A Study on the Open Access Model for Scholarly Communication (정보공유적 모델 기반의 학술커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구: 저작권을 중심으로)

  • The ownership of scholarly communication, i.e. copyright is very important to solve the problem of access to many academic journals in network environment. The purpose of this article is to give a conceptual model for the open access based scholarly communication. The main point of this model is for the authors of research paper to retain copyright on their works and to license the work whenever it is reproduced or redistributed for non-profit use with academic purpose. And library have to construct full text journal databases under this open access license.

Structural characterization of Pt/Co modulated films by X-ray diffraction (X선회절에 의한 Pt/Co 인공격자 다층막의 구조평가)

  • X-ray diffraction patterns of Pt/Co modulated films prepared by RF comagnetron sputtering method was investigated. Modulated films ([$Pt10.7\AA/Co2.8{\AA}{\times}{12}$]) were deposited on glass substrate with various sputtering conditions : sputtering with variations of gas pressures, sputtering with Xe instead Ar gas, and etching of the buffer layers. In order to obtain the structural information of Pt/Co modulated films, the structural model was constructed and calculated data of the model were compared with experimental ones. Comparison results showed that there were good agreements in satellite peak position and its intensity between them. This suggests that the realistic Pt/Co modulated film can be reproduced by our structure model.

  • In this paper, we investigates the long-term memory and the Correct answer rate of the foreign exchange data (Yen/Dollar) that is one of economic time series, There are many cases where two kinds of fractal dimensions exist in time series generated from dynamical systems such as AR models that are typical models having a short terrr memory, The sample interval separating from these two dimensions are denoted by kcrossover. Let the fractal dimension be $D_1$ in K < $k^{crossover}$,and $D_2$ in K > $k^{crossover}$ from the statistics mode. In usual, Statistic models have dimensions D1 and D2 such that $D_1$ < $D_2$ and $D_2\cong2$ But it showed a result contrary to this in the real time series such as NIKKEL The exchange data that is one of real time series have relation of $D_1$ > $D_2$ When the interval between data increases, the correlation between data increases, which is quite a peculiar phenomenon, We predict exchange data by neural networks, We confirm that $\beta$ obrained from prediction errors and D calculated from time series data precisely satisfy the relationship $\beta$ = 2-2D which is provided from a non-linear model having fractal dimension, And We identified that the difference of fractal dimension appeaed in the Correct answer rate.

Muscle Fatigue Assessment using Hilbert-Huang Transform and an Autoregressive Model during Repetitive Maximum Isokinetic Knee Extensions (슬관절의 등속성 최대 반복 신전시 Hilbert-Huang 변환과 AR 모델을 이용한 근피로 평가)

  • In the working population, muscle fatigue and musculoskeletal discomfort are common, which, in the case of insufficient recovery may lead to musculoskeletal pain. Workers suffering from musculoskeletal pains need to be rehabilitated for recovery. Isokinetic testing has been used in physical strengthening, rehabilitation and post-operative orthopedic surgery. Frequency analysis of electromyography (EMG) signals using the mean frequency (MNF) has been widely used to characterize muscle fatigue. During isokinetic contractions, EMG signals present strong nonstationarities. Hilbert-Haung transform (HHT) and autoregressive (AR) model have been known more suitable than Fourier or wavelet transform for nonstationary signals. Moreover, several analyses have been performed within each active phase during isokinetic contractions. Thus, the aims of this study were i) to determine which one was better suitable for the analysis of MNF between HHT and AR model during repetitive maximum isokinetic extensions and ii) to investigate whether the analysis could be repeated for sequential fixed epoch lengths. Seven healthy volunteers (five males and two females) performed isokinetic knee extensions at $60^{\circ}/s$ and $240^{\circ}/s$ until 50% of the maximum peak torque was reached. Surface EMG signals were recorded from the rectus femoris of the right thigh. An algorithm detecting the onset and offset of EMG signals was applied to extract each active phase of the muscle. Following the results, slopes from the least-square error linear regression of MNF values showed that muscle fatigue of all subjects occurred. The AR model is better suited than HHT for estimating MNF from nonstationary EMG signals during isokinetic knee extensions. Moreover, the linear regression can be extracted from MNF values calculated by sequential fixed epoch lengths (p> 0.0I).

