  • 자체방제계획서는 위험물질의 등급, 주위환경의 피해, 사고대응계획 등으로 구성된 체계적인 관리제도이다. 자체 방제계획서 작성지원 프로그램의 개발 목적은 사고를 예방하고, 사고를 제어할 수 있도록 안전관리 시스템을 각 시설에 제공하는 것이다. 이 프로그램은 MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), SOP(Standard Operation Procedure), ERP(Emergency Response Plan) 등 일반적인 안전관련 자료를 포함하고 있다. 자체방제계획서는 위험 확인, 평가, 예방 계획, 안전 분석 등으로 구성되어있다. 또한, 자체방제계획서 작성지원 프로그램은 정부 또는 관련 기관이 중소기업에서 발생 가능한 사고를 관리하는데 유용하다.

2액형 우레탄도료의 적정 소모량 연구 (A Study on Suitable the Amount of Consumption of 2K Urethane Paint)

  • Paint is used as top coat in Automobile Refinishing that is divided into 1K paint of base type and 2K paint of urethane type. after using 1K paint, it can be reusable. However 2K paint is not available that is mixed a certain amount of base with hardner, so 2K paint has to be used all at a time or discarded the rest. This study covered that colored Urethane paint and colorless urethane paint in top coating process of AR. Top coat urethane paint is divided into colored urethane paint and transparent urethane paint like clear coat. Colored urethane paint is used for paint that contains resin, pigment, solvent and additives. It is color such as black and white. While transparent urethane paint is used for paint that contains resin, solvent and additives. Urethane paint has a paint system that cur after several hours of mixing base and hardner. By a paint technician of a field and empirical data, we can also recognize that according to worker's paint style and experience, although he or she paint same car model and area, paint use of one's is different. There aren't guidelines workers refer to about paint use by car models and work scope because ARP works various car models that are in different color, size and area. After using urethane paint, the rest of paint has come, and there are highs and lows in paint use each time he or she works. Therefore, this study suggest a basic guideline to use paint efficiently and regularly by understanding area, the type of work, and paint use that are appropriate for each car model and regardless of workers and work scopes in AR.

계층 분석적 의사결정방법을 이용한 경종작물분야 미래유망기술의 우선순위 설정 (Priority Setting for Future Core Technologies in Crops Research using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • 사전에 수행된 델파이 조사의 기초자료를 이용하여 경종작물분야 미래유망기술들을 AHP방법을 사용하여 우선순위를 설정하였다. 8명의 전문가가 응답한 설문조사에서는 평가대항목중 공공성이 0.390으로 가장 중요하게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로는 기술성이 0.388,시장성은 0.223으로 나타났다 각 평가소항목의 세부적 중요도는 기술성 측면에서는 기술실현성, 기술파급성, 기술독창성 순으로, 시장성 측면에서는 시장성장성, 투자수익성, 시장규모성 순으로,공공성 측면에서는 국가전략과의 부합성, 산업파급성. 사회영향성 순으로 중요하게 나타났다. 각 기술군 중 중요도가 가장 높은 기술은 I군의 기술 중에서는 '친환경 저투입, 생산비절감 작물 재배기술이 개발된다'의 기술이 중요도가 0.836으로 가장 높게 나타났다. II군의 기술 중에서는 '생명공학기술을 이용한 작물의 유전자 탐색, 형질전환 및 상업화기술이 개발된다'의 기술이 중요도가 0.772로 가장 높게 나타났다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간헐수문과정인 일강수계열의 모의발생 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구(I)에서는 교대재생과정을 이용하여 강수발생과정을 해석하였으며, 본 연구(II)에서는 강수발생과정으로 Markov 연쇄를 이용하고 습윤일의 강수량 분포를 조합하여 일 강수계열을 모의발생하는 추계학적 모델을 개발하였다. Markov 연쇄로는 상태 2(건조, 습윤)의 1차 연쇄를 사용하였으며, 습윤일의 강수량 분포는 연속확률분포인 Gamma, Pearson Type-III(PT3), Extremal Type-III(T3E), Weibull 분포를 적용하였다. 일 강수계열 자료의 계절적 변동성을 고려하여 월별로 분리하여 해석하였으며, 강수발생과정과 습윤일의 강수량과정을 조합하여 구성한 두 개의 모의발생 모델 M-W, M-G 모델을 낙동강과 섬진강 유역의 7개 관측소에 적용하여 관측치와 모의발생치를 비교하므로써 모의발생 모델의 적용성을 확인하였다.

