Purpose: This study is conducted to contribute to the improvement of Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) from the existing energy physical efficiency-centric system to the well-being-centric green building certification system. Method: In order to modify existing G-SEED Certification, three phases of research have been conducted; 1) identification of needs of well-being-centric environment-friendly construction certification system, 2) comparison of domestic certification system with WELL Building standard(WELL) which focuses on human health and promotion of wellness and 3) AHP analysis to sort out the supplement items from WELL. Result: We proposed four alternatives which should be preferentially introduced to the existing domestic certification system; addition of independent 'well-being' section(field) in G-SEED, insertion of 'well-being' indicators in each relevant section of G-SEED, addition of 'well-being' indicators in 'Innovative Design(ID)' of G-SEED and independent score systems for 25 items in a high priority.

This study explored the application of the NFT-based Learn-and-Earn model in metaverse vocational education and training. Through expert interviews, Delphi analysis, and AHP analysis, the study evaluated considerations and importance of L&E model operation, NFT technology application, course history and certification management, teaching media copyright management, and platform-related issues. Based on the results, the study suggested the need for performance measurement, infrastructure establishment, institutional arrangement, and ethical issue response when utilizing the L&E model.

This study proposes the introduction of management assessment system on the remote island route passenger companies in a way of stimulating the companies to make sustained efforts on management improvement, and come up with the ways of management assessment index and management assessment methods by using the AHP scheme. These indices are organizes in three categories. The main category is consisted of responsible management part, management an control part, business operation part and customer satisfaction part, and the intermediary category has the 15 items including the efforts for responsible management, and the sub category is consisted of 44 items including the management vision of executive and participation of enterprise in responsible management, and others. The scoring of these indices is the result of scoring by calculating the added weight for each category by using the AHP scheme that it is considered as needed for the scoring adjustment for each standard of assessment index by the adjustment of added weight for categories with the consideration of shipping company operation and shipping characteristics while undertaking the actual affairs.

In this paper, the definition of mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), business situations of operators, regulations, and main benefits are analyzed to discuss the introduction of MVNO system in Korea. In addition to, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is performed to study the efficient business model for MVNO under the government's regulation. The three alternatives such as self-regulation, partial-regulation and full refutation are considered for the main criteria of competitiveness activation, investment increment, and economics.

국내의 많은 기업들은 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 시리즈와 식스시그마 등 기업의 품질 및 제품에 대한 품질을 높이기 위해 품질관리, 품질경영에 많은 시간과 비용을 들여왔다. 하지만 품질인증제도와는 달리 제품의 신뢰성에 관한 경영시스템인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이다. 부품 소재나 제품의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로써 신뢰성경영시스템에 대한 인증은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 신뢰성 관련 기법들을 표준화하고, 효율적인 경영시스템을 도입하여 운영하고, 여기에 세계적으로 통용되는 기술체계를 도입하여 기업의 신뢰성경영시스템을 발전시킨다면 우리산업이 당면한 수출 경쟁력 확보 등의 현안문제 해결에도 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 경영시스템 인증제도 수립에 있어 국제 표준인 신뢰성경영시스템 IEC 60300에 대해 소개하고, 신뢰성 경영시스템 평가방법을 활용한 MIR기법과 AHP기법을 분석 비교하고, 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was designed to draw up problems with the safety and health diagnosis system, and designed a hierarchical survey model of the clauses prescribed by the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The purpose of the survey is to derive the effectiveness of the safety and health diagnosis system at the construction site by targeting three groups of experts. Method: This paper set up the legal status analysis and overseas related system analysis and AHP hierarchy analysis survey model. In addition, the validity of the analysis results was verified by a survey. Results: The analysis of the survey items showed a high importance on items included in the human utilization and the precision of the pre-plan. In particular, mid-sized construction companies showed the highest importance for their active activities after the safety and health diagnosis. Conclusion: Through this study, we should recognize problems for improving the safety and health system of construction industry and prepare policy and institutional improvement measures for experts.

최근 몇 년간 인터넷 네트워크상에서 운영되는 가상 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 이러한 발전과 더불어 많은 가상 기업의 실패 위험률 또한 성공률의 두 배를 웃돌 정도로 매우 높다. 본 논문은 기존 일반기업 평가 기준, 정보시스템 평가 기준 및 전자상거래 평가 기준의 틀 위에서 가상성이 동일한 가상 기업들을 비교 평가하기 위한 평가 기준을 AHP 분석 기법을 활용하여 제시하였다. 이들 평가 기준은 크게 이해관계자 집단의 상대적중요도와 경영적 측면(managerial aspect), 그리고 정보적 측면의 상대적 중요도의 2단계로 분류되었으며, 제2단계는 다시 다용인 평가를 하였다. 이 방법의 현실성을 보이기 위해 세 개의 공급사슬 형태의 가상 기업에 대해 비교 평가를 실시하였다.

Recently, it is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, 'certification' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called 'self-control.' I present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

In this study, for the application of land resource evaluation using GIS map overlay method, I have considered about the process that can draw out right results from the problems involving multiple hierarchical indicators and weights. The assumption of this research is that there are two processes in the application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the different results will appear. The two processes are as follows; (1) calculate directly the comprehensive weights to the indicators and overlay the layers(Method I) and (2) repeat the process of map overlay and standardization(Method II). The two precesses are applied on the study site based on the envirosystem in Bong-Hwa, and then some differences were found in the results and it was suggested that the Method II is more reasonable.
