워드를 살펴보면, 가장 자주 등장하는 단어는 '힙합'이었으며, '문화'가 그 뒤를 이었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 학문적이고 이론적인 접근을 통한 브레이킹의 정체성 확립, 표준화된 교재 및 교육과정의 개발을 통한 실무적 접근, 통합적인 접근을 통한 분야의 특성 및 역량 강화, 스포츠로의 변화를 위해 갖추어야 될 요건등을 시사점으로 도출하였다.