Validation of housekeeping genes as candidate internal references for quantitative expression studies in healthy and nervous necrosis virus-infected seven-band grouper (Hyporthodus septemfasciatus)

  • Background: In the present study, we evaluated four commonly used housekeeping genes, viz., actin-β, elongation factor-1α (EF1α), acidic ribosomal protein (ARP), and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) as internal references for quantitative analysis of immune genes in nervous necrosis virus (NNV)-infected seven-band grouper, Hyporthodus septemfasciatus. Methods: Expression profiles of the four genes were estimated in 12 tissues of healthy and infected seven-band grouper. Expression stability of the genes was calculated using the delta Ct method, BestKeeper, NormFinder, and geNorm algorithms. Consensus ranking was performed using RefFinder, and statistical analysis was done using GraphpadPrism 5.0. Results: Tissue-specific variations were observed in the four tested housekeeping genes of healthy and NNV-infected seven-band grouper. Fold change calculation for interferon-1 and Mx expression using the four housekeeping genes as internal references presented varied profiles for each tissue. EF1α and actin-β was the most stable expressed gene in tissues of healthy and NNV-infected seven-band grouper, respectively. Consensus ranking using RefFinder suggested EF1α as the least variable and highly stable gene in the healthy and infected animals. Conclusions: These results suggest that EF1α can be a fairly better internal reference in comparison to other tested genes in this study during the NNV infection process. This forms the pilot study on the validation of reference genes in Hyporthodus septemfasciatus, in the context of NNV infection.

전립선 암세포에 대한 봉약침액(蜂藥浸液) 및 Melittin 약침액(藥浸液)의 항암(抗癌) 기전(機轉) 연구(硏究) (The Study of Anti-cancer Mechanism with Bee Venom and Melittin on Human Prostatic Cancer Cell)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-caner effect of Bee Venom and Melittin on the prostatic cancer cell(PC-3). The goal of study is to ascertain whether Bee Venom and Melittin inhibits the cell growth and cell cycle of PC-3, or the expression of relative genes and whether the regression of PC-3 cell growth is due to cell death or the expression of gene related to apoptosis. Methods : After the treatment of Pc-3 cells with Bee Venom and Melittin, we performed Fluorescence microscope, MTT assay, Western blotting, Flow cytometry, PAGE electrophoresis and Surface plasmon resonance analysis to identify the cell viability, apoptosis and gene related to apoptosis. Results : 1. Compared with Control cell, the inhibition of cell growth reduced in proportion with the dose of Bee Venom or Melittin($0{\sim}10{\mu}g/ml$) in PC-3. 2. In PC-3, Cell viabilities of Bee Venom or Melittin treatment was decreased significantly. 3. The nucli of Control cells were stained round and homogenous in DAPI staining, but those of PC-3 were stained condense and splitted. 4. In PC-3, apoptosis of Bee Venom or Melittin treatment was increased significantly. 5. Bax, Caspase-3 and P ARP of Bee Venom or Melittin treatment was increased significantly and Bcl-2 of Bee Venom or Melittin treatment was decreased significantly. Caspase-9 of Bee venom treatment was increased significantly. Conclusion : These results indicate that Bee Venom and Melittin inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells, has anti-cancer effects by inducing apoptosis. We wish that the anti-cancer effects of Bee Venom and Melittin are used to clinical caner treatment.

A Hyper Suprime-Cam View of the Interacting Galaxies of the M81 Group - Structures and Stellar Populations

  • Over the last decade, deep studies of nearby galaxies have led to the discovery of vast stellar envelopes that are often rich in substructure. These components are naturally predicted in models of hierarchical galaxy assembly, and their observed properties place important constraints on the amount, nature, and history of satellite accretion. One of the most effective ways of mapping the peripheral regions of galaxies is through resolved star studies. Using wide-field cameras equipped to 8 m class telescopes, it has recently become possible to extend these studies to systems beyond the Local Group. Located at a distance of 3.6 Mpc, M81 is a prime target for wide-field mapping of its resolved stellar content. In this talk, we present the detailed results from our deep wide-field imaging survey of the M81 group with the Hyper Suprime-Cam (HSC), on the Subaru Telescope. We report on the analysis of the structures, stellar populations, and metallicities of old dwarf galaxies such as NGC3077, IKN, KDG061, as well as young stellar systems such as Arp's Loop and Holmberg IX. Several candidates for yet-undiscovered faint dwarf galaxies and young stellar clumps in the M81 group will also be introduced. The peculiar galaxy NGC3077 has been classified as the irregular galaxy. Okamoto et al. (2015, ApJ 809, L1) discovered an extended halo structure with S-shape elongated tails, obvious feature of tidal interaction. With a help of numerical simulation by Penarrubia et al. (2009, ApJ 698, 222), we will demonstrate that this tidal feature was formed during the latest close encounters between M81, M82, and NGC 3077, which induced star formation in tidally stripped gas far from the main bodies of galaxies. It is not clear whether the latest tidal interaction was the first close encounters of three galaxies. If NGC3077 is still surrounded by the dark matter halo, it implies that NGC3077 has undergone the first tidal stripping by larger companions. Kinematic studies of inter galactic globular clusters and planetary nebulae would tell us the past history of tidal interaction in this group of galaxies.

