NRL 사업의 예산배분을 위한 DEA/AHP 혼합 모형 (A DEA/AHP Hybrid Model for The Budget Allocation of NRL Program)

  • This paper suggests a DEA/AHP hybrid model to deal with an allocation problem of research budget for the national research lab(NRL) program. The qualitative factors are appraised by AHP model and the quantitative factors are dealt with DEA model to evaluate the performance of research activities considering tangible and intangible factors. The proposed hybrid model is applied to get the importance weight of research areas for research budget allocation of NRL program.

퍼지 계층분석 모형을 이용한 최적 방수 시공업체 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection of Waterproofing Construction Firms using Fuzzy-AHP Model)

  • The category for waterproofing is one of construction process most affected by falling-off in price competitiveness, construction quality, and material performance. Therefore, in order to select of waterproofing construction firms, it is necessary to consider Incorporating both price competitiveness and construction quality. In this article, I would like to analyze 10 Factors for Selecting using fuzzy-AHP model, including the survey of the waterproofing experts. This fuzzy-AHP model can be shown to calculate the fuzzy trigonometrical function to reflect weights for preference of 10 factors for the waterproofing construction firms. It was found from the result that waterproofing construction firms was searched order of priority for select by fuzzy-AHP model.

WSM-AHP법의 정식화를 통한 주거지 확산 지역의 최적 잠재력 표면의 추정 (Estimating Optimal Potential Surface for Spatial Expansion of Built-up Area by Formulating WSM-AHP Method)

  • This study developed the WSM (weighted scenario method)-AHP method that can optimize the weighting value for multi-criteria to make GIS grid-based potential surface. The potential surface has been used to simulate urban expansion using distributed cellular automata model and to generate land-use planning as basic data. This study formulated the WSM-AHP method in mathematically and applied to test region, Suwon city, which located on south area from Seoul. WSM-AHP method generates potential map for each pair of weighting value for all criteria, which one criterion is weighted with high weighting value and the others use low weighting value, considering that the summation for all criteria weighting values should be "1". The potential change rate to the step of weighted scenario for weighting value of criteria is standardized like AHP intensity matrix in this study. From the standard potential change rate, WSM-AHP intensity matrix is completed, and then the optimal weighting value is calculated from the maximum eigenvector of the WSM-AHP matrix, according to the new WSM-AHP method developed in this study. The applied results of new method showed that the optimal weighting value from WSM-AHP is more resonable than the general AHP specialists' evaluation for weighting value. The another new finding of this study is to suggest the deterministic approach to optimize the weighting value for the distributed CA model, which is used to find new city area and to generate rational land-use planning.

어류양식장의 입지선택을 위한 계층분석과정(AHP)모형 (AHP Model for Selecting a Fish Farm Site)

  • There have not been many studies which considered both quantitative and qualitative location factors on the issues of site selection problems for a fish farm. This study develops AHP(analytic hierarchy process) model to resolve site selection problem for a fish raising farm by using quantitative and qualitative factors. In order to evaluate the validity of the location factors found in the literature review, the study used advice from fish raising farmers and related academic experts. Four major factors have been selected as economic factors, social factors, natural environmental factors and infrastructures. An AHP structural diagram has developed by considering the factors and potential sites proposed for fish farming. Through the survey on the preference of factors and potential sites, pairwise comparison matrices have been estimated and used to calculated the relative weights of each potential site. The AHP model process shown in the study can be applied to resolve site selection problems for fish raising farmers.

Fuzzy-AHP와 Fuzzy-Delphi기법을 이용한 건설프로젝트의 의사결정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decision Making Model for Construction Projects using Fuzzy-AHP and Fuzzy-Delph)

  • This research suggests the FD-AHP decision making model for Construction Projects which is composed of two main method to prevent a ranking invert situation ; First, to make the consensus of the experts consistent, we utilize Fuzzy-Delphi method to adjust the fuzzy rating of every expert to achive the consensus condition with the fuzzy linguistic presentation. Second, to handle vague linguistic presentation caused by expert's experiences and subjective judgement, we propose Fuzzy-AHP which is able to enhance precision of construction projects decision mating situation. Moreover, with the correlation analysis, we show that the validity of the FD-AHP model under a decision making task specially on where highly demanded expert's experiences and intuition.

AHP 기법을 이용한 시설 원예의 적지평가모델 개발 (Development of the Evaluation Model of Location Suitability for Protected Horiculture by AHP Method)

  • It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability of protected horticulutre facilities to guide and/or plan new protected horticulture facilities in rural areas. In this study, as one of methodological approaches for objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability for protected horiculture, the evaluation model of location sutitability for protected horticulture was formulated using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a base technique. The evaluation model was made in three different selected regions ; suburban, plain, and mountainous, The results showed that there were significant differences in evaluation model of location suitability for protected horticulture among three regions.