  • River and groundwater stages are the main elements in the hydrologic cycle. They are spatially correlated and can be used to evaluate hydrological and agricultural drought. Stochastic simulation is often performed independently on hydrological variables that are spatiotemporally correlated. In this setting, interdependency across mutual variables may not be maintained. This study proposes the Bayesian vector autoregression model (VAR) to capture the interdependency between multiple variables over time. VAR models systematically consider the lagged stages of each variable and the lagged values of the other variables. Further, an autoregressive model (AR) was built and compared with the VAR model. It was confirmed that the VAR model was more effective in reproducing observed interdependency (or cross-correlation) between river and ground stages, while the AR generally underestimated that of the observed.

  • In this paper, we propose technologies for enhancing the immersive realization of virtual objects in AR-based product design. Generally, multimodal senses such as visual/auditory/tactile feedback are well known as a method for enhancing the immersion in case of interaction with virtual objects. By adapting tangible objects we can provide touch sensation to users. A 3D model of the same scale overlays the whole area of the tangible object so the marker area is invisible. This contributes to enhancing immersion. Also, the hand occlusion problem when the virtual objects overlay the user's hands is partially solved, providing more immersive and natural images to users. Finally, multimodal feedback also creates better immersion. In our work, both vibrotactile feedback through page motors, pneumatic tactile feedback, and sound feedback are considered. In our scenario, a game-phone model is selected, by way of proposed augmented vibrotactile feedback, hands occlusion-reduced visual effects and sound feedback are provided to users. These proposed methodologies will contribute to a better immersive realization of the conventional AR system.

An Implementation of Markerless Augmented Reality Using Efficient Reference Data Sets (효율적인 레퍼런스 데이터 그룹의 활용에 의한 마커리스 증강현실의 구현)

  • This paper presents how to implement Markerless Augmented Reality and how to create and apply reference data sets. There are three parts related with implementation: setting camera, creation of reference data set, and tracking. To create effective reference data sets, we need a 3D model such as CAD model. It is also required to create reference data sets from various viewpoints. We extract the feature points from the mode1 image and then extract 3D positions corresponding to the feature points using ray tracking. These 2D/3D correspondence point sets constitute a reference data set of the model. Reference data sets are constructed for various viewpoints of the model. Fast tracking can be done using a reference data set the most frequently matched with feature points of the present frame and model data near the reference data set.

  • 기후변화에 따른 강우특성의 변화는 다양한 기상이변과 극한사상의 발현으로 사회적 관심이 높아지고 있는 이슈이다. 일반적인 기후변화 연구는 전지구 기후 모델 (GCM, General Circulation Model) 산출물에 기반하여 생산된 미래 기상정보를 바탕으로 이루어진다. 최근 국내 연구에서 주로 활용되는 자료는 IPCC 5차보고서(AR5)의 과학적 기반자료로 활용되는 CMIP5(Coupled Model Intercomparison Project, phase 5) GCM 산출물이다. 수자원, 농업, 경제의 다양한 분야에서 기후변화 영향평가가 심층적으로 이루어지고 있는 가운데 미래기간에 대한 GCM 산출물에 대한 신뢰성에 대한 평가 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 모델의 신뢰성은 산출물의 실제 현상에 대한 재현성을 평가함으로서 가늠할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한반도 지역에 대한 전지구 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 동아시아 지역의 격자단위 관측자료를 수집하여 과거기간(1970~2005)에 대한 강우특성 공간분포를 분석하고 이에 대한 GCM 산출물의 재현성을 평가하였다. 위도와 경도에 따른 강우특성의 공간적 변동성에 대한 GCM 결과의 상관성과 평균/절대오차를 산정하여 29개 CMIP5 GCM의 순위를 결정하여 제시하였다. 이 분석은 동아시아 해안지역과 한반도 지역을 구분하고 다양한 강우특성에 대한 재현성을 통합적으로 고려하여 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 오차 통계와 대상지역에 따라 GCM 순위가 상이하게 나타났으며 특히 공간분포의 패턴과 절대적 오차를 기준으로 판단한 GCM 순위가 크게 다르게 나타났다. 대체로 Hadley Centre 계열 모델의 동아시아 지역에 대한 강우특성 재현성이 높게 나타났으며 한반도 지역만을 대상으로 평가했을 때 MPI_ESM_MR과 CMCC center 계열 모델의 재현성이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 한반도 지역의 기후변화 영향평가에 가중있게 고려되어야 할 GCM의 선정과 GCM 성능고려에 따른 기후변화 예측 불확실성 평가에 적용될 수 있으며 다양한 영향평가 연구결과의 신뢰도 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Long-term Simulation of Water Temperature in Soyanggang Reservoir in Response to RCP 4.5 Climate Scenario (RCP 4.5 기후 시나리오에 따른 소양호 수온 변화 장기 모의)

