『찬도방론맥결집성』의 장원소 「진맥입식해」 연구 (A Study on the 「Zhenmairushijie」 by Zhang Yuansu in 『Chandobangronmaekkyulgipseong』)

  • Objectives : By studying the contents of Zhang Yuansu's "Zhenmairushijie", which are introductory remarks of "Chandobangronmaekkyulgipseong", this study attempts to clarify the academic meaning expressed in it and consider his real significance. Methods : First, based on previous studies on Zhang Yuansu and "Wangshuhemaijue", this study divides the contents of "Zhenmairushijie" into 4 chapters and read out the original text. Next, based on Zhang Yuansu's notes and other writings on the original text, this study examines contents in detail. Finally, based on the discussion, this study examines the current significance of academic thoughts expressed in Zhang Yuansu's "Zhenmairushijie". Results & Conclusions : "Zhenmairushijie" emphasizes the combination of nervation and Byeonggi in the process of feeling the pulse for diagnosis, the combination of Byeonggi and Yongyak to declare that the feeling of the pulse for diagnosis is the principle of differential diagnosis. The combination principle of nervation-Byeonggi can be found in comprehensive pulse methods of "Nanjing", and the combination of Byeonggi-Yongyak should follow Ohaeng's Bubuheoshilsajeongbosa principle. Pulse methods of "Wangshuhemaijue" integrated Byeonggi expressed in Uigyeong and Byeonggi in Gyeongbang in the process of the feeling of the pulse for diagnosis to present the principle of diagnosis to perform Byeongjeungronchi. Therefore, "feeling the pulse for diagnosis ipsik" is not only an introductory remark of feeling the pulse for diagnosis, but an comprehensive remark of whole diagnosis as well. It is an introductory remark of the entire medical field due to the nature of oriental medicine which emphasizes diagnosis.

학사경고 대학생의 학습행동 유형 탐색 (Academic Warning Students' Learning Behavior Type Exploration)

  • 본 연구는 학사경고 등 학업 저성취 학생의 선제적 지원을 위한 방안으로 심리검사의 가능성을 탐색하여 한 학생도 포기하지 않는 교육의 이념에 기여하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 4년제 대학생 중 2019년 2학기 학사경고자 지원프로그램에 참가한 학생 43명과 학사경고 경험이 없는 학생 30명 총 73명의 학습성격유형 검사결과 자료를 활용하였다. 자료분석을 위하여 jamovi 1.1.9.0을 이용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, 상관분석을 실시하여 Pearson 상관계수를 구하였다. 연구 결과, 두 부류의 학생은 학습행동유형에서 차이가 나타났다. 학사경고 학생은 반항, 완벽, 잡념, 고군, 만족, 외곬, 유형 중 만족을 제외하고 나머지 부분에서 높은 점수가 나타났다. 이는 학업에 집중하지 못하는 것이 좋아하는 것과 학과의 불일치, 주변의 지지 부족, 심리적 갈등의 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 학습기술 뿐만 아니리 심리와 정서적인 부분과 경제적인 지원이 필요함을 확인하였다. 또한, 학습행동유형검사를 통하여 학업 저성취 학생을 예측하여 선제적 대응이 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 학사경고로 인해 발생하는 중도탈락자 예방과 상담프로그램 등 학교에서의 적절한 선제적 지원을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

초등학생의 과학 상상화 특성 및 과학 상상화 그리기에 대한 인식 (Characteristics of Science Imaginary Pictures Drawn by Elementary School Students and Their Perceptions of Science Imaginary Drawing)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of science imaginary pictures drawn by elementary school students and their perceptions of science imaginary drawing. To do this, $5^{th}$ graders (N=107) were selected from 1 elementary school in Gangwon province and were administered the questionnaires. Some of them were also interviewed deeply. The analyses of the results indicated that most students drew science imaginary pictures in 'land' or 'universe' of 'future' than non-science imaginary pictures. In the academic field, 'machine' was most frequently included in their pictures, and 'earth science' or 'building and traffic' was also frequently included. In addition, half of the pictures included two or more fields. Many students perceived positively the educational benefits of science imaginary drawing upon cognitive, affective, and aesthetic aspects. However, they also had several difficulties in the processes of scientific imaginary drawing such as 'difficulties in using artistic skills', 'difficulties in selecting the subject', 'difficulties in imagining', and 'difficulties in expressing my thoughts to pictures'. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

