${\beta}_2$-촉진제 사용전후에 따른 만성폐쇄성폐질환/천식 환자의 음성 연구 (A Study about Voice of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/Asthma before & after ${\beta}_2$-agonist)

  • An inhaled salbutamol and salmeterol for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and asthma have been used worldwidely. But there has been few study about the voice change evoked from the post-medicine effect. To evaluate the voice influenced of short-acting and long-acting ${\beta}_2$-agonists, two experiments were carried out: one was salbutamol experiment 1 with eight patients, the other was salmeterol experiment 2 with six patients. Experiment 1 was made of two stages: premedication & postmedication. Experiment 2 was four stages: stageI was premedication, stageII was postmedication & pregaggling, stageIII was postmedication & postgaggling(100 ml with water), and stageIV was postmedication & 30 minutes later. Measured parameters were F0, F0_SD, Jitter_rap, Shimmer_apq11, HNR, BW(1, 2, 3), Intensity, and H1-H2. The mean data collected from 3 repetitions each was statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test for experiment 1 and repeated measures ANOVA for experiment 2. In experiment 1, significant differences were found in the Jitter_rap(Z= -2.10, p=0.036). The findings indicated that the postmedicated voice was worse than premedicated voice. In experiment 2, there wasn't significant difference, but values of parameters related to voice quality(Jitter_rap, Shimmer_apq11, HNR, and H1-H2) showed changes toward stageⅣ, that is, the voice quality was worse under medication.

시스플라틴으로 유발된 랫트의 위장관 운동장애에 대한 태음조위탕의 효과 (Beneficial Effect of Taeumjowi-tang on the Cisplatin-Induced Gastrointestinal Dysfunctions in Rats)

  • Objectives This study aimed to observe the effect of Taeumjowi-tang on the cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal dysfunctions in rats. Methods Four groups, each of 8 rats per group, were used in this study. Saline and distilled water treated control rats were intact vehicle control group. Delayed gastrointestinal motility was induced by intraperitoneal treatment of cisplatin 2mg/kg, once a week for 5 weeks(Cisplatin control group). Taeumjowi-tang aqueous extracts(TJ) were orally administered in a volume of 5ml/kg, once a day for 14 days from 4th cisplatin treatment(TJ group). Ondansetron 1mg/kg was subcutaneously treated, in a volume of 1ml/kg, as same as TJ(ondansetron group). We measured the body weights, intestinal charcoal transit ratio, fecal parameters, fundus MDA(malondialdehyde), GSH(glutathione) contents and SOD(superoxide dismutase), CAT(catalase) activities, TPH(tryptophanhydroxylase) and MAO(monoamine oxidase) activities, pyloric gastrin and serotonin contents with their immunoreactive cells, colonic serotonin-immunoreactive cells, the histopathology of pylorus, fundus mucosa and colon. Results 1) The body weight gains, the small intestinal charcoal transfer rates, the fecal parameters(numbers, weights and water contents) were increased in TJ, ondansetron group. 2) The inhibit of fundus antioxidant defense systems by cisplatin were decreased in TJ, ondansetron group. 3) The pyloric TPH activities were increased and the pyloric MAO activities were decreased in TJ group. 4) The pyloric gastric contents and the gastrin-immunoreactive cells were increased and the pyloric serotonin contents and the pyloric and colonic serotonin-immunoreactive cells were decreased in TJ group. 5) The pylorus atrophic changes and the gastric surface erosive damage regions by cisplatin were favorably inhibited by treatment of TJ group. Conclusions The results obtained in this study suggest that TJ favorably retarded the cisplatin related GI(gastrointestinal) dysfunctions and constipation through modulations of GI enterochromaffin cells, serotonin and gastrin-producing cells and antioxidative systems.