5-Aminoisoquinolinone Reduces the Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-C via the Nuclear Factor-kappa B Signaling Pathway in CT26 Cells

  • Objective: VEGF-C has recently been identified as a key molecule which is involved in tumor lymphangiogenesis. The aim of this research was to investigate the role of PARP-1 inhibition in the regulation of VEGF-C expression in CT26 cells. Methods: CT26 cells were treated with or without the PARP-1 inhibitor 5-aminoisoquinolinone (5-AIQ). The expression of PARP-1, NF-kB, and VEGF-C proteins in CT26 cells was measured by Western blot analysis and the VEGF-C mRNA level was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). CT26-secreted VEGF-C was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The results of Western blot analysis showed that the expression levels of PARP-1, NF-kB, and VEGF-C were reduced in 5-AIQ treated CT26 cells and the levels of VEGF-C mRNA in 5-AIQ treated CT26 were significantly lower than t in 5-AIQ-untreated cells (P<0.05). The concentrations of CT26-secreted VEGF-C were also dramatically decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Here, we provide evidence for the first time that PARP-1 inhibition dramatically reduces VEGF-C expression via the nuclear factor NF-kB signaling pathway. We therefore propose that PARP-1 inhibition has an anti-lymphangiogenic effect and may contribute to the prevention of metastatic dissemination via the lymphatic system.

초음속 제트에서의 유동 특성 및 소음 예측에 관한 연구 (Experimental study on the Supersonic Jet Noise and Its Prediction)

  • 본 논문에서는 초음속 제트로부터 유발되는 소음의 특성을 실험적으로 분석하고, 기존의 소음예측식을 사용하여 비교해 봄으로서 예측식의 적용가능 범위를 살펴보았다. 실험을 위하여 제작된 초음속제트 발생장치의 출구마하수를 측정하기 위하여 정체실의 온도, 압력과 함께 피토 튜브를 이용하였고, 결과를 쉐도우 그래프 가시화 방법을 사용하여 얻은 결과와 비교하였다. 제트소음의 스펙트럼을 관찰한 결과, 불완전 팽창의 제트 유동에서 발생하는 충격파 관련 소음인 광대역 소음과 스크리치 톤 소음의 경향이 나타는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 아음속 조건에서는 큰 난류 구조에 의해 발생되는 난류 혼합 소음에 의하여 흐름방향으로 강한 방향성을 나타내었고, 초음속 조건에서는 충격파 관련 소음이 흐름의 상류 방향으로도 강하게 전파됨을 확인 하였다. 그리고 제트 엔진의 소음 예측 프로그램인 ARP876D 코드를 이용하여 실험에서 측정한 스펙트럼과 비교해 본 결과 아음속 영역에서보다는 초음속 영역에서 더 좋은 결과를 보였다.

ARPS 움직임 추정과 POCS 복원을 동시에 이용하는 HR 영상 재구성 (Reconstruction of High Resolution Images by ARPS Motion Estimation and POCS Restoration)

  • POCS (projection onto convex sets)를 이용하는 고해상도 영상 재구성에서는 재구성 연산 사이에 프레임간 움직임을 추정함으로써 양질의 HR (high resolution) 영상을 얻을 수 있으나, 반복적인 움직임 추정으로 인해 연산량은 증가한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 ARPS (adaptive rood pattern search) 움직임 추정법을 수정하여 연산량을 줄이면서, 움직임 추정과 POCS 복원을 동시에 수행하는 HR 영상의 재구성 알고리즘을 제안한다. ARPS에서 필요한 기준 움직임의 값으로 POCS 복원의 이전 단계에서 추정한 움직임 벡터의 값과 위상 상관도법으로 얻은 값을 이용하여 연산량을 줄였다. 또한, 추정된 움직임을 정규화하여 그 정확도를 더욱 향상시켰다. 실험 결과, 전체탐색 블록 정합법과 POCS를 동시에 수행하여 영상을 재구성한 경우와 비교했을 때 유사한 화질의 HR 영상을 약 30배 빠르게 재구성하였다.