Exploring Depression Research Trends Using BERTopic and LDA

  • The purpose of this study is to explore which areas have been more interested in depression research in Korea through analysis of academic papers related to depression, and then to provide insights that can solve future depression problems. 1,032 papers searched with the keyword "depression" in scienceON were analyzed using Python 3.7 for word frequency analysis, word co-occurrence analysis, BERTopic, LDA, and OLS regression analysis. The results of word frequency and co-occurrence frequency analysis showed that related words were composed around words such as patient, disorder and symptom. As a result of topic modeling, a total of 13 topics including 'childhood depression' and 'eating anxiety' were derived. And it has been identified as a topic of interest that 'suicidal thoughts', 'treatment', 'occupational health', and 'health treatment program' were statistically significant topics, while 'child depression' and 'female treatment' were relatively less. As a result of the analysis of research trends, future research will not only study physiological and psychological factors but also social and environmental causes, as well as it was suggested that various collaborative studies of experts in academia were needed such as convergence and complex perspectives for depression relief and treatment.

  • Based on the analysis of 174 Young Startups Project Papers from university students majoring in entrepreneurship, this study aimed to identify the thoughts and characteristics of prospective entrepreneurs and derive their main agendas. Detailed information was collected on their preparation and ambitions for entrepreneurship, market research in their fields of interest, analysis of potential target users, requirements, and team management. We refined, categorized, and interpreted 84,818 words across 396 digital pages on LMS, and visualized using word clouds program. Additionally, interviews about peer learning were conducted by Zoom. The analysis revealed unique differences in students' perspectives on entrepreneurship based on their major, academic year, and gender. Also we could find that they actively utilize AI tech with a strong spirit of challenge in the startups. Interestingly, they emphasized horizontal communication and collaboration capabilities to improve productivity. This suggests the need to consider diversity in the design of entrepreneurship incubating content and programs for generation Z technically and academically.

동아시아의 인구사상: 홍량길과 맬서스의 비교 (Population Thoughts in East Asia: A Comparison of Hung Liang-Chi and Malthus)

