As the influence of service industry into domestic economy is increasing, it also has been influenced more powerfully at the domestic GDP(Gross Domestic Product) relative importance and employment relative importance continuously. By means of these reason, the Korean government announced the synthetic countermeasure for strengthening the competitive power of service industry in December, 2006. After then, it announced phase I of 'service industry advancing plan' which is concrete execution plan in April, 2008. Also, it is announced to announce phase II plans in september, 2008 and phase III plan in December, 2008 additionally. Service quality is the most powerful competitive means at service marketing and a key point for improving service productivity. The improvement of service quality has considerable influence on survival and profitability of service industry. Therefore, the study of objective service quality measurement in service industry is very important issue. The purpose of this study is to suggest a measurement model of service quality using fuzzy theory and AHP which measuring service quality objectively in subjective environment. It is expected that this study will help the improvement of competition power of service industry as well as establishment of effective decision-making.

The method of weighted sum of evaluation using AHP is widely used in feasibility analysis and alternative selection. Final scores are given in forms of weighted sums and the alternative with largest score is selected. With two alternatives, as in feasibility analysis, the final score greater than 0.5 gives the selection but there remains a question that how large is large enough. KDI suggested a concept of 'grey area' where scores are between 0.45 and 0.55 in which decisions are to be made with caution, but it lacks theoretical background. Statistical testing was introduced to answer the question in some studies. It was assumed some kinds of probability distribution, but did not give the validity on them. We examine the various cases of weighted sum of evaluation score and show why the statistical testing has to be introduced. We suggest a non-parametric testing procedure which does not assume a specific distribution. A case study is conducted to analyze the validity of our suggested testing procedure. We conclude our study with remarks on the implication of analysis and the future way of research development.

The recent health care is growing rapidly want to receive offers users a variety of medical services, can be exploited easily exposed to a third party information on the role of the patient's hospital staff (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) depending on the patient clearly may have to be classified. In this paper, in order to ensure safe use by third parties in the health care environment, classify the attributes of patient information and patient privacy protection technique using hierarchical multi-property rights proposed to classify information according to the role of patient hospital officials The. Hospital patients and to prevent the proposed method is represented by a mathematical model, the information (the data consumer, time, sensor, an object, duty, and the delegation circumstances, and so on) the privacy attribute of a patient from being exploited illegally patient information from a third party the prevention of the leakage of the privacy information of the patient in synchronization with the attribute information between the parties.

Financial technology (FinTech) is an emerging financial service sector include innovations in financial literacy and investment, retail banking, education, and crypto-currencies like bitcoin. One of the crucial branch of financial technology-third-party payment (TPP) is undergoing rapid growth, with online/mobile systems replacing offline financial systems. System quality and user attitudes are key perceptions driving third-party payment usage, the importance of these perceptions, however, may be different with countries as users' thinking varies from country to country. Thus, the purpose of this study is to elaborate how factors differ from China to Korea by drawing on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). Additionally, this study also aims to propose a multi-attribute evaluation of the third-party online payment system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy sets and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), to examine the relative importance of the perceptions influencing new technology adoption intention. The results showed that the price value has the most significant influence on Chinese perceptions, while the perceived credibility has the most significant effect on Korean perceptions. Sub-criteria also performs different results to Chinese and Korean third-party online payment system.

This study aims to analyze what is necessary for realization of convergence smart city service, and what is the priority order for it. First, the concept is set up through the theoretical review about convergence smart city service. Second, conduct in-depth interviews with smart-city related experts and derive the necessary elements to implement convergence smart city service. Third, derive priorities by subdividing the derived elements and utilizing the AHP method. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the development of convergence smart city service by deriving what should be considered for implementation of convergence smart city service.

To visualize a strategic plan including resource allocations and standardization schedules, it is important to set priorities among information and communication technologies(ICTs) standardization work areas(SWAs). This ranking process involves decision making process with multiple criteria which results a complex selection problem. In this study, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is employed and applied to solve this decision making problem. The processes and results are illustrated for an effective strategic plan in standardization decision processes.

The economical efficiency and easy ship building have enabled to spread FRP ships in the shipbuilding field. As waste FRP ships have been thrown away at a river or within a harbour, this matter has become issues. For the improvement of this matter, the melting technique and system of waste FRP ships was developed. But, Decision making was required for a location plan of the melting system of waste FRP ships. It's recognized that the location decision of this system is difficult due to the dependence on technical, economical, environmental factors. In this paper, we survey the primary factors of location-economic, life-environment, infrastructure and make up a question for the experts. We also calculate the important weight and related weight using Fuzzy AHP, Limiting probability method and discuss on the calculation results on the proposed sites.

This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal and to evaluate such requirements. A literature review was carried out to discuss library portal, and introduce the best practices of the regional library portal. After analyzing the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal, AHP was applied to evaluate requirements. In the political requirements, standards, digital collection development, operation and evaluation were ranked according to importance, and copyright & licence management which belongs to digital collection development was underrated. There were differences in the importance among the functional requirements of the regional library portal, integrated search, integrated interface, information service, separated digital collection management and access management were ranked according to importance.

Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. In this study, by considering these realities, what impact location based constructs on smartphone environment, continuous intention to use you want to identification. Thus, this study conducted of preference the influencing factors for location based constructs. First steps, based constructs known empirical studies were categorized information, entertainment, safe&emergency, navigation&tracking and advertising& commerce. Second Steps, the categorized factors were analyzed preference relationship between constructs using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique. Questionnaire survey was conducted to those who employees S Telecom in Busan city and Gyeongnam province during 2000. 4. 15 and 2014. 4. 30. The result of the analysis might be summarized that the navigation(0.133) has the highest preference ran in the constructs. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.
