열처리한 $CaO-SiO_2-H_2O$계의 수열반응과 이의 응용에 관한 연구 (Re-hydration of Heat-treated $CaO-SiO_2-H_2O$ System and Their Application under Hydrothermal Condition)

  • Re-hydration properties of heated and ground CaO-SiO2-H2O system were studied under hydrothermal condition in order to examine the possibility of recycling ALC waste as raw materials of ALC. Powder of calcium silicate hydrates and ALC waste without heat treatment did not show further hydration while those of heat-treated at proper temperature showed re-hydration properties under hydrothermal condition. The lath-like shape of initially synthesized tobermorite was gradually turned into small debris during heating and plate-like tobermorite was crystallized during re-hydration of the heated powders. Heated and ground ALC waste could be added to natural raw mix for ALC at the ammount up to 20% with increased compressive strength and up to 30% with slightly decreased compressive strength. The optimum heating temperature of ALC for recycling was about 50$0^{\circ}C$.

ALC 축분 발효퇴비 시용 및 논오리 사육이 벼 수량 및 미질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Fermented Cattle Manure Compost Incoporated Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) Waste and Raising Duck in Rice Paddy Field on Rice Yield and Quality.)

  • 축산폐기물을 산업에서 발생하는 무기계 ALC폐기물을 이용하여 발효된 퇴비의 효과를 벼 재배논에서 검토하고 유기농법과 관련하여 논오리 사육에 의한 쌀 품질 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. ALC이용 축분발효퇴비 10a당 2,000kg 시용하였을 때 쌀 수량은 468kg/10a로서 표준비(화학비료)대비 2.9% 정도 감수되었으며 ALC이용 퇴비 1,000kg + 오리방사 처리구에서도 4.1% 감수된 근소한 수량차이를 보여 신유기질비료로서 그 효과가 인정되었다. 2. 쌀의 품질은 처리가 큰 차이는 없었으나 ALC이용 퇴비 $1,500{\sim}2,000kg$ 시용구에서 완전미 비율이 다소 높았고 심복백도 적어 외형미질이 양호하였으며 Mg/K 비율은 ALC이용 퇴비 1,000kg + 오리방사구에서 0.26으로 가장 높았으며 ALC이용 퇴비 1,500${\sim}$2,000kg시용에서도 $0.23{\sim}0.24$로 높은 경향으로 미질개선 효과가 기대되었다. 3. 아밀로그램 특성에서도 ALC 이용 퇴비 1,000㎏ + 오리방사, 1,500kg, 2,000kg 시용시 최고, 최저 점도가 높고 응집성이 낮아 미립 물리성이 양호하였다. 4. 오리방사에 의한 잡초방제효과는 93%로서 제초제 처리구와 대동소이하여 제초제를 사용치 않고 오리사육에 의해 잡초방제가 가능하였으며, 오리수확후 증체량이 마리당 1,159g으로서 유기물공급원 및 잡초방제효과 뿐만 아니라 농가소득원으로서도 그 가치가 있었다.

ALC(Autoclaved Light-weight Concrete)를 이용한 생물학적 반응벽체에 관한 연구

  • The physical and chemical characteristics of ALC were analyzed and showed 2.2 of specific gravity and 9.05 of pH. The results of leaching tests with standard method for soil and waste indicated heavy metals(Cu, Cd, Pb, $Cr^{6+}$) were under maximum concentration level. The anaerobic digestion sludge was attached in the surface of ALC within 90 hours. As the results of batch test, pH of the ALC and Bio-ALC were decreased from initial pH of ALC to 8.7 and 7.8 respectively Also, the concentration of heavy metals was rapidly eliminated in the solution with the batch test. The result of column experiment indicates that the removal efficiency of ALC was showed 66% of T-P, 60% of T-N, and 67% of CODcr. Also, removal efficiency of Bio-ALC was slightly higher than that of ALC in T-N (64%) and CODcr (74%).

경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 인과 질소 및 음이온계면활성제 제거 (Removing of Phosphate, Nitrogen and Anion surfactants in the Wastewater using ALC)

  • This research was carried out investigate the removed T-P, T-N and anion surfactants using Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete(ALC) in wastewater treatment system. Effects of pH, TDS on aqueous solution was measured. Specific area which measured by BET was $27.66m^2/g$. The phosphorous, nitrogen and anion surfactants removal efficiencies were examined by using artificial waste water(T-P : 66~73mg/L, T-N : 56~136mg/L and anion surfactants : 10~31mg/L). The results showed that the ALC was effective material as a adsorbent due to the structure and porosity. It was found that anion surfactants removed was 85~95%, phosphate removed was 92% and nitrogen removed was 90% in artificial wastewater. Agitation process was more effective than aeration process in that case of nitrogen removal system using ALC.