IT 유망 신산업의 우선순위 평가 (Priority Setting of New Promising IT Industries)

  • In this study, priority setting model of new promising IT industries which will be the growth engines for the Korean IT industry, was established. Based on the AHP model, priority setting of IT new promising IT industries was conducted. Firstly, the selection cases of the new promising IT industries and major priority setting methodologies including the AHP methodology, were analyzed. The AHP model was selected as the most feasible methodology for priority setting of the new IT industries, among the various priority setting methodologies. Secondly, in setting up the AHP model for prioritization of the new promising If industries, a 'goal' was established to be priority setting of the new promising IT industries, and an 'alternatives' to be 18 new promising IT industries. Then a logical and a systematic assessment criteria including 5 main criteria('Technological Innovation', 'Market Ability', 'SPin-off Effect', 'Public Benefit', 'Strategic Importance') and 14 sub-criteria, were developed for priority setting of the 18 new promising industries. Finally, with the AHP model, the substantial analysis was made to set up priority of the 18 new promising IT industries. The substantial analysis showed the following priority setting results and implications for the 18 new promising IT industries.

AHP 분석의 문제점과 수정가중치모형의 개발 (Evaluation of Analytic Hierarchy Process Method and Development of a Weight Modified Model)

  • 본 연구는 AHP 적용상의 문제점을 살펴보고 올바른 적용방법을 위한 'AHP 수정가중치모형'을 개발하는 연구이다. 여기서 AHP는 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층화 하여 상위수준요인과 하위수준요인들로 분해하고, 그 요인들에 대한 쌍대비교를 통해서 요인들에 대한 상대적인 가중치를 도출하는 방법이다. 하지만 AHP 계층구조에서 각 상위수준요인(대항목)을 구성하는 하위수준요인(소항목)들의 개수가 같을 경우에는 최종가중치가 바르게 나타나지만 각 대항목을 구성하는 소항목들의 개수가 다른 경우에는 심각한 오류가 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이를 개선할 수 있는 'AHP 수정가중치모형'을 개발하였다. 구체적으로 AHP 분석의 오류가 소항목의 개수, 즉 규모가 다를 때 발생하는 것에 착안하여 소항목 개수의 규모를 상대적으로 같게 만들어서 그 오류를 제거하였다. 그리고 개발된 모형을 다양한 AHP 계층구조에 적용하여 검증하였다. 구체적으로 첫 번째 모형검증에서는 4개의 대항목과 각각 개수가 다른 소항목으로 구성되어 있으며 대항목과 소항목의 중요도가 같다고 가정하였고, 두 번째 모형검증에서는 2개의 대항목과 각각 개수가 다른 소항목으로 구성되어 있으며 모든 대항목과 소항목의 중요도가 다르다고 가정하였다. 그리고 세 번째 모형검증에서는 실제 선행연구에 적용하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발된 'AHP 수정가중치모형'이 AHP 분석의 문제점을 효과적으로 해결할 수 있었다.

AHP를 이용한 정부출연연구소 평가 모형 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Model of Government-funded Research Institutes Using AHP)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and investigate relevant indicators so that R&D performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes can proceed. A suitable performance evaluation model was presented based on the surveyed indicators. Based on the presented performance evaluation model, the importance was analyzed to calculate the weight for each indicator of the performance evaluation model. Methods: The method applied in this study presented a performance evaluation model based on the organizational performance evaluation cases of advanced overseas countries. By using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique, the weight of each indicator of the performance evaluation model was studied. Results: As a result of examining the indicators necessary for the evaluation model, focusing on overseas cases, 13 evaluation items were derived. A weight was calculated for the importance of the study results. And the scientific/technical research results showed the highest excellence. Conclusion: Key indicators of performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes were derived and presented through detailed modeling in three stages. A realistic model that can objectively evaluate the performance of government-funded research institutes was proposed using the AHP technique.

Fuzzy AHP 기반의 이동통신사 선정을 위한 의사결정모델 (A Fuzzy AHP based Decision-making Model for Selecting a Telecommunication Company)

  • 본 논문에서는 수도권 대학생을 대상으로 한 Fuzzy AHP 기반의 이동통신사 신정을 위한 의사결정모델을 제안한다. 고객이 이동통신사를 선택할 때 이동통신사의 수많은 경쟁적인 그리고 상호보완적인 요소들로 인해 의사결정을 내리는 것이 용이하지 않다. 고객이 최적의 이동통신사를 결정하기 위해서는 요금, 다양한 서비스, 부가 기능 등과 같은 서로 다른 정량적 그리고 정성적 요소들을 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 고객으로서 이동통신사를 선정할 때 다양한 정량적 그리고 정성적 요소들을 고려할 수 있는 퍼지 AHP 기반의 모델을 제안한다. 특히, 퍼지 이론은 불활성설과 애매모호한 문제를 다루기 위해 적용되고 또한 정량적 요인들을 피지수로 바꿀 수 있는 선형정규화 모델을 개발한다. 수도권 대학생들을 대상으로 한 사례 연구는 제안 모델의 유용성과 고객들이 이익을 위해 보다 나은 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있음을 보여준다.