  • 오늘날 전 세계 학문에 절대적인 영향을 미치고 있는 서구 학문의 기초는 그리스와 로마 문명임은 잘 알려진 사실이다. 그 결과 이집트와 페르시아를 포함하는 아랍세계의 훌륭한 업적과, 인도대륙의 심오한 사상, 그리고 중국을 포함하는 동아시아의 탁월한 업적이 등한시되거나 도외시되어 왔다. 인구에 관한 사상과 이론도 예외는 아니다. 본 연구는 우리가 간과(看過)한 과거 인구사상 중 동아시아 부분을 중국학자들을 중심으로 고대, 중세, 근세 등 시기로 나누어 유럽학자들과의 비교를 통해 재조명해 보았다. 중국을 위시한 동아시아에서는 고대로부터 과잉 및 과소 인구에 대한 우려가 자주 거론되었다. 춘추시대 인구에 대한 주요 관심은 인구와 자원과의 균형관계였으며 인구가 국부의 원천임은 대체로 인정하고 있었으나 과소인구에 대한 대책뿐만 아니라 과잉인구에 대한 단점도 심각하게 거론되고 있어 적정인구와 근대 맬서스주의의 기초는 이미 고대 춘추전국시대에 마련됐다고 볼 수 있다. 서양고대 그리스와 로마시기의 인구 사상의 발전은 플라톤과 아리스토텔레스의 적정인구론과 로마시기 팽창주의적 인구증가 장려책으로 대표된다. 천년이란 장기간의 중세 시기 유럽의 발전은 정체되어있었으며, 동아시아의 발전 역시 부진했으나 아랍세계의 발전은 주목할만한 것으로 알려져 있다. 근세에 들어와 유럽 특히 서구에서는 눈부신 학문적 발전을 이룩한데 비해 동아시아의 발전은 매우 저조한 것이었다. 그러나 맬서스가 그의 인구이론을 발표하기 수년전 중국의 홍량길은 불완전하나마 인구의 기하급수적 증가율의 문제를 논하고 인구증가에 대한 규제로서 맬서스의 적극적 규제 및 궁극적 규제에 해당하는 천지조제법과, 소극적 규제 및 즉각적 규제에 해당되는 군상조제법을 들고 있다. 특히 그가 상대적 과잉인구에 대해 논의를 전개하고 있음이 주목된다. 마지막으로 고대 탁월한 동아시아의 학자들과 근세 맬서스 직전 홍량길과 같은 학자도 있었으나 동아시아에서의 학문발전은 근세 이후 서양에 비해 비교될 수 없을 정도로 부진하게 된 이유를 학문내적 요인과 학문외적 요인으로 나누어 검토했다.

사진실 선생의 학문 세계에 대한 참여 관찰기 (Participatory Observation Records of the Prof. Sa jin-sil's Academic World)

  • 이 글은 사진실 선생의 학문 세계에 대해 살핀 것이다. 사진실 선생의 연구 성과에 대한 섬세하고 엄밀한 평가라기보다는, 그와의 직 간접적인 만남 속에서 필자가 생각했던 것들을 정리했다. '참여 관찰기'라는 논제가 붙은 연유가 여기에 있다. 필자는 이 글이 관례적이고 형식적인 추도사가 되는 것을 경계했다. 사 선생 역시 형식이고 관례적인 글을 원하지는 않을 것이라 생각했기 때문이다. 필자의 참여 관찰기는 사 선생의 문헌 중심 연구에 대한 생각을 정리하는 것으로 시작했다. '알려진 성과와 재평가될 것들'이라는 목차 제목이 필자가 말하려는 것을 함축하고 있다. 전통연행 관련 문헌 연구에서 사 선생이 기여한 바와 기존 평가의 타당성에 대한 필자의 생각이 여기서 정리되었다. 이미 널리 알려진 기여나 성과에 대해서는 새삼스럽게 재론하지 않았다. 여기서 필자가 특별하게 살핀 것은 '재평가될 것들'이었다. 그 중요성과 의의에도 불구하고 제대로 평가받지 못한 것, 어쩌면 이제는 당연한 것으로 인식되어 쉽게 지나쳐 버리는 성취를 새삼 강조했다. 이어지는 논의에서는 사 선생의 전혀 다른 학문적 면모를 살폈다. 필자는 이 대목의 제목을 '편견에 맞선 의외의 성과'라 붙였다. 여기서 다루어진 대상은 사 선생의 현장 중심적 연구들이었다. 흔히 사진실 선생을 문헌을 중심으로 연구하는 연극사학자 혹은 전통공연예술학자라 평가한다. 필자는 이것이 편견이라 생각한다. 워낙 그러한 생각이 일반적이어서, 문헌이 아닌 현장을 바탕으로 한 연구 성과를 간과하기가 쉽다. 목차 제목에 '편견'과 '의외'라는 표현을 한 이유이다. 여기서 필자는 사 선생이 현장 중심의 연구도 했다는 식의 논의에 그치지 않았다. 현장 연구에서 그가 이루어낸 성취를 적극적으로 강조하고 평가했다.