수열처리에 의한 폐병유리의 다공질 재료화 (Porous Materials from Waste Bottle Glasses by Hydrothermal Treatment)

  • Porous materials were manufactured by hydrothermal treatment of waste bottle glass without foam agent. Factorial design was applied to analyze data by statistical methods and deal with the important factors for a process. The largest effect for porosity was for temperature of hydrothermal treatment. Amount of water and temperature-water interaction appeared to have little effect. The particle size of raw material was also identified as a major factor by one-way ANOVA and the porosity decreased as the size increased. The sintering temperature was not statistically significant for the porosity but was significant for the pore size. The porous material had compressive strength and thermal conductivity comparing with those of ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete), although it has higher porosity than for ALC.

  • In recent days. it is necessary to find environment-friendly way of diposing industrial waste and reclying system. So this study will analyze the property of Porous concrete improved by concrete waste powder and recycled lightweight aggregate and then suggest the ways of reclying. The method deals with experimenting unit weight of capacity. thermal conductivity, compression and ultrasonic pluse velocity. Considering the relation between ultrasonic pluse velocity and unit weight & thermal conductivity through the graph. the result of relation between ultrasonic pluse velocity and unit weight & thermal conductivity on the graph expessed their high interaction shown as direct proportion on the graph. Recycled Porous concrete merits lightweight and adiabatic. Therefore. we will expect that the current using ALC and Recycled Porous concrete has be similar thermal conductivity.

  • Recently, waste concrete emission has been increased by acceleration of urban development and the rapid growth of redevelopment projects, so recycling of waste concrete is actively progressed, But the usage is limited to a lower value added such as the roadbed material etc. To produce the high quality recycled aggregate, breaking and washing process is added to the existing process and inevitably increases the occurrence of particle, because old mortal is included in the recycled aggregate. Therefore, this study purpose is analysis the properties of lightweight foamed concrete made by waste concrete sludge which is the by-product from produce the recycled aggregate. In result, possibility of manufacture of lightweight foamed concrete which gives equal performance compared with ALC was detect(scope of density : $0.5{\sim}0.6$, scope of compressive strength : $3.5{\sim}4.0MPa$). And scope of porosity is as follow ; total porosity : $27{\sim}30%$, open porosity : $1{\sim}5%$

  • 건축물 에너지 사용량과 온실가스 배출량 감소를 목적으로, 열적 물성 등이 향상된 새로운 단열소재가 개발 사용되는 추세이다. 이중 기존 단열소재의 문제점 (가연성, 처짐, 수분 취약성, 단열성능 저하 등)을 보완한 미네랄 하이드레이트 소재가 새롭게 사용되고 있다. 미네랄 하이드레이트는 건축물 구조체로 사용되는 ALC의 제조방법과 유사하나, 구조체가 아닌 단열소재만으로 사용된다는 특징을 갖는다. 미네랄 하이드레이트 제조를 위해서는 시멘트, 생석회 및 무수석고 등이 사용되며, 무수석고는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수입대체효과 뿐만 아니라, 폐기물 재활용 측면에서 무수석고를 대체하여 석유제조 공정 부산 탈황석고를 사용하고자 하였다. 탈황석고를 미네랄 하이드레이트 원료로 사용할 경우, 무수석고 전량과 생석회 일부를 대체할 수 있었다. 더불어 탈황석고를 사용한 미네랄 하이드레이트는 기존 무수석고 사용시와 유사한 열적, 물리적 특성도 발현되었다.

  • Roll을 사용한 mastication에 의한 polystyrene(단독시와 SBR과의 blend시)의 기계적분열에 대하여 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Polystyrene-SBR blend계에서 polystyrene 성분의 MWD는, original polystyrene속에 존재하는 고분자량의 polymer 분자가 기계적으로 절단되어 소멸하여 보다 낮은 분자량의 polymer 분자를 생성하며, 분포곡선의 정점은 분열이 진행함에 따라 저분자량역으로 이동하고 점차 높은 정점을 가지는 폭이 좁은 곡선으로 되어 최종적으로 비교적 균일한 polymer로 됨을 실증하였다. 2. Polystyrene chain의 절단수는 roll에 의한 mastication time이 길어짐에 따라 증가하였고, 140, 150 alc $160^{\circ}C$에서 각각 100분간 mastication시킨 처리물에서는 $2.36{\times}10^{20}개,\;1.76{\times}10^{20}개\;및\;1.52{\times}10^{20}$개의 분열 polymer가 생성하였다. 3. Polystyrene의 mechanical degradation의 분열속도는 온도가 상승함에 따라 감소되었고, -8.7kcal/mole이란 부(負)의 활성화에너지를 나타내었으며, 따라서 이 경우의 mechanical degradation은 활성화에너지를 기계적으로 공급받는 화학적 process임을 실증하였다.
