The angle between the Ala tragus line and the occlusal plane was $4.38^{\circ}$. 2. The angle between the Ala tragus line and the Frankfort horizontal plane was $13.68^{\circ}$. 3. The line between the mouth corner and the retromolar pad was more parallel to the occlusal plane than the Ala tragus line.
Objective: Dyslipidemia is recognized as a prominent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases but it is manageable through therapeutic and lifestyle intervention. Interpreting the latest guidelines is essential for an application of recommendation from guidelines into clinical practice. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the most recent guidelines on dyslipidemia treatment recommendations in Korea and USA. Methods: This study analyzed and compared 2015 Korean guidelines for the management of dyslipidemia, 2013 American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) guideline and 2016 supportive guidelines from ACC. Results: A comparison was made focused on the following: target patients based on cardiovascular risk assessment, target goal, and treatment strategies including statin and non-statin therapies. Four target patient groups by risk were suggested in 2015 Korean guideline and cardiovascular risk factors were also considered for initiation of lipid lowering therapy. Titrated statin regimen was recommended by Korean guideline to reach LDL cholesterol and non-HDL cholesterol target level. In 2013 ACC/AHA guideline, four statin benefit group was introduced considering ASCVD risk and high intensity statin or intermediate intensity statin use were recommended without dose titration. 2016 update was to support non-statin therapy based on updated evidence and new consideration of ezetimibe, PCSK9-inhibitor and bile acid sequestrant was brought up. Conclusion: Guidelines are continuously updating as new and important clinical data are constantly released along with the advent of newly approved drugs for lipid disorder. This article provides resources that facilitates uptake of these recommendations into clinical practice.

The extraction of three kinds of amido podands, N,N,N'N'-tetrabutyl-3-oxa-pentanedi- amide (TBDGA), N,N,N'N'-tetra-isobutyl-3-oxa-pentanediamide(TiBDGA) and N,N,N'N'-tetra- butyl-3,6-dioxa-oct-anediam- ide(TBDOODA) on U(VI),Pu(IV), Am(III), Eu(III) and other metal ions is studied in nitric acid solutions. 40%octanol-kerosene is chosen as diluents to eliminate third phase and emulsion. TBDGA and TiBDGA show extraction selectivity to An(III) and Ln(III) much higher than to U(VI) and Pu(IV). Fe, Ru and Mo is poorly extracted by the three kinds of amid podands in 2~3mol/L $HNO_3$ solutions. Aiming to eliminate interface crude when using simulated HLLW solution in the system of 0.2mol/L TBDGA/Octanol+kerosene, acetohydroxyamic acid was adapted. Distribution ratio of zirconium was decreased when adding acetohydroxyamic acid in aqueous solution, and interface crude disappeared as mixing extractant with HLLW. The counter-current extraction test is carried out in a set of miniature mixer-settler, with 0.2mol/L TBDGA/ 40% octanol-kerosene as extractant to separate U(VI), Pu(IV), Am(III) and Eu(III) from simulated high level liquid waste(HLLW) solution. In battery A, lanthanides and actinides are coextracted into organic phase with the recovery of 99.98% for U(Ⅵ), >99.99% for Pu(IV), and >99.99% for Am(III) and Eu(III) respectively. In battery R1, 99.99% U, 86.2% Pu and a part of Am or Eu are stripped into aqueous phase by 0.2mol/L acetohydroxyamic acid (AHA) in 0.01mol/L $HNO_3$ solution. In battery $R_2$, Am, Eu and remained Pu are completely back-extracted by 0.2mol/L AHA. This separation process contains no salt reagent, and it is not necessary to dilute HLLW feed.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the pattern of metabolic syndrome(Mets) in stroke patients who were hospitalized in Daejeon oriental hospital. The present study was done over 445 hospitalized patient with stroke in the Daejeon University Oriental Medical Hospital in the period of November 2006 to December 2008. Stroke patients had been interviewed by residents and specialists who studied standard operation procedures in Fundamental study for Standardization and Objectification of Differentiation and Pattern Identification of Syndrome of Oriental Medicine for Stroke. We analyzed all registered data and evaluated the prevalence of Mets and specific components of Mets. The distribution of Mets in stroke patients according to American Heart Association/National Heart Lung and Blood Institute(AHA/NHLBI) criteria is 65.63%. The distribution of Mets in stroke patients according to International Diabetes Federation(IDF) criteria is 48.05%. The distribution of female patients is higher than that of male patients. The distribution of central obesity, low HDL cholesterol and hypertension is higher in female patients. There is no significant relationship between Mets and stroke type in AHA/NHLBI criteria.. But, there is significant relationship between Mets and stroke type in IDF criteria.
The purpose of this research was to evaluate retention of cognitive knowledge, psychomotor skills and self-confidence on CPR 3 months after CPR training program. The sample consisted of 39 nursing students. We provided one rescuer CPR training program for nursing college students on the basis of AHA. The questionnaires for knowledge of CPR were developed 50 items based on AHA guidelines. Self-confidence were checked by 11 items questionnaires. The accuracy of CPR skills were checked by Skillreporter CPR training manikin and by researcher's evaluation based on CPR skill checklist. The results were as follows ; 1. The majority of participants didn't have any previously experiences of CPR training (76.9%). Only 15.1% previously took the CPR training with CPR practice. 2. In terms of self-confidence of CPR. The score were increased for 2 days (p>.001) but retention of self confidence was significantly statistical decreased in 3 months after training (p<.001). 3. There was a statistically significant decrement in mean of knowledge of CPR between 2 days and 3 months after CPR training (p<.001). 4. There was a statistically significant decrement in cognitive knowledge of CPR based on CPR skills checklist(p<.001). 5. Retention scores of psychomotor skills of CPR 3 months after training were 42.10% in numbers of adequate ventilation, 52.81% in numbers of adequate chest compression (p<.001) respectively. 6. Retention of passing rate on chest compressions of CPR 3 months after training was 27% (p<.001), on ventilation was 2.63% (p>.001). The error items with statistically significant differences 3 months after CPR training were too little ventilation (74.36%) and too little chest compressions (92.31%). The results of the study suggest that we need further evaluation of course components which could improve retention of CPR for all trainees.
