The purpose of this study was to investigate client's satisfaction and to promote the image of medical services in the hostpital. It is important to identify how client is satisfy with the medical services for the image of hospital. The study was done on population group of 334 patients and their families who had been admitted to the Shospital in Seoul from July 15 to July 31. 1995. Data was collected by questionnaires on all steps of the research. Subjects were instructed to rate the 5 point likert type scale on items. 328 questionnaires returned and were used for this analysis. The results were summarised as follows: 1. The charcteristics of the subjects were as follows; the age group of 20-39 years was 61.0%. For academic background. 51.2% were graduated from high school and 28.7% were graduated from College. 2. The average scores for the services rendered were as follows; a) Satisfaction on nursing services 3.75 b) Satisfaction on kindness of hospital workers 3.55 c) Satisfaction on medical services 3.36 d) Satisfaction on environmental elements 3.19 e) Satisfaction on diet for the patients 3.18 3. The lowest score of client's satisfaction on each area shown in this study is as follows; a) Doctors explain result of tests and patient's home management 3.23 b) Nurses are eager to resolve client's problem 3.47 c) In environmental elements. toilets. roomtemperture. diet. store 2.81-2.91

This paper examines the ways of using information resources available through information retrieval systems of portal sites. We analyze the types of information resources, search capabilities, and interfaces of Naver, Empas, and Google Scholar. Naver's retrieval system sells research reports, papers, patents information, etc. to users, which is similar to C2C(Customer to Customer in e-commerce environment). Empas provides information from journals, research reports, and proceedings with no charge. Google Scholar's noteworthy efforts are their collaborative programs with and/or for major U.S. libraries, such as "Library Link" and "Library Project." Considering the extended information retrieval services of portals, especially the services like Google Scholar's library programs, libraries need to develop more specialized services, such as the customized information service for individual user, development of user convenience tools like OCLC WorldCat, more accessibility through ubiquitous library concept, and collaboration among libraries.

This paper aims to find out the kinds of sub-topics that were researched in relation to Information Literacy (IL). The text mining method was applied to the articles with information literacy' in the fields of the descriptor, title and in the LISA Database. Also, out of 214 journals that published these articles, those with the top ten highest frequencies were listed and analyzed. Research results show that 908 articles on information literacy were published in 214 journals and User training' and Students' were major descriptors in the sub-topic area of information literacy. Also, Reference Services Review and The Journal of Academic Librarianship are two key journals in IL research as they have the highest frequency of related articles and have shown increasing trends.

Child care in Korea has been officially institutionalized due to the legislation of the Child Care Act in 1991. Since then, the predominant social phenomena such as growing female workforce, more intensified female education, and the low birth rates have led the stronger demand for child care at the national level. Accordingly, the supply of child care services and the demand of families using the services have increased dramatically, producing enhancement of the quality of child care via improved and extended laws and regulations. Such movements have arisen academic interests and policy issues to specific sectors with details including child care policies, curriculum and professionals working with young children at child care centers, needs of children and their families attending child care centers, and program evaluations.

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nursing demands according to general characteristics and diseases of inpatients to whom comprehensive payment systems apply. Methods: This study was designed as a retrospective research study using the electronic medical records of Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Participants were 836 subjects who received seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses among inpatients of one tertiary hospital from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Results: Nursing demand among inpatients'seven Diagnostic-Related Group diagnoses was relatively higher for appendectomy, cataract surgery, and hysterectomy, while there was a significant difference depending on the age, duration of admission, admission path, hospital entry method and Diagnostic-Related Group. Conclusion: The results can be utilized as basic data on accurate nursing demands that reflect various features of patients.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of MZ generation's lifestyle-related research from 2010 to 2020. As a result of searching keywords such as MZ generation's and lifestyle using academic database search sites, a total of 218 cases were used as analysis data to conduct frequency and content analysis. First, research type was 74 dissertations(34.6%), 144 journals(65.4%). The study of MZ generation was relatively active in journals. Second, the current status of academic field was 85(39.7%) in the social field, followed by 66(30.8%) in the arts/physical education, 21(9.8%) in the complex studies, 16(7.5%) in education, 15(7.0%) in nature, 6(2.8%) in engineering, 4(1.9%) in humanities, 1(0.5%) in agriculture/marine. Third, the current status of MZ generation research topics is 54 social participations(25.3%), 35 fashion/beauty(16.3%), 31 social/organizational adaptations(14.5%), 25 cultural/leisure activities(11.7%), 24 design/development projects(11.2%), 21 economic/employment/job projects(9.8%), 11 educational/career/experiences(5.1%), 9 self-concepts(4.2%), 4 welfare services(1.9%). Fourth, the current status of MZ generation research methods was quantitative research(survey/experiment) 125(58.4%), qualitative research(depth interview/participant observation) 42(19.6%), theory/literature research 35(16.4%) and mixed research 12(5.6%). Fifth, the study on the lifestyle of the MZ generation was conducted in four cases, one in 2016, one in 2019, two in 2020. This study is meaningful in that it grasped the overall flow of data of information exchange that can share the research trends of the MZ generation and suggested the basic data on the direction of future research, the individual tendency, behavior, and lifestyle characteristics of the MZ generation.

Purpose: This study was performed to explore the trend of nursing research in the Korean long-term care system. Methods: Articles published between 2008 and 2021 were searched using the terms "long-term care system" and "nursing." Ninety-one articles were analyzed and classified into five categories according to research methods. Data were extracted through a systematic review process and underwent descriptive statistics and content analyses. Results: The most analyzed variable in the survey studies was job satisfaction. Many variables were classified into input and output factors using Donabedian's model. The content analysis showed that most suggestions were about improving the political regulation system. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish a research foundation to provide research funding and support to cultivate future nursing research in long-term care. Systematic improvement of research in nursing should be continuously pursued to revitalize nursing services, expand nursing service interventions, and improve management competency programs in nursing institutions.

The aim of this study is to explore key strategy areas for academic library development planning in Korea. This study started with components of an academic library development plan that were identified in a literature review; those components included among others the major roles, functions, resources, and teaching and research support services of academic libraries. Upon interviewing library staff from 14 academic libraries, this study initially categorized those components into 4 overarching strategy areas and further subdivided them into 12 key components and 24 sub-components. That initial categorization was then reviewed by 6 scholars and practitioners, applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), by which this study analyzed the level of importance and priority of the strategy areas and various components. Based on the results, this study ultimately outlines 11 key components and 23 sub-components under the 4 strategy areas for academic libraries in Korea to take into consideration in their development planning.

The research reports the results from an investigation of various measurement elements and techniques appropriate for the economic assessment of academic libraries, with a view to apply them in future evaluation of academic libraries in Korea. Two libraries participated in the pilot study. In one library, CVM (contingency valuation method) was applied to services ranging from circulation, electronic collection, reference, user education and facility. In the second library, three different methodologies--time value, alternative service value and CVM--were all applied to measure the value of electronic collection. The research provides analyses of measurement elements used, study procedures and measurement results. Based on these analyses, the study also makes suggestions in the areas of measurement goals, service, users and the calculation of B/C ratios that need to be taken into consideration in order to execute reliable and valid assessment of academic library's value.