  • 서보 모터는 컴퓨터와 센서로부터 오는 지령에 대해 높은 위치 정밀도와 정확한 속도제어가 가능해 자동화 시스템에서 중요한 부분으로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 선형추진 BLDC모터로부터 얻어지는 파라메터를 추정하여 정현여자에 의해 구동되는 방식을 제안했다. 파라미터 추정은 제어기의 게인 튜닝과 외란 관측기를 통해 이루어졌다. 이러한 것을 가능하게 하기 위해 DSP(TMS320F240)를 사용하여 시스템을 구성 하였으며 FOC(Field Oriented Control)방식을 적용하였다. 본 시스템에 사용 된 TMS320F240은 A/D Converter와 PWM 발생부, 다수의 IO Port를 내장하고 있어 서보모터 제어에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 프로세서이다.

NOAA AVHRR 영상 및 GIS 기법을 이용한 국내 5대강 유역의 융설 매개변수 추출 (Extraction of Snowmelt Parameters using NOAA AVHRR and GIS Technique for 5 River Basins in South Korea)

  • 융설 모형의 중요 매개변수인 적설분포면적은 실제 우리나라에서 적설과 관련한 관측 자료의 부족으로 인해 매개변수 추정이 어렵다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 원격탐사기법을 활용하여 적설분포면적을 추출하였다. 본 연구에서는 1997년부터 2006년까지의 겨울철 NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)의 AVHRR(Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer) 위성영상의 8 sets의 총 108개 영상을 이용하여 적설분포면적을 추출하였고, 기상청의 지상기상관측소의 최심적설심 자료를 이용하여 GIS 자료를 구축함으로써 적설심의 공간적 분포를 추출하였다. 이를 국내 5대유역인 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강, 섬진강 유역에 대하여 융설모형의 주요 매개변수인 적설분포면적, 유역 평균, 최대 적설심과 적설분포감소비곡선을 구축하였다. 그 중 적설분포면적감소곡선 (SDC : Snow cover Depletion Curve)는 적설분포면적의 감소형태를 나타내주는 지표로써 융설의 가장 민감한 매개변수이다. 이를 국내 5대강 유역에 대해 구축하여 정량화하였다.

FHD(Flame Hydrolysis Deposition)공정으로 제작된 SiO2 광도파막의 분광학적 분석 (Spectroscopical Analysis of SiO2 Optical Film Fabricated by FHD(Flame Hydrolysis Deposition))

  • FHD(Flame Hydrolysis Deposition)공정은 화염 형성에 관여하는 장비의 조건들과 그에 따른 다양한 공정인자에 의하여 박막의 조성이 결정되며, 증착된 막을 치밀화하는 첨가물의 증발로 인해 열처리공정에서 조성이 변화되므로 공정인자로부터 최종적인 광도파막의 조성을 예측하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 FHD 공정에서 첨가가스의 유량을 제어하여 박막의 조성 및 광학적 특성을 예측할 수 있는 공정 분석의 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 FTIR(Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy)측정과 ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry)측정을 통해 실리카 막의 조성분석에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. FTIR 흡수 스펙트럼을 통해 실리카 막에 존재하는 Si-O, B-O band를 측정하고 정성적 농도변화를 관찰 하였고, ICP-AES를 통해 Boron의 농도를 정량적으로 측정하였다. 이 두 결과로부터 FTIR을 이용한 정량적 조성분석의 기초자료인 B-O band의 흡광계수를 구하였다.

Dioxouranium(Ⅵ) 이온과 Hydrazide Schiff Base 리간드와의 착물형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Complexation of Dioxouranium(Ⅵ) Ion with Hydrazide Schiff Base Ligands)

  • Hydrazide schiff base 리간드인 N,N'-oxalylbis(salicylalde hydehydrazone)(OBSH)과 N,N'-malonylbis(salicylaldehydehydrazone)(MBSH), N,N'-succinylbis(salicylaldehydehydrazone)(SBSH) 리간드들과 $UO_2^{2+}$ 이온과의 착물형성에 따르는 안정도상수와 열역학적 파라미터를 95% DMF 용액에서 전위차 적정법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 안정도상수의 크기는 SBSH$UO_2^{2+}$ 이온과의 착물형성에 대한 ΔH는 OBSH에 대해서는 음의 값을 갖는 발열반응임을 알 수 있었고, MBSH, SBSH에 대해서는 양의 값을 갖는 흡열반응임을 알 수 있었다. ΔS는 OBSH < MBSH < SBSH로 증가하였다.

퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서 슬관절방(膝關節方) 1호(號)의 유효성 연구 (The Clinical Study on the Effect of Sulguanjul-bang No.1 on Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint)

  • Objective : This study is designed to find out the effects of Sulguanjul-Bang No.1 on osteoarthritis in knee joint. Methods : 45 patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis of the knee joint were enrolled in a short term 8-week open clinical trial. The 45 patients were taken Sulguanjul-bang No.1 two times a day before meals for 8 week. After 8 week treatment period, the following parameters were analyzed ; Visual analogue Scale(VAS) as first effective parameter, Lysholm index score, patient's global assessment, passive movement range of the knee joint. Results : Sulguanjul-bang No.1 treatment led to significant improvement in the pain and symptoms of osteoarthritis as determined by all efficacy measures. After 8 weeks of therapy, there was significant improvement in VAS and Lysholm index; squat, sit down and up, crepitaion, swelling. The range of motion was improved in 6 of 9 cases. The improvement in patient's global assessment was seen in 84%. Conclusion : Sulguanjul-bang No.1 was very beneficial effect in pain relief and improvement functions on osteoarthritis.

침의 유해사례 인과성 평가 연구 (Causality Assessment of Adverse Events on Acupuncture)

  • Objectives : This study is to establish the appropriate assessment of causalities from adverse events (AEs) which are related to acupuncture treatment. Methods : We assessed thirty AEs which were caused in the early phase trial on concomitant use of acupuncture and herbal medicines. We scored each AE on the questionnaire in Naranjo and SNU algorithm scale which are for drug causality assessment in pharmacoepidemiology. Results : In Naranjo scale, there were consistencies among the evaluators qualitatively with "Probable", "Possible" degree. In reliability test, parameters, such as, gamma and kendall's tau-b revealed the degrees of 73%, and 32%, respectively. There were disaccordant tendency in SNU algorithm scale. Conclusion : A new algorithm which reflects acupuncture properties should be developed and elucidated.

반원형 리브 혹은 그루브가 부착된 림실에 대한 연구 (Analysis of a Rim-Seal with a Semicircular Rib or Groove)

  • Effect of semicircular rib or groove on the performance of a rim-seal was evaluated using three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The turbulence was modeled using the one-equation Spalart-Allmaras turbulence closure model. Reynolds number based on the axial chord of the turbine blade was 500,000 at the mainstream outlet. The numerical results for a sealing effectiveness was validated in comparison with experimental data. To examine the effect of the semicircular rib or groove on sealing effectiveness of the rim-seal, location and diameter of the rib or groove were selected as the parameters to be performed. The rim-seals with the semicircular groove showed a higher sealing effectiveness than that with the semicircular rib. The semicircular groove installed on the stator side showed best sealing effectiveness among the numerical simulation results.

다양한 부채꼴 핀휜 형상의 열성능 평가 (Evaluation of Thermal Performances of Various Fan-Shaped Pin-Fin Geometries)

  • 본 연구에서는 삼차원 RANS 방정식을 이용하여 냉각 유로 내에 부착하는 새로운 핀휜의 다양한 부채꼴 형상에 대해 열전달, 압력강하, 열성능을 평가하였다. 레이놀즈수가 5,000부터 100,000인 경우에 대하여 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 난류모델로는 Low-Re SST 모델을 사용하였다. 수치해석의 정당성을 확보하기 위하여 실험과 동일한 조건에서 면적 평균 누셀트수에 대한 실험값과 계산값을 비교하였다. 앞전 각도와 뒷전 각도를 매개변수로 하여 세 종류의 부채꼴 핀휜의 형상 변화에 따른 열성능을 평가하였다.
