기계체조의 운동역학적 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of the Research Trend of Artistic Gymnastics on the Sports Biomechanics)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of artistic gymnastics on the kinetics. This study analyzed the 76 published papers in the Journal of Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance and Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics between 1995 and 2006. Papers were split into two groups for analysis, 1995-1999 and 2000-2006, and classified according to research methods, areas, and main topics. Conclusions are as follow. First, method of research were kinematical research(80.3%), kinetic(17.1%), and EMG research(2.6%). Second, areas of research were hi-bar(31.6%), vault(23.7%), parallel bars(21.1%), floor exercise(13.2%), rings(3.9%), balance beam(3.9%), uneven bars(2.6%). Last, main topic of research were focused on vault Tsukahara skill(13.9%), hi-bar flight skill(11.4%), parallel bars support skill(10.1%), hi-bar dismount skill(8.9%), floor exercise salto skill(8.9%).

남자 체조 YANG-1과 YANG-2 도마 동작의 운동학적 비교 (Kinematic Comparisons between Yang-1 and Yang-2 Vaults in Men's Artistic Gymnastics)

  • As a single subject study, it was purposed to investigate kinematic differences between Yang Hak Seon vault (i.e., handspring forward and salto forward straight with triple twist, Yang-1 vault hereafter) and Tsukahara $1260^{\circ}$ twist with salto forward straight (Yang-2 vault hereafter) in gymnastics. Yang Hak-Seon (23 years, 160 cm, and 52 kg) voluntarily participated in this study. Motion capture system, consisting of fourteen cameras, were used to measure Yang-2 vault with the sampling rate of 200 Hz. Twenty six reflective markers were placed on major anatomical points of 15 body segments. Successful two trials of Yang-2 vault were collected and analyzed for the comparison. Compared Yang-1 results were based on the previous study of Park and Song (2012). Results indicated superior linear kinematics of Yang-1 vault to those of Yang-2 vault before the touchdown of vault table. However, Yang-2 vault revealed superior angular kinematics to Yang 1 vault showing more trunk twist angle (a triple and a half twist) and its faster angular velocity during the airborne. The Yang 2 vault could has advantage of increasing angular motion than Yang 1 vault as a result of a half turn off the springboard onto the vault table and a sequential touchdown of the hands.

도마 츠카하라 몸 접어 뒤로 두 번 돌기의 운동역학적 분석 (Biomechanical Analysis of Tsukahara Vault with Double Salto Backward Piked)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the technical factors of Lu Yu Fu vault actually performed by three men gymnasts participated in artistic gymnastics competition of 2003 summer Universiade in Daegu through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. To analyze these vaults, the instant events of Lu Yu Fu were set in the board touchdown(BTD), the board takeoff(BTO), the horse touchdown(HTD), the horse takeoff(HTO), the peak height(PH), the mat touchdown(MTD) respectively and the phases of that vault were set in the board contact(BC), the preflight(PRF), the horse contact(HC), the postflight(POF), the grounding on mat(GM) respectively After calculating the performance times, the CG displacement velocity, the kinetic energy impulse reaction force moment arm torque at the horse, the released angle piked angle addressed angle, the angular momentum angular velocity of whole body in x axis, and the horizontal displacement between the feet and CG, the following conclusions were reached. To perform the better Lu Yu Fu vault, a gymnast must have the large horizontal velocity of whole body with fast run-up, decrease the duration time and the horizontal vertical displacement of whole body in PRF, have the enough time to judge the correct magnitude and direction of force to brake or push the horse so as to lengthen the HC duration time at any cost. Also it is desirable to increase the horizontal vertical displacement of whole body in POF if possible, maintain the adequate piked position to decrease the angular velocity of whole body in x axis, prepare the grounding on mat previously and delay the release of the hand from the body to keep the angular momentum.

도마 Shirai-Kim Hee Hoon 기술의 성공/실패 사례를 통한 융복합 완성도 평가 (Cases Analysis of Vault "Shirai-Kim Hee Hoon" Technique for Assessing Skill Completeness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 체조 도마 Shirai-Hee Hoon Kim 기술 수행 시 성공과 실패 동작을 융복합 비교분석 후 완성도를 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 실험에 참여한 연구대상자는 남자 기계체조 국가대표 K선수로 국제대회 및 연습상황의 기술 동작을 3차원 분석하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성공 동작 시 BC를 제외한 PrF, HC, PoF 구간의 구간별 소요시간은 실패 시 보다 짧은 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 성공 동작은 이륙 시 수평 및 수직속도가 높게 나타나 수평 방향으로의 도약운동에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 셋째, 성공 동작은 실패 동작에 비해 구름판을 이륙할 시 높은 동체 회전각을 유지하였고 도마에서는 대퇴의 각 변위를 크게 한 후방 회전을 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 안정적인 Shirai-Hee Hoon Kim 기술을 구사하기 위해서는 상체를 뒤로 과신전 시키면서 비틀기 동작을 수행하는 기술훈련과 이에 필요한 승모근, 삼각근, 복직근, 장요근, 대퇴사두근 강화를 위한 특이적 트레이닝을 제안한다.

