본 논문은 4K UHD 입력 영상에 대한 HEVC 고속 부호화를 위하여 대부분의 상용 CPU 및 AP 에서 사용되고 있는 SIMD (Single Instruction Mutiple Data) 명령어를 사용한 고속의 정수 화소 단위 움직임 추정 방법에 대한 연구이다. 특히, IT 기기에서의 고속 동영상 부호화를 위해 기존의 SIMD 명령어를 개량하여 동일한 CPU 실행시간에 다수의 움직임 추정을 수행할 수 있는 SIMD 명령어를 사용하여 보다 같은 실행시간에 보다 넓은 영역에 대한 움직임 벡터 탐색을 수행할 수 있도록 Search Box 기법을 새로이 개발하고 이를 토대로 기존 HEVC 에서 사용되고 있는 움직임 추정 방법에 대하여 연산시간을 줄이는 동시에 화질 열화를 최소화 시킬 수 있는 방법에 대하여 논한다.

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the limited posterior approach for the surgical treatment of intraarticular fracture of calcaneus. Materials and Methods: From March 2000 to February 2006, we studied retrospectively 186 patients, 203 cases who were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through limited posterior approach and were followed up for more than 1 year. The clinical results were evaluated with Creighton-Nebraska score and circle draw test after 1 year. We checked simple AP, lateral, axial and Broden's view preoperatively and 1 year after surgery, and compared $B{\ddot{o}}hler$ angle and Gissane angle. Results: By Creighton-Nebraska score, Sanders type 2 was 86.4, type 3 was 74.3, type 4 was 62.4. And by circle draw test, type 2 was 8.9 cm, type 3 was 7.2 cm, type 4 was 5.9 cm. $B{\ddot{o}}hler$ angle and Gissane angle were $7.6^{\circ}$, $102.4^{\circ}$, and it increased to $23.5^{\circ}$, $128.6^{\circ}$ after postoperative 1 year. Conclusion: Limited posterior approach for the surgical treatment of intraarticular fracture of calcaneus was considered to an effective treatment modality.

Purpose: We report a case that iatrogenic dorsiflexion deformity after hallux valgus surgery treated successfully with crescenteric plantar flexion metatarsal osteotomy. Materials and Methods: 43 years old female who suffered from left fore foot pain and deformity after hallux valgus surgery was evaluated. Results: Preoperatively she did not put on ordinary shoes and had had persistent pain and discomfort on 1st metatarsal area. She also had a callus on plantar surface of 2nd metatarsal head. Simple AP and Lateral x-ray identified that 1st metatarsal bone had a 23 degree dorsiflexion deformity. For correction of deformity, plantarflexion crescenteric osteotomy was performed on proximal 1st metatarsal area. After operation, All of symptom eliciting patient was gone and 43 points of AOFAS scale preoperatively improve 100 points and the patient very satisfied. Post operative x-ray was showing complete correction of deformity. Conclusion: As a treatment of iatrogenic dorsiflexion deformity after hallux valgus surgery, the crescenteric plantar flexion osteotomy can be good and safe modality for correction.
