The BINSYN program package, recently expanded to calculate synthetic spectra of cataclysmic variables, is being further extended to include synthetic photometry of ordinary binary stars in addition to binary stars with optically thick accretion disks. The package includes a capability for differentials correction optimization of eclipsing binary systems using synthetic photometry.

The ethanol extract of Indigofera cordifolia was studied for in vivo gastroprotective activity, cytotoxic activity against oral tumor and normal cells, multidrug resistance (MDR) reversal activity, anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) activity and radical scavenging activity. The extract of I. cordifolia showed potent gastric mucosal protective activity against stomach injury induced by HCl/EtOH solution. However, the gastroprotective activity could not be related to the radical mechanism, because the extract weakly scavenged both OH radical and $O_2*^-$. The extract also showed promising levels of MDR-reversing activity. This study demonstrates the tumor-specific cytotoxic action of the plant extract. However, the extract had no anti-HIV activity. From above results, the study suggests the medicinal importance of I. cordiforia extract.

The purpose of this study by examine the effect of visual neglect on hemiplegia motor recovery are showing trouble which can be raised by visual neglect and helping the patient's ADL and functional recovering. Among the patients who are being taken physical therapy in many other hospitals in Busan From February 1st 2002 to august 31st, we chose 20 patients as control group who did not have symptoms of visual neglect and 20 other patients who did have as case group. We used Albert's test and line bisection as visual neglect test, and MAS as motor recovery. The average age of the patient group is 51.55 and that of control is 44.9. The men's rate is higher than women' s in both groups. Although the rate of left hemiplegia is higher than right hemiplegia in case group, that of right hemiplegia is higher than left hemiplegia in control group. There is much lesion site of basal ganglia in case group. There is the most amount of transformation of MAS when visual neglect is shorter than 1.5centimeter. Each change of MAS point before and after therapy in case group and control group is revealed $6.5{\pm}4.37$ and $12.5{\pm}5.95$.

This research examines the stock market index determinants and the prediction using the FFT curve fitting of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JKSE) Composite Index during the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper has used daily data of Jakarta Stock Exchange (JKSE) Composite Index, interest rate, and exchange rate from 15 October 2019 to 15 September 2020, and a total of 224 observations, retrieved from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesia Statistics Central Bureau and Observation & Research of Taxation. The study covers descriptive statistics, multicollinearity test, hypothesis tests, determination test, and prediction using FFT curve fitting. The results unveil four fresh and robust evidence. Partially, the interest rate has affected positively and significantly the stock market index. Partially, the exchange rate has affected negatively and significantly the stock market index. The F-test result, interest rate, and exchange rate have significantly affected the stock market index (JKSE) simultaneously. Furthermore, the FFT curve fitting has predicted that the stock market fluctuates and increases over time. The results have shown a strong influence of the independent variables and the dependent variable. The value of Adjusted R-Square is 0.719, which means that the independent variables have simultaneously impacted the dependent variable for 71.9%; other factors have influenced the remaining 28.1%.

사이버 공격, 위협이 복잡해지고 빠르게 진화하면서, 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심 기술인 인공지능(AI)을 이용하여 사이버 위협 탐지 시스템 구축이 계속해서 주목받고 있다. 특히, 기업 및 정부 조직의 보안 운영 센터(Security Operations Center)에서는 보안 오케스트레이션, 자동화, 대응을 뜻하는 SOAR(Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) 솔루션 구현을 위해 AI를 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으며, 이는 향후 예견되는 근거를 바탕으로 한 지식인 사이버 위협 인텔리전스(Cyber Threat Intelligence, CTI) 구축 및 공유를 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 트래픽, 웹 방화벽(WAF) 로그 데이터를 대상으로 한 사이버 위협 탐지 기술 동향을 소개하고, TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) 기술과 자동화된 머신러닝(AutoML)을 이용하여 웹 트래픽 로그 공격 유형을 분류하는 방법을 제시한다.

목적 : 본 연구는 편측 공간무시 환자의 평가도구 중 KF-NAP (Kessler Foundation - Neglect Assessment Process)과 지필검사 (직선이분검사, 글자소거검사, 알버트 검사) 사이의 상관관계와 편측 공간무시에 대한 민감도가 높은 평가도구를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2014년 9월부터 2015년 9월까지 서울 소재의 병원 재활의학과에 입원한 32명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 하였다 (남성 19명, 여성 13명, 평균연령 61.8세). KF-NAP과 지필평가는 입원 7일 이내에 시행하였으며, 각 평가도구의 결과 값으로 편측 공간무시 정도를 비교하였다. 결과 : 편측 공간무시 정도는 KF-NAP 93.8%, 직선이분검사 53.1%, 글자지우기 53.1%, 알버트 검사 37.5%로 편측 공간무시에 대한 민감도가 가장 높은 평가도구는 KF-NAP이었다. KF-NAP은 직선이분검사(r=.430), 글자 지우기(r=.641), 알버트 검사(r=.398) 모두에서 유의한 상관관계가 있었다 (p<0.05). 결론 : KF-NAP은 환자의 일상생활 동안 편측 공간무시를 평가하는 도구로써 지필검사에 비해 편측 공간무시의 진단에 더 민감할 뿐 아니라 편측 공간무시의 중증도에 대한 평가가 가능하다. 따라서 편측 공간무시의 평가에 KF-NAP이 유용하게 사용되어져야 한다.

포스트코로나 시대에 인기가 급상승한 알베르 카뮈의 『페스트』를 빅데이터 분석 도구를 활용하여 전공 강의와 교양 강의에 활용해 보았다. 먼저, 프랑스어 전공 학생들에게는 400여 페이지에 달하는 작품 원문을 빅데이터로 분석하여 어휘의 활용과 등장인물의 등장 횟수를 비교해보도록 하였다. 그 결과를 통해 카뮈의 부조리철학과 『페스트』 작품 속 어휘들이 유사관계를 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 등장인물 또한 저항적 인물들의 비중이 빈번하다는 것을 확인하게 되었다. 교양과목의 학생들에게는 한글번역본으로 작품을 읽게 하여 어휘빈도와 등장인물의 출현 빈도를 확인하도록 하였다. 학생들은 코로나 전염병과 페스트 전염병 사이의 공통점을 통해 『페스트』에 대해 크게 공감하였고, 빅데이터 분석도구를 활용했다는 점에 대해서도 수업만족도가 높았다. 학생들은 『페스트』라는 작품선택에 있어서도, 빅데이터라는 4차 산업혁명의 주요 도구에 대해서도 크게 호응하였다. 문학작품을 전통적 방법에 의존하지 않고 현 세태를 반영하여 강의한다면 비대면 상황에서도 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