주자학과 대순사상의 수양론 비교 연구 (The Comparative Research on the Theory of Self-cultivation in Neo-Confucianism and Daesoon Thought)

  • This thesis examined Chu Hsi's self-cultivation theory as the representative theory of cultivation in Confucianism, while juxtaposing it to self-cultivation theory in Daesoon thought, concentrating on its similarity and difference. Neo-Confucianism is a scholarship which has wielded a tremendous influence upon East Asia, while functioning as an official scholarship for long period up to Yuan, Ming, and Ching period, after achieving its synthesis by Chu Hsi. After 13th century, Neo-Confucianism has been a representative academic system in Confucianism, and self-cultivation theory was in its center. It suggested various virtues that classical scholars have to equip to fulfill the sainthood and the politics of royal road. The self-cultivation theory of Chu Hsi was developed upon the basis of the theory 'Li-Qi' and the theory of mind. Here, the practice of Geokyung(morally awakened state with a reverent spirit in every moment) and Gyeokmul-tsiji(reaching into the utmost knowledge through investigation of things) formed a nucleus of Chu Hsi's self-cultivation theory. While Geokyung was to reveal one's true nature through cultivation of mind, Gyeokmul-tsiji was to demonstrate the complete use of mind's essence and function. Chu Hsi's self-cultivation theory attempted to realize the unity of heaven and man, and through cultivating self and governing people, it also tried to achieve its ideal of the society of Great Union(Daedong). Daesoon Thought is originated from Sangjenim who has descended to this world as a human being called Jeungsan. He went on his circuit to rectify the disorder of heaven and earth for 9 years to rectify the Three worlds of heaven, earth and human being which were faced with total annihilation due to its rule of mutual conflict, while creating an earthly paradise. Respecting the will of Sangjenim, Dojunim established the foundation of Do through launching 'Meukeukdo' and setting tenet, creed and object so that the cultivators (Doins) could believe and respect the truth of Sangje's great itineration (Daesoon). Among those, the two components of creed, which are four fundamental principles and the three fundamental attitudes are of great account as precept and cardinal point. Through this means, the cultivators of Daesoonjinrihoe aspire to guard against self-deception through transforming the human spirit, to realize earthly immortality through renewing human beings, and to create an earthly paradise through transforming the world. This thesis attempted to compare and analyze the theory of self-cultivation in Neo-Confucianism and Daesoon Thought in the aspect of ground, method, and object of cultivation. First, as for the ground of cultivation, the doctrines of Chu-tzu and Daesoon thought place the essence of cultivation on 'heaven'. Yet, whereas the former postulates Taekeuk (the Great Ultimate) as a principle as well as the heaven of a natural order, Daesoon thought postulates Sangenim as the heaven of superintendence as well as the heaven of a natural order, signified as its equation of Daesoon with circle, along with the unity of Meukeuk (Endlessness) and Taegeuk (the Great Ultimate). Further, the doctrine of Chu-zhu and Daesoon thought is identical in the point that both thoughts see mind as the subject of cultivation, while trying to restore a pure essence. Nevertheless, whereas Neo-Confucianism intends to give scope to ability of the complete use of mind's essence and function, Daesoon Thought sees mind as the essence which is used by spiritual beings and as an organ that heaven, earth and human being rely upon as the center of the universe. In the aspect of method of cultivation, the doctrine of Chuzhu lays emphasis on the rational factor in that it brightens its 'myung-deoki'(bright inner virtue),' while trying to correspond to the law of heaven on the basis of 'Geokyung' and 'Gyeokmul-tsiji.' On the contrary, Daesoon thought lays much emphasis on faith factor in that it aspires for human perfection based on the restoration of conscience by cultivating Daesoonjinri with sincerity, reverence and faith along with 'quieting the heart-mind', 'quieting the body', 'respecting the God of the Ninth Heaven', and 'observing ritual practice on the basis of the faith in Sangjenim. Yet, both thoughts have similarities in that cultivation of body forms the basis and that they attempt to realize their ideals through cultivation in daily life while taking 'Guarding against self-deception' as the key method of self-cultivation.' However, the principle of Chu-zhu can be said to be a voluntary and autonomous practice based on scripture of the saint as well as self-reflection. On the other hand, Daesoon thought reveals certain difference in that it combines faith factor with one's self-effort by concentrating on cultivation under the presence of Sangjenim as the object of belief and the spirits of heaven and earth. In the aspect of object of cultivation, both thoughts share similarities in that the saint and the perfected gentleman with a moral virtue as an ideal image of men in both thoughts attempt to realize each of their 'myung-deok' in human nature as a heavenly mandate while respecting morality. Further, they also share similarity in the point that the desirable characters in both thoughts want to participate in harmonious creation and nurturance. Yet, the perfected gentleman with a moral virtue is also characterized by its aim for a new heaven and earth where there is no mutual conflict but mutual beneficence, by promoting the moral influence and virtue of Sangjenim over one's own virtue, while practising the mutual beneficence of all life through harmonious union of divine beings and human beings.

