This study looked into conflicts of government policies for oil spill sites which are focusing on Taean-gun after the oil spill in Taean-gun and examined the effects on the conflicts. There are lots of conflicts on the on-going restoration project of fishing ground environment(fishing ground inspection, restoration program development, improvement in fishery biology ecosystem and fishery productivity). For example, these show diverse conflicts between business associates, project processes, business subjects, project participation, and the use of fishing ground. This study found out the first reason of dissatisfaction and conflicts is that there is a difference between groups in terms of political aims and perception. Secondly, lack of communication and cooperation between the center and the provinces, organizations in the provinces, the local government and fishing village cooperatives, fishermen in the fishing industry. Thirdly, the local government and the fishing village head don't show their leadership to improve project performance.

Lately the Infill Modular Construction System which meets the domestic standards about the structure and fireproof performance and which is applied to the remodeling techniques is being emphasized. In order to introduce the Infill Modular Construction System to domestic market successfully, the development of insufficient element technologies and systematic analysis of process should be preceded. This research aims to establish of Standard Construction Process, as advanced research for the settlement of the Infill Modular Construction System. As advanced research for the activation of the Infill Modular Construction System, this research aims to develop Infill Unit Module's mobile device. This is expected to improve work efficiency. In addition organizing optimized Standard Construction Process by steady work analysis and improvement is being planned.

This paper introduces the method of sequential clustering as a tool for the effective clustering of mass unit electrical systems. The interconnected network system retains information about the location of each line. With this information, this paper aims to carry out initial clustering through the transmission usage rate, compare the results of similarity measures for regional information with similarity measures for regional price, and introduce the technicalities of the clustering method. This transmission usage rate used power flow based on congestion costs and modified similarity measurements using the FCM algorithm. This paper also aims to prove the propriety of the proposed clustering method by comparing it with existing clustering methods that use the similarity measurement system. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated through the IEEE 39-bus RTS.

This research aims at implementing an automation-based building code checking system which will be employed for Architectural Registration Examination. By creating a specific building data model and implementing an automatic building code checking module, the research aims is accomplished. The contribution of this research are as follows; it becomes possible to execute a systematic building code checking. And unlike the existing automatic building code checking systems, it successfully addresses a way of increasing the number of checklist without modifying the system.

This study aims at identifying the motive and infra that can satisfy them and enable them to succeed by coming out of existing customers control method focused on data and acquiring and applying the knowledge customers have. It also aims at enabling corporations to carry out more developed customer relations. This study will prove that acquiring and applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of dangerous factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. For this, the study have identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations.

The importance of souvenirs are increasing immensely these days owing to the increase of foreign visitors to our country, which forces us to turn our eyes to this field. Upon these reflections, this study aims at aims at developing cap designs that satisfy the foreign tourists needs and let them recognize the outstanding beauty of Korean traditional patterns by applying traditional motifs. The Korean traditional patterns and their symbolic meanings were researched as well as the previous studies on the designing of goods for foreign visitors which had traditional patterns applied. Furthermore, the overall tendencies of the purchase of souvenirs and goods by foreign tourists in Korea as well as in foreign countries were investigated. Next, the present state of apparel goods and caps for sightseers in Korea was analyzed according to their shapes, colors, and patterns. Finally, by using CAD system, new cap designs were developed applying traditional bat motifs in order to capture the traditional images for a modern sense of beauty.

This study aims to suggest some problems, which occur when environmental lighting zone is set by use-zone only, by comparing and analyzing the artificial illumination luminance. In addition, this study aims to review the control standards of light pollution and to suggest a practical environmental lighting zone-setting method. I checked out the standards of average surface luminance and luminance contrast as for light pollution management. In addition, I did some research on evaluation of light pollution on surroundings based on investigation of use-environment as for lighting environment setting method.

Purpose - This study aims to predict the audit reports of listed companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange by using meta-heuristic algorithms. Research design, data, methodology - This applied research aims to predict auditors reports' using meta-heuristic methods (i.e., neural networks, the ANFIS, and a genetic algorithm). The sample includes all firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research covers the seven years between 2005 and 2011. Results - The results show that the ANFIS model using fuzzy clustering and a least-squares back propagation algorithm has the best performance among the tested models, with an error rate of 4% for incorrect predictions and 96% for correct predictions. Conclusion - A decision tree was used with ten independent variables and one dependent variable the less important variables were removed, leaving only those variables with the greatest effect on auditor opinion (i.e., net-profit-to-sales ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, inventory turnover, collection period, and debt coverage ratio).

Purpose - This study aims to disclose the problems of both the government and the logistics industry regarding fourth-party logistics, and to provide various solutions at the level of enterprises as well as the government for the introduction of fourth-party logistics in China. Research design, data, and methodology - This study aims to reveal how a shipping company recognizes the creation of partnerships with fourth-party logistics providers, and it reveals several related implications. Results - Fourth-party logistics organizations can be used to achieve maximum business performance as professional logistics companies by incorporating the benefits of outsourcing and insourcing. Outsourcing logistics services through focusing on core competencies and improving customer service can have financial effects and advantages such as the simplification of labor issues. Conclusions - This study did not investigate Korean enterprises through an empirical analysis and provided fourth-party logistics concepts and promotional plans according to domestic and foreign literature. Further studies shall investigate not only the Korean fourth-party logistics model but also the training of logistics professionals to generate profits for both shippers as well as logistics enterprises.

Advertising is a communication that aims to persuade you through communication. Local governments are enforcing a lot of budget for outdoor advertisements and exposing advertisements to various media. However, in the case of outdoor advertisements, advertisements are executed without considering the specificity of the exposure environment, so it is inferior to the budget input. Therefore, this study aims to help local advertisement agents, producers, and related parties by classifying components by combining video analysis methodology and video ad analysis methodology for effective message delivery and immersion in local outdoor advertising. As a discussion to provide an efficient production methodology for outdoor advertising video production in the future, it is an extension of exploratory research through content analysis.