도마 몸 펴 쿠에르보 비틀기 동작 분석 (The Biomechanical Analysis of the Cuervo Salto Forward Straight Vaults with Twists)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the technical factors of Cuervo forward straight vaults with single twist, single and half twists, and double twists actually performed by three execellent male gymnasts participated in artistic gymnastics competition of 2003 summer Universiade in Daegu and the 85th National Sports Festival in Cheongju. To accomplish the research goals the Cuervo vaults of three gymnasts were filmed by using three digital camcorders set by 60 Hz, and data were collected through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. The kinematic and kinetic variables as each phasic time, CM displacement velocity, release angle inclination angle hip joint angle landing angle, average horse reaction force average moment arm average torque, whoe body's total remote local angular momentum were analyzed, so the following conclusions were reached. Generally to perform the better Cuervo vault, a gymnast should touch down on the board with the great horizontal velocity of the whole body through the fast run-up, and touch down on the horse by decreasing the horizontal displacement of the whole body during the preflight, so raise CM height gradually within a short horse contact time. He should increase the horse reaction force through checking the horizontal velocity of the whole body effectively and the inclination angular displacement of the handstand, if so he can have the large vertical velocity of the whole body. By using the acquired the velocity and the angular momentum of the whole body, he can vault himself higher and twist sufficiently, then he can get better if the body could be tilted by swinging both arms and perform the cat twist with a little flexions at hip joints. According to the above outcomes we can judge that the best athletes is LuBin, the better is YTY, and the next is JSM.

창작그림동화의 독창성 연구 (Original expression of the creative chidren's picture-book)

  • 국내 출판시장 규모는 (문화체육부 통계자료) 세계 시장 규모 7위로, 아동도서 출판 이 세계 3위 수준에 달하는 출판현황은 그 양적 성장에 비하여 책이 종류와 장르의 은 한정되고 있는 상황이다. 외국의 아동 출판계는‘복합출판’으로 동화 한 종을 보더라도 인형, 오디오, 게임, CD롬 타이틀 등을 동시에 내놓는 상황으로, 심지어 기획단계 부터 비디오(만화영화)도 고려한다. 이에 비해 국내 아동출판의 대부분은 학습지가 점유하고 있다. 90년대 들어 고학력 부모들의 신중한 책 선택도 아동 출판계의 변화 배경으로 꼽힌다. 이런 풍요 속 빈곤의 문제점은 $^{(1)}$지난해(1997)나온, 우리 그림책의 1백 90여권이 번역물로, 실리적 측면에서 국내 기획물 이 빈약한 실정이다. “강아지 똥”은 국내기획의 창작 그림책 중 1만 5000부가 나가는 상업적 성공을 거둔 것을 보면, 기획력에 따라 우리 창작물도 얼마든지 시장을 확보할 수 있음을 제시한다. 자연이 소중함을 한국적 삽화와 곁들여 출판한“강아지 똥”창작그림동화책의 인기는 판매량 면에서도, 많은 독자들의 우리 책 선호를 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 창작동화의 전망 찾기의 모토로서, 어린이 창작그림동화책 가운데 $^{(2)}$베스트셀러로서 외국 번역창작동화그림책“누가 내 머리에 똥 쌌어”과 우리의 창작그림동화책인“강아지 똥”을 그림동화 기획(주제, 글, 일러스트, 편집디자인)의 독창적 구성요소들을 중심으로 연구.검토하여, 세계 속의 한국의 창작그림동화책 만들기를 보다 전문적이고 예술성 높은 그림책의 내적 구조, 창의성(글과 그림)의 관계, 이미지의 풍부한 내용을 표현한 새로운 조형언어를 통하여 어린이를 위한 출판그림의 우수성 향상을 목적으로, 장르별로 문학적.예술적.교육적 요소를 포함한 우리 창작그림동화책 기획 및 발전의 계기를 부여함으로써, 우리 어린이에게 궁극적으로는 삶의 가치를 높여주는‘이야기가 담겨진 그림이 있는 책’인 좋은 창작그림동화책의 기획을 예시하고자 한다.

철봉 엔도 360°엘그립 동작의 기술분석 (Kinematical Analysis of Endo 360° El-grip in Horizontal Bar)

  • This study was attempted to Kinematical characteristics of the Endo $360^{\circ}$El-grip Swing on the horizontal bar. To do this, we selected and analyzed the performance of two athletes who did Endo $360^{\circ}$El-grip Swing in the horizontal bar competition of male artistic gymnastic in the 22nd Universiad Games 2003 Daegu. We drew the conclusions from the kinematical factors that were came out through analyzing three-dimensional cinematography of the athletes' movements, by using two video cameras. In point of analyzing the actual competition situation, it is expected that gymnastics and coaches have the effective informations, and the following conclusion had resulted. 1. When performing Endo $360^{\circ}$El-Grip, the average for entire required time was $1.93{\pm}0.06sec$. The average for descent phase time was $0.24{\pm}0.02sec$, ascent phase time was 0.22${\pm}0.07sec$, connecting phase time was $0.87{\pm}0.07sec$, and El-Grip phase time was $0.61{\pm}0.02sec$. The descent phase need short period of time but however to have a stable performance, ensuring ascent and connecting phase time are needed. El-Grip phase need short period of time to have a stable re-grasp. 2. To have a convenient preparation for El-Grip in descent and ascent phase, lowering CM, and ease up in sway and plunge from the High Bar would make descent and ascent even more faster and would have increase effect in trunk rotation. 3. In descent and ascent phase, if shoulder angle and arm slope is dwindling then it would effect rotation angle so might risk it from hitting a Bar when putting legs in and out. 4. In connecting phase, it requires some time to show stable performance when El-Grip phase is continued by using hip angle which would make trunk rotation angle bigger and make descent and ascent time slower. 5. In El-Grip phase, when doing motions like hand standing. using hip angle more than maximum would make CM even faster and it is stable position while performing.