가정관리학의 아동분야연구 20년의 평가 - 실천적 연구를 중심으로 - (A Review on Child Studies for 20 Years: How Much did the Studies Contribute to Society\ulcorner)

  • This study was to review the child research articles in the field of home economics in Korea for the last two decades and to evaluate the child studies in terms of home much the child research had contributed to society. For the purposes of this study all the child research articles that had been published in the three representative academic journals of Korea were reviewed. A framework to evaluate child studies was decided in accordance with objectives of the research theoretical and practical, Theoretical studies imply ones dealt with child development and personality parent-child relations development of measures and thoughts on children while practical studies mean the research on development of parent education programs child education programs mental health of children wellbeing of children and child welfare policies. Results of qualntitative analysis in this study showed increases in numbers of both theoretical and practical studies. Practical studies however occupied j st 4-12% of all the research article published in the last 20 years. The Results of this study indicated researcher' low involvement in pratical studies. Researchers in the field of child studies had most frequently conducted research on child development and parent-child relations which were conducted based on theoretical knoledges from the West. For the practical child studies there were some studies on developing parent education programs and a few articles dealt with child welfare policies and wellbeing of children for two decades. Furthermore the major variables of the practical studies were analyzed and evaluated with respect to their contribution to society as well as socializing child relate issues. Finally the reasons of scholars' low involvement in practical studies and some suggestions for further studies to deal with practical child issues were discussed.

침 연구에 대한 한의사의 인식과 연구방향에 대한 조사 (Study for Clinicians' Perception on the Acupuncture Research and Ways to Symbiosis between Basic Research and Clinical Practice)

  • Objectives : From mechanism studies using animal models to high-level evidence based research such as randomized controlled trials or systematic reviews, various acupuncture studies have been performed. Nevertheless, the current research appears insufficient to satisfy clinicians' needs. We aimed at investigating clinicians' perception on the translational research and suggesting ways of symbiosis between basic research and clinical practice. Methods : Data were collected using a web-based questionnaire made available to Korean medicine doctors who were informed through social networking service or e-mail. The survey participants indicated their awareness of acupuncture research and their thoughts on the applicability of research in practice. Results : Forty-seven clinicians completed the survey. While most respondents agreed that acupuncture research is very important, only 40% of them answered that the results of acupuncture research are useful to their own practice. In more than half of those who responded to the survey, the current acupuncture research is not viewed as reflecting clinical practice very much. Respondents agreed that acupuncture research should be based on clinical practice, and they recognized the need to collect valid clinical data from real-world practice. Also, as many as 77% of clinicians had no scruple to participate in research programs. Conclusions : There is no doubt among practitioners that acupuncture research is necessary. More importantly, practice-based research remains essential in order to feed-back research outcomes to clinical practice. Communications and academic exchanges between clinicians and researchers can mutually benefit research and practice with better information, resulting in symbiosis.
