  • Fisheries Act is to provide for scope of application as follows : (1) Except as provided otherwise, the provisions of this act shall not apply to any waters other than a public one. (2) If waters other than a public one are connected to and integrated with the latter, the provisions of the act shall apply to the former. This paper aims to analyze these Fisheries act.

  • This paper aims to analyze the overvoltage in underground distribution systems when lightning surge strikes to overhead line. The model is established by EMTP/ATPDraw for actual distribution systems. Simulation is carried out considering variation of parameters such as length and lightning current.

  • In comparing two population means, the test statistic depends on the sample means and the variances, which are very sensitive to the extremely large or small values. This paper aims at examining the behavior of such observations using proper criterion which can measure the influence of them. We derive a computationally feasible statistic which can detect influential observations on the two-sample t-statistic.

  • The study of the protein complement of the genome, or proteome, represents an important new avenue for drug discovery. Proteomics research aims to quantify and characterize all of the expressed proteins in a biological system, and to determine the effect of various perturbations of the system on the expressed proteins. • This study aims to develop an easy and practical simple heat index (SHI) using climatic parameters. This simple heat index was named as a thermal perception index. Most of thermal indices are difficult to calculate or interpret for most normal person. Newly developed thermal perception index (THI) was used only a few variables for input.

  • This study aims to analyze contemporary women's sense of fashion aesthetic by looking into the design and trend of T-panties, which have now carved out a new niche in the world's 21st century female underwear markets. By this, I'd like to reassure readers of the importance of T-panties, which has only been recently recognized, and more generally suggests the future direction of prominent T-panty design development. The domestic formativeness of all styles is divided into three types: modern feminine, mono-bosom, and utopian narcissist image. This study is baseds on the documents study.

  • As a work analysis technique, Work Domain Analysis (WDA) aims to identify the design knowledge structure of a work domain that human operators interact with through human-system interfaces. Abstraction hierarchy (AH) is a multi-level, hierarchical knowledge representation framework for modeling the functional structure of any kinds of systems. Thus, WDA based on AH aims to identify the functional knowledge structure of a work domain. AH has been used in a range of work domains and problems to model their functional knowledge structure and has proven its generality and usefulness. However, many of researchers and system designers have reported that it is never easy to understand the concepts underlying AH and use it effectively for WDA. This would be because WDA is a form of work analysis that is different from other types of work analysis techniques such as task analysis and AH has several unique characteristics that are differentiated from other types of function analysis techniques used in systems engineering. With this issue in mind, this paper introduces the concepts of WDA based on AH and offers a comprehensive list of references. Next, this paper proposes a set of principles for effectively applying AH for work domain analysis, which are developed based on the author's experiences, consultation with experts, and literature reviews.
