코스닥기업의 제3자 배정 증자가 주가에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Allocation to Third Parties in Increase of Capital on Stock Price of KOSDAQ Firms)

  • 본 연구는 2007년 1월부터 2009년 12월까지 3년간 코스닥기업의 유상증자 형태 중 제3자 배정을 통해 대금을 납입한 81개 기업 197건에 대하여 사건연구를 통해 납입 전, 후의 주가반응을 비교분석하였고, 더 나아가 누적초과수익률에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 다중회귀분석을 통해 파악하였다 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, (-5, +5) 초과수익률은 납입일 5일전부터 1일전까지 1% 수준에서 유의적인 정(+)의 초과수익률을 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 사건일인 납입 일에는 유의적인 초과수익률이 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 납입일 이후 5일 동안은 1% 유의수준에서 부(-)의 초과수익률을 보였다. 둘째, 납입일 전, 후 40일간(-40, +40)의 초과수익률은 납입일 전 40일 동안 1% 수준에서 유의적인 정(+)의 초과수익률을 나타냈으며, 납입일 이후 40일 동안 1% 수준에서 유의적인 부(-)의 초과수익률을 보였다. 셋째, 납입일 이후 1년간(0, 1년)의 초과수익률은 1% 수준에서 유의적인 부(-)의 초과수익률을 보였다. 넷째, (-5, +5)까지의 누적초과수익률에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기업규모로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 10% 유의수준에서 유의적이었다. 유보율과 부채비율은 (-40, +40)의 누적초과수익률에 10% 유의수준에서 유의적으로 각각 정(+)과 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (0, 1년)의 누적초과수익률에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기업규모, 부채비율, 대주주지분율은 각각 1%, 5%, 10% 유의수준에서 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을, 유보율은 1% 유의수준에서 유의적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

가압식 분리막을 이용한 Side-Stream MBR 공정의 비정상 운전조건에서 막 오염 저감 (Fouling Mitigation for Pressurized Membrane of Side-Stream MBR Process at Abnormal Operation Condition)

  • 공기주입형 가압식 MBR 공정은 일반적인 침지식 MBR 공정과 마찬가지로 정상 운전조건에서 막 오염에 대한 제어 및 관리 기술뿐만 아니라 저유량, 저부하 조건과 같은 비정상 운전조건에서도 시설의 운영에 지장이 없도록 막 오염에 대한 제어 대책이 필요하다. $85m^3$/일 규모의 공기주입형 가압식 MBR 실증시설 운영을 통해 공기주입에 의한 분리막 오염 저감효과와 비상 시 운전조건에서 미생물에 의해 나타날 수 있는 막 오염 문제를 고찰하였다. 가압식 분리막에서 공기의 주입은 분리막 표면에서 공기방울에 의한 scouring 효과에 의해 TMP 상승 기간을 연장시키고 처리의 안정성과 높은 효율의 플럭스($40L/m^2{\cdot}h$ 이상)를 장시간 유지할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 비정상 운전조건에서는 생물반응조에 PACl (53 mg/L as Al)을 주입한 경우 19%의 TMP 상승 감소효과가 있었으나 MBR 공정의 비정상 운전조건 지속에 따른 반복적인 PACl의 주입은 질산화 미생물의 활성도에 영향을 미치게 되어 궁극적으로 질소 처리효율이 악화될 수 있음을 회분식 배양 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 생물반응조에 PAC (0.6 g/L)을 주입한 경우에서는 연속운전 5일 동안 TMP 상승 없이 운전 초기 TMP인 $0.2kg/cm^2$을 유지하여 안정적으로 운전이 가능하였다. 이것은 미생물의 성장 저해조건에서 막 오염 원인물질을 유발하는 EPS와 같은 고분자 물질의 흡착에 따른 것으로 판단된다.

회분식 실험 Substrate/Microorganisms 비에 따른 종속영양미생물의 특이거동 연구 (Abnormal Behavior of Ordinary Heterotrophic Organism Active Biomass at Different Substrate/Microorganisms Ratios in Batch Test)