  • 기후변화로 의한 기온의 상승은 가뭄, 홍수와 같은 재해를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 깊은 호수나 저수지와 같은 수자원에도 용존 산소, 물질, 영양소 및 식물플랑크톤의 수직적 분포 등과 같은 다양한 부분에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 목적은 SWAT, HEC-ResSim 및 CE-QUAL-W2(이하 W2)모델을 사용하여 미래의 기후 변화에 따른 소양호의 수온, 성층강도 및 열적 안정성의 변화를 장기 예측하고 그 영향을 평가하는데 있다. W2 모델의 보정은 2005 년부터 2015 년까지의 실측 과거 데이터를 이용하여 보정하였고 기후변화 시나리오는 IPCC의 AR5 RCP 4.5 시나리오를 사용하였다. 기후자료는 GCM 모델인 HadGEM2-AO 결과를 상세화하여 모의기간의 자료를 생성하였다. SWAT모델을 이용하여 모의기간인 2016 년부터 2070 년까지 일단위로 저수지 유입을 예측했으며 HEC-ResSim모델을 이용하여 소양강댐 저수지 운영 조건에 따라 저수지 방류량 및 수위 변화를 모의하였다. 수온 해석을 위해 W2를 적용하여 저수지의 장기간의 수온 변화를 예측하였다. 결과적으로 대기 온도는 $0.0279^{\circ}C/year$(p < 0.05) 상승할 것으로 예측되었으며, 동일기간 상층(수면으로부터 5m 깊이)과 하층 (바닥으로부터 5m 높이) 수온은 각각 $0.0191^{\circ}C$/년(p < 0.05) 및 $0.008^{\circ}C$/년(p < 0.05) 상승할 것으로 예측되었다. 모의된 수온을 계절별로 분석했을 때 상층수온은 여름철 가장 큰 폭으로 상승하였으며 하층의 경우 겨울철에 가장 큰 폭으로 상승하였다. 계절별 상-하층 수온의 차는 여름이 가장 컸으며, 겨울에 온도차가 가장 작았다. 또한 미래 온도의 상승에 따라, 소양호의 성층 강도가 강해지는 경향을 보였으며 상층 및 하층의 온도차 $5^{\circ}C$를 기준으로 성층이 형성되는 기간은 큰 변동이 없었으나 소멸되는 시점이 점점 늦어지는 추세를 보여 성층 형성 기간이 길어지는 것으로 나타났다. 저수지 표면의 수온 상승은 식물플랑크톤의 계절 성장률에 영향을 미쳤는데, 특정 조건에서 규조류는 최적 성장 범위를 벗어나는 고온 조건에서 성장속도가 감소하였으나 녹조류와 남조류의 출현 시기가 빨라지며 장기화될 것으로 예측되었다.
