In responding to climate change in the agricultural sector, Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) is an approach to establish a sustainable agricultural system through comprehensive management of technology, policy, and investment. The international community is continually expanding CSA implementation, and it became more important to understand the status of the domestic agriculture system and practices that are relevant to CSA. This study explored the available CSA in domestic agricultural systems and presented the order of relative importance of CSA technology. AHP analysis is employed for the evaluation with the following criteria: productivity, marketability, adaptability, and mitigation. The relative importance is evaluated with six agricultural technologies (soil, crop management, water, energy efficiency, alternative energy, and precision agriculture) in 28 agricultural technology sectors. The results of the AHP analysis showed that 'alternative energy' was found to be a top priority among the agricultural technology sectors, and 'shallow depth drain in rice paddy' was a top priority for agricultural technology. Also, the 'marketability' in soil and water sectors, 'mitigation' in crop management, and 'adaptability' in energy efficiency and alternative energy were given higher priority. The results of this study can be used as a good source for strategic CSA preparation and application.

This study aims to find the main factors to influence consumers' purchase of dairy products. To do so, we examined experts' opinions to verify the priorities of the factors. The four main factors were derived from the previous studies, product factor, marketing factor, quality factor, and social factor. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we empirically analyzed and tested the results from survey. Based on the AHP analysis, the expert group recommended to improve the packaging, brand, and shelf lie of dairy products for the marketing factor, for instance. The results of this study can contribute to the development of the dairy products for the future to reveal the importance of the selecting factors.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is tightening environmental regulations in the shipping sector to reduce air pollutants such as greenhouse gases emitted from ships. Meanwhile, the paradigm of the shipbuilding and shipping industries is shifting toward eco-friendly and high-efficiency ships worldwide. The Republic of Korea is also promoting a policy to expand the supply of eco-friendly ships from 2020 to disseminate them. In this article, a survey was conducted with 12 experts on the government's eco-friendly ship supply policy, and the priority of the policy was evaluated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). As a result of the comprehensive evaluation of the priorities for six priority tasks, "Securing the world's leading technology for future eco-friendly ships" for the development of carbon-free and low carbon ships was the highest. This study, which analyzed the importance of eco-friendly ship policies through AHP analysis, can be used as data to preemptively respond to international marine environmental regulations and to improve policy execution efficiency such as budget allocation and policy development regarding protecting national shipping and shipbuilding industries.

As customer relationship management (CRM) has been increasingly adopted by corporations as a core business strategy, measuring performance of CRM is becoming an important managerial issue recently. In this study, we present a conceptual framework formeasuring CRM performance, and provide strategic priorities among the diagnostic perspectives and factors involved in the framework by analyzing their comparative weights. We first derived critical success factors of CRM from an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with industrial and academic CRM experts, and categorized them into one of four different diagnostic perspectives. Then, we asked a group of CRM experts to evaluate each set of diagnostic factors in a pairwise fashion with respect to each perspective, computing their comparative weights by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In terms of diagnostic perspectives, this study shows that customer perspective was the most critical perspective, whereas infrastructure was the least weighted perspective. The result also discloses that explicit goal and top management's attitude, expanding customer relationship, strengthening customer loyalty, and enhancing customer equity are the most important factors in infrastructure, CRM process, customer, and organizational performance perspective, respectively.

Military aircraft R&D projects require large-scale investment in cost and time, and involve a complex coordination process in decision-making. The R&D project manager should determine the development management priorities as accurately as possible and focus on R&D capabilities, thereby reducing the risks of the aircraft R&D project. To this end, this study aims to reduce R&D risk by prioritizing cost, schedule, and performance, which are basic management factors used in R&D project management in defense project management regulations. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied using a questionnaire for managers in charge of aviation R&D under the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. As a primary result, the importance of the factors that the aircraft R&D project manager should consider was derived in the order of performance, cost, and schedule, and the priorities of performance and cost in the lower layer were also identified. In addition, in order to provide practical risk management measures to aircraft R&D project managers, the results of analyzing 28 cases of US National Transportation Safety Board accidents were compared and analyzed with the AHP analysis results, and management measures suitable for the situation were specified.

Purpose: This paper is for the improvement of the fire gate performance that occurs between the construction company and the residents. A survey was conducted on experts in the construction to prepare the causes and measures for the suit. Method: The application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) resulted in the following conclusions. Results: TIn the 2nd tier, 28percent of the "strengthening standards for installation of fire prevention zones" included in the "institutional strengthening of stnadards" of the 1st tier had higher importance. In the 3rd tier, "strengthening the installation standards by floor area" and "strengthening the standard of fire-resistant structures" showed high importance. Conclusion: The results suggest that detailed legal criteria for detailed installation criteria with varying site conditions are needed.

This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of Mongolian consumers' evaluation for fresh food through online purchase. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of service quality of online purchase for fresh food, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through a prior study, the main factors of quality were classified as delivery quality, product quality, marketing, and system quality, respectively According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver information and deliver duration time under delivery quality are the main factor, followed by hygiene and freshness of product quality were the next highest. When consumers purchase fresh food through an online market. they considered deliver information, delivery duration time, hygiene, freshness, and deliver cost as important factors.

Recently, the Project Financing industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the Project Financing through collecting opinion of specialist and talking survey to people employed in Project Financing development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and make out success factors for the Project Financing. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the development success Project Financing objectively.

This study aims to identify perceptions on ESG management evaluation priorities based on public value in the agricultural and rural sector with the focus on the Korea Rural Community Corporation. We conduct Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze how ESG management evaluation priorities are perceived by distinctive groups across industrial fields. To this end, experts working in the agricultural and rural sector and the general public in non-agricultural sector were questioned to derive and compare the weights for each class of ESG management. Results show the followings: First, the weight for the environment (E) was derived as 0.51774 in the first layer, which was found to be the most important evaluation item among the environment (E), society (S), and governance (G). Second, "ecosystem restoration," "urban-rural exchange expansion and regional development," and "increasing transparency" were the most important items in the second layer. Third, priorities between the agricultural and non-agricultural respondents groups were different in environmental (E) and social (S) categories, which explained that perceptions on ESG management by workers and policy makers in the agricultural and rural sector are different from those by general public in the non-agricultural sector.

This study aims to establish the indicator system of the quality of life of rural residents and to estimate the weights among criteria or sub-criteria that constitute the indicator system of the quality of life using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Indicator system consists of four criteria, that is, health care, eduction & culture, living environment, and income and jobs. Each criterion include three sub-criteria that make up corresponding criterion. The results show that income and jobs was most highly evaluated among the four criteria. It was followed by health care, living environment, and eduction & culture. Among the total 12 sub-criteria, annual income was most highly evaluated, followed by medical service level, job satisfaction, and public transportation environment in terms of global weight which was deduced from expert questionnaire survey. This study implies that rural development policy needs to focus on increasing rural residents' income by creating good quality occupations and increasing the level of medical services, and expanding public transportation services in rural areas. This study has failed to collect local residents' opinions regarding their quality of life in spite of the efforts to reflect the opinions from various expert groups, which is the limitation of this study.