  • Batch test methods have developed for a long time to measure kinetic and stoichiometric parameters which are required to perform steady state design and mathematical modelling of activated sludge processes. However, at various So/Xo ratios, abnormal behaviors of ordinary heterotrophic organism in batch tests have been reported in many researches. Thus, in this research, abnormal behaviors of heterotrophs in batch tests were investigated at various So/Xo conditions by measuring and interpreting oxygen utilization rate. As So/Xo ratio increased, the calculated values of maximum specific growth rates, ${\mu}_{H,max}$ and $K_{MP,max}$, increased. However, at a certain point of So/Xo (around 10mgCOD/mgMLAVSS), ${\mu}_{H,max}$ and $K_{MP,max}$ values started to decrease. According to this observation, three prominent behaviours of heterotrophs were identified at various So/Xo conditions. (1) At low So/Xo region (below 5 mgCOD/mgMLAVSS), the oxygen utilization rate of heterotrophs in batch tests were almost stable and consequently yielded lower maximum specific growth rate. (2) At high So/Xo region (up to 5~10 mgCOD/mgMLAVSS), oxygen utilization rate incresed sharply with time and indicated more upward curvature than the predicted OUR with conventional activated sludge model, which consists of single hetetrotrophs group. Thus, in this region, competition model of two organisms, fast-grower and slow-grower, seemed to be appropriate. (3) At extremely high So/Xo region (over 10mgCOD/mgMLAVSS), significant oxygen utilization rate was still observed even after depletion of readily biodegradable COD. This might be caused by retarded utilization of intermediates which were generated by self inhibition mechanism in the process of RBCOD uptake.

  • As results of the study on the sinterbility of YIG at the low temperature using CuO as additive CuO com-pound which contain {{{{ { {Fe }_{2 }O }_{3 } }} was shown liquid in sintering process. YIG crystal dissolved into CuO compound liquid phase and then Y element which is considered no solubility in solid CuO compound moved to the grain during cooling. The abnormal grain growth up to 150${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ at CuO 8.6mole% was shown due to shape accomdation reaction and local liquid distribution. The apparent density of YIG shows minimum at CuO 8.6 mole% due to abnormal grain growth and the saturation magnetization decrease dramatically at 32.5mole% due to orthoferrite formation.

한우 및 이상산 송아지의 Neospora caninum의 감염에 대한 면역조직화학적 및 혈청학적 관찰 (Immunohistochemical and serological observations on Neospora caninum infection in Korean indigenous cattle and calves of abnormal deliveries)

  • The present study was carried out to investigate the prevalence of Neospora caninum infection in Korean indigenous cattle and calves of abnormal deliveries and focus on correlation between malformation and N caninum infection. To determine the prevalence of antibodies to N caninum, sera of 473 Korean indigenous cattle from slaughter house were tested for N caninum antibodies using indirect fluorescence assay. Of the 473 cattle sera, 9.5% (45/473) showed positive against N caninum. Regional seropositive rates of the samples were 16.7% (5/85), 11.0% (11/100), 8.8% (21/240) and 5.9% (5/85) at Kyonggi, Gyeongbuk, Daegu and Kyongnam province, respectively. In female, seropositive rates were 17.5% (25/143) and 6.1% (20/330) in male. During the period from march 2000 to August 2001, 55 abnormal deliveries of Korean indigenous cattle including abortion, stillbirth and congenital malformation were examined by histopathological, immunohistochemical and serological methods for evidence of N caninum infection. Of the 55 abnormal deliveries, only 5 calves showed positive reaction against N caninum in serological test. In microscopical observation, gliosis and nonsuppurative myositis were observed. However, Neospora-like organisms were not detected by either periodic acid-schiff (PAS) reaction or immunohistochemical technique. Taken together all these data, this study indicate that N caninum infection was widespread in breeding farms of Korean native cattle, but correlation between malformation and N caninum infection was not recognized.

Identification of Quantitative Trait Loci Associated with Traits of Soybean for Sprout

  • The identification of quantitative trait loci (QTL) has the potential to enhance the efficiency of im- proving food processing traits of soybean. In this study, 92 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) loci and two morphological markers (W$_1$ and T) were used to identify QTL associated with food processing traits of soybean for sprout in 83 F$_2$-derived lines from a cross of 'Pureun' x 'Jinpum 2'. The genetic map consisted of 76 loci which covered about 760 cM and converged into 20 linkage groups. Eighteen markers remained unlinked. Phenotypic data were collected for hypocotyl length, abnormal seedling rate, and sprout yield seven days after seed germination at 2$0^{\circ}C$. Based on the single-factor analysis of variance, eight independent markers were associated with hypocotyl length. Four of seven markers associated with abnormal seedling rate were identified as independent. Seven loci were associated with sprout yield. For three different traits, much of genetic variation was explained by the identified QTL in this population. Several RFLP markers in linkage group (LG) Bl were detected as being associated with three traits, providing a genetic explanation for the biological correlation of sprout yield with hypocotyl length (r=OA07***) and with abnormal seedling rate (r=-406***).

Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-BaTiO3 계에서 입자모양과 입자성장 거동 (Grain Shape and Grain Growth Behavior in the Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-BaTiO3 System)

  • The grain growth behavior of $0.95Na_{1/2}Bi_{1/2}TiO_{3}-0.05BaTiO_{3}$ (NBT-5BT) has been investigated with respect to the grain shape. The powder compacts of NBT-5BT were sintered at 1200 for various times. The corresponding equilibrium shape was a round-edged cube with flat {100}-faces. Abnormal grains were not observed in the specimens sintered for 1 to 12 h but abnormal grains appeared when sintered for 24 h. Before the formation of abnormal grains, a valley was observed in the measured grain size distribution of NBT-5BT, showing that the grain size distribution was a combination of two unimodal distributions. The present result suggests that the grain growth in NBT-5BT was governed by the growth of facet planes which would occur via 2-dimansional nucleation and growth.

Power Efficient Classification Method for Sensor Nodes in BSN Based ECG Monitoring System

  • As body sensor network (BSN) research becomes mature, the need for managing power consumption of sensor nodes has become evident since most of the applications are designed for continuous monitoring. Real time Electrocardiograph (ECG) analysis on sensor nodes is proposed as an optimal choice for saving power consumption by reducing data transmission overhead. Smart sensor nodes with the ability to categorize lately detected ECG cycles communicate with base station only when ECG cycles are classified as abnormal. In this paper, ECG classification algorithms are described, which categorize detected ECG cycles as normal or abnormal, or even more specific cardiac diseases. Our Euclidean distance (ED) based classification method is validated to be most power efficient and very accurate in determining normal or abnormal ECG cycles. A close comparison of power efficiency and classification accuracy between our ED classification algorithm and generalized linear model (GLM) based classification algorithm is provided. Through experiments we show that, CPU cycle power consumption of ED based classification algorithm can be reduced by 31.21% and overall power consumption can be reduced by 13.63% at most when compared with GLM based method. The accuracy of detecting NSR, APC, PVC, SVT, VT, and VF using GLM based method range from 55% to 99% meanwhile, we show that the accuracy of detecting normal and abnormal ECG cycles using our ED based method is higher than 86%.

이상심리학에서 본 애니메이션캐릭터의 성격별 유형분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Animation Characters on Abnormal Psychoanalysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 애니메이션에서 스토리를 이끌어 나갈 다양한 캐릭터들의 성격유형을 분석 하였다. 애니메이션 캐릭터는 이야기를 이끌어 나갈 중요한 요소이며 사회상을 반영하고 또한 인간내면을 파악할 수 있는 요소로서 작용한다. 이러한 캐릭터의 개발을 본질적으로 이해하려면 우선 과학적인 근거가 충분하여야 한다. 그러므로 정신분석학(Pychoanalysis)의 영역인 이상심리학(abnormal Psychoanalysis)에서 본 성격장애를 바탕으로 총 19편의 디즈니 애니메이션에서 등장하는 캐릭터들을 대상으로 캐릭터들의 성격을 분석하여 기존 캐릭터들이 가지고 있는 성격적 특성을 파악하여 데이터화 시켰다. 이 연구의 데이터는 향후 새로운 캐릭터의 개발에 도움이 될 수 있다. 또한 캐릭터의 성향은 보는 이로 하여금 새로운 정서의 형성과 교육에도 응용 할 수 있다고 본다.

최근 우리나라의 이상기상 발생횟수의 변화 (Recent Changes in the Frequency of Occurrence of Extreme Weather Events in South Korea)

  • The frequency of extreme weather events was analyzed using meteorological data (air temperature, precipitation, and duration of sunshine) collected from 61 stations over a 36-year span (1981-2016). The 10-day meteorological data were used as a basic unit for this analysis. On average, the frequency of occurrence of abnormal weather was 9.88 per year and has increased significantly during this 36-year period. According to the type of abnormal weather, the frequencies of occurrence of abnormally high air temperature and short duration of sunshine have increased by 0.50 and 0.41 per 10 years, respectively; however, that for abnormally low air temperature has decreased by 0.31 per 10 years and the trend was statistically significant. The highest frequency of abnormal weather appeared in 2007, with a frequency of 14.31. Abnormal weather was the most frequent at Yeongdeok station with an average frequency of 11.78 per year over this 36-year span.
